This Is my Barbie in the nutcracker Clara as the sugar plum princess doll

She’s one of my childhood bucket list dolls and I was lucky enough to get her with her with entire outfit including the tiara for under 30$ 😆 which has anyone who as looked for her knows is an amazing price
I’ve always loved Clara from the nutcracker and I absolutely adore her sugarplum princess dress. It’s just so gorgeous. It’s one of those dresses that I wish I could pull right out of the TV and put on and I know people make those dresses and I could probably buy one but I also would be really expensive but Gosh I would love to anyway.
So like I said, I’ve wanted her since I was a child, but since she and her movie were released when I was a literal baby obviously I wasn’t gonna get her back then and unfortunately, my older sister tended to get all of the movie dolls. She had Odette and Mariposa and Annika from Magic of Pegasus and I was always so jealous but looking back on it I realize that that was kind of her thing when it came to dolls where has I had a very large collection of Ariel dolls I really took a shining to Ariel and I guess my parents really latched on to that and just sort of fed that obsession I had so much Ariel stuff I still do but like I list later on in this post, I did have a couple movie dolls. I had Melody from the diamond castle and I had princess Luciana from Barbie as the Island princess but I have been recently working on going through my doll bucket list and acquiring doll that I didn’t used to have the money to buy but to be fair. I still have a pretty small budget as far as doll collecting goes, which is why I am always keeping an eye out for a good deal
Some of the other dolls on my bucket list include
Annelise from Princess and the pauper. I found Erika years ago at a Goodwill, but I still don’t have Annelise to go with her.
I’d also like to get my hands on Elina from Fairytopia. I know I want either an original elina or a mermaida Elina, but I don’t want magic of the rainbow that’s not my cup of tea
I also would like to have Nori from Barbie Mermaidia
I’ve also always wanted the deluxe Rapunzel with the super long hair and
I have melody from Barbie and the diamond castle, but unfortunately she’s broken plus whatever glue/gel they used on her head has left her extremely gunky. Turns out the neck on that doll was just really fragile and it breaks really easy and I kinda like to replace her now I’m old enough to actually display her and not let my younger siblings Get their hands on her.
and these are just the dolls from the actual Barbie movies. This doesn’t include the regular dolls or the Disney dolls that I collect.

Speaking of tea! IDK if you're boycotting US goods and companies, and if you are, as someone unlucky enough to be American, I don't blame you. Anywho there's a brand called Plum Deluxe that makes really yummy looseleaf blends and their rose puerh is delicious with some brown sugar vanilla syrup
I am. Elbows up. Thankfully I already love a lot of Canadian products! And we have some great teas over here.

Working on my hydration before tonight's episode 😭
1. Plum Deluxe Raspberry Cocoa Truffle Puerh : I'm not a chocolate person but I love raspberries. This is a nice blend where the compliment each other nicely.
2. Happy Turtle Tea Daisy's Afternoon Delight, a Great Gatsby inspired tea: a really nice citrus rooibos tea blend. But I love blood orange tea too.
3. Happy Turtle Tea Stakes & Stones, a Buffy the Vampire Slayer inspired tea: I love a black tea blend with coconut. This one tastes great cold too.

Because your ask box is open: what teas do you like best? Also, what is one change you've made to your home that continues to be useful or delightful?
These are lovely questions! Thank you for asking. So, I really enjoy having a variety of teas on hand - one of my ongoing pleasures is a subscription to Plum Deluxe where they send me a different caffeinated tea every month. The current one is a "pecan cream" that is delicious. My regular morning workhorse, though, is an Assam (think Irish Breakfast) currently Kalami Assam from Ahmad Tea. Perennial favorites include Whittard's of Chelsea's Piccadilly Blend, Harney & Sons Black Cask Bourbon, and a Smoky Vanilla Chai from Soluna Garden Farms in Boston. I don't particularly care for green tea. In the herbal realm, there's a nettle-ginger-licorice blend called Respiratory Rescue that I love when I'm sick, and I also like tisanes with a lot of hibiscus. Celestial Seasonings' Lemon Zinger was an early fave. I do also enjoy rooiboos - that's the non-camellia-sinesis tea that most scratches the black-tea itch for me. This is so small but it is a serious convenience - I got an old paring knife at the thrift store and keep it on the shelf over the key hooks near the door for slicing open packages. It keeps the household scissors from getting lost in the chaos of shoes and coats near the door.

