It has been a teen experience of mine to read stories from wattpad. I enjoy the corny kilig moments that the stories make me feel.

As I read through stories about mafia bosses with 12 inch dicks na kantot barurot at demonyo, it has been a reflex of mine to occasionally scroll through the comments section to see how other readers react to certain scenes. Although the mindset of some readers as they interpret the story and analize the characters, are quite out of touch.

I am currently reading a story about a guy looking out after a woman that’s in danger. Although, this main guy BRINGS OVER a girl that is probably his fuck buddy (as implied in the story) to his house where the main girl is also living. As this fuck buddy of his walks through the house, she sees the main girl and assumes that she is also someone that he has occasional sex with. The guy clears up the confusion and confirms that she is only there to stay. Eventually, they get to his room where the fuck buddy, Moby, immediately removes her top to show her titties.

This part of the story shows the character of the main guy and how he is in his previous relationships. As someone that is sex positive and aware of how sex buddies work, I do not see a problem with this scene. WHAT DID THEY EXPECT? They’re fuck buddies? Ano sa tingin mo magchichikahan sila at literal na magne-netflix and chill? To add, although the story is obviously about romance, at this point of the story there is no romantic relationship between the main girl and guy. They are not dating, situationships, or even flings. There is NOTHING between them.

I noticed on the right side of my screen that there are A LOT of comments on this part of the story especially when Moby is expressing her flirty side kasi nga ‘di ba? They are about to fuck?

What ircks me is how much they SLUT SHAMED Moby, calling her pakasta, kadiri, maasim, pakantot, and many more terms pertaining to her being a slut and a whore.

I do not get why these people are so mad at Moby to the point of unnecessarily slut shaming her when in the first place, she is the one that was invited over. It is implied in the story that the main guy had and still has sexual partners that he occasionally had sex with. Why is it that when HE is the one thats showing “slutty” behavior, it is seen as POGI! MACHO!!! NAKAKAKILIG!! MALAKI TITE. Pero once it is a woman expressing her sexual desires it is suddenly distasteful and disgusting.

The hypocrisy and double standard are crazyy, as the treatment and judgement between a man and a woman towards their sexual expression is gravely different. What’s sad is that most readers and users on wattpad are underage, meaning that these younger audiences, including me, are being exposed to societal injustices that should not be normalized.

The love story will obviously end with the 2 main characters together, which keads readers to put their bias and vote only for the main girl. This probably leads them to hate on whoever comes in contact with the main guy. Although this reason does not justify the close minded behavior as the hate is deeply rooted in misogyny. One of the most common tropes in wattpad is a love triangle or second leading man tropes, where another man is competing for a woman’s attention. But even with another man expressing romantic and sexual feelings towards the main girl, there is no internal anger or hatred given to the man.

When Moby arrived at the main guy’s house, she immediately assumed that the main girl is also one of his sexual partners, which comes off as disrespectful and insensitive. Although, if she is used to the environment where the main guy has other sexual partners, then can we really blame her for assuming that?

Even if understanding where the hate may be coming from, unnecessarily slut shaming a woman for openly expressing her sexuality should not be normalized. When the same energy is shown by a man, either no one bats an eye or the man is praised for such actions. However, when it is a woman, it is pakasta, dugyot, maasim, and kadiri. It is crucial to have an open mind about sex in order to openly understand the double standards and misogyny happening everywhere. Slut shaming implements untrue and harmful stereotypes to women, because if these instances are occurring within a fictional universe, what more if it is in the real world?

Then, around third week of August, I guess, working ako that time pero light workload lang so I had an extra time to check my phone nang bigla kong naisipang magpre-order sa Data Blitz ng wish ni Daddy. My experience in ganaan is absolutely incredible because this school year has been the way that build up my confidence to face a lot of people specially reporting in class , furthermore I’ve met a lot of strangers that turns into friends and at the early school days i felt comfortable and be able to socialize with other students than I used.

Lastly our Advisor is literally the best because teacher sheryl is an amazing woman , she understands the feelings of her students and her patience is amazing to the point that you are going to say to yourself that this teacher is worth listening for and our subject teachers are amazing too they teach us different lessons that we will keep to ourselves. -Lois

Since it’s my first year in Ganaan Christian Academy, first I was enrolled late because of some financial problems and at the day that I was enrolled the principal told me to go directly to my specific classroom and quickly join the class to be able to catch up the lesson that they've been tackling about. As my mom accompany me going to my classroom, some students were shocked that they have a new classmate. So then they welcomed me a well warm greetings as I introduce myself. I belong to Grade 11 HUMSS CHRONICLES and advisory of Ms. Sheryl Abaño. As the months goes by the teachers are doing well, some teachers giving a bit pressure to the students and some teachers are just relaxed too. If I would rate this school over 1-10, I would rate it 8/10 because its not that tense but its just okay for the students. to others you might have looked mad or upset, but to jake the face you were making was extremely adorable

in all honesty, you weren’t supposed to be here, in the dress rehearsal for the pageant that you were joining alongside your class escort, park sunghoon

your friends thought it was funny to nominate you as the class muse at the start of the school year when your crush was voted as class escort

things were awkward at the start of pageant preparations with sunghoon, since you weren’t exactly close in the first place

but having to join this pageant side by side, the both of you have managed to be convincing enough for the parts where you needed to show the couple’s “chemistry”

fast forward to today, you and sunghoon were going to try on your finale outfits for the pageant

you already knew what to expect with your modern filipiniana gown, having already done the first fitting, but you would be lying if you said you weren’t nervous for sunghoon’s reaction to your look

you put on the outfit easily, and you were pleased to find out that it fit you perfectly, really enhancing your features

softly pulling you closer to him, he gathered up all his remaining courage to easily say, “you are simply breathtaking.”

