꒰ა " you claim you know me better than i know myself, you're right . " ໒꒱
you’re lying on chris’ bed, scrolling mindlessly through instagram as the faint scent of weed drifts through the cracked window. he’s next to you, leaning back against the headboard, blunt between his fingers, looking like every bad decision you’ve ever made wrapped up in a hoodie and sweatpants.
you weren’t planning to scroll, but the glow of your phone and boredom got the best of you. that’s when you see it—a post from him, a mirror selfie with some girl hanging off his shoulder, with her silky hair and her too-perfect nails tracing along his hoodie like she owns him. the caption? some dumb, cocky line about the “night being young.”
you don’t even realize your jaw is tightening until chris shifts beside you, his voice cutting through the haze. “yo, what’s up with you?” you glance at him, then back at your phone, a sharp scoff escaping your lips. “nothing. just funny how some people don’t know how to act.”
he raises an eyebrow, the corner of his mouth twitching in amusement. “oh, we throwing shade now? that about me, ma?”
“who else would it be about?” you snap back, shoving your phone onto the bed and crossing your arms. your bratty tone doesn’t even phase him—it never does. chris takes a long drag from the blunt, exhaling a slow stream of smoke, his eyes narrowing just slightly. “so, what, you mad ‘cause I posted a pic? girl’s just a friend. ain’t that deep.”
you roll your eyes dramatically, turning away from him like you’re above this conversation. “please. i don’t care. do what you want.” he laughs, low and rough, leaning over to pluck your phone off the bed and wave it in your face. “nah, you definitely care. look at you, all pouty and shit. cute.”
“you’re insufferable,” you mutter, grabbing for your phone, but he pulls it out of reach, smirking like he’s enjoying every second of this. “yeah, but you like it,” he shoots back, his free hand trailing lazily over your thigh. “c’mon, ma. don’t get all worked up. i’m right here, ain’t i?”
you glare at him, but his hand keeps moving, brushing against the hem of your shorts, his fingers warm and deliberate. god, he’s so cocky, so annoyingly laid back, but he knows exactly what he’s doing. “still mad?” he murmurs, his voice dropping lower, his lips brushing against your jaw as his hand slides higher.
you hate how easily he gets under your skin, how he can flip the script with just a touch. “you’re so full of yourself,” you whisper, but your breath hitches as his mouth finds your neck, leaving a trail of heat behind.
“maybe,” he murmurs against your skin, his voice smug as his hands tug you closer, “but you’re still here, ain’t you?”
and just like that, he’s got you again, tangled up in him, forgetting all about the stupid post and the stupid girl because right now, it’s just him and you, and that’s all that matters.

Alrighty, I’ve got RTA/TTS next
Prison Fever - Summary: Rapunzel and the others returned from their journey without a hitch (Well, disregarding the... misunderstanding at the very end), and Corona joyfully celebrated their homecoming. But when Rapunzel feels the sudden urge to check on a certain incarcerated teenager, much to her horror, she finds that he’s not in very good shape.
Plight of the Alchemist - Summary: After a chance turn of events, the outcome of Varian’s kidnapping turns out a little differently, and Zhan Tiri takes interest in the young alchemist. But even as the demon secures a way for her to keep an eye on Varian, Cassandra begins to question whether her destiny is worth all the pain it’s caused. Meanwhile, those at the castle are running themselves into the ground trying to find the missing alchemist because, despite Cassandra’s insistence that she’d released him, Varian seems to have disappeared without a trace. // Or, Varian gets turned into a bird, Cass has more than a few existential crises, and Zhan Tiri makes everyone want to kill her.
A Pattern of Bruises Hides the Pain Beneath - Summary: Cassandra’s rocks had done more damage than Varian thought. And falling off a tower did not help.
Monster - Summary: Eugene trusts Rapunzel, don’t get him wrong. It’s just that he’s worried Rapunzel’s trying so hard to make up for what happened with Cassandra that she may not be thinking clearly. So, Eugene has enlisted Lance’s help in tailing Varian. He wants to believe that the kid has changed, but more than that, he doesn’t want to get stabbed in the back again. Ultimately, they see what they expect: Varian skulking about the Capital, looking shifty, keeping to the shadows. But something’s not quite right... // Or, it isn’t just the adults who are unhappy with Varian’s pardon.

Did I stutter? TN x fem!reader Part 2.
Pairing: Theodore Nott x Fem!Reader
Word count: 4.3k
Genre: Smut, Angst, Fluff
WARNING: SMUTTTT, Reader discretion (18+) NO MINORSSSSSSS PLS
Authors note: first smut kinda nervous... this is a long one, I hope y'all enjoy <3
Part one here
reblogs, likes and comments appreciated my loves <3
...
What the fuck now, you think, making your way to the common room.
You shake your head, trying to clear the confusion, but it’s useless. Theo’s always been hard to read, kept his cards too close to his chest, but this feels different—like he’s dropped the mask just enough for you to glimpse something darker lurking beneath. Something you’re not sure how to deal with, what the fuck is next, this sudden dominance is not hard to accept but hard to understand.
When you finally return to the common room, Pansy lounges on one of the sofas, flipping through a magazine. She barely looks up when you enter.
“Well? Did he say anything?” she asks, her voice dripping with casual curiosity, but you know her well enough to recognise the gleam of mischief in her eyes.
"How did you even see us having a conversation?" you enquire, brows furrowing
"I saw you walk past, then I saw Theo walk back The opposite way with a tiny but telling smile on his face", she smiles "So tell me, what did he say? Did he ask you to the dance?" she continues.
You toss your bag onto the floor, sinking into the chair opposite her. “No, not exactly,” you mutter, more confused than ever. Your mind still replaying the look Theo gave you, the way he practically claimed you without saying a word.
Pansy arches an eyebrow, clearly unimpressed with your lack of gossip. “Not exactly? That doesn’t sound like nothing. Come on, spill.”
You bite your lip, hesitating. “He asked if anyone had asked me, and when I said no, he said… ‘Good. Keep it that way.’” The words feel strange in your mouth as if they don’t belong to a casual conversation but something heavier and more serious.
Pansy stares at you for a moment, then her lips curl into a knowing smirk. “Oh, that’s rich. Typical Theo.”
You frown. “What do you mean?”
Pansy tosses the magazine aside, leaning forward like she’s about to reveal some grand secret. “He’s marking his territory, babe. Telling you not to go with anyone else, without actually having the guts to ask you himself.”
Your heart skips a beat at her words. Could she be right? Was Theo staking some kind of silent claim over you? The thought sends a shiver down your spine, and not entirely out of fear. There’s a part of you—a part you’re not sure you’re ready to admit to—that likes the idea of being claimed by him.
But that doesn’t mean you’re okay with the way he’s going about it.
“So what?” you say, exasperation creeping into your voice. “He’s just going to tell me to wait around for him while he ignores me at the ball?”
Pansy shrugs, unbothered. “Pretty much. That’s how these boys work. They want you, but they’re too proud to ask. So they’ll just… hover.”
You roll your eyes, sinking further into the chair. “I’m not going to just sit here and wait for him to make up his mind.”
Pansy grins, eyes twinkling with something dangerous. “Then don’t. Go with someone else. Let him squirm.”
The idea sounds thrilling, but you know it’s not that simple. Theo’s not the kind of guy you can make squirm. He’s the kind that would shut down any attempt to get under his skin, the kind who would lash out rather than admit any kind of weakness. And yet, the thought of pushing him—of seeing just how far he’ll go to keep you—lights a fire in your chest.
That's what you will do. Push him until he can't hold off any longer.
Toying with Theo was a dangerous game to play, even if you knew that, but if he's just going to sit there and not make anything happen, then, fuck, you need to take matters into your own hands.
Yes, you could just do the normal thing and pull him aside for a conversation, but now, where's the fun in that?
The next day, arriving at charms class, you don't take your usual seat with Theo and your friends. Instead, you skip over and find a place next to Anthony Goldstein, a cute Ravenclaw boy, who you knew would piss Theo off.
"Morning", you smile at Anthony. He looks at you, confused but excited.
"Good morning," he returns, starting what would become a cheerful conversation. As you laugh and talk throughout the class, you quickly glance over at a visibly upset Theodore and a very wide-smiling pansy. She knew what you were doing, and Theodore was catching on, too.
Theo’s eyes are burning holes into the back of your head, and you can feel it. Every time you lean in a little closer to Anthony, let out a laugh that’s just a touch too loud; you know Theo’s watching. It’s exactly what you wanted—his attention, focus, and jealousy. But now that you have it, it’s making your skin prickle in anticipation in a way you hadn’t fully prepared for.
Anthony’s sweet, too sweet. He’s charming, and he’s kind, but he’s not Theo. There’s no edge to him, no danger. And while the conversation flows easily enough, your mind keeps drifting back to the boy brooding in the corner, whose eyes haven’t left you since the class began. You know he’s seething. Good. He should be. He warned you to keep away from any guy who could want something off you, but you weren’t getting enough out of Theo, so he pushed this out of you, you determine.
As the class drags on, you notice the shift in the air. Theo’s presence feels suffocating, almost predatory like he’s just waiting for the right moment to pounce. You can’t help but glance over again, meeting his gaze for just a second—long enough to see the storm brewing behind his eyes. His jaw is clenched, his hands gripping the edge of the desk, and for a second, you think he might snap right there in the middle of class, but he doesn’t. He’s controlled, as always. And that only frustrates you more.
You knew you were aggravating him. You have no idea what the consequences are; you have a feeling brewing in your chest that you would find out sooner than later.
When your professor dismisses the class, you gather your things slowly, lingering by Anthony’s side, pretending not to notice the way Theo’s already standing by the door, waiting for you. Anthony smiles, oblivious, and asks if you’d like to walk to the Great Hall with him. You almost say yes, just to push Theo a little further, but before the words leave your mouth, you feel a hand wrap firmly around your wrist.
You turn to see Theo, his eyes dark and dangerous, staring down at you with a look that makes your heart race.
“We need to talk,” he says, his voice low and commanding.
You don’t even have a chance to respond before he’s tugging you out of the classroom, pulling you through the corridors, a man on a mission. You stumble to keep up, your mind racing to catch up with him, but there’s no mistaking the tension in the air now. He’s pissed. And maybe, just maybe, that’s exactly what you wanted.
When he drags you into a broom closet and slams the door behind you, your pulse is pounding in your ears. Theo’s still gripping your wrist, his fingers tight around your skin, and when he finally lets go, your breathe was still held tight, like he was the one who could allow you to exhale
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” he snaps, his voice cold, but his eyes—God, his eyes are on fire.
You straighten up, refusing to back down. “What do you mean?”
Theo takes a step closer, his chest brushing against yours as he looms over you. “You know exactly what I mean,” he growls. “Sitting with Goldstein. Laughing with him. What was that, huh? Trying to make me jealous?”
You raise an eyebrow, refusing to show how much his proximity affects you. “Is it working?”
His jaw ticks, and for a moment, you think he might lose control. But then he surprises you—he leans in even closer, his breath hot against your ear as he whispers, “You want to play games, fine. But you’re playing with fire, sweetheart. And I don’t think you’re ready for what happens next.”
Your breath catches in your throat as he pulls back just enough to meet your eyes again. The tension between you is electric, and you can feel the heat radiating off of him, the way his body is coiled, ready to snap. You know you’ve pushed him to the edge, but you’re not backing down now. Not when you’ve come this far.
“I think I can handle it,” you challenge, your voice barely above a whisper, but it’s enough. It’s enough to break whatever restraint Theo’s been holding onto.
