It takes a while for the flustered Ribombee to recompose themselves, but eventually some coherent words leave their mouth behind intermittent shivers.

"I-I-I always come here to nap..! The sun hits the beach perfectly and there's n-never a peep but the ocean waves, so its always safe and quiet unlike the meadow..."

The Ribombee pauses for a second before acknowledging his two visitors with a nervous smile.

"well, um, it usually is..!"

Percy: The Cosmog looks perplexed. "You need a flame to stay warm? Wouldn't it be easier to find a fire Pokémon to make one for you? Why did you have to come here to look for things?"

The duskull shuffles nervously, floating back and forth "I'm not sure... WHY something would just... leave ghost flame's behind so... precise and neatly... Like they WANT me to.. take it.." The duskull turns, gently tapping their chin "It could be a trap... I am unsure..." It shudders at the thought of succumbing to another twisted spirit's trap "But that isn't important right now... Not yet.. I usually get the flame Last.. Because it is the most dangerous for me to acquire... But I need it... or I'll... freeze..." The duskull goes silent for a moment, before turning back towards Percy "As to your second question... I need these things to stay.... Not alive but... N... normal... I don't want to turn into.... like the rest...." "I want to... preserve... what little humanity... I have left... and not... turn..." The duskull doesn't elaborate further, seeming rather anxious at the topic -- -- -- -- [ Future Pathway(s) revealed. Blue path or Orange Path ]

And to answer zis - I simply made it. I bought a jacket, tie, and a hat resembling ze conductor. Ze stars are hand made, however. A charactzer who inspired me is an Alcremie Way Pokié from Pokié: Kingdom. Her outfit is SO cute and this inspired me to make zis. Originally I've made for ze MesagozaCon, but I've decided to bring zis here.

Rin @ Khione: She tilts her head to the side as she seems to be getting a better look at the reptilian Pokémon in front of her. Before quickly realizing that she must be staring, and that she's being rude. "Oh. Sorry. It's just ... It's not every day you see a living dinosaur Pokémon. Least of all outside a laboratory." that probably sounded even ruder. She had to patch this up, quickly. "So, is everyone a prehistoric Pokémon where you are from? It sounds like you must be from very far off."

Khione had just been sitting by in a grove of Redolent Forest when Rin arrived. She was reading a guidebook all about Arboria climate patterns, and native Pokemon species, when she noticed the staring legendary, head tilting in response. She began her own glance as the feline rambled, her tail idly swaying. She at least waited for Rin to finish her questions, before casting a sideways look at a nearby tree.

"I could basically say the same thing about you," the ice dinosaur quipped casually in return, sounding less perturbed by the comment and more amused, if the gentle smile on her face served any indication. "I don't know many folks who have ever even heard of the species Mewtwo, let alone seen one right in front of them. If anything, most of my friends would just consider you an urban legend or some sort of hoax, kind of like how there was supposedly a Mew living under some truck like a stray house-Meowth out in Kanto somewhere. You hear about that sort of thing in passing, but seeing it in the flesh is a whole new trick altogether. Didn't quite expect a Mewtwo to be pretty; heard a lot more about it being kind of scrunchy and almost hairless-cat sort of looking. But you've got plenty of fuzz and nothing really uncanny-valley about you. Thank Arceus for that."

The dino let out a soft chuckle. "I like you. You're a good sport, you know that? And to answer your question… well, yes and no. I mean, most of the family is the Aurorus line, though there are a few deviations here and there. A Salazzle on Mom's side, a Lapras on Dad's, a few Tyrantrum and Nido-line Pokémon scattered… I mean, you spend enough time in the world, you're going to have some crossing of genetics and not be a purebred of your species, more often than not. But who wants that, anyway? You don't get any of the cool egg moves, for one… like this."

Khione held up her hands, yellow energy gathering at her fingertips. The taur's feet began to rise from the ground, the dinosaur eyeballing her new-found companion's reaction as she joined her in the ability to hover over the earth… even if just by a couple of feet. "Magnet Rise. Had an Ampharos on Mom's side, about eight generations up the family tree. You'd be surprised how many generations egg moves can travel, once someone in the family's got it down pat."

"As for how far away I lived… well, that depends on how far you consider the Sinnoh region to be from here." The dinosaur's tail tip flicked side-to-side in thought. "North of Mt. Coronet, specifically, somewhere near Snowpoint City. They say the area used to be known as Hisui, but that's supposedly millennia before even my great-grandparents were sparkles in the world's eye. Heard there were pretty unique variations of Pokémon in those days, especially of like, Typhlosion and Avalugg and such. Have a few Avaluggs down the line, too. Anyway." Khione offered her right hand to the psychic feline, still holding steadily in the air from her Magnet Rise. "I'm Khione. You know, if you're really that interested in getting to know me, I know a few good places in the area we could spend some time talking. If you want to, of course. Not gonna force you into it."

"And frankly, just be glad you didn't run into Bijoux. You think you were rambling, she'd probably get one look at you and have a whole day's worth of questions. She loves seeing legendaries and doesn't have a filter when it comes to asking them for way too much info..."
