In a mixing bowl, mix well minced pork, crabmeat, spring onion and marinade. 2. Scoop a tablespoon of mixture and shape into meatballs (I made 20 medium sized) whichever way you prefer. Place meatballs onto a plate, cover and let it marinade for a few hours. 3. Bring stock in a pot to boil, add tanghoon and drop meatballs into the pot of stock gently and allow them to cook. When meatballs float up, they are cooked. 4. Turn of heat. Portion meatballs and tanghoon onto individual bowls. Top up with soup. 5. Drizzle a little shallot oil and serve hot. β€’ Pork and crabmeat ball recipe inspired by nyonya style bakwan kepiting. This dish is traditionally cooked in clear chicken stock but I used the collagen broth I have in the freezer. I also added tanghoon noodle in the soup to soak up the soup flavour. β€’ #lifeasmrsyeocooks #food #foodporn #foodsg #foodlover #foodstagram #foodpoc #sgfood #sgfoodies #fooddiary #instafood #homecooked #simplehomecooked #onourtable #porkandcrabmeatball #collagensoup #panfriedteriyakisalmon #panfriedsalmon #stirfriedfrenchbeanswithprawnsandcarrot #chinesecooking #chinesefood #dinner #lifeasmrsyeocookspork #lifeasmrsyeocookssoup #lifeasmrsyeocooksporkandcrabmeatballsoup (at Singapore)
