Copy Right and Public Domain in 2025!
It's January 1st 2025 which means it's my favorite unsung holiday! Public Domain Day! This is the day once a year when, in the US, copyrights expire and things enter the public domain, meaning they belong to everyone! even you, Steve!
American copyright for books, movies, art work, and musical compositions (but not recordings, more on that later) runs for 95 years (way too long!) so today works published in 1929 join us in the public domain.
So whats free? so glad you asked.
Popeye the Sailor Man
Tumblr media
Many people assume Popeye originated as a cartoon character but thats not true, he comes from a comic strip. The strip was called Thimble Theatre and Popeye was something of a late addition. Thimble Theatre was first published in 1919, so Popeye's girlfriend Olive Oyl has been in the public domain since before the big 20 year copyright freeze of 1998-2019. Popeye first appeared as a minor character 10 years into the strip's run but was so popular he soon took over and the strip would be renamed Popeye less than 5 years later. Now as always whats public is only what appears in 1929, later developments, remain copyrighted. Such as, while Popeye always had super strength its not till 1932 his superpowers were tied to eating spinach, and Olive Oyl originally had a different boyfriend named Ham Gravy, who she dumped for Popeye when he became the main character. It looks like Popeye is following tradition for famous now public domain characters and getting a quicky horror movie this year.
Tintin!
Tumblr media
This is personally very exciting as someone who grew up with the Belgian boy detective. Like Popeye I expect a lot of people don't know that Tintin started off as a weekly comic strip. Indeed Tintin appeared as a part of a weekly youth supplement in the Catholic newspaper The Twentieth Century. Any ways, Tintin was first published in there in January 1929, and soon would start what would become the first Tintin story, Tintin in the Land of the Soviets. Now only part of Tintin in the Land of the Soviets was published in 1929, the story line wrapped up in May 1930, so only those 1929 stories and what appears in them is free and clear and Tintin was published in black and white not color. Tintin's author Hergé had no idea what he was doing and was really learning on the job so In The Land of the Soviets is generally seen as his weakest outing and the only one he never opted to redraw in later years. Even so it's nice to see the character free in the world. No word on if Tintin will star in a horror movie.
Buck Rogers (but not really)
Tumblr media
The original futuristic space man was published, again a comic strip, in 1929 which means he should enter the public domain today, but he won't. That's because he already is public domain! Before the Copyright Act of 1976 copyright was 28 years with the option to renew for another 28 years. The copyright on the original comic strips was not renewed so ran out at the end of 28 years, 1958. So Buck Rogers has been free and clear for close to 70 years now, whatever you hear about him today.
What else?
Famously last year Mickey Mouse entered the public domain, but all the entered public domain was one (maybe two) animated short, Steamboat Willie. Well this year a dozen Mickey Mouse animated shorts enter the public domain, including the first time Mickey has his iconic white gloves, and the first time Mickey speaks (the first thing Mickey Mouse ever says, voiced by Walt Disney himself, is "Hot dogs! Hot dogs!" in case you were wondering) This will give creators much more to work with if they want to use Mickey in their works which is exciting.
Speaking of Walt Disney, The Skeleton Dance is entering public domain, you likely don't know the title but I suspect you've seen at least part of it at some point
Tumblr media
so look for this showing up on TVs in the backgrounds of films and TV shows in the next year or so
Books
The iconic novels of World War I, Ernest Hemingway's A Farewell to Arms and Erich Maria Remarque's All Quiet on the Western Front enter public domain. In fact All Quiet on the Western Front entered public domain last year, but only in the original German, the 1929 translation by Arthur Wesley Wheen is whats entered the public domain now. John Steinbeck's first novel, Cup of Gold, William Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury, Virginia Woolf's A Room of One's Own, and Agatha Christie's Seven Dials Mystery (always get an Agatha Christie novel on this list for the rest of our lives). Dashiell Hammett published both Red Harvest and The Maltese Falcon, later made into one of the greatest films of all time, in 1929. Future children's book author E. B. White (who's go on to write Charlotte's Web and Stuart Little) and future New Yorker cartoonist and humorist James Thurber teamed up to write the delightfully titled Is Sex Necessary? Or, Why You Feel the Way You Do a book of spoof essays making fun of popular books on Freudian sexual theories at the time. The Roman Hat Mystery the first of the long running Ellery Queen mysteries was published, Queen would keep publishing mysteries into the 1970s (and Ellery Queen was a pen name for two people). Richard Hughes' A High Wind in Jamaica and Oliver La Farge's Laughing Boy also came out in 1929 and are in the public domain now. There's much else but those are the highlights sorry if I missed your favorite 1929 novel.
