i know everyone was eagerly waiting for this one, so here you have it.

i really channeled all my :dumjj: into this one. tried not to repeat the same pokemon/evolution lines throughout. oh, and most of my favorites change every couple hours, so there's that, i guess.

Obviously, my drawing style and opinions have changed so I'm thinking about remaking it soon.

Top 3 Pokemon Per Type! (Part 1)

Hello all. I've decided it's about time I re-do my top 3 lists for pokemon, since a few gens have released since the last time I made a list. I'm using a few new rules as well:

Favorites per type are adhering to the rule that it must be the pokemon's primary typing.

The only exception to this is Flying, since there are so few pure or primary flying types; in this case, I've allowed Normal/Flying types to be considered as well, since those are always birds and honestly should be pure Flying types, at least in my mind.

I am allowing Legendary and Mythical pokemon to be considered alongside all regular pokemon

No Megas or Gigantamax forms are considered for this list

I am allowing a Top 6 instead of a Top 3 for Bugs because I need the extra slots for my favorite pokemon type to be frank

I will list all of a specific evolutionary line that I like but the picture I use will denote my favorite out of that line. If I do not type out the name of a pokemon that's a part of that family line then it can be assumed I don't like them as much

I have another rant :3

So before I start this rant, I want to start off by saying, I love the pokemon Fandom it's one of the most chill and calm Fandoms I have been in, in a long time but as you know no Fandom is perfect. Every Fandom has their fair share of announce and immature behavior, and what really gets me annoyed are the people in this Fandom that judge or make others feel like crap because their favorite pokemon or region is from 1-4

Now I know its mostly 1-2 but I've seen people get mad if your favorite pokemon is also from gen 3 or 4. And it's usually something like 'oh your favorite gen is 2? That's because it was probably your first game' or 'oh you only like that pokemon because it's nostalgic' or my favorite comment 'Eww your nostalgia is showing'

Like when did it become an issue to others when someone's favorite pokemon or region is from the old games. Most the time it's not in fact nostalgic for us, its because this pokemon or region is special to us in a way we can't explain to you, and stop judging people because their opinions don't match with your own. I've seen so may people do favorite list of like Legendaries and other things and God forbid if they rank a legendary from the older games higher up on their list then a newer legendary, these people legit get mad and comment mean things.

Like calm down dude people are allowed to like the older stuff and surprise but it doesn't always have to be about nostalgia, sometimes people like what they like and your shitty comments aren't going to change their mind.

I used to be so afraid to tell someone who my favorite pokemon was and what my favorite gen and region were because I knew they would get pissed but not no more, now I don't care, so if your one of those people who get bullied for liking the older stuff over the new then don't let them make you feel bad, your favorites have a special meaning to you and that's that, there is nothing wrong with your choices ^_^ 🥰 Now I'll share some of my favorites with everyone and feel free to share yours too! Every Pokemon I like (and plan to draw at some point)!

This is a very good list maker. I always wanted an easy way to highlight all of my favorite pokemons.

Some of these are based on how good they are in the game, but since I never played anything past Gen 5 a lot of them are based on just how much I like their designs. I like how my list of favorites from Gen 9 has like, 4 members. I guess I wasn't a big fan of this Gen's designs...

Black/White 2 is probably my favorite game since it has so many of my favorites from each gen in it with Gen 3 being my favorite in terms of exclusive designs.

Favorite types are fighting, fire, steel, and dragon, these always have the coolest designs.

(Notable mention to Golduck as I could only pick one favorite water monster from Gen 1)