again, you didn’t sign up for this, but you were the most “qualified”

aka your classmates think you always have well-kept hair so now you’re the hairstylist for the boy group that will represent your class in the upcoming dance competition

you couldn’t really complain since they’re only seven boys, how hard can it be?

later you realize that it would in fact be very difficult when one of the seven boys has been your crush for ages, no other than kim sunoo

you, with the help of your class president, have finalized the looks of each of the boys, days before the competition

obviously you made sure to pick a hairstyle which would compliment sunoo’s features perfectly

on the day of the competition, you easily went through the six boys, styling their hair to perfection

before you went to sunoo, though, you had to calm your poor little heart so you wouldn’t completely embarrass yourself in front of him

sunoo was kind enough to initiate conversation so that the whole ordeal wouldn’t become awkward

but during the final touches, you had to go pretty close to his face to finish some details on the front pieces of his hair

sunoo couldn’t help feeling flustered already by the feather-light touches you made to his hair

he made the mistake of looking at your face, because you made his heart stop with the adorable, focused expression you had on your face

he offered you a small thank you when you were done, reminding himself that maybe he should mess up his hair on regular school days so he can ask you to fix it

jungwon 🐈

jungwon, your ever-diligent class president, never fails to take the class attendance during the first 5 minutes of your first class

and you, the ever-diligent student, never fail to say “present” whenever your last name gets called

so when jungwon doesn’t hear your voice one morning, he feels genuine concern

are you sick? stuck in traffic? got distracted by a cute cat on the way to school?

jungwon was close to the end of the class record, glancing out the window of your classroom, thinking that maybe you were just slightly late

he was about to close the class record, until you barge into the classroom, hair a mess and your bag clumsily thrown over your shoulder

you rush to jungwon’s side placing your hand on his as you profusely apologized for being late

jungwon stared down at your hands, his heart warming at the gesture (he noticed your hands were sweaty but he didn’t mind)

snapping back to reality, he shook his head before reassuring you that it was okay and that he won’t be marking you late

the rest of the class teased him for the moment, claiming that he had favorites (he did lol)

the school’s foundation day was coming up soon, which meant that each class had to start thinking about the booth that they will manage for one day

your job each year was to raise funds, and it was everybody’s favorite time of year as you would bring homemade sweet treats to sell at school

you would usually just sell your classics, but this year you came out with mini strawberry muffins

they were a hit around the school, to the point where students would wait for you to walk through the school gates just to get their hands on them while they’re still warm

this would mean, though, that you’d run out pretty quickly

and this was bad news for ni-ki, the student who was known to be late not only to class, but also lining up for your baked goods

for the past 3 days he’s been trying to get his hands on one, to only receive a small sorry from you saying that you’ve ran out for that day

at this point ni-ki gave up

which was why he was extremely caught off guard when you approached him the next day with a small box in your hands

“ni-ki! i saved some extra just for you today” :>

before he could even say thank you, though, you’ve already picked one mini muffin out of the box and held it up to his face

“here, say aah~”

he sat there frozen in his spot, trying to process everything, from how thoughtful you were to save him some, to now you feeding him with the sweetest smile on your face

you hesitated a little bit, thinking that maybe that was too forward for his liking

sensing your hesitation though, he leaned forward to take a bit of the sweet treat offered to him

he savored the sweet taste in his mouth, about to compliment your baking

before he stopped chewing as he realized

“sht i don’t have any money on me”

that's fine though, you’d give him as many mini strawberry muffins as he wants

"Ken are you ready?" Draken turns to the door to see your head popping out of it, he nods "mhm. you done?"

you flashed him a smile "yeah. let's go the earlier we are the better, the stalls in here tend to have long lines during lunch time" unable to hold back a smile back Draken grabs his sling bag "alright. let's go"

"damn. it's hot in here, how are you even alive?" Draken fans himself with his hand which was not helping at all, while you laughed "we are in a tropical country love"

he sighs and looks around until his eyes landed on two girls who were staring at you two while whispering and since they were near he could hear what they're saying but the problem is he can't understand what it means

"hey love what are they talking about?" he points at the girls which went unnoticed by them

"pst. ang pogi ni Kuya yung may tatoo sa gilid ng ulo"

[translation : hey. the guy with a tatoo in the side of his head looks handsome]

"hala oo nga! jowa ba nya yon? tangina ang cute nila sana all" ('sana all' is an expression Filipinos use when they envy someone, some people use it as a joke too)

[translation : oh my you're right! is that his significant other? fuck they look cute together]

you chuckled at his confusion "they say you look handsome and that we look cute together love" the girls who were whispering about you two blushed upon realizing that you heard them

at around 9 pm you and Draken were eating in a restaurant quietly but the silence was soon broken by Draken when he spoke

"Y/n...mahal kita" you froze upon hearing his words, you were still staring down at your food as you felt your face heat up. while Draken on the other hand began to sweatdrop, all he could do right now was pray and hope that the damn google translate didn't fool him

[translation : Y/n...I love you]

but the moment you looked up he felt relieved when he saw your blushing face "mahal din kita Ken"

[translation : I love you too Ken]

"I'm glad google translate didn't fool me" he scooted closer to you "mahal na mahal kita" his lips found it's home to yours as he held your hand in his, tongue gliding against your lips indicating you to open it which you did without hesitation, letting his tongue tangle against yours

[translation : i love you so much]

"putanginang mag jowa toh, WALANG FOREVER"

[translation : fucking couple, FOREVER DOESN'T EXIST]
