My interpretation of the Precure lore, if anyone cares. Reposting this from my Twitter thread.

Full Interpretation of Precure-Verse

Yes! Although inconsistent between seasons. I'm actually trying to make a series of videos on my channel that's a whole Precure lore dump!! Allow me to dump some of it here too.

Precure exists in a system of multiverse and parallel worlds all connected by portals and various means of transportation powered by the Prism Flower. This flower was destroyed once and is implied to have been birthed from the Heart Tree.

The universe was created by the 12 Star Princesses who reside in the Star Palace at the center of the Starry Sky Galaxy. They gave people imaginations, but there secret 13th sister didn't like that and became evil.

When the floral sea was destroyed on Mother RaPaPa's final breath she mentioned the Pretty Cure. This was the first instance of the legendary warriors being named. A few years later 10,000 years ago when the world was ruled by darkness and monsters the first Precure team emerged+

Earth has two origin stories. In Happiness Charge canon the god Blue created it but in Mahoutsukai canon it started as the floral sea created by Mother RaPaPa. I actually plan to theorize how this works in my upcoming YouTube series but to shorten that my theory is that +

When the floral sea was destroyed and split into Magic and Non magic worlds. Perhaps the non magic one was uninhabitable after everything and Blue simply took that broken rock and turned it into planet Earth. This theory raises questions but it's the one I use.

THE LIST:

Cure Empress, Cure Priestess and Cure Magician are the first documented cures to have existed. There are several other teams that popped up after them all the face their respective evils. I actually made a list of all the legendary cures in order, some are just estimates though.

8000 BC <- Cure Magician, Cure Empress, Cure Priestess

1020 <- Cure Oasis, Cure Flora, Cure Mermaid, Cure Twinkle

1524 <- Cure Ange

1724 <- Cure Mirage, Cure Noble

1924 <- Cure Lumiere

1936 <- Cure Earth

1960 <- Cure Rose

1960 - 2000 <- Cure Flower, Cure Tender

2000 - ??? <- Cure Moonlight, Cure Sword, etc (Past cures that joined main teams)

So what exactly is a Precure? They're legendary warriors, magicians, patisseries and super heroes. How their powers work is inconsistent but I have my theories. In general they just seem to be miracles, like the legendary power is needed to save the day and poof they a cure now.

They also get power ups and weapons through miracles as well. (Or more like Precure create miracles)

Anyone can be a Precure the only requirements seem to be the drive to protect and ability to never give up. A little courage and some hope may be needed but I don't think they are required as much as the other two are.

Most of the legendary cures if not all have failed to defeat the villains once and for all. This is why each year their predecessors are born to finish the job. Since Cure Black and Cure White's debut every team has been successful.

I actually nicknamed the in universe era from 2004 onward as the Precure renaissance since it was when the cures started to peak.

There is so much other lore I want to share but I have rambled long enough.

OMG, I’VE BEEN WANTING TO SHARE THIS AU FOR A MINUTE—

Meet my Magnificence Reforged AU Connie!

Though Scorponok only ever referred to her as Experiment: A9-2416 (usually in Decepticon dialect).

Her story is that Scorponok created her as an experiment to see what would happen if an organic was able to produce a set of chemicals that are deemed somewhat powerful, yet common, by organic standards but emphasized to a certain degree with the help of Cybertronian technology. Entirely inspired by the mere Earth-Human conceptual myth known as the—

Indomitable Human Spirit.

What Scorponok was able to take away from eight years of properly caring for the experiment is that these chemicals that fuel basic organic functioning can be utilized exponentially to a degree where a full grown one of these things could even rival some of Cybertron’s strongest warriors. Maybe even the galaxy’s toughest warriors wouldn’t be able to stand a chance.

It became labeled as Adrenalineregon.

It turned out to be some crazy-powerful stuff once injected into a strong enough specimen.

Now why would Scorponok need to make something like this? Power? Recognition? Fun? All of the above honestly. But it’s also because in this Alternate Universe the Decepticons won the war for Cybertron, and Megatron has already built his perfect Decepticon Army to conquer the rest of the known universe, and he and the Grand Architect thought their Army of Tarn clones needed a little more pep-in-their-step.

You heard me. TARN. CLONE. ARMY.