Movies
Alfred Hitchcock and Cecil B. DeMille's first movies with sound, Blackmail and Dynamite respectively, came out in 1929. Marx Brothers' first feature film The Cocoanuts joins the public domain. Other comedy land marks are Harold Lloyd's first sound film, Welcome Danger and Buster Keaton's last silent film, Spite Marriage (which Keaton also directed). John Ford's first sound film, The Black Watch, which also is 21 year old John Wayne's first appearance in a film, as an uncredited extra, he worked in the art department. Hallelujah the first studio film to have an all black cast came out that year. Also worth noting is The Hollywood Revue of 1929 a singing and dancing review, one of the earliest and the movie that popularized the song Singin’ in the Rain, maybe the first time a movie made a song a hit.
Musical compositions
musical compositions, ie the lyrics and musical notations you might see on sheet music are governed by the 1976 Copyright Act, and music written in 1929 is public domain. Music recordings are governed by a whole different law (we'll get there). Songs written in 1929 include Singin’ in the Rain by Arthur Freed & Nacio Herb Brown, Ain’t Misbehavin’ and Black and Blue by the legendary Fats Waller, What Is This Thing Called Love? by Cole Porter, Tiptoe Through the Tulips by Alfred Dubin, You Were Meant for Me by Arthur Freed & Nacio Herb Brown, and also Happy Days Are Here Again by Jack Yellen which would become FDR's campaign theme song in 1932.
Art!
a number of pieces by Salvador Dalí including:
Illumined Pleasures
Tumblr media
The Accommodations of Desire
Tumblr media
The Great Masturbator
Tumblr media
are entering the public domain as is René Magritte’s The Treachery of Images.
Tumblr media
Art is hard because while movies and books are clearly "published" and put on sale, what counts as "published" for a piece of art? the law is not totally sure.
Musical Recordings
as I promised, we got here. Till 2017 there were no federal laws governing the copyright of music recordings before the 1970s, it was governed by a confusing patchwork of state laws and it was not totally clear what was or was not free and clear even from the very earliest recordings ever. Now the term of a music recording's copyright is set at 100 years (way too long) so music recorded in 1924 is now public domain such as. Nobody Knows the Trouble I’ve Seen by Marian Anderson, Everybody Loves My Baby (But My Baby Don’t Love Nobody But Me) by Louis Armstrong, California Here I Come by Al Jolson, Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin, Shreveport Stomp by Jelly Roll Morton, Mama’s Gone, Good Bye by Ray Miller, and It Had To Be You by Marion Harris. Now many recordings a lot less famous can finally be preserved and digitized to save them for the next 100 years. Many abandoned works are literally rotting away since without the copyright holder's permission digitizing a work isn't legal.

Depending on what the food is, your body might be rewarding you for taking in nutrients that it's low on while you're sick. Like, juice that's high in vitamin C always hits harder when I have a cold. Idk the exact science behind it, but I know that if I'm really craving something/something tastes extra good to me, it's usually because my body is low on something that's in whatever I'm eating or drinking.
googling "why does food taste better when I'm sick" and discovering that everyone else is googling the opposite. I might be an outlier

Are Supplements necessary?
Which Supplements I cannot live without?
Supplements You Can’t Avoid: Are You Missing These Essentials?
Let’s get real for a second — modern life is a whirlwind. We’re juggling work, family, social lives, and trying to squeeze in some self-care between it all. In the midst of this madness, eating a perfectly balanced, nutrient-rich diet every single day feels like a fantasy, doesn’t it? And that’s where supplements come in. Sure, we’d all love to get everything we need from our food, but sometimes that just isn’t possible. So, which supplements are truly hard to avoid in this fast-paced world of ours?
Here’s the audacious truth: some nutrients are just plain tricky to get enough of from diet alone, and for some of us, supplements are a must. But not all supplements are created equal, and not everyone needs the same things. So, let’s break down the supplements that many people simply can’t skip — whether due to diet, lifestyle, or modern living.
