happy birthday to andie, our favourite bug! noah, wearing a very fancy three piece suit and tie, considered a few options for gifts. he thought about getting her like a life sized barbie jeep (it doesn't matter if she can drive or not) or a small dog. he didn't do either of those because he realized last minute that these are not practical, but got her a pair of shiny butterfly wings to wear, a tamagotchi so they can make their little guys be friends (hers is pink, his is blue), and a shirt that has a picture of his face on it with the caption "noah ripley fan club".

alice, dressed as a victorian ghost (has nothing to do with the party, she already had this outfit), got andie a record player with some albums (she may also borrow some records from the alice collection whenever), a phone that's shaped like a seashell, and she also meticulously crafted a tiny pocket sized scrapbook. she's also giving noah the stink eye throughout the entire party because she can't have him thinking he gives better gifts than her or that he likes andie more than her.

LIFE SIZE BARBIE JEEP........... thank u for not getting her that noah. but the tamogatchi is very perfect. andie loves making little guys be friends!!! she also loves the t-shirt and is going to wear it too much to an extent that it's concerning. she is very excited to be a part of his fan club!!! like it is going to cause problems, this shirt, i think. but alice can rest easy bc she is better than noah at everything (andie doesn't necessarily think this way bc she is a darling but we all know the truth which is that alice is superior)

also alice is obviously better at giving gifts bc 1) its alice 2) it means a lot that alice came bc this is not going to be her crowd (andie makes sure that there r drinks she knows alice likes) so the fact that she came is gift enough. also the scrapbook makes her cry.

sometimes he thinks mina would have made a good actor — she's nearly as dramatic as he is sometimes. noah's trying not to burst into a fit of hysterics. god forbid they go toppling down the stairs too. the floor is sticky with the leftovers of someone's drink and it's bad enough the soles of his shoes are saturated in it. (in his defense, they're lanvin, which, unfortunately, is important to him.) noah makes sure to keep an arm over mina — more of a threat, than it is protective. if i eat shit, then you eat shit kind of thing.

"well, no. it wasn't my fault, because maybe i wasn't even gonna throw the thing. i could have held onto it longer. you just don't wanna take responsibility, pffft." maybe it was a group effort. not that he feels bad. another minute and invader zim still would have met his demise either way. "fuck, man. should we just give him a funeral? i know it's kind of a bummer on new years, but he did have some good times."

sabrina has two types of first aid kits! a typical human-grade one with bandages, tweezers, antiseptic wipes, and bandages. it also includes antibiotic ointment, aspirin, a bloodborne pathogen kit, an instant ice pack, an emergency rescue blanket, and a tourniquet.

the second kit she has is for the supernatural. clear quartz for its versatility. black and white candles. a box of matches. sage, rosemary, cinnamon, and graveyard dirt. string. salt. a deck of tarot cards. anointing oil.

both are usually kept in her car!

romeo's mouth opens in the start of a defense. it's a laugh instead. he doesn't have a defense as much as an admission, "that would be chili fries, and a wet dog..." two things with strong smells the occupied his car no more than 4 hours ago. "i offered to help out a friend of crash's earlier with some errands. wet dog was the errand, chili fries were the form of payment."

though the smell doesn't bother him that much anymore, he still rolls down his window, and then hers too. it's the least he can do considering his ac has been out of commission for far longer than he'd like now. "where to, hungry?"

i didn't put a ton of thought into this. but it wasn't hard to find bc i just went into the valentine section and just picked one of the first ones. but andie i do think has a very cute and neat (usually) cursive handwriting! she draws a lot of hearts around it and stuff, too.
