POSITIVITY PROJECT

Okay so I don’t really know that much about Yasuo’s lore, and in our thread we’re only, what, 2 replies in, so I can only really go off that in terms of their characterisation but

This users writing is so lovely, from what I’ve seen of it. I really enjoy reading it, so, so much, and I literally cannot wait to see where our thread goes. Yasuo seems chill enough not to freak out at the fact an enormous catfish has just sort of dragged himself into his company, so that’s always a good start.

And they were so polite when I forgot to reply for a couple of days due to my brain derping and not tracking the thread. :’) They seem like a super nice person, and I’m glad you gave me their url anon because it seems like every super nice person should be told that once in a while :33

     There are hobos.

     Then there's King Hobo. While I might despise Yasuo as a champion in terms of his heu-heu I'm always trying to 1v5 the enemy team kit, I do admire his character and poorccmpany really does exemplify his tired, drunken nature. I haven't gotten a chance to roleplay with them but I do want to if not so Twisted Fate can share a few drinks with the poor bastard.

     I know they seem very nervous about their protrayal, which is understandable as a new blog (I still get nervous about my protrayal of TF at times!) but I genuinely believe they've got a good hold on him now that will surely improve with time. Yasuo is a very complex character at his core, so I'm not surprised if someone's a bit afraid when they get their feet wet with him at first.

     In conclusion, a great roleplayer and someone I definitely recommend interacting with!

For months Riven had traveled throughout Ionia with the Ronin, an unspoken bond easily found between the two. Though she knew little about him, she trusted him. An obvious mistake. Trust no one, Noxus had taught her. Of course, she did have a habit of straying from Noxian guidelines. 

One night, the exile laid restless in a makeshift bed in an old motel, trying desperately to fall asleep. Her room’s door creaked and she tilted her head slightly, sleepiness causing her to be too tired to roll all the way over to face her intruder. 

     “ Yasuo? ”

Her voice was but a whisper. 

The answer to her question was a sharp pain in her back. She yelped, rolling out of her bed and onto her feet. Riven saw droplets of blood drip from her back onto the floor and her suspicions of the man were confirmed. In the darkness she could barely make out Yasuo’s figure, but she knew he was her attacker. Reaching her hand behind her back, she wrapped her fingers around the grip of the knife and pulled out, wincing and biting her lip. With a swift leap and swing, she flung the knife back at the wanderer. 

        “Thought a knife that small would kill me, friend?” 

She laughed mockingly. Normally a knife in the back would end a battle. However, this one started it.

The exile had heard of him various times before, his name whisking past her ears on her jaunts through the hallways of the Institute and from various rumors that bubbled throughout conversations among Ionian friends of hers. But crimson optics locked with dark, unwavering eyes induced a shiver to crack along her spine like a whip. She remembered those eyes. 

                                                                      She remembered those eyes.

Instantaneously, Riven ripped her eyes from his and looked away, breathing slowly through her mouth. The temple, the battle in Ionia, the wind, those eyes. This time, when she swayed her head to survey the room he was there in front of her. She stumbled, searching for words but her throat was dry. Every fiber of her being hoped that he didn’t remember her--- most people didn’t. Her appearance was very altered from when she served Noxus as a general and that was in her advantage. However, if he recognized her scarlet eyes the way she recognized his, she’d be dead by nightfall. 

         “ Can I help you ?” She asked finally, her voice low and cautious.
