Pokédex Info: Drinking the strange liquid in Tipsitea’s makes people feel extremely euphoric, but can also cause scarily realistic hallucinations that can drive them mad.
Tealirious is said to have come from the world of dreams. It will happily offer its bizarre “tea” to other pokemon and humans alike, but becomes furious if it is not immediately drank.
Wiskilirious fires bullets of pure energy from its hands at attackers. The liquid in its body bears resemblance to whiskey, but is much more potent.
Once thought to be just an old folktale, Tipsiskey is a very friendly, fun-loving pokemon. Drinking the liquid seeping from its body gives the same effects as large amounts of alcohol.

Iron Valiant - Dark/Steel
The Paradox Pokemon
Iron Valiant is believed to be a descendant of Gardevoir and Gallade in the distant future. Iron Valiant roam the deepest waters in the ocean. They protect themselves from danger using their harpoon. They search for any signs of life in the depths below. The reason they do this is unknown.

#621 Druddigon
Hey, idk how long it's been, but I've been cooking! I've always thought Druddigon was underrated, as many fans bemoan its lack of flying ability, general competitive incompetence, and ugly design. (Hey, it's ugly, but a realistically designed world is going to have some ugly animals.) Anyhoo, I think it's pretty neat. Move below the fold:
I've renamed this version Dimeter. I've enjoyed the idea of a dimetrodon Pokemon having this name. The idea comes from the sail collecting sunlight (as reptiles are apt to do) and the Pokemon's capybara-like demeaner enriching the land.
This design started with a desire to take a Pokemon and bend it so much that it kept a lot of elements from its original design, yet still felt like a new thing compared to the original. Of course, this sprite still has pieces from Feraligatr and Nidorino, but most of this mon is Druddigon.
I can see this mon having Solar Power or a renamed Chlorophyll as an ability, perhaps something akin to Flower Guard. I can see it learning your standard dinosaur (despite not being a dinosaur) fare and things like Rototiller.
The sail gave me some trouble, but hopefully each attempt after this gets better and better!

Maybe the Serperior line?
Grass/Ghost
Bet you didn’t expect me to answer this five years later.
-
I won’t be taking new requests but I will be going through some of the old ones.
It has been five years so my art is very different now, but I have a soft spot for this blog because it was how I practiced digital art in the beginning.

#0056 - Mankig
Flying Pig Pokemon
"It lives in treetop colonies, and is rarely seen outside of rampages. If one becomes enraged, the whole group rampages for no clear reason."
---------
#0057 - Primair
Flying Pig Pokemon
"It becomes angry when it senses anyone looking at it. It uses its large wings to chase down anyone who runs from it."
Note: both sprites are loosely based on Mankey and Primeape's BWB2W2 sprites.

Info:
Known as the Beasts of Tyranny, these four Pokemon were supposedly owned by a cold-hearted ruler who used their powers to control his subjects.
Able to shoot jets of magma from its shell, Wo-Fenu would attack anyone foolish enough to speak ill of its master.
When the king’s subjects refused to work, Jin-Pao would lash at them with the venomous spines on its tail.
Ting-Runu would use its ice powers to freeze over the lands of rival kingdoms, causing their crops to wither and die.
When the king would declare war against other kingdoms, Shui-Yu would be sent to flood their land, destroying many people’s homes and lives.

Celebi - Fire/Fairy
The Intent Pokemon
Celebi is said to be able to judge a person's intent with its flame. Those with a pure heart and good intentions will be able to touch its flames without pain. Those with ill intentions will be burned by the flames. Sightings of this Pokemon are very rare. Those who show it kindness are given one of its feathers.
