Should I make a translation blog and get paid for longer texts or make tips voluntary in any case?
#by longer i mean for more than 2 pages you have to pay like 3 bucks per page#or that no matter how long payment is never obligatory#according to my former teacher one line usually costs 10 cents when you go to a professional translator (which i basically am)#so i'd say that would still be kinda cheap in comparison?? but i don't wanna pressure anyone into paying for my shit soooo#i might just make a rough quotation and people decide if they wanna pay or not#mutuals get everything for free ofc <3#also i'd do translations for all kinds of texts in german and english at least and some french and maybe norwegian too#but more limited for the last two because i'm at B1 in french and only A2+ in norwegian#but!!! i can do spoken german and english interviews and stuff too#pls i have references and graduated as valedictorian in english and french ๐ญ#mel talks
