i need to rant about the new episode i really like this show

i know we're all coping by imagining gummigoo at least hanging out with his buddies back in their home but honestly i dont think the npcs exist outside of the adventures caine makes for the circus members

when ragatha said caine likes to reuse npcs she probably meant reusing the models, unless he explicitely wanted to keep some contuinity between adventures. which means:

if gummigoo were to show up in a later adventure, he would either not remember pomni at all or straight up be a totally different character that looks the exact same which would suck massively for pomni

if caine lets him remember then that means he has to exist with the knowledge that he is a thing that exists only to be a character in a story and there's nothing he can do about it. The other npcs dont know the things he does and the circus members are fundamentally different from him in that they at least have the notion that once there was more for them than this. But he was created here and he will remain a part of the game until caine decides he doesnt need him anymore.