(this isn’t a specifically cyberverse based timeline I just took the tarn army as inspo)

But what they didn’t expect was for the Tarn clones to go insane and turn on each other when being on mere drops of Adrenalineregon. Resulting in a mass extinction of Tarn Clones, with too many bodies to count, therefore being dropped on top of Scorpnok’s planet sized lab to remind him of the consequences of his actions.

EX: A9-2416 was, at the time, forever curious about the outside world, since she’s never been above the expansive laboratory planet’s surface. It always felt as if some unseen beings were trying to lead her to her escape every day since as long as she can remember. Small sign after small sign, guiding her to even bigger signs that kept getting her closer and closer to the way out. Of course, Scorponok always stopped her from getting too close.

A9-2416 always hated the amount of gruesome tests she had to do afterwards as punishment for misbehaving.

Until on her ninth birthday, A9-2416 finally made it to the exit, and Scorponok got exceptionally pissed off so much that in self-defense A9-2416 grabbed the nearest cannon she knew how to operate and blasted it through his spark. She cried a lot that day.

BUT HEY! Her life didn’t stay too depressing for long, because soon after she committed her very first act of murder, she became good buddies with the little voices in the walls that have been apparently guiding her throughout her life!

THE LOSTBOT BOTBOTS!!

(lol I’m nowhere near finished with every Lost Bot design, I just wanted to finish these couple few and make this post for the AU)

MEET THE LOST BOTS CLAN OF THE BOTBOTS!

They’ve been trapped on Scorponok’s Lab-planet-tory (im so funny) for decades along with the other Botbots who remained in hiding. But this clan was the only one brave enough to get anywhere near Scorponok’s main stomping grounds. What they didn’t expect to find was some weird sentient purple meat-potato in a makeshift industrial cradle. Turns out it was just a baby. And that baby turned out to be A9-2416. Who soon became known as Connie.

After A9-2416 escaped the inner dwellings of the lab and joined the Lost Bots on their little side quests up on the surface, she later changed her name to Constance, hence her more well-known nickname being Connie. The name change was suggested by her Botbot friends who knew a bit about Earth human culture and used their knowledge to help Connie have the most happy and carefree life that she could ask for.

The main villain/boss of the precures

The Evil Queen, the one who’s behind all of this chaos on Earth’s atmosphere. Taking all the creativity and colors from the people of Story World and people of Earth. Why is she doing all of this? Well to be the fairest of all the universe combined. But during the fight, back in Story World, Sister Light turned the Evil Queen into an old hag.

The Evil Queen doesn’t go out of the castle much, she says she doesn’t have enough energy to go attack the new worlds, it’s because she doesn’t want to be seen in such an hideous state.

Ace of the Void

The recent Honkai Impact magical girl event(s) gave me an excuse to finally do a Precure crossover drawing. So here's a same VA joke: Both Madoka Aguri/Cure Ace and Kiana Kaslana/Herrscher of the Void are voiced by Kugimiya Rie!

I rise from the dead with a super self indulgent precure au! basically it’s my version of otona so no one is straight and there’s even less logic about what teams are in the story. After a time skip our girls are either in college or applying for college (in order to make the timeline make some sense in my head the girls with a sequel series are a year old than the others, so the max heart team and the yes team are in college, while the others are seniors in high school!) my babygirl hino akane has discovered this old broken down theatre and is going through a Crisis, so she seeks help from other girls who are in need of a distraction! They each have their reasons to do something separate from their precure teams and I might post something about those girls later, but mainly I just like having my favorite characters face their problems in a old magic theatre so…

Btw the character on the end is rin’s girlfriend Anna (she moved from France like three years ago) and I must admit that normally I support nozomi and rin with my whole heart but it’s for plot reasons I promise

So first it's Catnap!

A couples named Dusk and Dawn(Catnap's biological parents), they met together since college, they loved each other together, caring each other. After they graduated from college, they were finding their jobs to earn moneys for buy own house and plan build a simple family. After they were married, they were considering have a own child and at the same time Dusk's father was sick and he stayed at hospital.

One day, Dawn found out she was pregnant.. At first, they were happy at first but sadly they didn't have enough moneys to raise him, because Dusk's father was diagnosed with illness and needs moneys for his medical expenses so they made a hard choose it's abandon him because they wished this kitten have a better life. After kitten was born, they named him "Catnap", they put in the basket with note. They put the basket on a doorstep, press the doorbell and ran away quickly. When a anonymous found this basket with a note, they put the basket in the park.

