With an original score by Alexiel de Ravenswood and two pieces arranged from the classic score by Bernard Herrmann, this audio drama will transport you to the world of Gull Cottage and the mysterious spirit who haunts it. Get ready for a hauntingly beautiful listening experience as we bring the story of "The Ghost and Mrs Muir" to life.

As the driving force behind Zariya Hollow, and our final episode of our three part Valentine’s Day special: “The Ghost and Mrs Muir," I have a deep-rooted love for this classic story. My journey with Captain Daniel Gregg began as a young child surfing the internet, listening to his tale being told on the radio. Charles Boyer's portrayal of the Captain left a lasting impression on me, imbuing the character with a subtle French accent that has stuck in my memory to this day. For over 20 years, I have dreamed of bringing this tale to life on stage or radio. And now, with "The Ghost and Mrs Muir," I am proud to say that my dream has finally become a reality. In 2012 I was honored to get the license to arrange two pieces from the stunning score by Bernard Herrman, which are now included in our audio drama. And, as an added touch, I also composed original music for the production, infusing the timeless story with my own unique sound. As the director, producer, and star of this episode, I have poured my heart and soul into every aspect of its production. From sound effects to overall sound design, I have worked tirelessly to create an immersive and captivating listening experience for our audience. I am also thrilled to be working with a talented and dedicated cast, including Suzanne Pamphile, James J Hoegerl, and Charles Early. Each actor brings their own unique skills and perspectives to their respective roles, elevating the story to new heights. As we approach Valentine's Day and Black History Month, I am especially proud to announce that Suzanne and I are the first POC to play Lucy Muir and Captain Gregg in a production of "The Ghost and Mrs Muir." This is a true testament to the diversity and inclusiveness of our industry, and I am honored to be a part of it. At the stroke of midnight on the 14th, I will be releasing this episode for all to enjoy. I hope that listeners will be transported to the world of Gull Cottage and the salty dog who haunts it.

For the poccast questions -- is there an episode you liked more after discussing it on the podcast? One you liked less/changed your opinion on?

My god - I’m now curious as to what prompted you to ask me this, RB? Cause this is from years ago.  

You know what’s fascinating though.... 

I wouldn’t say that there’s been one episode that I’ve changed my mind about.  But think in general - I’m far less angry about all the events that transpired on the show.  Except two things. 

1. The Tongue Tied montage - Klaine shoulda had a kiss, or even been allowed to celebrate with each other. 

2. Kurt needed a catalyst for the season 6 story to really feel complete. 

Other observations,  conclusions, and personal thoughts solidified throughout the podcast/meta

The Front 13 is boring.  Oops. 

Season 1 is the best writing in the show, and perhaps the best consistently produced the show ever was.  

Without the Klaine/Kurt stuff - Season 2 - not that great.  In fact, I think a lot of season 2 is pretty bad.

The first arc of season 3 is the WORST of the show - between Rory, Santana’s coming out, and everything to do with Quinn/Puck/Shelby,  

Why was Sue getting pregnant a thing? 

The show had lost its mojo long before season 4 came along. 

The Break Up was not the worst decision the show made. 

I actually enjoy a majority of season 4, it’s mostly just bogged down by the Marley/Ryder/Jake/Kitty stuff.  

(I don’t find the newbies bad, I think they suffer from being boring more than anything) 

Season 4 Finn is the best Finn.  

Finchel breaking up for good makes the most sense to me - St. Berry, by far, makes more sense. 

I still don’t have much of an opinion on Brittana

While it’s absolutely tragic what happened around real life events, Finn (Cory)’s passing moved the show in a better direction - pushing it to have a more solid and focused narrative. 

Season 5 is awesome - but I’ve seen it enough times that I’m almost tired of it.  

Season 6 is underrated - and probably the best coherently plotted and written since Season 1.  

If asked what my favorite parts of Glee are - it’s Kurt’s story during Seasons 1 and 2, The New York Arc of Season 5, and all of Season 6.