“Are you sure?” he stalks even closer, leaning down to you, his fingers forcing your face up to his all you can do it nod as an unexpected wave of shyness hits you. Your heart drops when you hear a gentle but quick knock on the door, please, you think no one interrupts what might just finally happen. You both look at the twisting door knob, silence falls.
“Hey, it everything ok in here? It’s Anthony” your heart drops, Theo might spiral.
His hands loop around you, pushing you behind him, opening the door, “Everything's just fine. You don’t go following girls into broom closets all the time, do you? Shes with me. Now fuck far off,” Theo replied, slamming the door in his face.
You hear his footsteps quickly rush off
He flicks the lock of the door so quickly, so quick to kiss you that anything you feel melts away, in an instant, his hands are on you, gripping your waist, pulling you against him with a force that knocks the air out of your lungs. His lips crash against yours, rough and demanding, like he’s finally letting go of everything he’s been holding back. You don’t even have time to think before you kiss him back, your fingers tangling in his hair, pulling him closer, harder, deeper.
It’s all heat and intensity, a wild storm brewing for far too long. Theo’s hands roam over your body, possessive and hungry, like he’s claiming every inch of you as his, his lips never leaving yours as his hands work quickly, almost frantically, to tug at the hem of your shirt. You gasp as his fingers brush against your skin, the sensation sending a shiver down your spine. Theo pulls back just enough to look at you, his eyes dark and hooded with desire.
“You’re mine,” he growls, his voice thick with possessiveness.
You nod, breathless, your heart pounding in your chest. “I’m yours.”
That’s all he needs to hear. In one swift motion, he lifts you onto a surface, everything happening so fast you dont even know what he’s sat you on; all you can focus on is his hands sliding up your thighs, pushing your skirt higher as he moves between your legs. His lips are on your neck now, kissing, biting, leaving marks that you know will be there tomorrow.
Your hands fumble with his shirt, desperate to feel his skin against yours. When you finally get it off, you run your hands over the hard planes of his chest, savouring the way his muscles tense under your touch. Theo groans against your neck, his hands gripping your hips so tightly you’re sure they’ll leave bruises. But you don’t care. You want more. You need more.
“Theo,” you gasp, arching your back as his lips trail lower, his hands working quickly to undo the buttons of your blouse. He doesn’t waste any time, pulling it off and tossing it aside before his mouth finds your skin again.
He’s everywhere—his hands, lips, teeth—and it’s all too much, not enough. You’re dizzy with it, consumed by him, by the way, he touches you like he’s been starving for it. For you.
He only stops for a second, his lips not far from yours but far enough to speak, “I can’t take you in a broom closet, alright? Let’s go to my dorm; you’ll be more comfortable” he quickly says, almost out of breath.
“Theo” you mutter “You can take me anywhere. Here’s just fine, please, I can’t wait anymore, please, I don’t want to waste another second” you whine, quickly joining your lips together again.
He doesn’t protest; when he finally pulls back, his breathing is ragged, his eyes dark and heavy with desire. “You’re mine,” he repeats, his voice low and dangerous. “Fuck, no one else gets to touch you. Understand?”
You nod, your heart racing as you reach for him again, pulling him back to you. “Only you.”
And then his lips are on yours again, and there’s no going back this time.
Theo’s mouth crashes against yours with even more intensity, his hands gripping your hips as though he can’t stand the thought of being apart from you for even a second. It’s not just a kiss anymore—it’s a declaration of something raw and primal that neither of you have the strength to fight off any longer.
Your legs wrap around his waist, pulling him closer, desperate to feel every inch of him against you. You can feel the hard press of his body against yours, and it sends a wave of heat through you so intense it makes your head spin. His hands slide up your thighs, slipping under your skirt, and your breath hitches as his fingers brush over the thin fabric of your underwear. You can feel the smirk on his lips as he pulls back just enough to look at you.
“Look at you,” he murmurs, his voice rough, eyes dark with desire as they roam over your flushed face. “All worked up for me, and I’ve barely even touched you.”
You want to come up with some smart reply, something to challenge him, but all that comes out is a soft whimper as his fingers tease the edge of your underwear, barely grazing where you need him most. Your body arches and pulses into his touch, silently begging for more, and Theo’s smirk deepens.
“Patience,” he whispers, his breath hot against your ear. “I’ll give you what you want, but you must tell me what you want.”
Your pride screams at you not to give in, not to let him have that satisfaction, but the ache between your legs is too much. You need him, now. So, you swallow your pride, your voice coming out in a shaky whisper.
“Please, Theo. Please”
“Tsk tsk tsk, please, what? Come on, words, sweet thing,”
“I need you to touch me Teddy, need to feel you” You practically whimper
Your pleading seems to flip a switch in him, and suddenly his teasing stops. His fingers slip under the fabric, brushing against your soaked core, and you gasp, your head falling back as the sensation sends sparks shooting through your body
“Good girl,” he growls, his lips ghosting over the sensitive skin of your neck as his fingers begin to move in slow, deliberate circles. “So fucking perfect for me.”
Your hands grip his back exposed, your body trembling as his fingers work you over with an expert precision that makes it clear he’s been thinking about this for a long time. You can barely breathe, your mind going fuzzy from the overwhelming pleasure as Theo’s thumb presses against your clit, drawing out a moan that you can’t hold back.
“Look at you,” he mutters, his voice dripping with satisfaction as he watches the way your body reacts to his touch. “Falling apart for me already. You have no idea how long I’ve wanted this.”
His words, combined with the relentless pressure of his fingers, send you spiralling closer and closer to the edge, your body tightening with the mounting tension. You can feel it building, coiling in your stomach like a spring ready to snap, and you know it’s only a matter of time before you fall over the edge.
Theo must sense it too, because his pace quickens, his fingers moving faster, harder, and his lips find yours again, swallowing your moans as you cling to him. Your entire body is on fire, the pleasure so intense it feels like you might break apart at any second, and then, finally, you do.
The it hits you like a wave, crashing over you with a force that steals the breath from your lungs. You cry out, your nails digging into Theo’s shoulders as your body trembles beneath him, completely lost in the sensation. Theo doesn’t let up, his fingers continuing their steady rhythm as he helps you ride out every last shudder of pleasure. You can’t help but sink your teeth into his shoulder.
By the time it finally fades, you’re left panting, your body limp and spent as you rest against the desk, your forehead pressed against Theo’s shoulder. He’s breathing hard too, his chest rising and falling in time with yours, but there’s a satisfied gleam in his eyes as he looks down at you.
“You’re mine,” he repeats, his voice a low growl as he brushes a strand of hair away from your flushed face. “No one else. Ever.”
You nod, still catching your breath, your heart racing in your chest. “Only yours,” you whisper, and you mean it.
Theo leans down, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to your lips, and for a moment, the intensity between you softens. His hands, once rough and demanding, now hold you gently, tenderly, like he’s afraid of breaking you. And in this moment, you realise just how deep his feelings for you run, how much he’s been holding back.
“You don’t have to make me jealous to get my attention,” he murmurs against your lips, his fingers trailing lightly over your skin. “You’ve had it from the start.”
You smile against his mouth, your hands sliding up to cup his face, pulling him into a deeper kiss. It’s softer now, slower, but no less intense. Because even though Theo might be possessive and a little rough around the edges, you know that this, you, means more to him than he’s ever let on.
“Let's go to my dorm, alright? Get you cleaned up,” he smiles, leading you out of the now very messy broom cupboard. To your surprise, Anthony is waiting for you a few metres up; Theo moves your body to the other side of him so that it is Theo that is closest to him. When you both walk straight past him he casually says, “Don’t worry about that piece of shit, Ravenclaw, I’ll fix him up tomorrow.” You wondered if that should worry you, not a problem for right now though, your mind still racing with lust and love.
The next morning, you wake up with a warm, almost surreal feeling in your chest. Everything feels different, like the air’s lighter, the world softer, and it’s all because of him. Theo. Yesterday's intensity, the way his hands gripped you like he’d never let go, still lingers on your skin like a secret that only the two of you share. You stretch out on your bed, staring at the ceiling, letting the memories replay in your head. You can’t help but smile as your body remembers the feeling.
But then, of course, reality hits you in the form of Pansy bloody Parkinson.
She barges into the dorm room with all the subtlety of a troll, her arms full of bags from her morning Hogsmeade run. Merlin, that girl has a shopping addiction. "Good morning, sunshine," she says, her voice dripping with sarcasm as she drops the bags onto her bed. "You’re glowing. What did you do? Save a baby unicorn?"
You roll your eyes, pulling the covers up to your chin, trying to hide the ridiculous grin that’s threatening to spill across your face. But Pansy, being Pansy, is like a bloodhound when it comes to sniffing out drama, and she narrows her eyes at you.
"Hold on," she says, pausing mid-unpacking, one perfectly manicured hand on her hip. "What is that look? That is not a ‘just got a full night’s sleep’ look. That is a someone rocked my world last night look."
You burst into laughter, but it’s the nerves that I’m hiding something kind of laugh, and Pansy’s eyes widen like she’s hit the jackpot.
"No fucking way." She abandons her bags completely, climbing onto your bed and sitting cross-legged before you. "Spill. Now."
You bite your lip, wondering how in Merlin's name you’re going to explain this without sounding completely insane. But then again, it’s Pansy. There’s no hiding anything from her, and part of you wants to tell her, to relive every second of it by saying it out loud. So, you do.
"It was Theo," you admit quietly, your heart racing as the words leave your mouth. "Yesterday. We… we hooked up."
Pansy’s jaw drops so hard you’re pretty sure you hear it hit the floor. "Theo? As in Theo Nott? The same Theo who’s been brooding over you for months and never made a move?"
You nod, feeling your face heat up under her gaze. "Yeah, that Theo."
For a moment, Pansy is entirely silent, just staring at you like she’s processing this monumental piece of information. Then, suddenly, she lets out a shriek so loud it probably wakes up half the castle.
"Holy shit!" she squeals, grabbing your hands and bouncing on the bed like an excited child. "I knew it! I fucking knew he had it bad for you! So? Was it amazing? Was he, like, all dominating and rough like I always imagined? Tell me everything!"
You laugh, feeling the heat rise in your cheeks as you think about last night—the way Theo touched you, the way he claimed you, like he’d been holding back for so long and finally couldn’t anymore.
"It was…" You pause, searching for the right word. "Intense. And, yeah, he was definitely possessive. He kept saying I was his."
Pansy squeals again, throwing herself back onto the bed dramatically. "I knew it! I knew that brooding, quiet thing was just a front. Ok, you’re my best friend you owe me the whole story, Don’t miss a detail."  as you explain step by step you watch her eyes widen and her smile grow
Before you can say anything else, there’s a knock on the door. Matteo and Blaise stroll in without waiting for an invitation, looking far too smug for your liking. Blaise immediately heads for Pansy’s bed, flopping down like he owns the place, while Matteo leans against the dresser, arms crossed, a knowing smirk playing on his lips.
"What’s with the giddy shrieks?" Blaise asks, raising an eyebrow. "You two plotting something evil this early in the morning? We haven’t even had breakfast yet"
Pansy rolls her eyes dramatically. "Oh, please. We don’t need to plot evil. It just comes naturally."
Matteo snickers, but his eyes flick to you, narrowing slightly. "Wait a minute… what’s going on? Why does she look all… flustered?"
Before you can even think of a response, Pansy, being the absolute traitor that she is, jumps in with, "Oh, didn’t you hear? Our girl here finally got some action. With Theo."
Matteo and Blaise both freeze, staring at you in shock. For a split second, there’s dead silence, and then, like a synchronised team, they both throw their heads back and shout, "Finally!"
Your eyes widen as Blaise shakes his head in disbelief. "I was starting to think you two would just brood at each other for the rest of eternity."
Matteo crosses the room, sitting on the edge of your bed and giving you a playful shove. "Took you long enough."
