Polytra is term used to define someone who was and/or felt like they were once polyamorous but, due to trauma, they are now monogamous. This term may only be used by those who have PTSD, C-PTSD, or trauma-formed disorders.

One with this identity may also be caedsexual and/or caedromantic. The opposite to this is monotra, while the non-exclusive version of this term is polycortar.

Kinda change some of the definition/term , to have it feel more aligned to us but also give options for others to possibly use if they wanna! If that makes sense!!

Hopefully the Russian etymology is okay for one of them! I couldn't think of anything Latin or English that fit that definition but this word seems pretty fitting. Sorry for language hyperfixating on this post LMAO!
