And hey, if you ask me sometimes the things that seem silly can be the most important of all. Just because others view something as silly doesn’t mean that it is to the person/people involved, it could easily have a whole deeper meaning to it. Or if it is truly silly even to those involved it’s still an example of them letting loose, dropping away all worries and inhibitions to just enjoy the moment, or to just enjoy spending time with someone special. And that will never not be meaningful and beautiful.

belexa makes me think about wicked sometimes, but i've never seen wicked (yet) 😅 but now i'm thinking about them in chicago (my favorite) and it's... interesting (also my new fic for them reminds me of into the woods but is just bc it's also a fairytale crossover)

Sadly no cuz I hate twitter ahahah and I was adamant about not using it for a while so that meant I only ever saw twitter stuff if were uploaded here on tumblr 😞 but I was going through Lexi’s page and lo and freaking behold, her voice 🥰🥰🥰

But oh my god, she could so do musicals if she rly wanted to. If for any reason she ever wanted to pursue acting or singing as a career I’d be all for it.

i feel like there's potential for a OUAT belexa AU, after this comparison (that crushed my heart Regina style) i might work on it, even tho i dropped the show after season 4 and just remember the basic stuff. we'll see where my crazy train of thought will go now you restarted the engine 😅 also Mulan was one of my faves too and the way they finished her storyline with aurora infuriated me to this day

oh my god... i will love you forever if you do this (i mean i already do tbh ahahah) but wowowo as a former oncer and swan queen shipper, i would so be down to read this front to back.

also, nice to know i wasn’t the only one who dropped the show after a couple of seasons. I dropped it around the beginning of season 4 soon after they introduced elsa. I was just so pissed with where the writing went and I hated how they treated mulan’s character but mostly her relationship with aurora (i was a big time sleeping warrior shipper!)

you and Sarah already killed me this whole weekend and now you're comparing Lexi to Regina Mills? one of my first official crushes? one of the reasons i can't stand angst??? this has gone too far now, i can't 🏳️

OOOFf she AND Mulan were my big crushes tbh 😆 but bruhhhh, the angst potential is real af.

Like they both had a series of terrible things happen to them (Regina’s entire childhood vs face!Lexi’s NXT experience as a whole) and they both took drastic measures to try and be happy (Regina putting the curse on everyone and sending them to Storybrooke vs Lexi becoming champ and taking the women’s division hostage for two years). They both are trying to redeem themselves through someone else (Regina thanks to Emma and Henry vs Lexi thanks to Nikki coughandBexcough) but find themselves torn between who they are and who they’re meant to be (Evil Queen/Regina Mills vs heel!Lexi/babyface!Lexi).

It’s quite uncanny and it’s pretty awesome to see.

my hc for Alexa now is that while she was out of the ring and hosting AMOB she slowly (very slowly) started to remember what is like to care about other people, hence her trying to be friends with Nikki and being nice to Becky. she's still struggling to stay chill tho, and the Iiconics got on her nerves bullying Nikki earlier and when the coffe incident happened, she snapped back to her violent ways, but this time was partially on Nikki's behalf

Yes I can def get behind this. Again, it is absolutely her being torn but Nikki’s influence is doing a number on her. And ya know what? Maybe the IIconics bullying her and Nikki reminded her of her NXT days, when pixie Lexi got picked on for being such a fairy sprakle princess.

Can you believe Becky and Alexa adopted Nikki? How are we gonna call tonight's magical trio that we definitely need to see more often? The only idea i had so far was "the goddess and her chaotic celtics" 🤔 (i still need to work on it)

They absolutely adopted Nikki and welcomed her into their dumb little antics and i think it’s beautiful. I’m thinking something relatively short and sweet for their name altho i love chaotic celtics for bex and nikki stststst. I... am still thinking about it 🤔

I'm also thinking how they're gonna keep Becky 100% on raw after she loses the sd title, bc if she loses to Charlotte (or the mitb cash in) it wouldn't make sense for her to not go after a rematch and just be like: "well i still have the raw title, so losing it's fine". And again, the wildcard rule kinda allows her to run between the brands forever (or until they drop it). I also don't know the chances of the cash in being sunday since Alexa already did it last year

I’d say for the dramatic storytelling that could ensue it’s definitely possible for the cash in to happen (I think even the commentators mentioned this as well in passing). And I think even if she were to drop the SDL title this Sunday, I can agree and say she wouldn’t go out without another fight. That’s just who Bex is.

for smackdown idk because the only way i see them "ending the rivalry" is with Becky retaining and ending Charlotte's argument, but at the same time i don't see why this defeat would be different than the previous ones for Charlotte to leave her alone. And idk how long they're planning to keep becky2belts. Not to mention this dumb "wild card rule" that only makes things messier 🙄