1. Vitamin D: Sunshine in a Bottle
We all know the drill: vitamin D is vital for our bones, immune system, and even mood. But here’s the catch — how many of us are actually soaking up enough sun these days? Between working indoors, slathering on sunscreen (and rightly so), and long, dark winters, getting enough vitamin D from sunlight is a tall order. Add to that the fact that it’s found in only a handful of foods, and it’s no wonder so many of us are low on this crucial vitamin.
Without enough vitamin D, you’re looking at weakened bones, a lowered immune system, and even a hit to your mental health. If you’re not getting at least 10–30 minutes of direct sunlight a few times a week, a supplement might just be your best bet to stay healthy and bright. This one’s a no-brainer.
2. Omega-3: The Brain Fuel You Didn’t Know You Needed
Let’s talk fish. Unless you’re munching on salmon, mackerel, or sardines a few times a week (and who really is?), you’re likely missing out on omega-3 fatty acids. These fats are game-changers for your brain, heart, and even mental health. They help fight inflammation, keep your heart ticking along, and are linked to everything from reduced anxiety to better memory.
For those who don’t love fish — or avoid animal products entirely — this is where a supplement can make a world of difference. Fish oil, krill oil, or algae-based supplements can fill that gap with ease. Seriously, your brain will thank you for it.
3. Vitamin B12: The Vegan Achilles Heel
If you’re plant-based, this one’s for you. Vitamin B12 is crucial for nerve function, red blood cell production, and overall energy levels. But there’s a catch — it’s almost exclusively found in animal products. That’s bad news for vegans and vegetarians who can struggle to get enough from diet alone.
Without B12, you risk fatigue, brain fog, and even nerve damage. If you’re following a plant-based diet or if your body doesn’t absorb it well, a B12 supplement is an absolute must. And let’s be honest, even some meat-eaters are deficient because they’re just not getting enough from their diet. No shame in reaching for a little extra help.
4. Iron: More Than Just for Popeye
Iron isn’t just about fighting off anaemia — it’s about keeping your energy levels stable and your immune system strong. But here’s the kicker: iron from plant sources just doesn’t absorb as well as the iron from meat. If you’re not eating red meat, or if you have heavy periods, your iron stores can easily run low.
This isn’t just about fatigue, either. Low iron can mess with your immune system, leaving you more vulnerable to illnesses. For many people — especially women and vegetarians — an iron supplement can be a lifesaver. But, of course, make sure to get your levels checked before you start popping pills.
5. Magnesium: The Unsung Hero
Here’s a nutrient that doesn’t get enough love: magnesium. It’s involved in over 300 processes in your body, from muscle function to heart health to stress reduction. And yet, many people are deficient and don’t even know it.
Why? Well, modern farming practices have left our soil depleted, so even those leafy greens that should be packed with magnesium aren’t always delivering the goods. Throw in a diet that’s heavy on processed foods and low on whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and it’s easy to see why magnesium levels are lagging.
If you’re dealing with stress, sleep issues, or muscle cramps, a magnesium supplement could be exactly what you need to restore balance.
6. Folate (Folic Acid): The Pregnancy Powerhouse
For anyone thinking about pregnancy — or already there — folate (or folic acid) isn’t just important, it’s non-negotiable. It plays a crucial role in preventing birth defects and supporting healthy development. Even if you’re eating your leafy greens, legumes, and fortified grains, it can be tricky to get enough folate from diet alone when your needs increase during pregnancy. So, this is one supplement you don’t want to skip if you’re in the baby-making business.
7. Calcium: Because Bones Don’t Last Forever
We’ve all heard about calcium for strong bones, but as we age, it becomes more important than ever. If you’re dairy-free or simply not a big fan of calcium-rich foods, this is one mineral you can’t afford to ignore.
Low calcium levels lead to weak bones and a higher risk of fractures. For those who avoid dairy, a calcium supplement can make all the difference in keeping your skeleton strong as you age.
8. Zinc: The Immunity Booster
Last but not least, zinc — a superstar for your immune system and overall health. Found in meats, shellfish, and seeds, it’s often tough for plant-based eaters to get enough zinc from food alone. Not to mention, zinc is easily depleted during illness, making it even more critical during cold and flu season.
