has anyone talked about how the tulpar round trip would be something of two years and what that means for everyone’s families back on earth. like how often do they go on delivery hauls and how much money do they make from it?

does poor swansea every 6 months have to wish his wife and children goodbye for two years? has he been working at pony express since before they moved out? what impact did it have on his relationship with his kids, especially if he was working there during their formative years :(

how long will it take for them to realize something’s gone awry and mourn them? how emotionally draining do you think the process of their families/friends suing pony express for their negligence be?