[ad_1] Anantara Hotels & Resorts, the experiential luxury brand of Minor Hotels, unveils its first property in India—Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur. Serving as a peaceful gateway to the Pink City's many cultural attractions, the luxurious retreat is a sanctuary of verdant grounds and palatial architecture. By overlaying royal design with immersive cultural experiences, Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur offers a window into a bygone era when some of India’s oldest dynasties—known as proud warriors and patrons of the arts—ruled Rajasthan. Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel Grand and intricately decorated, on approach, Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur emerges like a resplendent “garden of jewels” it is named after. To create a building that speaks to the area’s history, the architects drew from a classical Rajasthani ancestral palace, blending this sense of royal heritage with modern elegance synonymous with Anantara. Graceful arches frame the façade, while traditional bay windows, known as jharokhas, add beauty and classic appeal to the exterior, inviting natural light and scenic views. Overhanging structures like chhajjas provide both decorative refinement and practical shade. Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel - Sheesh Mahal (Restaurant) Rooms and suites Overlooking the serene inner courtyard or the city, 150 rooms and suites connect guests to India’s past through hand-crafted details such as intricate tikri glasswork, hand-carved woodwork and golden leafing. Rich textiles in understated neutrals add heritage charm to Premier and Deluxe Rooms, while Deluxe Family Rooms ensure comfortable multi-generational stays that blend modern conveniences and old-world opulence. Travellers staying in the 70-sqm Jewel Bagh One-Bedroom Suite will find a separate living room with cosy window beds, perfect for curling up with a book and a cup of tea after a day of adventuring. The breezy private terrace at Anantara One-Bedroom Terrace Suite (65 sqm) promises to be especially alluring during the balmy winter months, inviting relaxing Jacuzzi soaks and outdoor dining with panoramic views. Similarly, the Presidential Two-Bedroom Suite, spanning a generous 173 sqm, is perfect for those looking for a combination of indoor splendour and access to the outdoors. Elevated dining The hotel’s Executive Chef, Sunil Jajoria, has spent 20 years honing his mastery of heritage Indian recipes, resulting in dishes that blend modern sensibilities and traditional Rajasthani techniques. His skills are on full display at signature restaurant Sheesh Mahal, a jewel box adorned with mirror mosaics and coloured glass inspired by Rajasthan’s iconic Mirror Palace. In addition to local and international cuisines, Sheesh Mahal serves craft cocktails such as Jewel of Jaipur (a Whisky Sour twist), Pink City Punch (guava lemonade with tequila) and Royal Tea (Captain Morgan with masala chai and plum). Amrit Mahal, the all-day dining venue, is a family-friendly space with vibrant décor and an open kitchen, perfect for casual meals indoors or outside by the pool. Here, dining options range from international buffet to Indian à la carte classics, and during breakfast, live flute music ensures the day starts on a relaxing note. The cosy Rajputana Chowk is a relaxed gathering spot for guests to unwind over specialty coffees, handpicked teas and refreshing lemonades served in a setting reminiscent of traditional chowks, or marketplaces. For a truly royal experience, guests can try Designer Dining by Anantara. Throughout the night, four exquisite courses made by a private chef are served by a butler at four different venues, each tailored to complement the magic of the setting. Signature experiences Inviting guests to explore Rajasthan’s cultural heritage at their own pace, Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur offers a collection of signature experiences, both on and off the property. With the