Poor little kitten was meowing and whines because he didn't saw his parents.. As rain go down, as he cry more, but peoples were busy their business and didn't notice this lonely newborn kitten, a mysterious butterfly files down to him.. With cries more, a female Shiba Inu critter was roughly around 16 or 18 heard his crying noise then she curious and find where the kitten. She found this basket and she looks down, Shiba take this basket and see him. Baby Catnap's furs was wet, his umbilical cord was cut and he only wear a diaper. Shiba girl was completely shocked and she took him and take the bus go to hospital at the same time a butterfly keep follow them. After they arrived the hospital, the doctor checked Catnap and his health, they recognises him and his parents. They told nurse about the files to try find his parents. They found their phone then doctor contact catnap's parents but they didn't not putting up the phone, they put their disappointed face. Shiba found the note and gave to doctor.

The notes said:

If you reading this, please take care of kitten, his name is Catnap, we're sorry that we leave you alone but we did for a reason, there's clothes for him, we you love, son

- From, Dusk and Dawn..

Last, he was sending to orphanage..

The filming for the first part of Precure Archive's first episode should be completed tomorrow if there is no delay! Here is what the thumbnail will be just to remind people it is still happening.

I also realized next month is the franchise's birthday, so I set my deadline to February 1st which is when this season debuted. Not promising it to be released on that day, but sometime next month it will premiere if I finish filming and spend the rest of January editing.

I cannot sleep so [OUGH precure au idea demons attacking me]

Fake False arc. Takes place after Cleo’s debut and before Pearl’s debut. I don’t think Evil Pearl would be evil enough to do this so it’s some random NPC baddie. The main monsters are “Amalgams”— stolen pieces put together in the wrong ways. So the NPC steals False’s reflection and kidnaps the real False.

Fake False goes to school and yadayada she meets up with Stress and Cleo. Naturally, Fake False wants to get the Genesis Block which is usually guarded by the two fairies (who live with Stress probably?). Stress and Cleo find her a little weird but chalk it up to stress or whatever. False has always been quiet and prone to being guarded when she’s tired, so maybe it’s just that. But the girls still get bad vibes.

Eventually the girls trust their instincts, have a talk, and make the Fake False do something she would never do. Instead of exposing the Amalgam right there, they decide they have to find the real False first and save her because obviously she’s their priority. Ren, as Ren does, offers himself as bait. They give him a magic GPS tracker idk. He pretends to have the Genesis Block and pretends to be baited by Fake False.

Meanwhile the real False is trapped in the evil mirror dimension and sad and lonely and wondering if anyone can tell she’s gone. The Fake False discovers Ren doesn’t have the block after all and imprisons him in the evil mirror dimension where he sees the real False and he’s like hiiiii help is coming <3 RD.

Stress and Cleo bust in and FIGHT! But they can’t defeat Fake False. They rescue the real False and they have a False-off. It turns out the fake one is a manifestation of the fears/insecurities/shadows of the real one— a False that is cold and calculating, independent to the point of looking down on friends, thinking she can do everything on her own because everyone will just let her down. But the real False knows better now and she’s like “that was the old me, now I know the power of friendship! My friends came to rescue me!”.

Fake False gets caught up in defeating the real False to the point of forgetting about the original mission of getting the block. NPC villain steps in like hahahahah stop focusing on defeating your mirror self. But at least you lured them into my evil mirror dimension. And summons more monsters idk.

In the end the real False embraces the insecurities of the fake False and the fake one is glad that she has friends now and is willing to let herself be helped. Metaphor for character development. So Fake False decides to do one final favour and sacrifices herself for the real False. She dies like Joe but she doesn’t really die because she’s just an Amalgam so she never really existed 😔

When everything’s done, False is like 🥺🥺🥺🥺 you guys could tell? You guys missed me?? 🥺🥺🥺 and they’re like awww of course we care, you’re important to us <3 peace love and plants. It concludes with False staring into a mirror and thinking of embracing her past self, and how she is who she currently is because of the past, and how she contains every person she used to be.

i have such a love hate relationship with the precure wiki. like sometimes it's amazing and has exactly the info i need but other times i go to look for something that should be a basic piece of information and it's nowhere
