Heyyy, remember when they used to call me, #RubberbandLady? Yeah who could ever tell now?! Lol! πππ You could pitch a tent under my #centersplits! βΊοΈ . . . Well, the best way to open up our #splits is to #stretch and open up the #hamstrings and #hipflexors, two of the tightest and most #IRRITABLE areas of my body, lol! We all know how easy it can be to #beastout our #workouts, but neglect one of the most important parts...#STRETCHING and increasing our #FLEXIBILITY! So, this is not a #NewYearsResolution for me--I hate those--but definitely a #change and a #challenge I would like to #commit to! #BECOMEMOREFLEXIBLE: #bodymindandspirit!
