Ooo Sonic Poor dear. I rarely if ever go to Sonic for food (live Sonic š§) My rider the other day had me stop by Normandy and easily signed into his booth they brought food out minus his drink and I finally went in and got it but nonetheless I saw the process. I check out the app say 1/2 drinks 1/2 the sandwich I wanted. Double burger add bacon ($1) in Texas toast and Red Bull strawberry apple slushie yes Iām ready. Well they arenāt doing booth orders today so I step inside because drive thru no way. Ms lady says the Red Bulls are in my car you want a can? I want. Slushie that defeats the purpose of me ordering one. I step outside inside brain said check your order. No bacon no toast. Step back inside oh weāre out of bacon and toast. Well what up in here can substitute for my buck? Want another slushie? How about a fry. Oh and apparently donāt use the restroom there. I donāt even want to think about what do the employees use nope uh uh. Just been to @snowandrockofficial / @runnersneed and apart from the lack of employees. The one we got to speak to was rude. She told us the price was Ā£399, when I challenged her she said. All I have to do is take it off the shelf and change the label and looked down her nose at me. Another day and another day with no parcel waiting on the doorstep from @zavviuk. Gary's glad he spent the money to get the red carpet delivery service. But seriously I ordered something on 05/11/21 and its still not arrived, not changed to dispatched status. I've contacted them twice and both times I've bern told nothing, all you get is sorry and "we will try to dispatch your item as soon as possible" and I'm thinking isn't that what you are supposed to do anyway with orders. Try answering the question I asked, don't tell me what I already know. Not the best customer service I've ever received. I think I'm better off cancelling and ordering from amazon. Not good @zavviuk not good at all. Feeling nostalgic about my Tallahassee days in the early 90ās and decided to stop by the Tampa location while I am in town. It was short-lived. I ordered my food and the young man asked my name. Imagine how irritated I was when I saw the name at the bottom of the receipt. š¤¬ Me: That is NOT my name. Him: (laughing) Oh, I thought thatās what you said. Me: You know dayum well thatās not my name. Him: Oh, I just blanked out. I asked for the manager and he wasnāt much help. Didnāt reprimand the employee. Didnāt offer a refund. āšØ Allow me to make this very clear. This in noway shape or form of a dis nor slander attempt towards the @metrobytmobile brand/name, but to shine light on a situation that I take very seriously, and obviously one of their very UNPROFESSIONAL ACTING authorized dealer franchise store front sells agent reps chose to see and show otherwise. . . I do naught accept nor tolerate being threatened or disrespected due to the showing unnecessary attitude and negative practices that this female store rep did by verbally attacking me for asking questions to WHY my mother's service was DISABLED after I had already paid the bill, and naught allowing her to use deceptive tactics nor put up with her negligence that has now caused trust issues. . . So I thought that corporate offices of the two names would like to be informed and know about this, and maybe they can answer why they have, or are they aware of such uncaring disrespectful people/agent reps like this woman working for them, causing unnecessary tension, and the wasting of customers time and money by the DEPRIVING of service already paid for. . . And yes, my mother has suffered loss due to service disabled with naught even and attempt by this woman rep to simply apologize for the inconvenience. . . Through a contest on Instagram I won free tickets to the cannabis show here in Vancouver via @qualitygreeninc and @fionaforbes . and just so everybody knows Fiona is not involved with the following that I'm about to post but it was through her that I won the contest. That being said a woman named Yvonne, who used to work for Quality Green Inc offered me a swag bag to be mailed to my house because my wheelchair broke down and I was unable to attend the cannabis conference. It was unexpected and very generous of them, however nothing showed up in the mail so I contacted the woman that offered me the swag bag and that's when I found out that she was no longer with the company.so she suggested I private message the company and let them know that the swag bag had not shown up. My initial intention was because if they paid for shipping they wasted their money cuz nothing has showed up. Since then I have been talking to them in private message and nothing has been done. Again I didn't ask for the bag but they offered it and nothing has been done and I just told them to not worry about it about 5 minutes ago in a private message. They kept telling me they would look into it but that was two weeks ago. So I would not suggest doing business with this company. I'm very disappointed that there was no follow-up. So that was my experience with quality green... Tea was super cold and Gulab Jamans are such a disaster. Whether you are running a shop or a cafe, when you go public customer services must be at par.