You groan, burying your face in your hands. "Can everyone just stop? This is mortifying."
"Mortifying?" Matteo laughs. "No, what’s mortifying is how long you two have been dancing around each other. Honestly, I’m just relieved one of you finally made a move."
Blaise leans back against Pansy’s bed, smirking. "Yeah, we’ve been placing bets on when it would happen. Matteo won, by the way."
You look up, horrified. "You’ve been betting on us?"
"Of course we have," Pansy says, grinning. "It’s been, like, the slowest burn of the century."
You sigh, but you can’t help the small smile that tugs at your lips. As much as they’re embarrassing you right now, there’s something comforting in the way your friends are reacting—like they’ve all been rooting for this to happen as much as you have.
Blaise stands, giving you a teasing salute. "Well, I’ll leave you to bask in your post-Theo high. Just… try not to kill each other, yeah?"
Matteo follows him out the door, tossing one last look over his shoulder. "Finally."
Once they’re gone, you collapse back onto the bed, shaking your head. "I can’t believe them."
Pansy grins, lying next to you, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "I can. We’ve been watching this unfold for ages. I’m so happy for you."
“Thank you Pans”, you smile, turning as you lay closer next to her
“Oh! I heard the most unusual thing this morning. Draco told me,” she starts
“Go on” you giggle
“That Anthony Goldstein practically crawled to the hospital wing this morning, black eye, bloody shirt, it seemed pretty ruff” she continued “wait, weren't you sitting by him just yesterday?” you remembered.
Oh, Theo, he did indeed ‘take care of it’.

Outage - Yunsan
KINKTOBER DAY 19, REQ. BY anon
~"Can you write a college au fic where Yunho and San are best friends living next door to the (fem)reader's apartment/ dorm. Both of them like the reader and they ended having a threesome at the guys' place (maybe she goes to their dorm during a power outage cause she's scared, you can decide the reason she's there). I'd like for the reader to be a virgin, whereas the guys are a bit more experienced. Yunho is a mean, rough dom while San is a softer, gentler dom and they work together to give the reader multiple orgasms in various positions." - I'm so sorry ml I would add all the details but it's gonna occupy all the space :<
pairing: yunho x reader x san
genre: 18+, filth, college au
summary: oops, energy's out on your floor. What a good night to go over at your besties, to finish your study session. Yeah, right.. you studied, for sure.. how to give a bj.
wc: 5.8k
warnings: college au, best friends, big dick!yunsan, reader is a virgin, finger sucking, fingering, multiple orgasms (A LOT OF THEM), like 3 orgasms by fingering and one by fucking for reader and yunsan having like two each... so lots of cummm, overstim, dacryphilia, bj, double penetration, yunho is a rougher dom than san, marking (LOOOTSSS OF ITTT), lots of eye contact, praising, pet names (sweetie, love, sweetheart, princess), unprotected, completely consensual, for sure forgot something, unedited might edit later.
Author's Note: it legitimately took me 5 days to finish this fic 🧍‍♀️ but it has 5.8k words so ig it's pretty expected 💁‍♀️. It is as detailed as I could write it, my love.. I hope you like it. Pls let me know if you did by completing the request form or by sending me an ask to my inbox! 🥰 I loved writing it, ngl... Enjoy, guys !!
Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction and does not represent the reality of the members in any way.
The cool evening air nipped at your cheeks as you walked down the hallway of your apartment building with San and Yunho, your books and notebooks bundled tightly in your arms. Despite the demands of your classes, the three of you had fallen into a comfortable rhythm this semester, balancing study sessions with countless inside jokes, late-night ramen runs, and endless laughter. Living in the same building, with you just a few doors down from their shared dorm, had only solidified the bond between you.
"So," Yunho said, glancing down at you with a teasing smile as you reached the door to their place, "how much of Professor Lee’s reading did you actually finish last night?"
You groaned, letting your head fall back dramatically. "Please don’t remind me. I got, like, halfway before I passed out.”
San chuckled, brushing his shoulder against yours. “That’s better than Yunho and me. We didn’t even crack the book open.”
Yunho put his hands up in mock defense. “Hey, I never claimed I was on top of things! Besides, I was too busy helping San fix that stupid coffee machine he broke.”
San rolled his eyes, nudging him. “You’re the one who insisted on trying to ‘hack’ it to make double shots.”
“Details, details.” Yunho gave you both an exaggerated shrug, making you laugh.
As the three of you lingered in the hallway, the faint warmth of your playful banter started to drift. There was a stack of assignments waiting to be tackled, so after a few more exchanges, you decided to head to your own dorm.
"Alright, we’ve procrastinated long enough," you sighed. "I’ll see you guys later?"
San nodded, grinning. “We’ll probably still be awake at 2 a.m. if you wanna come back and cram together.”
Yunho gave a wink. “Or if you get bored, you know where to find us.”
“Noted,” you replied with a smirk, giving them a small wave as you turned and walked down the hall to your door.
Inside, your dorm room was quiet, lit only by the faint amber glow of your desk lamp. You settled in, organizing your textbooks and notes, trying to get into the right mindset to finally tackle your assignments. An hour ticked by, then another, and you began to make progress. But just as you were reaching the last few pages of your reading, the lights suddenly flickered. Then, with a low hum, everything went dark.
You stared at the darkness for a moment, blinking in surprise. The hallway lights were out too, leaving your entire floor eerily quiet and still. You grabbed your phone and quickly typed out a message to Yunho and San:
“Hey, my power just went out… Can I come over and finish my work? I can’t see anything here.”
The reply was almost instant. Yunho’s text popped up first: “Definitely! We’ll keep the lights on for you.”
San’s text followed a second later. “Come on over. We’ll even share the snacks.”
You smiled at their texts and went on packing everything you needed. Pens, the highlighters you always used for your notes, notebooks, textbooks… everything you thought you’d need. As you went out the door and locked it, you smiled and turned on the phone flashlight and went up the stairs to their dorm.
When you arrived at their room, Yunho opened the door with a grin, his eyes sparkling as he held it wide for you to enter. Inside, the room was cozy and warmly lit, shadows casting soft outlines across their books and scattered notes. The faint scent of coffee and something sweet lingered, wrapping you in an inviting warmth that made the tension from your dark, quiet room dissipate.
You placed your things on the table and settled into a chair, and before you even had a chance to fully adjust, Yunho shifted beside you. He leaned over, feigning interest in your notes, though his attention clearly lingered on you more than your work. His arm brushed yours, his fingers lightly grazing the edge of your hand, sending a gentle warmth up your arm.
“Feels better here, doesn’t it?” he murmured, his voice soft, almost inviting you to agree.
You nodded, trying to focus on the pages in front of you, but the warmth of his presence was impossible to ignore.
“Definitely feels better than sitting alone in the dark,” you whispered, a small smile creeping onto your face.
From the other side, San watched with a relaxed smile, sliding his chair closer. He rested a hand on the back of your seat, his fingers just barely skimming your shoulder, his touch grounding and comforting.
“Good thing you have us,” San murmured, his thumb brushing softly along the curve of your shoulder. The warmth in his voice, usually playful, was softer, almost reverent. He looked at you with a gentleness that made your heart flutter, his touch a calming presence that drew you in.
The room filled with a quiet, intimate energy as you all fell into a natural silence, the rustling of paper and the faint click of a pen the only sounds. But gradually, the space between you felt like it was diminishing, your awareness of their proximity deepening with every gentle touch and sidelong glance.
Yunho’s fingers began a slow trail along the length of your arm, a feather-light touch that made your pulse race, yet somehow left you craving more. His gaze held yours, warm and open, a subtle smile playing on his lips.
“You’re too quiet now,” he teased softly. “Usually you can’t stop talking.”
The words sent a shiver through you, and you managed a soft laugh, your voice barely above a whisper. “Guess I’m… distracted.”
San’s hand moved, his fingers brushing along your shoulder as his gaze softened. He looked at you for a moment, his usual grin replaced by a serious, thoughtful expression. “Well,” he murmured, “we don’t mind sharing a little… distraction.”
Surrounded by them both, you felt the pull of their closeness, each touch deepening the quiet understanding between you. The night continued in gentle, charged stillness, their presence speaking louder than words as you sat together, enveloped in warmth, comfort, and something that felt undeniably right.
The quiet atmosphere began to thrum with anticipation, an unspoken intensity filling the air as Yunho’s gaze lingered on yours, searching. He finally took a deep breath, and his voice, usually bright and playful, softened with a serious edge.
“I think we need to tell you something,” Yunho said, his fingers still tracing light circles on your arm, sending ripples of warmth through your skin. You looked up, curiosity and apprehension mingling in your expression.
He glanced at San, who gave him a subtle nod, his eyes holding a similar warmth as he looked at you. Yunho took another breath, a little unsteady, then met your eyes again.
“We both… like you,” he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper, but the weight of his words echoed in your heart. “San and I… we’ve talked about this, and we know it’s unusual, but neither of us could ignore how we feel.”
San moved closer, his hand resting gently on your shoulder, his touch both reassuring and grounding. “We want you to know that we’re here for you, together… if you’d want that too.” His voice was low and steady, but you could see the hint of vulnerability in his gaze as he waited for your reaction.
Your heart raced, the reality of their words sinking in, a warmth blossoming in your chest. You found yourself nodding, a small smile breaking across your lips as you whispered, “Yes, I… I want that too.”
A flicker of mischief sparked in Yunho’s eyes as he leaned in, brushing a gentle kiss to your temple. “You should know… we’ll take good care of you.” Then he paused, noticing the slight blush on your cheeks, the way your gaze shifted shyly downward.
“Actually, there’s something you should know too…” you whispered, the words tumbling out, heart racing as you admitted, “I’m… not experienced. I haven't, uh - had sex.. before.”
Yunho’s expression softened, a gentle laugh escaping him as he reached out to cup your cheek, his touch warm and steady. “Then, we’ll take it slow,” he promised, his voice tender. He looked over to San, who nodded with a smirk and a glint in his eye. “We’ll make sure you’re… well taken care of,” Yunho murmured, the reassurance in his words filling you with a sense of warmth and trust.
Yunho’s fingers slid down, grazing your jawline, his touch electrifying as he closed the distance between you. The air felt thick, charged, as if any moment of hesitation had melted away, replaced by something deeper, more primal. His eyes, dark with intent, flickered over your face, taking in every inch of your expression, every shallow breath. He leaned closer, his gaze settling on your lips, and you felt yourself drawn toward him, as if his very presence held you captive.
Just as his lips brushed yours, San’s hands found your waist, pulling you gently back against him. His warmth enveloped you, his breath hot against your neck as he leaned down, pressing a feather-light kiss below your ear. “We’ll go at your pace,” he whispered, his voice a soft promise, yet laced with that familiar teasing edge. His lips trailed along the curve of your neck, slow and deliberate, as Yunho’s fingers found their way to your hair, tilting your face back to meet his gaze.
“Are you still nervous?” Yunho murmured, his voice rich and warm. His eyes softened with understanding, yet there was an undeniable impatience simmering beneath, a quiet hunger that made your breath catch. You shook your head, a hint of a smile tugging at your lips, and Yunho’s own smirk grew as he finally, slowly, closed the last bit of space between you.
The kiss was tender at first, a gentle exploration, but you felt the fire building with each second. Yunho’s hands, no longer hesitant, traced down your back, drawing you closer as if he couldn’t bear the distance any longer. San’s grip on your waist tightened, his mouth pressing firmer against your neck, his breath sending a thrill down your spine. He sucked dark marks all over your back and shoulders, soft whines escaping your slowly rising chest. Every inch of you was surrounded by their warmth, their presence, until all you could feel was them, grounding you, igniting you, and filling you with a new, intoxicating sense of belonging.
