During the first 2 days after the cyclone hit we had absolutely No Access to power because we couldn't get the generator working - and we couldn't go stay at my grandpa's the city over or anything because literally EVERYWHERE in the area was without power too, and I was getting really scared for my geckos because I had no way for their heat lamps to work, especially Boosu who was just about to shed and I didn't want her to be stressed during it

So after looking up how to care for reptiles during an outage I moved their tanks downstairs to the family room which has a gas fireplace (basically the only reliable source of warmth then) to hopefully keep them somewhat warm. And at one point I decided to try carefully holding all four on me at the same time while sitting in front of the fireplace for warmth and from my body heat too -

So behold, me and my squadron of 3 leopard geckos and 1 confused crested gecko. They all did very well but you can clearly see Maple (leopard gecko, bottom right) trying to determine if my body counts as her territory and if she could pummel the other suspiciously gecko-shaped creatures off of it