Royal Heritage Art Walk led by a resident artist, guests explore hand-painted murals and mosaics of the Rang Mahal ballroom within the hotel before joining a private session to create their own work of art. Another opportunity to learn by doing is the Spice Spoons cooking class, which starts at a bustling local market, before turning fresh ingredients into a traditional meal and enjoying it in true Rajasthani style, sitting on low stools and eating with hands. For a walk on the wild side, guests can book a Private Safari and Heritage Tour taking them deep into Ranthambore National Park to meet Bengal tigers and other wildlife. Afterwards, a tour of the historic Ranthambore Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is followed by a picnic overlooking the wilderness. At the cultural village of Chokhi Dhani, pottery-making and turban-tying classes led by skilled artisans are paired with folk performances and a traditional feast. Guests can also explore Amber Fort during a private tour, milk cows in a local village and walk with giants at an elephant village. Anantara Spa The Anantara Spa, where Thai wellness traditions meet local expertise, features an on-site beauty salon and five treatment rooms for guests to rebalance with classic Ayurvedic therapies, and indulgent body treatments. Signature offerings range from exotic, like the Pao Ya fire therapy, to beloved spa classics like romantic couples’ journeys. Youngsters are not overlooked either, thanks to fruity scrubs and gentle massages, while daily yoga sessions in the serene Amer Bagh and a 24/7 fitness centre ensure routines continue uninterrupted. Weddings and events The property’s palatial setting and secluded location make it an attractive wedding and event destination. Guests can choose from five landscaped gardens, with the largest, Amer Bagh, accommodating up to 1,000 guests, while the pillarless Kohinoor Mahal ballroom can host up to 300 attendees indoors. Poolside Bawdi Bagh and the charming emerald lawn of Mor Bagh are ideal for more intimate ceremonies in a relaxed and picturesque setting. Puneet Dhawan, Minor Hotels’ Head of Asia, commented, "The debut of the Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel is a proud milestone for Minor Hotels and the beginning of a bold new chapter in India. As the inaugural Anantara property in this remarkable country, the hotel reflects our commitment to marrying local tradition with world-class hospitality. i like to splurge and get some Plum Deluxe because their flavors are fun but theyre spendy
For my daily drinkers and tea subscriptions I use Adagio. Theyre like a third the price of most competitors. Their butterscotch tea is my pick me up through winter
I miss having a tea subscription. Unfortunately, I can't afford the indulgence. Sipsby went out if business, and it was the only one I could afford.
What's a tea subscription? Basically, you get a subscription from a company, like Tea Runners (my sister keeps telling me I would love them), and receive four teas every month. Loose leaf comes with tea filters. Some companies will curate based on your preferences with a little questionnaire, like what you're allergic to, medical conditions, flavors you hate (I haaaaate chamomile and butterfly pea flower; both taste yucky). Others let yoy choose from what they have available. You get enough to make about 20-30 cups total. From that, you discover new tea brands and flavors. Some of my favorite teas were discovered using Sipsby.
Someday, I'll be able to afford this. Likely in 2026 because we're too poor for me to afford this, our regular bills, groceries, car care (fuel, repairs, oil changes, etc), and home maintenance.
If we're friends, feel free to gift me a subscription. 😉 I'm a tea lover, and these things give me an exciting treat to look forward to.
I just restocked my English Breakfast Tea (I can't tolerate coffee but tea is perfect) from my favorite brand, Harney & Sons. Someone here gifted me a sample box if their teas, and the Hot Cinnamon Spice is my favorite of that lot, so I ordered a tin of it. $11 for 60 cups? Yes, please. I ordered that as a treat for myself.
Listen, I'm an absolute whore for good tea. The novelty is just...so satisfying.
Flavors I hate: chamomile (tastes and smell like medicine; if you're allergic to ragweed, avoid chamomile), butterfly pea flower (disgusting), and rooibos (gives me diarrhea every time I drink it).
Irish breakfast tea is delicious, but the caffeine is WAY too high. English Breakfast Tea has about the same as a can of Pepsi (and I have only a single cup a day, and bout 10 minutes after i'm out of bed), where as Irish breakfast tea has twice that, easily. Big nope.
Anyway, rambling and whining. If you love tea and want to discover new teas, look up tea subscriptions.