“We've been waiting for this… y/n. For a looong time..” San whispered in your ear from behind, tracing his fingers on your body. He looked up at Yunho and gave him an understanding nod, to which Yunho pulled back, “Yes, sweetie.. you with that little smile of yours… and face. personality of yours…”.
In an instant, San lifted you up, his arms steady and strong as he carried you over to the bed, the movement gentle but filled with a kind of care that made your heart skip a beat. He laid you down with the utmost tenderness, settling behind you as he wrapped his arms around your waist. His hold was warm, comforting, and his fingers traced soft, delicate patterns along your arm, grounding you in this moment.
With San pressed against your back, Yunho moved to the edge of the bed, crawling forward to face you. His gaze held a softness that made you feel cherished, and as he took in every detail of your face, his smile was both gentle and captivating.
“You’re beautiful,” Yunho murmured, his voice low but full of sincerity. His fingers brushed a stray lock of hair from your face, tucking it carefully behind your ear. “Everything about you… just perfect.”
A blush crept into your cheeks at his words, and you looked down for a moment, but Yunho tilted your chin up, bringing your gaze back to his. “Hey, don’t hide from us now,” he whispered, his thumb brushing softly along your jawline. “We want to see you… all of you.”
Behind you, San nuzzled into the crook of your neck, his breath warm as he held you closer. “Yunho’s right,” he murmured, his tone soft yet intense. “We’ve been drawn to you for so long… more than we ever let on.” His arms tightened around you, the embrace protective and reassuring, grounding you in their presence. His lips found their way again on your neck, right under your jaw, where he marked you again. He was just oh-so-thirsty for you.
Yunho leaned closer, his forehead almost resting against yours, his voice a soft murmur. “It’s always been you. The way you laugh, the way you care about people… you’re everything we could have asked for.”
The gentle pressure of their touch, the way they held you so close, filled you with a warmth that ran deeper than anything you’d known. Their affection, their sincerity—it was as if they’d been holding onto these feelings for so long, waiting for the perfect moment to share them with you.
San’s hand moved slowly, gently intertwining his fingers with yours, his breath soft against your ear as he whispered, “We’re right here, and we’re not going anywhere.”
In their embrace, you felt safe, cherished, and undeniably loved, wrapped in the warmth of their closeness and the quiet intimacy of the moment.
Yunho’s eyes met yours, a hint of mischief glinting in his gaze as he leaned down, his lips brushing just below your collarbone. His fingers grazed along your shoulders, and he let his lips linger, pressing warm, slow kisses down the curve of your neck, making his way lower. Each touch felt like a silent promise, but there was something more deliberate in the way his lips marked your skin. The heat of his breath traced down to your collarbone, and as he pressed against you, his hands held you firmly in place.
With a quiet murmur, Yunho drew back slightly, his mouth leaving a faint, warm imprint on your skin, and turned to glance at San. His smile was laced with both a challenge and a hint of possessiveness. “I’m marking her everywhere,” he said, his voice low and edged with a playful intensity. “Let’s see who makes her feel it more.”
San smirked, his fingers still intertwined with yours, while Yunho’s hand found its way to your thigh. His touch was steady, almost firm, and he pushed your legs apart, creating space between you, his gaze tracing over your form with clear appreciation. “You’re beautiful,” he murmured, the words gentle against the intensity of his actions. His fingers slid along the soft skin of your thigh, a hint of roughness to his touch that made your heart race. Every glance, every touch, held a kind of reverence as if he was both admiring and claiming you all at once.
Yunho’s eyes never left yours as his lips began to trail slowly downward, warm and intentional, leaving a path of tender heat across your skin. His hands gripped your thighs, spreading them just enough to make space as he leaned in, his lips pressing along the sensitive skin of your inner thigh. Each kiss was slow, deliberate, and every now and then he would pause, sucking gently at the delicate skin until he left a faint, possessive mark in his wake. His fingers tightened slightly around your thighs, grounding you in the sensation of his touch as he worked his way upward.
Behind you, San’s hand moved to your neck, his thumb tracing a gentle line along your jaw before he tilted your chin up, his own mouth finding its way to the curve of your throat. The warmth of his breath brushed against your skin as he pressed a gentle, lingering kiss just below your jawline. “Just let us show you,” he murmured softly, his tone filled with affection, his fingers moving to caress the sensitive skin beneath your ear.
San’s hold on your jaw made your head tilt back slightly, and you felt Yunho’s mouth on your thighs, trailing upward with unhurried intensity, marking you as he went, savoring each touch. The way they held you—San’s protective yet gentle hold from behind and Yunho’s firm, claiming presence from the front—made your heart race, filling you with an undeniable sense of being cherished, their attention leaving you breathless in the quiet warmth of their embrace.
San’s breath grew heavier behind you, and you could feel the unmistakable heat of his cock pressing firmly against your lower back, his restraint slipping with every moment. His hands moved to your waist, fingers tightening as he pulled you up, shifting you to sit fully on his lap. The sensation of him beneath you sent a warm blush to your cheeks, and you smiled, caught off guard yet undeniably drawn to the warmth and intensity of his touch.
Meanwhile, Yunho was still focused on you, his lips grazing along the sensitive skin of your thighs, leaving small marks that trailed upward, each one deliberate, each one claiming. His hands roamed softly along your legs as he pressed one last kiss to your inner thigh before he pulled back, catching sight of the subtle evidence of your own arousal against the linen beneath you. A playful smirk tugged at his lips, and he looked up, meeting your gaze with a glint of mischief.
Without breaking eye contact, Yunho’s hand moved slowly, confidently, his fingers trailing along your inner thigh before reaching that sensitive place, his touch both gentle and intentional. His fingers explored with careful precision, his eyes watching your every reaction, savoring the way you responded to each movement. San’s hands remained steady at your waist, anchoring you in place as Yunho leaned in, his gaze filled with both admiration and a playful challenge, entirely focused on you, caught in the moment they shared with you.
“You’re so wet already… I can see that you love being marked, is that right?” Yunho asked, his finger pressing against your clit, keeping eye contact with you. “Tell me, sweetie. You wanted this too, mm?” two of his fingers found it’s way in, your head falling back on San’s shoulder as you felt Yunho’s fingers curling inside you. He started to finger you, his long, slender fingers hitting spots you’d never thought would arouse you but here you were.. between the two men you’ve always dreamed of.
“Yunho.. let’s take turns, shall we?” San said from behind, your eyes widened at his words. What did he mean by.. take turns..? you asked yourself.
He smiled at San’s words. “Yeah, sure.. why not. But first, let me have my way with her..” Yunho said and curled his fingers inside you, hitting your g spot a couple of times, moans escaping your throat. “Then.. you can have your way with her and.. “ he circled your clit with his thumb, making you bite your lip, “we can both have our way with her.” San scoffed from behind, approvingly.
“Now.. let's see how much you can handle, sweetheart.” the taller one whispered and he worked both of his hands around your folds. His right hand was 2 fingers deep inside you, finger fucking you rapidly, building your orgasm, while his other hand had the thumb onto your clit, rubbing it in circles, sometimes putting pressure on it. You squirmed and squirmed in front of him and above San, until you basically couldn't take it anymore.
“Y-yunho..!” you started, but words dissipated fast.
“What, princess?” he smiled at you, your face flustered.
“I-i.. ngh.. gotta-” you moaned out the last word, head falling back once again onto San's chest.
“Use your words, pretty girl.”
“I- gotta… c-cum! Yunho, p-please…” you pleaded, eyes teary from being stretched out by his fingers.
Yunho’s smirk grew, his fingers maintaining that perfect, teasing rhythm. He watched you closely, keeping eye contact, catching each hitch in your breath, each tremble, like he was savoring every second. “There we go, princess” he murmured, his tone turning a touch more commanding. “Let it all out…” Yunho said and pressed all your sweet spots until you squirmed over his hand and came all over, creaming on his fingers.
San’s hold tightened from behind, his hands firm on your waist, pulling you slightly against him. “You think you can handle more, princess?” His voice had a rougher edge now, the soft amusement shifting to something more intense.
“Y-yes.. please..” you whispered, voice low and quiet.
“Then.. show us just how much you can take it, sweetheart.”
Yunho’s fingers pressed deeper for a moment, coaxing a soft sound from you that only seemed to encourage them. “Look at you, so eager,” he murmured, his voice velvet-smooth but with a hint of challenge. “We’re not even close to done with you, sweetheart.”
“C'mon, San.. come here. Switch with me.” the taller one said and lifted you, putting you down in his lap, right against his hard cock. He was.. way lengthier than San was but.. San was.. girthier, you'd say? Either way, you were slightly scared of how painfully pleasurable it was gonna be.
You were already out of it. Face sweaty, flustered, eyes teary and legs trembling, but they were not yet done. San's hand ran between your legs, his fingers tracing your thighs. He lubed them up on your own juices then pushed them in, his fingers girthier than Yunho's. Two fingers of his feeling like 3 of Yunho's, you felt yourself being stretched out even more than before. You were close to your high again, even faster than before as you were already aroused.
“You look so beautiful like this, my princes…” San said and sucked a mark on your thigh. Surprised, you moaned pushing your head back into Yunho's buff chest. His right hand went under your chin and slowly pulled your mouth to his, going in for a kiss. At first, it was a soft, tender one. Then, as your moans and whines grew more often and his groans revrebrating through your body, the kiss deepened and the knot in your belly started to feel tighter and tighter, until San curled his fingers into your g-spot and clit at the same time and you beautifully came onto his fingers for the 2nd time in a row.
“That's it, sweetheart…” San whispered
Yunho continued from behind, “Such a good girl..”
How Yunho called you sent a shiver down your spine. Yunho lifted you up onto his lap, sitting you straight.
“One more, sweetie? We promise it's the last one…” he said.
“H-uh? I-” you couldn't even talk, but you nodded your head in approval. The boys looked at each other, giving understanding stares. San pulled you to his chest, placing you on his thigh. You were basically sitting sideways on his lap, your legs spread out evenly. Yunho came under your left leg, in the same position San was. They both pulled your legs outwards slightly, resting on one another's thighs. (it's like they're really close to each other and she's sitting on both men's thighs, left leg over Yunho's entire leg and right one over San's).
They held you promptly and their fingers traveled over your body, Yunho’s hand resting on your waist, San's on your breasts.
“Are you ready, our princess?” San asked.
You nodded. That was it.
“Hold your legs and spread out, darling.”
Both men's fingers went for your hole, a loud moan escaping your throat as you felt both men stretching you in opposite directions. One another was softly pulling towards themselves, inserting each of them two of their fingers, as deep as possible.
They took their time, as if savoring the moment as much as you, their breaths steady and close to your ear, a soft warmth reminding you that they were fully present. Their fingers moved with an intimacy that spoke volumes, every subtle yet harsh movement letting you feel how attuned they were to every reaction, every moan, whine you made.
Their touch became more focused, the rhythm of their fingers overwhelming as you felt the tension building deep within you. San’s voice was a soft murmur by your ear, encouraging you, each word melting into the warmth of his breath, heightening every sensation. Yunho’s grip on your waist steadied you, his thumb brushing along your side in tender, grounding strokes, keeping you fully present in the moment.
And then, with a final, gentle touch, the wave overtook you, breaking over you like a rush of warmth. Your body trembled in their embrace, your breaths mingling with theirs as they held you through every second, their hands offering steady reassurance as the sensations washed over you in gentle waves.
As you came down from your high, tears formed in your eyes from the overstimulation. You came all over their hands and linen for the 3rd time, biting your lips in pleasure.
They put you down slowly on the bed, then both sat right in front of you on their knees. Their cocks were dripping continuously with precum, hard and throbbing, waiting for action.
