Ooo two Vulpes, always a fun time.

The Braixen line is known for their mystical fire. However, in some parts of the world, people actually consult Braixen for telling their fates.

It's said that their flames can peer into a person's deeper being when trained hard enough, so many mystical trainers will be drawn to this pokemon.

Their level of fortune telling is different than a psychic type.

A psychic type will look at the potential futures of a person's actions, while Braixen will look at a person's being for their potential.

I'm meeting a lot of trainers who have Zorua, and they are fun, little michevious partners, but did you know that they are very commonly used in film and television?

Their near perfect illusions allow for great scenes using multiple people or stunt doubles.

Zoroark have even better illusions but it's a lot more difficult to get into the film scene because they start to become more aloof and tired of the spotlight, but Zoroua like being tricksters and will treat the movies like a big game.

This is definetly not the right time for this, but I got another Charmander egg from the bank. I live in the mountain I don't have a stable income I sell the few things I find or my Pokemon make when I head into town. Would you take this egg off my hands? I think I'm pushing it with the H. Zoroua I'm getting and the Charmander so I really can't take care of the it right now.

FLAMES JOURNEY CHAPTER #10 growing and registering

a few days afer neegan and james left the guild valdederon finds him self feeling lonley alittle having not fully grasped just how much impact neegan had ont him . but he continues his school studdies untill he graduates and begins working out in the now repaired training hall were he continues working out evry day after a month he gets aproache dby kleo as hes chugging a water skin.

kleo--- so you realy do want to be a pheonix hawk… i.. are you sure you wont change your mind.

valdederon---mom ill be safe i promise im no stranger to the dangers of a dungeon in 2 worlds now. i promise i wond end up missing or killed.. im worried to but i want to explore ill always come back and spend time with my family.

he walks over and hugs the crying milotic and purrs lovingly.

valdederon---and im going to stick to the guild rules and wait untill im 13 to begin training for it theres always new stuff i can learn from other pokemon. plus if i keep going all out im pretty sure id bankrupt the guild withe the repair costs in the training hall.

kleo chuckles with a sigh

kleo---fair point… that is rather expensive mister arsonist.

valdederon growls at the tease but chuckles after purring as kleo ruffles his head fur with her tail. over the next few weeks valdederon studdies tirelesly in school and trains in the training hall taking breaks to read in the guild archives.

years later valdederon is 13 when he walks into a trainer office.

valdederon--- good morning id like to become a pheonix hawk.

an absol with both eyes pure white as if bline pears up over his desk and walks around the braixen witch is on the verge of evolving..

beyroon-- your an interesting one arent you.. young.. yet..mature for your age if abit prideful.. your powerful as well..verry well illgo get my assistant.. shes a zorua he he abit cheaky and abit skeptical of aplicants.

valdederon--- i dont mind i can handle it have you ever heard of outworlders beeing able to use abilities they held in another world by chance ive been asking around alot but no one has any answers and you seem quite wise and experianced..

beyroon--- hmmmm you arent curious about my eyes..

valdederon---- not my place to ask about perosnal medical situations im not a medic and ive seen plenty of wariors in my time who seemed weak but held powerfull secrets.

beyroon begins laughing with a smile.

beyroon--- you impress me kid your mature pridful yet surprisngly humble..kind and respectfull your a rare one indeed.. ive heard rumors yes.. nothing concreete give it a shot if your curious he he training would be a good start.

beyroon walks over and calls for his assitant from the back of his office a young 16 year olf female zoroua who has a smug look reminicent of a snivy as she trots over. ( zell - lania pronounced like tania.. most often shown as a steryotyped rusian girl or lady )

zelania--- so your a new aplicant.. tsch.. dont look like much.and ontop of that your a fire type.. arent you the kid who torched the training hall.

valdederon---yes mam.. i am unfrotunately i was dealing with a lot back then…my mind was a wreck and so were my emotions…witch.. sort of super chagred my fire type moves…

zelania--- well.. if thats true you might be good enough to be a pheonix hawk… ugh lets go get the paper work done.. dont fuking get killed out there.. IF YOU PASS THAT IS..

valdederon--- seems like you trully care about evryone… despite your front.

she truns her head with a blushing growl making beyroon laugh alittle as she walks past him.

zelania-- can it you old fart.. so gald he cant see me right now.