If you find yourself getting sick often or if you’re vegetarian or vegan, a zinc supplement can be a game-changer for your immune health.
The Bottom Line: Supplements with a Purpose
Here’s the bold truth: while we all want to rely on whole foods for our nutrients, the modern world doesn’t always make that possible. Whether due to lifestyle choices, dietary restrictions, or even the way our food is produced, supplements can fill in those nutritional gaps that are otherwise hard to avoid.
But remember, supplements are just that — supplements. They aren’t a replacement for real, nutrient-dense food. Think of them as backup singers, not the main act. They help when your diet doesn’t quite cut it, but they should never be the sole source of your nutrition.
So, while you might not need every supplement on this list, these essentials are ones you shouldn’t ignore if your diet or lifestyle leaves you lacking. The right supplements can support your health in ways that might just make the difference between thriving and just getting by.

Don't stiff a hungry fat man out of his gravy.
I just went to a Popeyes on my way home. I already had food at home, but I wanted to supplement. I ordered a mashed potatoes w/gravy. Then ordered an extra container of gravy, and paid extra for it. I circle around to get my order, and there is no container of gravy. I back up and complain, but they tell me they put the gravy on the potatoes, with the other gravy. I tell them I want a container of gravy , but they tell me I have to go back through the order line, which is backed up around the corner. So no go. I get home, pull out my receipt and go onto the customer survey webpage. I left a scathing survey talking about how they ripped me off for a container of gravy. So since very few people do those surveys, their rating will tank next week. The best part is, I can take that receipt with the survey number on the back to another Popeyes and get a free 2 piece meal with the order of a large drink. A lot more than the $0.50 they ripped me off for.

1 year as a vegan 🌱 an honest overview
I'm a 30 year old woman, and I decided to go vegan in April 2022. I was never a vegetarian. I switched from an omnivorous diet to a plant-based diet overnight, and I have strictly adhered to the latter, with the only few exceptions being accidents.
I would like to write down how my journey as a vegan has been so far, what pros and cons I encountered and how my overall health was impacted. I intend to talk with my heart on my sleeve about everything and I am totally open to questions or clarifications. This post is nothing more than my own subjective, unique experience as a relatively new vegan person. However I won't be talking about the morality of veganism, nor the reasons why I decided to go vegan. I want to give voice to the bodily and mental changes I am going through instead, plus a few personal final thoughts.
I'd like to begin by stating that:
I have been taking several blood tests during the last year in order to keep track of the changes.
I have been taking vitamin B12 supplements as strongly recommended by every single doctor and veganism related website/source.
I have no prior sickness of any kind.
HEADACHES.
Headaches used to permeate my days before going vegan - so much that I had stopped noticing them (when bearable). During my first week as a vegan, the sudden disappearance of my headaches felt like a miracle. I would've never anticipated how life-changing that was. I was so used to my head pounding that the absence of the pain couldn't have gone unnoticed. I figured out I am intolerant to dairy, as countless others are, and yet I used to munch on cheese as my go-to comfort food... as countless others do.
BLOATING.
Bloating was probably also caused by my daily ingestion of dairy products, and was one of my body's cries for help. I did not feel bloated anymore once I started eating plant-based. The skin on my belly was softer at the touch and not as tense as before. People around me began asking if I had lost weight. I hadn't. It was just me deflating, lol.
SLEEP.
This is one of the most unexpected changes: I noticed I've been sleeping less, but better. I started waking up an hour or two earlier than usual, feeling well rested. Thanks to that, my days got longer, my mind got clearer, and my mood improved almost instantly.
ENERGY.
During the first weeks, I felt very energised. Must've been all of the vitamins suddenly filling my body! Who needs to get high when you can get the iron rush from a bunch of spinach, like good old Popeye taught us? Nevertheless, the energy sort of dissipated over time and I've been feeling pretty normal ever since.
POOP.
Oh no, it's poop talk! Fend yourselves, because I am not scared of being descriptive here. Long story short, I used to have frequent diarrhea before going vegan. Once again, my dairy intolerance most likely contributed to creating funny looking brown stuff. If I asked you how's your poop looking, what would you answer (assuming you wouldn't slap me)? And would you know what a healthy poop is supposed to look like? Welp, let's just say I've been proud of my toilet appointments since going vegan, because all I see are Pacha meme worthy sausages. Going to the loo is a happy time now, in comparison to the long minutes of agony spent with stomachache and funky smells.