“Goddammit… you look so pretty like this. Teary eyes.. all fucked out and flushed and we didn't even fuck you yet. Yunho, isn't she perfect like this? Imagine her after we fuck her… oh god.” San said, carresing your cheek as he wiped off some tears.
Yunho’s eyes darkened, a low, breathless chuckle escaping his lips as he took in the sight of you, utterly captivated. He ran his fingers along your trembling jawline, thumb grazing over your lips. “Perfect doesn’t even cover it,” he murmured, voice laced with a deep, possessive edge. “But I don’t think I can wait any longer to see just how beautiful you’ll look after… Come here.”
He stood, pulling you gently toward the edge of the bed, eyes never leaving yours. “Right here," he instructed, his gaze commanding, leaving no room for hesitation. "Let’s see just how pretty you can be for us.”
He raised his brow at his cock, but backed off for a second. He looked at you, and then at San.
San smirked as he looked down at you, his eyes filled with intensity as he took in the sight of you kneeling so prettily on the edge of the bed, exactly where he wanted you. One knee pressed beside your thigh, he leaned in close, the warmth of his breath brushing your skin as he lifted his hand toward your lips.
Keeping steady eye contact, he raised his brows and tilted his head slightly. “Open,” he instructed softly, his voice commanding yet gentle, coaxing you to follow his lead. As your lips parted, he slipped two fingers past them, a glint of satisfaction in his gaze. “Good girl. Now, close around them… slowly, just like that.”
His fingers rested on your tongue, and he watched, completely focused, guiding you with a calm authority. “Suck, nice and easy," he whispered, his voice darkening, "let your tongue glide over them… there you go.” His eyes flickered with approval, and he leaned in just a little closer, his thumb brushing your chin as he murmured, “Show me how well you can listen.”
As you sucked on his fingers, coating them in your own saliva, he smiled at you, satisfied with your work. He then inserted one more finger, your tongue immediately moving and slurping around. After he was more than satisfied with it, he pulled out with a slight popping sound and backed off. He patted Yunho on the chest, who has been lazily stroking his length, looking at the two of you.
“Just in time.. I was going insane back here.” Yunho got closer to you, one of his hand tangling in your hair softly. “Open up, darling. Don't make me wait,” he said and tapped your lower lip with the tip of his cock, to which you opened your mouth and slowly took in his length. The corners of your lips stung as he slowly thrusted in your mouth, hurrying you to adjust to his size.
Yunho's breathing grew heavier as he watched you, his gaze dark and focused. Each slow movement seemed to be its own silent command, urging you to take more of him. His fingers tangled further in your hair, his grip firm yet tender.
You felt your cheeks hollow slightly as you adjusted to his size, your lips stretching around him in a way that sent a heated thrill through both of you. A soft whine slipped past your lips when he pulled back slightly, leaving you wanting more.
He chuckled, a low, knowing sound. “You feel so good, princess.." he murmured, his voice thick with restraint, though his eyes told a different story. You responded with a light hum, the vibrations adding to the tension building between you both. As his pace quickened, your hands found their way to his hips, steadying yourself as he guided you closer to his peak, mouth fucking you rapidly, feeling every corner of your mouth.
With one final, harsh thrust, Yunho’s breaths became uneven, his fingers tightening in your hair as his focus blurred, surrendering to the intensity of the moment. His low, rough voice spilled out in a shuddered exhale as he came. He looked down at you and nodded, urging you to slurp everything, “swallow, sweetheart.” and you did as told.
Just as you felt Yunho’s hand leave your hair, San took his place before you. He offered a playful smile.
Slowly, you welcomed him, the slight stretch challenging yet thrilling, but you never looked away. His hand reached forward as a tear slipped from the corner of your eye, a silent promise of reassurance as he swept his thumb gently across your cheek. With each slow movement, his thumb remained there, resting on your face.
“Fuck.. you didn't lie at all, man…” his head lolled back, biting his lip, “when you said she feels good..”
San’s breaths quickened as he found a rhythm, but he kept his focus on you, reading every reaction, every subtle change in your expression. He couldn't wait anymore. He wanted to cum and that was it. His hand pushed your head on his cock, making you gag and slightly choke on it. As he did that a couple of times he came right down your throat, urging you to swallow his load. It took him a couple of moments to release everything, your eyes teary as he kept his cock down your throat until the end.
“Damn.. that was hot” Yunho said from behind, his cock hard again, heavy in his hand.
“Princess.. would you be able to endure one round of… both of us fucking you, hm?” Yunho said, both men standing in front of you, keeping eye contact. “I just can't wait for my turn, you know?” he continued.
“I-uh” you hesitated for a second, but smiled and nodded shyly, looking up at him.
“That's our girl, man… look at her. Already flushed and ravished, but still wants more? Such a good girl…” San said and pushed you on the bed, crawling under you. He held you close to his chest as he moved up slightly and rested his back against the headboard. Yunho came from behind and kneeled right behind you, his hands resting on your waist.
“Are you ready, love?” he said from behind, your eyes looking into San's, not knowing what to expect. You nodded, and San was the first one to act. He thrusted as slow as possible in your cunt, your hands gripping the headboard as he let you get accustomed to his size. A loud moan escaped your throat, words stuttering as he started to keep up on a pace. Yunho did the same after he let you get used to San and as he started to softly fuck you, your eyes teared up and drops of tears fell onto San's chest. He wiped them off, in awe of your reactions and fucked you. harshness betraying his neediness for you.
“Fuck, you're so tight…” he said and his hands drove up and down on your back, trying to soothe you.
San’s hand gently caressed your cheek as you locked eyes with him, feeling his heartbeat strong and steady beneath you. His thumb traced over your cheekbone, wiping away any lingering tears "You’re incredible," he murmured softly, voice thick with admiration.
Behind you, Yunho’s hands remained anchored on your waist, fingers pressing into you in a grounding way. He leaned in close, his breath hot against your ear as he whispered, “You’re doing so well.” His tone was a blend of awe and satisfaction, his voice rough but filled with warmth that made you feel completely safe.
As they both moved with you, their rhythm became an unspoken exchange, synchronized in a way that felt almost effortless. You could feel the tension building in each of them, both of them on the edge, breaths deepening as they drew nearer to their highs. San’s grip on your thighs tightened, his knuckles grazing your skin, grounding you both as he savored every second. Yunho’s hand slipped up your back in a soothing motion, his rough exhale brushing against your shoulder, each of them close to finishing.
As they fucked you for a couple of times, you came unannounced, your aching walls tightening around their cocks. Surprised, both San and Yunho came down from their high simultaneously, their huge loads filling both of your holes to the brim. They fucked you through your orgasms and slowly came down to a stop.
Yunho slowly pulled back, exhaling a long, satisfied breath. His hand lingered on your back for a moment, his thumb tracing gentle circles, grounding both of you in the moment. He offered you a soft, tender smile, cheeks flushed and breathing deeply. San's arms wrapped tightly around you, pulling you close to his chest as he settled back.
“You did so well,” Yunho murmured, leaning down to press a soft kiss to your temple, his voice low and full of pride. His fingers brushed along your cheek with a feather-light touch, his gaze filled with awe. “You’re so beautiful, love… can’t believe how lucky we are.”
San pressed his lips to the top of your head, his grip tightening around you as he whispered, “Such a good girl.” His fingers traced soothing patterns along your back. “Every bit of you is incredible, you know that?”
The two of them exchanged a quiet smile over you, their gazes warm. They both leaned in, pressing gentle kisses to your cheeks, to your forehead, each one tender, grounding, letting you know how much you were cherished.
“Let's get you washed up, alright?” San said and lifted you, carrying you to the bathroom and placing you down.
“T-thank you.. it was in-incredible.” you finally managed to form a sentence, both boys looking contently in your eyes. They smiled at your words and San gave you a hand, holding you tight while the taller one turned on the shower.

With a roll of your eyes, you gazed at your friend Seungkwan resting his feet on top of your shared glass coffee table, ticking the tip of the city guide book and magazines rested on top.
“Boring. He was nice or whatever, good looking, but he wouldn’t shut up about league of legends and his job. Other than that he asked me no questions about myself or what I do. A failure as most would call it.”
“So I take it you wouldn’t want to go out with him again?”
“God, whatever gave you that impression? I thought you could tell we were headed for marriage?”
“Hey. I’m doing you a very nice thing, you don’t have to be so sarcastic about it.”
“Look, I know. But just because Jun is getting married and I still haven’t moved on doesn’t mean I need to be dating all of the sudden.”
The boy patted the seat next to him. Scooching over from his spot, making room for you on the couch.
“ It’s been nearly three years since you ended it with him. At least fuck someone before you dry up.”
“That’s fucking gross and what vibrators are for.”
A small scream left your friend's mouth as he covered his ears trying to remove what he had just heard coming out of your mouth.
“Y/n his wedding is in two months, we need to find someone to bring that’s not me. You don’t want to feel the embarrassment of his pity party and everyone feeling sorry for you.”
“Why can’t you just be my date?”
“Too obvious. Plus your whole family will be there, just do it or you know your parents will be in your case again. This ‘ secret man’ you’ve been seeing doesn’t exist and I think your Mom is starting to catch on.”
He was right. Your parents come from a high status, as do your ex boyfriends, they were the reason you both had met and became friends in the first place. But, when your relationship ended you lied to them, it was working well until you got a call from your very upset mother telling you Jun showed up to your house with his family and a girl on his arm that wasn’t you.
“Okay, then why can’t I choose my own date?”
“The men you chose to quote on quote date are literally disturbing, I’m sorry but it’s the truth. Like that one dude you brought here last time? Whatever the fuck his name was literally was wearing a necklace vial of his own blood and claimed drinking your own urine and reusing water is the only way we can save the planet.”
“Okay, but he was nice.”
“He literally didn’t flush the toilet because he only went number one. That’s fucked, no.”
“Can I at least, like at the very least have some approval over the men you match me with then?”
“Maybe.”
“ Kwanie, please. Come on, don’t make me use the what goes around card, it’s my turn”
“No, it's absolutely my turn.”
“Not true, you wasted it two months ago when I had to bail you out of that strange house party orgy thing by saying your dog died and coming in crying to a bunch of naked strangers. You owe me.”
“Valid.”
“How did you not realize what that party was anyway?”
“This is not currently about my life failures, but yours my beautiful friend.”
Laughing at Seungkwan's major mishap, you forgot to greet your dog, Lucky. She was waiting and crying at your feet, finally waking up from her sweet slumber to greet you.
“Hello my baby, do we have to go outside?”
“She went for a walk this afternoon, but after her dinner she crashed so she probably wants a walk. I can go if you want to change or shower.”
“No it’s alright, I can take her, you're already in your pj’s and after my date I need a distress, want anything from the mart?”
“Ice cream?”
With a small nod you jumped up, taking the small curly creature in your arms and grabbing her harness before heading back outside into the warm spring air.
Ten minutes into your evening stroll, you decided to sit on the green wooden bench overlooking the water, the same bench your grandmother always spoke about when you asked her the same story about how she and your grandfather got engaged. The gold plaque with their names rubbing off sitting behind your back.
Suddenly you heard a man yelling from behind you, running through the green grass lit up with fluorescent lights.
“Hey, Kkuma, no come back.”
A small white dog came up behind Lucky sniffing her and starting to play, you noticed her cute hairclip and ran your hands through her fur.
“God, I’m sorry. She normally doesn’t run off like that.”
“It’s okay my dog lov-“
As you turned around to look into the round eyes of the owner, you were stunned with how beautiful he was.
His dark hair pushed under a cap, a white t-shirt too big for his frame sitting beautifully in his toned shoulders, and his red sweatpants matching his shoes.
