i'm hitting an introspection period
times i spent slowly rotating around in my home office chair, still surrounded by doodles and creations, and my headset bumping haptic beats into my ears keeps bringing up all the most eclectic memories
first loves, last loves, mom before she died, childhood moments i dismissed; all while batting off projects of uncertainty about the future
hormones can suck dick. last time i remember feeling this way was 17 years old, setting shopping carts with newspapers on fire, stuffing pills in my gob and swearing anarchy against the planet. back then, i felt my thoughts and mindings to be deep, concise and philosophical. maybe they were; someone said i grew up too fast.
now, 35 at 37 weeks pregnant, they're these deep wells spanning the entire continent of my mind and i feel myself slowly walking past one to another in surprising recollection. like i'm in the The Wood Between the Worlds from narnia. always wished i could visit different planes of adventure. it'd be less cumbersome than this, i figure.
i'm looking at my internal wandering with gratefulness though. these last (potential) few weeks with me, myself and i are important. soon there'll be this person i grew that will occupy my every thought, living, breathing, growing in the same space as me.
might as well sort some things out with the upstairs computer.
this really is a trip, huh?
