The meat is just marinated with ginger ,garlic ,chillies and herbs and cooked in these bamboo tubes . The inside layer of bamboo gives a beautiful aroma to the pork too. Why PORK is my favorite meat, and why you should be having it everyday.

It comes in so many different varieties: bacon, ham, pork chops, crackling, Chim chum, Vindaloo.

It's kinda affordable compared to beef. Unless you're splurging on something exotic like jamon iberico, a pork dish shouldn't break the bank. That's why when I visit a steakhouse, I make it a point to only order the pig items.

It's so yummy and delicious. I love the label: the next white meat.
