for those wondering why luke is in The Wrap: i hc him as having been a mama’s boy for the first few years of his life, and leia as the fiercely independent kind of kids that’s like “i can do it!! i can show you!!!”, but that still refuses to let her mom’s hand go

a single mom padmé idea that’s been living in my brain lately

[ note: the clothing inspiration for these designs were taken from bedouin, tuareg, iranian, and saudi arabian references, as well as the original tatooinian designs + padmé’s nieces in the aotc cut scenes. i wanted my version of tatooine to more accurately reflect what desert cultures look like in the real world and just be more practical in general ]

it’s a difficult thing to deal with! i’m glad raph has brought you some solace as well :)

anger is a side of myself i used to villainize as really ugly and mean. but, the truth is, it’s natural. everyone just has to figure out what works for themselves individually and how to manage it. and it’s okay if that’s a little harder for some people

the best thing i learned was that you’re not evil for reacting to something. it’s how you act from that point on that matters

hi!! about the situation with your posts not showing up in tags, it might be your blog visibility settings?

i think it’s the last setting that hides posts from the tag, so if this setting is turned on then no one can search for your blog or see your posts in the tag. (if you’ve already tried this, sorry about that!)

i have checked this already, but thank you for the suggestion! i even gave turning them on and off a go, so i’ve really been stumped about the whole thing

i thought this piece was extremely fitting for these two (particularly a lot of its little details and the distinct shape of the figures against one another), and i have a lot of feelings about them recently, so this is the result

so while looking for some “soldier coming home from war” concepts to do a clone wars anidala for, i came across this beautiful piece (of which i flipped for comp reasons), and idk i just. i think she deserves to hold her son one more time. reading the padmé books and coming across the section from the pov of shmi lowkey broke me

"decommissioned" is a five nights at freddy's fancomic centered around an android au- in which each animatronic is still mechanical, but a bit more human-appearing (similar to detroit become human). it's set during security breach and focuses around the disappearances of foxy and bonnie from the fazbear brand, and how that affects the team currently

romances within the comic will include freddy/bonnie and chica/roxy, as well as parent-like dynamics between gregory and the animatronics, and found family aspects among the crew themselves

i try to follow the original lore as much as i can, but a lot of the gaps are filled via my imagination and theories! my askbox is always open if you’re confused/need a bit of further explanation

i love these kids so much, i’d love to draw them more often ;-; 💙 as my first go-around, i was inspired by @atlaculture ‘s work and a lot of what i learned through their research! i wanted to incorporate a lot of the cultural designs into a modern look while still maintaining distinct references to their inspirations ^^ it was a fun challenge, and i really enjoyed all the little details!