The unfamiliar man was bending down now petting your precious pet and his own at the same time talking to them in sweet baby voices.
“This is Kkuma by the way, and you are?”
“Y/N”
“Hi y/n, you’re so cute, you and kkuma can be best friends if your mom lets you.”
You let out a roaring laugh realizing he thought you had introduced your pet and not yourself.
“Oh sorry, did I say something wrong?”
“No, no. It’s just I’m y/n this is Lucky sorry my fault.”
“Oh god, cool. Sorry Lucky, I’m Seungcheol. You can call me Cheol and this is Kkuma.”
“Nice to meet you Cheol and Kkuma.”
“You too. Look I know I just met you and all, but I’m new to the area. I was wondering if you’d want to get coffee and let the girls hangout sometime?”
“Oh. Yeah, of course. Let me give you my number.”
Seungcheol handed you his cell phone with a new contact page pulled up giving you full reign to type your name and number into his list.
Handing the device back to him your fingers touched, creating an electric shock, to not like you to believe in signs, but for some reason it felt like the universe trying to tell you something.
“Thank you, I’ve actually got to get going, but if you're free tomorrow would you want to grab coffee and hangout at the dog park?”
“Yeah, totally. Just text me a time, we can just meet here. What kind of coffee do you drink? There’s a good spot by my apartment. I can just pick it up for us.”
“Wow, that’s so nice of you. Just a black americano is cool or a cold brew whichever.”
“No fun I see.”
“How would you know that? Just because I don’t like sugary drinks doesn’t mean I can’t have fun.”
“I don’t know, we will see.”
“We will. I’ll catch you tomorrow girls.”
“Nice to meet you.”
“You too!”
Seungcheol left the same way he came running through the grass with Kkuma on his heels, following him all the way back to their home.
Strolling back down the pathway back to your apartment, you could help but feel butterflies in your stomach, you knew nothing about the man you just met other than his name and his cute dog, but there was a lot of unknown.
Smiling like a Cheshire Cat, you unlocked the front door and watched Lucky sprint back into Seungkwan lounging on the couch, eating for the ice cream you had forgotten.
“Where’s the snacks? Also why are you smiling like an idiot you’re freaking me out.”
“We met a guy with his dog, a very cute guy might I add, who actually asked for my number and wants to get coffee tomorrow.”
“ What the fuck, it’s late tell me he doesn’t live in the park?”
“No he said he just moved to the area, he was clearly not a park dweller he had keys, and smelt amazing actually.”
“Smelling strangers? A new low even for you”
“Oh my god, fuck off.”
Seungkwan pulled his phone out and opened various social media apps preparing himself for best friend stalking duties.
“What’s his name?”
“Seungcheol, not sure about his last name, but he goes by Cheol and his dog was Kkuma.”
“Great.. okay, found him I assume?”
“What the fuck, how? Let me see.”
“Eager aren’t we?”
“Fuck off?”
Grabbing Seungkwan's phone from his grip, you scroll quickly through the new faces' social media.
“Yeah, it’s him.”
“Okay, let me see. Wait, he's actually hot AND seems to have his own business?”
“Oh my god.”
“Here, look”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After the next few hours, you and your friend stumble on into your separate rooms preparing yourself for slumber, which never seems to reach you and before you know it dawn is creeping its way through your curtains, and your backup preparing yourself for a day with you and Lucky's new friends.
Something about your energy was excitable and nearing frantic, you could wait to step outside into the fresh air with your pocket sized princess at your side, but it was still early.
You had decided on pampering yourself for this morning, finding the need to make yourself up, you spread on your skin care with glee, drew perfect lines of eyeliner and strained your hair, pulling it up into a nice tight ponytail the hair tie matching the taupe tone of your sweat suit perfectly.  Before you knew it it was 9:45 a perfect time for you and Lucky to step outside the door.
Placing her in her tote bag, you stepped inside of your favorite coffee shop, the light pink walls covered in photos and paintings, the smell of the espresso seemed sweeter.
“Morning, y/n you look beautiful today. Would you like the usual?”
“Thank you, for me, yes. But can I also get a large americano, just black and he didn’t tell me iced or hot, so iced is good I think? Or maybe hot with a cup of ice on the side? If that’s okay?”
“He? Did you finally start dating someone?”
“Oh no, just a friend of mine. Seungkwan told you shit about me didn’t he?”
“Yes. Sorry.”
“No worries, can I actually get two of the plain croissants and two of the flower dog cookies too?”
“No problem, it’ll be right out.”
“Thank you.”
Taking a seat next to the pick up counter you scrolled through the instagram of the boy you’re meant to be meeting, telling yourself it’s just to remember his face, but really it was to get a peek into what else he’s into or if he was single.
“Y/N”
“Oh shit, sorry. Thank you guys, see you tomorrow.”
Picking up the paper coffee carrier and pastry bag, you waved goodbye to the baristas and briskly walked back to the bench you were at yesterday, your bench, spotting the back of Seungcheol’s head watching the water with his dog.
“Hey. Sorry I’m late.”
“Oh, no problem. I just got here.”
Placing your items down on the bench, you freed her bag and greeted Kkuma alongside her before taking your seat.
“Here’s your coffee, I wasn’t sure if you wanted hot or iced so I got you a cup of ice too just in case, a croissant, and a little treat for your girl too.”
“Wow thank you so much, hot is fine actually. How are you?”
“Good, nervous. I mean it’s not every day you meet a stranger for coffee.”
Seungcheol laughed, tipping his head back slightly before taking a bite of his pastry.
“Sorry. I know it’s weird, you just seemed like someone I wanted to get to know, and Kkuma liked you so I figured you’re good people.”
“Well, thank you. You too. Lucky generally does not like men other than my friend Seungkwan, my dad, and my ex-boyfriend so consider yourself special.”
“I do.”
“So what brought you to this neighborhood? Work, a relationship?”
“No relationship, but actually my business partner is from here. We decided to open our warehouse and stuff here because it’s much better than doing it in the city. We have a spirit company and we’re planning on opening a brewery and bar, so that’s why I’ve been working late nights. I guess it served me well, I made a friend on my first day.”
“You’ve only been here for a full day? What the hell? You already know the best spot in town. What kind of stuff do you guys make?”
“Beer and soju mainly, we’ve been working on it for five years now and are finally at a spot to open up and start selling it to people, which is cool. But what about you? What do you do?”
“I’m a medical student actually, my parents are both doctors, I used to really want to be one too, but I don’t know, I don’t really have the same passion for it as I used to.”
“Well what would you do if you had the choice?”
“I always wanted to design stuff for dogs, start a rescue, anything like that. I got so happy seeing Kkuma as an accessory girl.”
“Yeah, she’s very stylish. I think you should go for it, you know? Why waste time becoming something for someone else and risk being unhappy just for their sake?”
“Honestly I wouldn’t even know how to start a business on my own, let alone tell my parents.”
“Hey, I didn’t either and look where it’s gotten me.”
You turned back to the water, staring into the calm blue waters, trying not to go into your own head.
“You’re oddly inspiring, I’ll give you that much.”
“Thank you, y/n. You’re oddly sassy, I’ll give you that.”
“Shut up, I’m not.”
“You already tried to clock me by saying I’m no fun because I drink black coffee and you said oddly inspiring like a back handed compliment. You definitely are, but I like it.
“Good.”
Tumblr media
You had continued your twice weekly hangouts with Kkuma and her dad for two weeks now, getting excited whenever the days roll around to see the two of them again, but you haven’t hung out once without them around, which made you wonder if your friendship or crush rather on this boy was only due to your dogs being friends themselves.
Seungkwan tried setting you up on more and more dates with more and more duds, he was starting to lose hope himself, knowing that the one person he could set you up with was Seungcheol but he didn’t want to overstep.
Strolling home from another failed connection, you decide to stop and have a beer before going home to give the dirty details to Seungkwan about who you had just met.
Pulling open the tab of one of your drinks from your six pack, you took a deep breath and sat down, feeling your eyes welling up with tears.
Another can opened as you went to take the first sip. A hand comes on your shoulders, whispering a boo in your ears.
“What the fuck!”
Jumping up from your seat the hand on your shoulder belonged to Seungcheol, the look in his eyes went from happy to concerned as he saw the small streaks of tears on your cheeks, you top now dribbled with spots of beer.
“I’m so sorry, are you okay?”
“Yeah, I’m good. Want a beer?”
“Sure, thanks. I’m sorry I scared you, I thought you heard me behind you.”
“It’s alright, I was in my own world anyway. You look nice, where are you headed?”
“Soft opening for my bar actually, I texted you, but I figured you didn’t respond because you were busy.”
“Oh my god, I’m so sorry, I would’ve loved to come. I was a bit preoccupied on an awful fucking date.”
“That bad, huh?”
“Worse.”
“Well the good news is you technically didn’t miss it, it doesn’t start for another twenty minutes and you’re dressed very nice. It worked out.
“Fuck I wish I paid more attention, I could’ve got you some flowers or something.”
“Next time. Will your roommate be alright taking care of Lucky?”
“Yeah of course, he knew I would be out tonight. I’ll text him just to be sure.”
“Cheers to hanging out without our kids?”
“Definitely.”
With that suddenly your awful night and doubts about your relationship with the raven haired boy went out the window.
“Shall we?”
“We shall.”
Seungcheol lent his arm out for you to wrap your own around, and you both stayed out that way for a few moments, before discarding your cans and walking the way to his new venture.
“Here it is, you ready?”
“When you told me you were opening this up I thought you hadn’t even started? But it looks like it’s fully ready.”
“Ah, well we had planned to wait a bit, but we’re getting too antsy, so here we are.”
“It’s beautiful, holy shit.”
“Thanks, sit here, I’ll be right back.”
You took a seat on the green leather booth, looking around and taking in the ambiance of the custom lighting and ribbon like wallpaper, when a blonde gentleman walked over sitting down across from you.
“Y/n? Right?”
“Yeah, nice to meet you…”
“Jeonghan, I’m Cheol’s business partner.”
“Jeonghan, right. Nice to finally meet you, I’ve heard a lot.”
“Likewise, you’re so much prettier than Cheol let on actually.”
“Oh?”
Without a chance to interrogate the new face further Seungcheol walked back over to your table, setting down a few bottles of various spirits for you to try, including a couple of cocktails.
“He didn’t scare you too much did he?”
“Not at all, he was just telling me actually how much prettier I am than you alluded to.”
“Jeonghan, don’t do that to her, come on. You know very well I told you she was pretty, I even showed you her instagram, you agreed.”
“I know, I just wanted to make you tell her yourself and my job is done, see you around y/n.”
“Nice to meet you.”
As Jeonghan left the table you felt your cheeks growing with heat, unsure if it was the alcohol or the fact that Seungcheols friend made him confess he thought you were good looking.
“Sorry about him, he’s a menace.”
“No need to be sorry, I have my own menace at home and I don’t mean my dog.”
Seungcheol laughed, pouring you a shot of his very own soju to taste, filling with anticipation hoping you enjoy the drink he’s serving you, looking for your approval became a big part of his mind lately.
Lifting your glass up to his and clinking them together, the liquor poured down the back of your throat filling your mouth with sweetness and warmth.
“Holy shit.”
“Good holy shit or bad holy shit?”
“No, very good. That’s actually delicious. It’s so clean and fresh.”
“That makes me so happy to hear.”
“I’m happy you’re happy.”
“Okay, beer next. This is just a standard sour, some lime and sea salt, sort of beach vibes.”
“Sounds amazing, okay.”
Tipping your head back you sipped at the foamy top of the glass, savoring the flavors in your mouth.
“I hate you so much.”
“What? Why?”