valdederon stays quiet even as the elderly absol begins bellowing with laughter causing the zoroua to blush more as she takes valdederon to work out the paperwork

zelania chuckles--- yea.. damed old farts always been around for me.. atleast after saving me when i was 3 ish.. i barely rember anything but aparently me and my family were out exploring when an entire hill side collapsed after a big monsoon..i lost my folks but he found me limping after having just stollen a berry from a travling pokemon both him and the traveler found me by the mud slide eating the berry…..

she goes quiet and takes a breath looking down--

valdederon--- i dont need to know your storry but if you want to talk about it.. im willing to listen loosing family. i know how hard it is. to think or even talk about to anyone. talk to my mom kleo if you want to know more.

he finishes up the paperwork she brought out and looks at him in shock as he leaves quietly with out a word walking past the absol who looks back at her.

beyroon--- been along time since you let that out hun.. you and that kid have more in common then you know i aint heard the whole thing but he was your age when it happend to him as well go on and take a break i can sense your upset.

she screams at him to mind his own business and runs off tears dripping as she transforms to go hide some were. making beyroon sigh paw on his face as he worries were shes run off to.

Favorite pokemon/evolution line, my favorite is the rowlet line, I love the little archer owl

Rye: Ooooh, my favorites are Raichu and the Lucario line! Riolu is probably my favorite baby pokemon! Lucario is tied with Raichu tbh. I also love Celebi and suicune, and the totodile line holds a special place in my heart.

Kokichi: As stereotypical as it might be, I gotta love... Scorbunny! Haha, fooled you, didn't I? I also like Fennekin and Snivy. Okay okay, I love Zoroua too. Shush. Oh and I can't find the name of the new grass starter but I love the dramatic theater kid/phantom thief aesthetics.

-Koko: My favorite is eevee!!! And squirtle!!!! I like charizard too, hes the coolest! But I love blastiose!!!

Wrenn: I haven't really thought about pokemon much. Digging around in our memories, I guess the one I can relate to the most is MewTwo, and maybe the Ralts line? And my favorite starter... Cyndaquil and Litten. But only as their baby evolutions. We haven't played the new game, but... I am stupidly attached to tandemaus.

Chara: .... I also like the Pikachu line. But I'm very attached to Entei from the third movie, I suppose. I enjoy the Unknown.

Venti: Ooooh, I'm not sure which I'd prefer! I suppose I'm more the type to be attached to individual pokemon I come across my journey over a design or move type. I am drawn to fairy-like pokemon (not necessarily the type!) Like Celebi and Jirachi, especially if they are cute and small but powerful. Ehe~

Evan: I also like the Rowlet line! They're so cool! And I love bird pokemon, like Pigeot. Oh oh, and I have a soft spot for mudsdale...

in civvies Bruce definitely has a furfruo or however you spell it. Ace the bat hound is here, he's a zoroua that is disguised as a small dark type dog of some sort as Bruce, a houndoom as matches and a nightmare creature as batman. Iirc metagross have multiple separate minds that work together, so for symbolism, Bruce has one.

Tim has a jigglypuff.

Dick has an aipom who he knew from the circus.and maybe he even has zitka as a donphan.

Jason has a raticate who's a really really good fighter. Maybe his malone persona has stereotypically weak /posh pokemon. A sylveon maybe.

I think maybe as the vigilantes, they've taught most of the pokemon some illusion based tricks to make them not look like normal pokemon.

Hmmm, this one is tricky.

Seeing as you're from Unova, its colors could indicate it is a Zoroua Egg. However, that could be completely wrong as its colors are similar to Garchomp.

It's even possible that this is something like Murkrow or Bisharp.

It's difficult to tell without knowing any of its origins, but colors can help. Seeing as a trainer could have just bred one of their pokemon and had an egg.

If you want a better idea of what it could be, just keep track of its progress.

If it seems like it's progressing much faster, it is most likely something like Murkrow or something smaller.

Larger pokemon like the Garchomp line or more powerful pokemon need more time to hatch.

The pokemon Center usually has free databases as well, and you can check servey databases to see what the local population is around you, so that might help narrow down your possibilities.

As for looking after it, just keep doing what you're doing, give it time to rest from the heat, and try talking to it to see if it gets a reaction.

Trainers tend to leave eggs they can't take care of a lot of the time, so perhaps they knew you were a ranger.

Maybe even a smart pokemon knew who you were as well?

I finally started Pokemon Legends Arceus pretty late, and I got this Hisuian Zoroua while looking for the rock for evolving an Eevee into a Glaceon, so I decided that the (still unnamed) Zoroua is Tundra's "pet" and then I read the pokedex entry and it made me sad. So I got a picture of Tundra being polite and his evolved pet Zoroark. (Any nickname suggestions for my new best friend Zoroark are welcome!)