FLATULENCE.
Can't have booty talk without mentioning the #1 cause of laughter among kids since the beginning of time! Farting is funny, but it is first and foremost the sign of a healthy gut. It takes a quick Google search to find out what farts truly are and why our bodies need to produce them. I confirm one of the most innocent prejudices against vegans - yes, we fart more than usual! But if you read into it, you'll only wish to do the same. Still, it is a largely acceptable change, and has not caused me any discomfort or unfortunate situations whatsoever.
CHOLESTEROL, IRON, PROTEIN, ETC.
Before going vegan, I had high cholesterol, high fibrinogen, low hemoglobin, low albumin, and a few other things that weren't importantly unbalanced. As aforementioned, I've taken several blood tests during the last year which showed ALL of the highs & lows quickly going back to normal. When I saw my cholesterol lower for the first time, I cried. I haven't had normal cholesterol for years, so, seeing that was nothing less than a miracle for me. As for my iron and protein, they increased! My fibrinogen was REALLY high, which could've resulted in a heart attack due to a vascular occlusion, but I don't risk that anymore. I cannot express how ecstatic I am to be considered medically healthy now. I wish somebody had told me earlier about the health benefits of a plant-based diet.
COOKING AND GROCERY SHOPPING.
I was never a big fan of cooking, because I was mostly just hungry all the time and I couldn't be bothered to prep meals or to even chop up vegetables. As a vegan though, I was kind of forced to look at recipes in the beginning - I was pretty lost and didn't know what to cook! Well, vegan cooking turned out to be much easier than I thought. I remember my first vegan grocery shopping experience: a whole new world opened up in the mall. I had never looked at the veggies and fruits and legumes and seeds and cereals section properly before! It was ENORMOUS! Boxes and bags and baskets of wonderfully colored food, most of it really cheap (especially legumes); with half of the money that I used to spend on cheese and meat, I had double the amount of food in my shopping cart and I was so ready to start cooking. The more I cooked, the quicker my cooking skills drastically improved and I have so much fucking fun in the kitchen now! I made countless vegan meals and cakes, loved by everybody (non-vegans asked for recipes more than once!), even by my mother! She used to slaughter chickens and had never baked a cake without eggs before, and yet, she admitted that this way of eating is fantastic and convenient. After a few months, she praised my hair and skin because it looks brighter and healthier. As a matter of fact, I feel nourished and full most of the time. Most importantly, I began to feel grateful and to think of food as a way of loving myself and nurturing my body, rather than a mere matter of taste.
SOCIETY.
The problem with being a vegan in a human society is... other people. It is always, undoubtedly other people who will come @ me with their weird, uncalled for, and rude anti-vegan claims as soon as somebody ELSE reveals that I am a vegan. I swear to god. I have no idea where we picked up the scenario of the 'annoying vegan' because the truth is actually the opposite... it is others who annoy ME... whenever they asked questions, I was happy to answer and explain stuff, because I genuinely thought that they were interested and would have liked learning something new, just like I would've felt if they had talked to me about something that they are passionate about. But nope, the real reason why most people asked me questions was to 'debunk' what I would say and feel like they won the argument. Even though it wasn't an argument at all. It wasn't long before I started noticing the patterns, the same old questions asked, the same rebuttals, over and over, in an endless cycle of going nowhere. So I simply learned how to differentiate the 'gotchas' from the rare, decent people who truly want to know more about veganism. As for going out and eating out, it wasn't as hard nor as expensive as I anticipated. We now live in a very vegan friendly time, there are vegan alternatives to basically everything. I feel extremely lucky to be a vegan now, because I can't even begin to imagine how hard it would've been years before.
PEACE OF MIND.
