October 4, 1999: The first time a PF staff member makes the “we’re not dead I promise” post.

It turns out that every single one has been true all along!

December 27, 1998 makes the Pokémon Factory 18 years old.

Okay so several thoughts about the latest reveal trailer (spoilers ahead obviously):

- the rumors and leaks were actually true? I think it was the same person who leaked the final starter evos the first time around. i hope gamefreak are not too bothered by them...

- Team. Rainbow. Rocket. I want to see a ingame reasoning behind this name lmao it just sounds like the kind of name he would pick to make them sound like a benefic charity and then be like "plot twist!! We were evil all along"

- ALSO HE has a freaking mewtwo. Are the evil bosses gonna battle you with freaking legendary pokemon? What about, say, cyrus, will he have dialga or palkia or giratina OR all 3??? Or ghetsis, does he have reshiram and/or zekrom and/or kyurem? Will have to wait to see this.

- Archie and maxie are there... But... The rse designs. What cruel and unjust god did this. I'm not really a fan of those designs but oh well. Im guessing the reason they brought these designs back and not the oras ones is nostalgia. But i want to believe that actually... They just want to end the oras story on a hopeful, happy note? And not make us entertain the possibility that it might have ended bad. It would be kind of sad that after seeing them turning good in the end and promising to better themselves, now their alternate universe selves pop out and are like "nope still bad". Anyways i digress.

- they did cyrus 3d model... But no dppt remakes, and from the looks of it, none to come to the 3ds. Doesnt matter. Gives them more time to work on them (im certain theyre coming at some point, cmon) Lets shoot for switch remake games then?

- they actually used ghetsis' black and white design. I was kinda hoping to see N somewhere but doesnt look like it.

- Lysandre is actually alive even in the universe where he achieved his goal, okay??? Seems like he comes from X and he is freaking immortal now.

- GUZMA my boy. Seems like he is actually on the good side now, he is with us!!!! Maybe not from the beginning (i hope team skull is a thing in the early game, oh i love them) but also, like, this time forreal he gets his shit together and actually helps us and !!!!! My heart is filled with so much joy at how many wonderful character development possibilities guzma has. He truly was OUR boy all along.

- you can capture every single non event legend in usum. Wow. Just wow. Im gonna have so many legends in my pokebank since i still have all the oras ones lmaooo.

- the pokefactory-esque gimmick is cool as well i guess! im guessing it will make the post game battling more interesting.

- the totem stickers man. Im finally gonna be able to have my giant salazzle. I was a bit disappointed in the size of some sprites (specially when theres a trainer behind and you can see how small the poke actually is) but giant lesbian lizard is a possibility!!!! Yay!!!

- we also got to see more ultra beast habitats ( i think we hadnt seen celesteela's yet till now?) Thats cool yo this game is gonna be huge

In short: this is it guys. I dunno if theres gonna be more trailers until the release date but. This game is surpasing what i expected from a "sequel" type Game, theyre going all out and crazy with the new arcs, theres just so much stuff. It looks great and i cant wait to play it. Two more weeks!!!