Since Mice Tea got me really into tea, sometimes I like to imagine what each tea would resonate with, animalwise
I'm drinking a Toasted Nut Oolong from Plum Deluxe and it's got hazelnut, chestnut, walnut and almonds with black tea, so I like to think a cute red squirrel :3

November Tea Deals
Hello again, everyone!
It’s your favorite tea hermit here with some new tea deals from Plum Deluxe! It’s November, and Plum Deluxe is rolling out their Limited Edition Holiday Teas! Here’s the rundown of what they have:
Candy Cane Herbal Tea (Vanilla/Peppermint)- A taste of Christmas more than a month in advance! This rooibos tea blend is made with notes of minty peppermint and hints of vanilla. It’ll be like you’re drinking a candy cane, but without hurting your teeth. :-)
Holiday Embrace Herbal Tea (Cranberry Chai / Orange)- A spicy blend of cranberry and orange flavors, each sip will have you wanting to roast some chestnuts over an open fire. Or just snuggle up in some warm blankets with a good book.
Chocolate Rosemary Caramel Herbal Tea- A savory and sweet tea that is sure to warm you up during the cold winter nights.
Soul Warmer Herbal Tea (Hazelnut / Chestnut / Caramel)- A soul-warming (get it?) blend of hazelnut, chestnut and caramel flavors. The perfect tea to keep you company.
Gingerbread Chai Tea (Gingerbread Spice)- A chai tea blend with the flavors of gingerbread. Warning: might inspire some late night gingerbread baking. :-)
Vanilla Toddy Black Tea- A black tea blend with heavy notes of vanilla and cherry as well as warm spices like cinnamon and ginger. Great as a regular cup or with alcohol. :-)
Pineapple Sage Herbal Tea - If you’re lamenting summer’s departure and you’re begrudgingly welcoming autumn, then this blend is perfect for you. Pineapple flavors paired with the warm and herbaceous flavor of sage, this tea is the best of both worlds! Available until December 31st.
Autumn Almond Chai- This chai tea blend is perfect for those cool autumn nights. Warm spices paired with the delicate nutty flavor of almond, this tea is absolutely delicious (believe me, I have this one and it is to die for!)
Spicy Caramel Apple Cinnamon Herbal Tea- Another tea blend that I have. This tea blend consists of apple and caramel notes, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom, just to name a few. It is a delicious tea that I will definitely buy again!
Mulling Spices- This isn’t a tea blend. But it will help spice up your holiday beverages (such as wine and/or cider).
And for this month, Plum Deluxe’s feature tea is their signature Gratitude Blend (Strawberry Earl Grey), which they’re selling for $5.
Most of these teas are available until the end of January, so get yours while you can. Happy Sipping!

Okay, so talk about divine intervention—I literally just posted about feeling overwhelmed and needing a second to calm down, and then I got this in the mail. 😍 There are honestly not enough words in the English language to describe my love for this company. @plumdeluxe is THE BEST group of people I have ever had the pleasure to be part of, and if you love tea, you NEED to check them out. I talked about my three favorite teas in my Instagram takeover, and THEY SENT ME ALL THREE OF THEM. 😭 Quite possibly crying tears of joy right now. I needed this today. I need tea every day, but I really needed THIS today. I’m just so grateful for this community of amazing individuals. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 💜🌙 . And yes, two of the teas are flipped over because no spoilers for this month’s delicious sounding tea. I am definitely drinking it tomorrow morning. #tea #plumdeluxe