There is a duck pond nearby and I often take walks through it. Sometimes I sit on a bench, look at the beautiful birds and their dreamy plumage, and I... appreciate them. Not for their meat, like I used to. I can't even fathom seeing those creatures as food now. I appreciate them as individuals, who dream, love, dance, think, sleep, bond with their kin... I feel at peace with animals and nature on a whole other level. I realized how wrong it felt to eat a steak and then pet my dog. I learned so much about animal agriculture, nutrition, human rights, environmentalism… and I have so much more to learn yet. It takes one heartfelt glance into an animal's eyes, to be reminded that we are all the same. I am honored to get to choose not to be cruel to them.

Boost Your Bedroom Stamina: 6 Foods to Beat Premature Ejaculation
Tumblr media
Premature ejaculation can be a frustrating issue for many individuals, impacting both their confidence and satisfaction in the bedroom. While there isn’t a magical solution, incorporating certain foods into your diet may help improve sexual stamina and performance. In this article, we’ll explore six foods known for their potential to combat premature ejaculation and enhance overall sexual health.
 Oysters - The Aphrodisiac Powerhouse
Tumblr media
Oysters have long been regarded as a symbol of love and passion, and for good reason. These delectable mollusks are packed with zinc, a mineral essential for testosterone production and maintaining healthy sperm. Testosterone plays a crucial role in regulating libido and sexual function, making oysters a natural choice for those looking to spice up their sex life. Whether enjoyed raw on the half-shell or cooked in a savory dish, incorporating oysters into your diet may help boost your bedroom stamina.
Dark Chocolate - A Sweet Treat for Better Performance
Tumblr media
Dark chocolate isn't just a guilty pleasure—it's also a powerful ally in the fight against premature ejaculation. Rich in flavonoids, dark chocolate can improve blood flow and circulation, potentially enhancing sexual arousal and performance. Additionally, dark chocolate contains phenylethylamine, a compound that stimulates the release of endorphins and dopamine, hormones associated with pleasure and satisfaction. Indulging in a square or two of dark chocolate before hitting the sheets may lead to a more satisfying sexual experience.
Spinach - Nature's Energy Booster
Tumblr media
Popeye was onto something with his love for spinach. This leafy green is packed with nutrients like folate, magnesium, and iron, all of which play critical roles in energy production and overall health. Folate, in particular, is essential for producing red blood cells and DNA synthesis, while magnesium helps regulate muscle and nerve function. By incorporating spinach into your diet, you can improve your energy levels and physical stamina, making it easier to perform at your best in the bedroom.
Avocado - The Heart-Healthy Superfood
Tumblr media
Creamy, delicious, and oh-so-nutritious avocados are a must-have for anyone looking to improve their sexual health. These green gems are rich in healthy fats and vitamin E, essential in promoting cardiovascular health. A healthy heart is crucial for optimal sexual function, as it ensures proper blood flow to all parts of the body, including the genitals. Whether sliced on toast, blended into a smoothie, or mashed into guacamole, avocados are a versatile and delicious addition to any diet.
 Watermelon - Nature's Viagra
Tumblr media
Forget the little blue pill—nature has provided us with a delicious alternative in the form of watermelon. This juicy fruit contains citrulline, an amino acid that helps relax blood vessels and improve circulation. Some studies have shown that citrulline supplementation can lead to improvements in erectile function and sexual performance. Whether enjoyed fresh on a hot summer day or blended into a refreshing smoothie, watermelon is a tasty way to boost your bedroom stamina.
Nuts - Nature's Powerhouses of Nutrition
Tumblr media
When it comes to sexual health, nuts are true superstars. Rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, nuts like almonds, walnuts, and pistachios can help improve heart health and overall circulation, crucial factors in sexual function. Also, nuts are packed with protein necessary for muscle repair and growth. Whether enjoyed as a snack or sprinkled over salads and yoghurt, nuts are a convenient and delicious way to support your sexual health.
Conclusion:
While there's no magic bullet for premature ejaculation, incorporating certain foods into your diet may help improve sexual stamina and performance. From oysters and dark chocolate to spinach and avocado, nature has provided various delicious options to enhance our bedroom prowess. By fueling our bodies with the proper nutrients, we can enjoy more satisfying and fulfilling sexual experiences. So why not try these foods and see what they can do for you?

However, before you rush to the pharmacy for supplements or consider other medical interventions, why not explore a natural and delicious solution? Yes, we're talking about foods to increase libido in males. In this article, we'll delve into the science behind these aphrodisiacal delights, discover how they can spice up your love life, and introduce you to an effective Ayurvedic product, LibidoCare, that can further enhance your virility.
