I got a bonus? gift? idk what to call it from my office for the holidays and like....I could be responsible and use it for things like fuel oil for heating orrrr i could pay off Hua Cheng so Xie Lian’s not so lonely in the doll cabinet...

But also at the same time I feel like “um...i can just... have this? you’re just giving this to me?” like...it feels so awkward to me because i don’t really work much with most of the other people in the department and idk what to do or say and i feel like i need to do something in return now when like...i didn’t even know they were doing something and it’s very uncomfortable.

#quilleth in real life #like if it were in my paycheck that'd be completely different because that's pay. but this was like..in a holiday card #i am utterly baffled. bamboozled. confounded. etc.#should be a responsible adult and pay for heating bills. but also i already had those planned #like i also have my monthly payments planned for hua cheng too but-more spread out instead of at once #and this would let me pay him off at once.#should ask bjdivas if he's arrived first tbh because if he's not there yet then paying him off sooner doesn't make much of a difference #and i'm pretty sure bai jue won't be to alice's any time soon based on how the layaway for ying zhou went #plus i ineed to do most of the cusotmizing for dollbei jun before he arrives.#i might work on their faceups roughly at the same time so they look more liek they go together