AWW so cute!! I love Glaceon, its my favorite eeveelution 💖 Tundra looks so proud of his friend!!

Kabu/Kabuki might be cool since its colors are very Kabuki-like xD Or maybe Blizzard or Blizz since its hair looks like heavy, snowy winds!

Hey ranger rai, I need some advice. I really love my pokemon, I really do, but my zorua keeps causing issues. He keeps starting fights with my sylveon and fennekin. Sylvie and Fen are best friends and just cant handle the issues zorua keeps making. I had Zorua before Fen and Sylvie and I cant tell if hes jealous or if this is his way of making friends since all of my pokemon (other then fen and Sylvie) have a close friend except him. So you have any advice on how to fix this?

Oof, dynamics like this are hard.

Especially since you have two pokemon of a similar breed.

My suggestion would be to isolate all three for a little while and let your Zorua mingle with one at a time, seeing who it's having the troubles with the most.

Perhaps it's feeling left out now that you have two more pokemon to take care of, and maybe it's also upset that they are getting along so well and it doesn't know what to do.

Try and let it get to know them one at a time, and help them find common ground.

Also, Zorua is a dark type, and Sylveon is a fairy type, so they already have some natural opposition.

I always say that food is a powerful tool to bring people and pokemkn together, so maybe try and make some food thst they could enjoy together, perhaps of similar tastes?

Give them activities and things they can do together to get a little bonding, and once they are familiar separately, hopefully, they can mesh well together.

FLAMES JOURNEY CHAPTER #13 feasts and and unexpected adventures valdederon and kleo both head into the mess hall and take a seat at the large feast prepared by the cheffs a licatongue and a few weavile as well as acouple of roselia .

kleo---- wow this is a spread an a half… man believe it or not there was a time this area was nearly wiped barron. there was a time were the animals were fleeeing what we back then called the drying. it persisted for awhile but soon the lands became fertile again.

valdederon--- sound slike what my people called a drout.lands drying up animals becoming thiner and such.

kleo chuckles nodding.

kleo--- that drying led to alot of heart ache for many but.. our currency was also devized back then the pheonix valley guild didnt exist then this was alittle bit beyond my time like 20,000 years ago but the story is quite fresh still ..i just re read the book about that period earlier infact ( last chapter 1 shot tory is a summary of said book) and it always reminds me eeven in pain happenies can thrive.

valdederon---your fears are misplaced and unfounded hun i will not do to others what hapened to us..

she tears up and tries to speak but begins to sob uncontrolably. having never had any one so forcefuly put the truth into her paws and valdederon gently cradles her in his arms as she wails into his fluffy chest her ears folded over as she lets go of her self sheding evry tear shes held in for years on end.

3 hours laters->

-> zelania sits up eyes blood shot and puffy from crying

zelania--your an ass hole you know that..

valdederon-- ha ha so what..some times it takes an ass hole to break through to a stuborn little brats heart… go on over and rest up with beyroon i can tell your not in any condition to help train me ill head up to the archives or somthing and let you have some quiet to your self

she sighs a rubs her throbing eyes vision blurry and clouded

zelania---ugh.. fine.. what ever kid just beat it

she stumbles out from his grasp and unsteadily walks to her nest by beyroon and lays down as valdederon heads outside and looks out at the forrest and takes a walk through the valley observing the area with open curiosity. after awhile he falls into a set of old ruins hidden by bushy brambles and falls on his chest with a soft thud

valdederon---ouch…that hurt.

he gets up and looks around using an ilumination type spell filling the dark stone hallways with a soft white light he walks down the antient halls constructed clearly by pokemon paws and claws old worn down claw slashes in the stone as he walks carefuly observing for traps or other dangers moving around fallen pilars and collapsed cieling debris. ocasionaly encountering ancient golems from a period when pokemon did use magic having to fight them on his own.

after a slogish 30 minutes he finds a room full of old books and small trinkets including a large wood staff with signs of burn damage as would be seen on a braixens or delphoxes when they use fire type moves and soon is swarmed by a hoard of golems.

valdederon--..well cant say i saw this coming.. this is going to be a slog

he grins deviously pulling this tick from his tail and grabing the staff taking a defensive stance observing the circle of 50 golems all clearly fire resistant and durable light dings and scratches from falling debris showing that the battle will be tough .