Understanding the Science of Libido Before we dive into the food list, it's crucial to grasp the science of libido. Libido, often referred to as sex drive or sexual desire, is influenced by various factors, including hormonal balance, psychological well-being, and overall health. When any of these factors are compromised, it can lead to a decrease in libido. But fear not, nature has provided us with some fantastic solutions in the form of foods to increase libido in males and Ayurvedic remedies like LibidoCare.
The Role of Nutrition Nutrition plays a vital role in overall health, and it's no different when it comes to sexual health. Certain foods contain nutrients and compounds that can enhance sexual desire, improve blood flow, and support hormonal balance. Let's explore these foods to increase libido in males:
Oysters - The Aphrodisiac Classic Oysters have earned their reputation as a powerful aphrodisiac for a reason. They are packed with zinc, a mineral that plays a crucial role in testosterone production, a hormone closely linked to male libido. Additionally, oysters contain dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and desire.
Dark Chocolate - Sweet and Sensual Dark chocolate is not only a delight for your taste buds but also for your libido. It contains phenylethylamine, a compound that can trigger feelings of excitement and well-being. The magnesium content in dark chocolate can also relax blood vessels, promoting better blood flow where it matters most.
Avocado - Creamy Desire Booster Avocado is not only a versatile and nutritious fruit but also a libido enhancer. It's rich in healthy fats, vitamin E, and potassium, all of which contribute to improved circulation and stamina. The creamy texture can also add a sensual element to your meals.
Watermelon - A Juicy Secret Watermelon may seem like an unlikely contender, but it's a natural source of citrulline, an amino acid that relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow. This can lead to improved erectile function, making it a valuable addition to your diet.
Nuts and Seeds - Nature's Nutrients Nuts and seeds, such as almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds, are excellent sources of essential fatty acids, zinc, and arginine. These nutrients support overall sexual health by enhancing circulation, increasing testosterone levels, and boosting energy.
Garlic - Spicing Things Up While garlic may not give you the freshest breath, it can certainly spice up your love life. It contains allicin, a compound known for its ability to increase blood flow and improve cardiovascular health, which can indirectly benefit male libido.
Ginseng - The Herbal Elixir Ginseng, a well-known herbal remedy, has been used for centuries to enhance libido and sexual performance. It's believed to work by improving stamina, reducing stress, and increasing nitric oxide production, which relaxes blood vessels.
Fatty Fish - Omega-3 Power Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, and trout are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These healthy fats support heart health and can improve blood flow to all parts of the body, including those essential for a satisfying love life.
Spinach - Popeye's Love Potion Spinach is a nutritional powerhouse that can benefit your libido due to its high folate content. Folate helps in the production of histamine, a chemical involved in sexual arousal, making spinach a worthy addition to your meals.
Pomegranate - Antioxidant Bliss Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants, which can improve blood circulation and erectile function. Additionally, the juice of this vibrant fruit may increase testosterone levels, further enhancing male libido.

-there's a decent bunch of them do this routine every week and they're the ones trying to cause him to have lung problems they're right there admitting it and it's nice to get rid of ones out front if it could they don't last and it's much healthier for me and people say it too Florida what assholes and it's obviously they're a problem and you keep doing it too
-there's a huge number of people that are commenting on what we're doing and they are very rude and negative mean sometimes heinous is trying to get by to do things and they don't seem to think it's necessary but he manages it's difficult but it gets by I guess so we're trying to accommodate them and help him get things for what he needs and these people are not forthcoming so we are getting to myself for him and they're in the way if you do that and really it's quite a nasty scene.
-been a lot of people who are just really nasty running around him saying dumb things so we have to try and fix that and we have to try and do it the timely basis.
