Rogers HR Consulting, LLC is proud to be working with a local manufacturing firm in Springfield, IL. We have been commissioned to find a Human Resources Manager (HRM) and a Human Resources Administrator (HRA). Simplex Inc. has been experiencing significant growth and is looking to find a couple HR Professionals to help them staff the facility and improve their HR function. The HRA will report to the HRM.

These are exciting opportunities for individuals who want to work in a fast-paced environment. At Simplex, Inc. the HR department is charged with these activities at a minimum:

Recruiting | On Boarding | Termination | Performance Management | Payroll & Timekeeping | Time Off Management | Employee Safety | Compliance Reporting | Employee Training Program | Employee Benefits Administration

The ideal candidates will hold a bachelors degree and some level of professional certification. On the job experience may substitute for formal education depending on circumstances and longevity.
