It's giving... "Harley Quinn attempting to go under the radar after the Joker dies" vibes.

She moves to Steel City (Pittsburgh, ostensibly) and opens a "Costumed Bar" (Drag Bar, but this is a comic in the 90's) with her Roommate of 30 Years, Pamela Isley (Common Law Wife, again, 90's). Her kid she had with the Joker (see: Injustice... Year 2, I think? Her fight with Canary, where Canary gets morning sickness mid-fight) goes to Philips K-5 and is later called Punchline as her and Pam's joint sidekick (they soften up after years of villainy).

She dresses almost exclusively like the above when out of costume. No one seems to question it, for some reason?