-are there other things happening besides the huge chunk of the population evacuating there are several individuals who do not have what it takes to handle what's happening and we saw them earlier today some of them are hovering around him trying to find out what he's doing to get by and it's not working since he's just roll me around getting stuff going home that's it it's really not doing that much and it's not it's not raining surgery doesn't have much money we can't spend much money perfectly and he has a hungry because he doesn't digest perfectly and you guys are usually oblivious so he's looking for stuff supplementing to add to it's not really funny much and Popeyes do okay tastes good and we're moving on pretty soon to what's going on
-there's a huge number of people who want to find out what exactly there should be eating but really it's plain to see that there's tons of food here. It's another thing
+out of the 11% remaining 5% are heading to the cities on one side occurs maybe less in the general populace than what we earlier stated and people told us are estimates are off so it's probably true with that said it will be approximately 6% remaining in the general populace if the numbers are accurate and lots of times they're not but you think that it's getting there 6% is kind of small and it's not very big so we are going to reassess no you know what the numbers are and we know about what they should be. With that said 6% is not that much and it is a small number of people that will be left behind by comparison to what it was the attitude is terrible and the demeanor is horrible and what they're telling people and saying to them is outrageous and they won't last long saying that kind of crap and it's horrible
-huge numbers of people are doing it to our son and they're suggesting people do it and they're not really following the ball and they say they are then they say they have the AI and they don't and they don't understand what the situation is the environment has changed the clones took it
-I don't know those 6 to 7% that we mean they anticipate having problems very large numbers of problems they're going to be engaging with the clones on top side for the necessities and areas and they're going to be engaging them over the deep hits and they're going to be engaging them over other items and it's going to be constant and that's what is happening and what is happening yes it's a very scary time for a lot of people and the monkeys float out again but we did State how much
-I'm a lot of things happening in Charlotte county it is a huge day there's a lot of people who are evacuating from the county itself and it is not a good day for people to hang around and lab and be morons it's happening and people can see it and it is not appreciated and they're doing their best to be annoying and it's terrible but there has been about 3 million people gathered in Charlotte county because they came from elsewhere and that was this morning by this afternoon it's going to be probably upwards of 10 million

Whey Protein: The OptimumTime to Take Whey Protein to Get Results
Tumblr media
Whey protein is an amazingly versatile nutritional ingredient. Not only can it be used before or after workouts, but whey protein can also be taken with breakfast, as a midday snack, with dinner, and even right before bed. But when is the optimum time to take whey protein? That mainly depends on who you are and what your health goals are. Check out our guide to figure out the best time for you to take whey protein.
Whether you’re a professional marathon trainer or football player, whey protein can help you become a better athlete. Muscles are broken down after just about any physical exercise and need protein to create themselves back up. That’s how muscles grow, and you get stronger.
If you’re an athlete, the best time to drink whey protein is right after working out. Try having a supplement king after exercise to boost recovery.
Bulking Up
Increasing protein and calorie intake are both crucial when looking to bulk up. As described above, have a serving of protein powder or protein water after a workout. But before bed is an optimal time to have a serving of protein, in addition to after a workout.
The human body typically secretes growth hormone many times per day. studies reveal that for young adults, “a major secretory episode occurs shortly after sleep onset.” Growth hormone helps the growth of bone, muscle, and other tissues. Getting a serving of protein in your system right before this growth period that happens during sleep should further help build muscle and bulk your body up if that’s your purpose.
For Managing Weight
No, protein powder isn’t just for gaining weight. When taken at the right time, whey protein like Alani nu can also help you slim down. Protein is a natural appetite suppressor, and using it can help satisfy your cravings and limit overeating and snacking later on in the day. A high-protein breakfast is beneficial for slimming down, so having protein water or a protein shake with a light breakfast is an optimal way to start the day.
For Enhancing Performance
Our muscles are continually being broken down and built back up based on our activity level. A high-intensity workout requires extra dietary protein in the form of supplements like Alani nu Canada to be available for muscle rebuilding and growth. Think of your muscles as a stack of building blocks that get hit over by intense exercise and whey as extra blocks that can make the tower even more vital when you rebuild it. Research reveals that supplementing with extra protein, like whey, can increase strength, mass, and the rate at which our muscles rebuild (muscle protein synthesis) when coupled with the right workout regimen.
Whey protein is a potent supplement that can help both seasoned athletes and those who are less active in various ways. While your diet and exercise routine are also important, whey protein has the power to help you retain muscle mass, gain lean mass when cutting back on calories and enhance your workout performance. The timing of when you use whey protein depends on your goals, but making whey protein an essential part of your habit can offer several benefits.
Visit here to get the best whey protein and Popeye's Supplements in Canada.
