@prandiumsouthwold So tonight, very hungry improvised a lockdown pizza. No mozzarella, so is substituted with #cheddarcheese #tomatobase Thinly sliced #cherrytomatoes Thinly sliced large clove of #garlic Thinly sliced #yellowpepper #Anchovies A sprinkling of mixed herbs and pop it in the oven. As you can see the end result was a light fluffy aerated pizza dough with no soggy bottom. Beautifully golden brown.