“Seungcheol, you're way too humble when you talk about your business, this shit is amazing. I said I hate you because I’m going to crave this shit and I’ll have to see you all the time.”
“I thought you liked seeing me all the time?”
“You’re okay.”
“I have to say it’s cool to be here with you without the dogs, not that they distract too much, but they definitely take away giving you my full attention.”
“I mean how could they not, they’re cute as fuck,”
“So are you.”
“Wow, two drinks in Cheol and you’re already calling me cute? I wonder what else you’ll say the more you drink?"
“Technically we’re four drinks in, but I guess I remember the time I spent with you more than you do. Did those drinks on the bench mean nothing to you?”
“Oh fuck, I did forget. I guess technically I’m five drinks in then, catch up, bitch.”
You and Seungcheol spent the rest of the night being greeted by his friends, most of them already assuming who you were, letting you know that Seungcheol talks about you more than you realized.
Feeling your blood alcohol content rising, you decided to take a step outside and refresh.
The bell of the door opened up behind you, putting you face to face with his cherry lips once again, watching them light up a hand rolled cigarette to his lips.
“Doing okay?”
“Yeah, just wanted to step out for a second. Are you good?”
“Very. Want a cig?”
“No, I’m good for now. Ask me again later.”
“So will there be a later? You’re not ditching me now?”
“I’d never do that.”
“So, y/n does this maybe get me a chance to take you on a date? I’m kind of drunk so I’m feeling oddly bold.”
“Is this not sort of a date?”
“I was hoping you thought so. Is that a yes?”
“Absolutely. I thought you’d never ask.”
“Before we go on our date though, y/n. I have one final question?”
“Yes?”
“Do you still think I’m boring?”
“A little.”
Seungcheol grabbed your waist and spun you around, causing his perfectly rolled tobacco to fall on the sidewalk.
Blissfully you were giggling and laughing under the red led lights of his bar.
“Take it back.”
“Nope.”
“Please.”
You looked into his puppy dog eyes and did something out of your comfort zone. Wrapped your hands loosely around his neck, placing a deepened kiss onto his lips.
His mouth tasted of cigarettes and salt with a hint of vanilla from the lip balm he always had on him.
“Is that a good ‘sorry I called you boring’ kiss?”
“It’ll do for now.”
“Good. They’ll be more where that came from.”
“Promise?”
“Pinky promise.”
You and Seungcheol unwrap from each other, finding Jeonghan standing and  cheering in the window watching the two of you.
“Can’t believe I got a hot date and a sister for Kkuma all in one.”
“You lucky dog.”

hi can I request sochiro x reader arrange marriage where the girl is a platoon leader in the third and first division. And her parents want her to quit her job to be a housewife, but like she’s very good at it. And her and soshiro don’t really get along and when they sleep together it’s always after they argue because in her head she thinks the only way she can hurt him is if she runs her nails down his back. Furthermore they start to eventually fall for each other I’ll let you decide how. But then he starts to get jealous at the guys that clearly like her and he kinda wants to claim her. Idk something like that can you make it angsty too pls
thank you sorry for the trouble
Don't apologize, it's no trouble at all! Sorry I took so long with this prompt, was just trying to figure out all the in's and out's. Honestly not even sure if this is what you wanted, but this is my attempt. ALSO THIS IS NSFW IF YALL COULDN'T TELL.
The Best Kind Of Disaster
You expected marriage to a stranger to be difficult but not a disaster. It was, in fact, quite disastrous. But your parents had begged you to quit your job as a Platoon Leader in the First Division and this was your compromise with them- you'd marry anyone they chose on the condition that they quit complaining about your work and stop trying to get you to become a housewife. So now you were in this mess for better or for worse and this disaster was yours to keep.
Honestly, you'd originally thought this marriage would be a breeze. The man you had saddled yourself with was none other than Vice Captain Hoshina of the Defense Force's Third Division so you knew he'd at least understand your duty if he didn't understand anything else. And he was quite the looker too. But looks don't solve everything and you were starting to realize that more and more, day by day.
You blamed Captain Narumi for your troubles. You'd taken too much of his personality into you, after working with him so long, and Hoshina could feel it. Every little behavior that was Gen's, every reflex, every smartass comment, the way you fought, even the tone of your voice sometimes resembled his, and Hoshina was not having it.
He constantly complained that if he wanted to marry Narumi he would've just married Narumi. And you were constantly pissed that he'd never recognize you as your own person. You couldn't even drink your tea or read a book without him making some snide comment about how Narumi probably taught you how to put a proper cup together or how he probably taught you how to read. Then you'd shoot back with some snarky comment of your own but it only furthered his opinion that you were just another Narumi copy.
One day, you'd decided to show him the specific ways in which you were different from Narumi. Your anatomy, in particular.
He had come home from a particularly long day at work and had too much energy to burn off, too much stress on his lower half. You noticed the little bulge in his pants and thought you'd tease him a little but he didn't take the vulgar comments well. In no time at all, he had you in a chokehold on the ground. You thought you might break his boner with the sudden urge to kick him in the crotch, but that fire inside you went somewhere else when you saw his little smirk. It was the first time you'd even seen some resemblance of a smile on his face, and the thought that you being underneath him was what had pleased him sent those flames rushing to the space between your legs.
You smirked right back and adjusted your weight, yanking him to the floor and positioning yourself on top him.
"Bitch."
"Asshole."
"Fucking wannabe Narumi."
"Fucking second-rate samurai."
"I bet Narumi fucks better than you do."
"I bet Soichiro fucks better than you do."
He growled at that, rolling over so you were pinned underneath him again. He ground his hips up against yours and the feeling of his erection fucking you through your pants got your underwear soaking. He started sucking and biting harshly at your neck as though he were trying to tear your throat out with his teeth. But you liked the pain. It was surprisingly the most attracted you'd ever been to him.
You yanked his shirt off, only able to admire his rock-hard physique for a minute before he shoved his tongue down your throat. You almost choked on it and he smirked against your lips. He was so fucking smug and it pissed you off- in the sexiest way.
You bit his lip hard and he groaned at the sharp sensation.
To get you back, he gripped your breast tight, squeezing at it with full force. Then he ripped your shirt off and began sucking at his target aggressively, dragging his tongue back and forth over your nipple relentlessly. You moaned and began cupping your other breast, to which he responded by shoving your hand away from your chest.
"Did I fucking tell you that you could touch yourself? You're going to pay for making that comment about my brother. I'm gonna fuck you so hard you can't see straight and you're going to take back your words, so don't go getting off before I can destroy you properly."
"Promises, promises. You talk a big game for being the lesser Hoshina." You teased with daring eyes.
He knew you were baiting him but he didn't care, he used it as fuel to unleash all his jealousy and fury on you. "We'll see if you'll still be saying that by the time I'm done with you. I'm gonna send you back to Narumi so fucking cum drunk he won't be able to recognize you."
And with that, not wanting to waste anymore time talking, he jerked your pants off of you and jabbed his fingers at your panties. He wouldn't give you the satisfaction of feeling him fully inside you yet. He just teased at your entrance, roughly dragging his fingers up and down your underwear, pleased at just how much wetter he was making it.
You groaned at the unnecessary teasing and before he could react, you wrenched your underwear to the side and shoved his two fingers inside you, thrusting your hips into them.
He hissed but he didn't resist, he just kept pumping his fingers deep inside you. "So fucking impatient and so fucking wet."
"Thought you were gonna show me something special, or do I have to ask your brother if I want a good time?"
You could almost feel his glare searing holes into your skull and the thought got you so damn horny. "Fuck me then, Soshiro."
It was the first time he'd heard you say his first name and he groaned as he palmed his growing erection through his pants. Then he yanked it out, fucking his hand until there was enough precum drizzling down his throbbing cock.
You wanted to make some sassy comment about his shrimpy size (honestly, it was huge but you didn't need him to have anymore ego than he already did so you thought you'd knock him down a peg), but before you could form any words, a yelp had already escaped your throat as you realized he'd just shoved his full length inside you.
He was grinning widely now, amused by the precious little noises escaping your quivering lips.
You bit your lip to silence them but more moans came clumsily tumbling out as he continued to relentlessly thrust into you until you thought he might bruise your sensitive walls. Might make you bleed out underneath him.
You wanted your share of his blood too and you dug your nails into his back, as you braced yourself for his next onslaught. The feeling of you piercing his skin did more to him than either of you thought it would, because his pace picked up, like he was eager to come with your nails carved into him.
The sound of him desperately fucking your dripping pussy, panting heavily as he groaned into your chest, sent you over the edge. Never mind that you were married and this is what married couples did, no this act of intimacy with him felt filthy, felt corrupt. You hated each other. So why did it feel so obscenely good? If this feeling were a tangible object, you would've locked it away and let it sink to the bottom of the ocean.
But regardless, the feeling of pure orgasmic pleasure washed over you anyway and you shuddered underneath him, clenching around his dick as you came in waves. He took this as permission to thrust into you again, this time pumping hot white sheets of his cum inside your velvety depths.
He finished filling you up and pulled out abruptly, but to your surprise he then flipped you over on your stomach and plunged his still-dripping cock inside your ass, continuing his assault on your trembling body.
You whimpered at this new sensation and he soaked up the sound. You hadn't wanted to inflate his ego but you'd done it all the same.
He reached around you and roughly flicked a finger at your clit as he thrust into your ass deeper.
"If you beg me to stop I will." You could almost hear his stupid smirk.
You didn't want to give him the satisfaction. "What, you don't got the stamina to finish the job, Hoshina?"
He chuckled darkly, and removed his hand from your swollen clit, much to your dismay. Then he dug his hands into your hips before pounding into you harder.
The pain and the pleasure were so beautifully distracting that you almost forgot you hated him. You could get lost in the feeling of being underneath him, of making him so wild for you that he'd fuck you round after round, cum still fresh on his dick each time.
The arousing thoughts forced another orgasm from you, and you squirt all over the floor as he pumped his seed deep into your ass.
You collapsed on the ground, dripping from front and back, and he pulled away from you to admire his handiwork while he caught his breath.
You thought maybe the sudden intimacy would change something in your relationship, make you sweeter to each other, kinder to each other, but that hope was ripped from your mind when he made a stupid fucking comment about liking you better when you were all pathetic for him and you ended up kneeing him in the balls.
Months later, you were still making petty comments and snarky digs at each other, but that first initial sexual encounter proved that one thing had in fact changed in your relationship- hate sex was now on the table and the both of you were ready to use it at a moment's notice.
You got more kills than him in combat? He'd take it out on your clit.
He said your cooking was shit? You blew him so hard he begged for seconds. You forced him to retry your food and rethink his stance on it, then you choked him down again afterwards.
Little by little, you both unconsciously began to seek each other out more and more; of course, you both used the sex as a cover, but even when you weren't having sex you were still looking for each other, looking for ways to be closer.
He said he wanted to blow your back out but really he wanted to wish you a happy birthday and he snuck a gift into your room when you weren't looking.
You said you wanted to milk him dry, but you really wanted to distract him from the bad day he was having.
He said he wanted to fuck you until you dropped, but really he wanted you away from base when they were looking for volunteers for a particularly dangerous mission.
All this tip-toeing, just to avoid the simple truth that your relationship had evolved into what marriage was supposed to be in the first place. If you really thought about it, it should've been easy. You were already married, how hard could it be to confess your feelings to your husband? But you didn't like to think about it, didn't like to wonder if you were overestimating your relationship, if you were overthinking every nice gesture he made, if you were really just a body for him to have sex with. You couldn't stand the thought of being desperately in love with him and him seeing you as just another woman. Just some baggage he'd gotten bogged down with. Even if he had grown fond of you, was it just in the way one was fond of a pet?
