Well, there is that strange area underneath his tower. Who knows, the wiki tells me that Andrius died but his spirit seems fairly able to interact with the outside world, so there’s a chance Decarabian’s spirit (or at least some impression of him) lingers on like all the old gods in Liyue seem to.

Either that or its an express tunnel into the Abyss.