So you kept quiet. And so did he.
And for awhile, it seemed like your relationship would forever be suspended in this state. But then you got asked out on a date and the aching in your heart made you realize everything you were missing from your current relationship. You wanted to be pursued, you wanted to be chased after. You'd almost forgotten what it was like to be desired.
So now, here was this tall, handsome man asking you out, offering you everything you could've ever wanted, and all you could do was flounder. Of course you wanted to be seduced, wanted to be wanted, but he wasn't Soshiro. No one would ever be Soshiro to you.
Right as you were about to reject him, you felt a hand wrap around your waist, the grip firm and protective.
"I really hope I heard wrong, because you better not be asking my wife out on a date." Soshiro warned, his voice low and rough as he took his place beside you.
The man looked from him to you, then back to him, and he quickly shook his head before scurrying off.
"That's what I thought." Soshiro grumbled, pulling you closer to him.
"Since when am I yours?" You teased, nudging him with your arm.
"Since when are you not?" He nuzzled up against your ear, nibbling on it slightly.
You rolled your eyes. "In bed, sure. Outside, not so sure."
His brows furrowed at your statement. "What do you mean?"
You waved him away, not wanting to have this discussion in public. "Nothing, nothing."
He grabbed your wrist tightly. "Baby. What do you mean you're not mine?"
He'd never called you baby before. He'd never called you any pet name before. Your heart thundered in your chest.
"I thought we... I thought we just...." You trailed off, unable to explain yourself in a way that made you sound less pathetic.
"Thought we what? We just fuck and mess around and don't care about each other?" He demanded, his eyes focused intensely on yours.
You swallowed but then nodded slowly.
He winced and bit his lip. "Fuck. I had a feeling, but I didn't realize it was this bad. I... I'll make myself more clear next time."
You coughed. "I'm sorry- what?"
"I... I don't want to just fuck around. I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
You laughed at that. "Well you kinda already have to, we're legally stuck together."
He shook his head quickly. "I'm not stuck with you, I'm with you because I want to be. Because I... love you."
He got down on one knee and pressed a tender kiss to your hand. "I know I'm a little late, but will you marry me?"
You laughed again, but this time your heart felt lighter and your cheeks felt warmer. You held up your hand, flashing the ring that was already settled around your finger at him. "I already have, love. But I'd do it again in a heartbeat. In a million lifetimes. So yes, I will marry you."
Then he stands up and gives you the kiss you should've had at the altar. It's mind melting and dripping with sweetness and care. It's passionate but delicate, as if he doesn't want to break the moment. It's everything you've ever wanted.
He's everything you've ever wanted.

Summary🪄: Joel tries to help you get some rest
🚨: no outbreak!Joel, minor age gap (reader is late 20s, Joel is mid 30s), AU with no Sarah (pls don’t hate me 🫣) pretty much all fluff💕
A/N🎤: this is my submission to @beefrobeefcal ‘s Married Joel Sat on Me challenge (please check out the other works and/or submit your own if you’d like☺️!), and I hope you guys like what I came up with✨
*DISCLAIMER!: I DO NOT CLAIM OWNERSHIP of pictures used as they were all found via Pinterest. Although my writings are imagined with a black reader, anyone can read and enjoy😌*

“Baby,” Joel drawls in that deep voice smooth like silk that always makes you melt, “you should be sleeping.” His lips sweetly press against your forehead after carefully tilting your head back so your doe eyes would be on him.
He wasn’t surprised to see your silhouette through the front curtains as his black pickup pulled in the driveway. The living room illuminated with flashes of blue as you watched something he couldn’t quite tell - if he had to guess, probably one of baby Morgan’s favorite shows you tended to play so she could calm down.
It had been a bit of a habit now with your newfound insomnia. And having to take care of a sick five-month-old while being under the weather yourself didn’t help.
“I’m not tired though.” Even upside down, it was obvious to see the exhaustion in those pretty features that had him addicted from the first time he saw you. The darkened puffiness under your eyes. The dull look to your usually bright skin.
“But you need sleep. The past couple days you’ve only been gettin three, maybe four hours.” Although calm, you could feel his concern. Knew he was stressed that his two girls were dealing with things he couldn’t seem to help with. Especially not with this new house taking up all his time.
“I don’t know what else to do.” You sigh, leaning your head on his shoulder as he sits beside you draping his arm around the back of the dark sectional. Any other time, his overall presence along with the warmth emanating from his wood and leather scented skin would have you relaxed enough that you could easily find rest. Now it was just one of a long list of futile attempts.
“Wanna try those sleep gummies again?”
“I think my body’s used to it since it didn’t work that first night.”
His deep hum rumbles under your fingertips on his sternum. “Tea?”
You shake your head, “Being sick made me all tea’d out. Plus I think the chamomile’s gone.”
“Could always try warm milk?,” he suggests with a slight grin. He already knew your answer, but he loved watching your cute, button nose crinkle in disgust.
“I’d rather be knocked over the head,” you answer making your husband deeply chuckle. “Let’s face it, this is just how things are for now. I’ve tried pretty much everything.”
Joel wasn’t one to easily accept defeat though thanks to his stubborn nature.
“I uh was talkin’ about it with a buddy on the job. He mentioned something about a..weighted blanket? Said it works for his kid so I tried to find one at the store, but the lady said they’re all out for now.”
Tilting your head up, a soft smile curls along your lips meeting Joel’s cocoa gaze focused on you. It shouldn’t be anything surprising at this point of your relationship, - being together for three years and married for two - but you can’t help how your heart flutters at how caring he could be. If a certified cure was revealed today or tomorrow, you know he’d make a way to be the first in line.
Leaning forward, you peck his lips once before moving to his bearded jaw, “Thank you for trying.”
His mouth finds yours again easily sliding your hips, with his thick hands, to sit across his lap making you giggle between each nip and press of your lips against his. “I’ll stop by tomorrow to check again. Try that other store across town too.”
As if feeling left out from all the love, Morgan first whimpers then cries from her nursery just off from the living room. You mentally groan dreading how long it’ll take to get her back to sleep.
“I got her,” Joel states leaving a last kiss on your forehead. “You try to rest.”
“No it’s okay, I got her. Plus I’ll have to check her temp-,”
His hands only tighten on your hips preventing you from standing. “Baby I can do it. Relax.”
“What if she’s hungry?”
“I can warm a bottle.”
“I can at least help though,” you pout trying to wiggle free. Instead, you’re manhandled to lie down with your husband sitting on your lower back and butt pressing you into the plush cushions. Turning your upper body as much as you could, your eyebrows slightly furrow in shock and amusement while Joel just crosses his arms as if you’re now permanently part of the furniture. “J-Joel! Wha-?”
“Ya left me no choice. It was the only way I could get you to stay.”
“By crushing me with your big ass?!”
You could be so dramatic. “Hey, this big ass is your fault,” he laughs. “Fillin’ me up with all that food and pastries.”
Marriage had been good to Joel. His mental health and financial stability had improved, and he seemed overall a happier person. The only drawback seemed to be the effect it had on his waistline. His once toned abdomen now a pleasant pouch and thighs a bit thicker causing him to go up a size in his jeans - and even then they still hugged tight.
Not that you minded. You loved Joel’s new ‘dad bod’ just as much as his more slender form. Sometimes even more as you watched him get ready for work or walk around in his sweatpants as he carried and played with Morgan. If it wasn’t for your current situation, you might even be pregnant with baby number two you were so attracted to him.
“Sure, it’s my fault and not that burger and fries you get every day for lunch,” you playfully huff trying to shimmy your way from his hold.
He slightly tilts his head from left to right knowing you had a point, “Alright fair.” Eventually, you finally submit to the fact you weren’t leaving letting your arms extend in front of you. And dare you say, it even began to feel comfortable. “Now, if I get up I trust you’re gonna stay here?”
“Yes seeing that my back is broken,” you reply rolling your eyes. That earns you a warning - yet always playful - smack to the back of your thigh as he stands now leaving you to the cold, open air. “Good girl. I’ll be right back.”
The softest of smiles forms of your lips rolling onto your back to watch him happily stride to tend to his baby girl. “Hey love bug! How ya feelin huh?” Her cries instantly silence into hiccups as soon as she’s lifted to lie on his chest. She even babbles as if having a full conversation while he presses the back of his hand to her forehead. “No fever that’s good.”
A certain, familiar smell clues Joel to what the issue is though. “We gotta get this diaper off you babygirl,” he states moving to lie her on the changing table. “That’ll make you feel better right?” It’s like she understands every word reaching her chubby arms up with a short giggle. They grow into excited squeals as Joel takes turns blowing raspberries onto her bare stomach and tickling that spot under her chin between cleaning her up with baby wipes.
Such a daddy’s girl through and through.
It takes maybe ten minutes more of coos mixed with rocking and bouncing before Joel has her asleep again; carefully lowering her into her crib for the night. ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ playing on a low, constant loop from her star projector to make sure she stays that way as he eases out her room and shuts the door behind him.
His ebony eyes are trained on you now padding the short distance to the couch and leaning over your body. That one curl at the top of his head tipping forward. “Alright, your turn princess.”
You only lift your arms with a smile letting him lift you over his broad shoulder to carry you down the hall to your shared bedroom. Luckily you’re already in your pajamas when you gently flop against the brown comforter. He leaves you to get comfortable - shifting under the covers and wiggling to find that sweet spot - while he discards his clothes in the bathroom to shower and brush his teeth.
In a few minutes, he’s appearing through the misty doorway with wet almond strands still trying to dry and a pair of black boxer briefs over his hips. The little “ooh” that slips from your lips as he slides into bed makes him furrow his brows in confusion while you twist to lie on your stomach reaching back to pat your bottom. “I got an idea.”
“Yeah?,” he smirks wetting his bottom lip. “We definitely haven’t tried that before.”
“Jesus, get your mind out the gutter. I mean crush me again,” you laugh.
Although he scoffs in faux offense, he still does as you say positioning himself so half his body covers yours and long leg nearly straddles your back. His nose mere centimeters from yours blowing steady streams of air as you practically share your pillow. “What’s your plan here?”
“Well, until we find one, I was thinking..maybe you could be my weighted blanket,” you shyly explain. “I know it’s probably dumb, but earlier-,”
“Worth a try,” Joel winks closing the small gap to peck your nose then lips. His fingertips tracing soothing lines back and forth along your neck.
For a while, you both just lied there talking about your respective days or whatever came to mind. Around one in the morning, Joel could see your blinks become slower and slower until it was an apparent struggle to keep your eyes open. Your words even beginning to slur and answers sound like adorable nonsense.
You hadn’t even realized you eventually drifted off until the next morning when you were woken up by Morgan’s cries through the monitor. The sun shining a bright golden hue through the crack in the curtains.
A note on the nightstand is the first to catch your attention - clearly written by your husband from the tilted and slightly mushed together handwriting - making you tiredly smile.
‘Glad to see you got some rest xx’

Jude chapter 3 silly but kinda detailed summary
꒰ ִ ֺ ⊹ @ notice ⊹ ֺ ִ ꒱ any pretty translation you may see in here may not be 100% accurate or contain creative liberties due to characterization or narrative flow purposes. this is a sort of summary as well. if you enjoy, though, please consider reblogging, but please don’t repost these or claim these as your own!
kate successfully completes sortin out letters so she heads to the port where jude is talking with the foreman. its there she sort of thinks back on her time at raven co and the long and short of it is that jude, as the ceo, is actually really outstanding, and he acknowledges the efforts of those who work hard, produce results and whatnot, and rewards them in turn.
(that said he could work on his wording ,,)
time skip to night after judes done and they all walkin back tgt where kates like “i think i’ll be able to have a good dinner today” and jude scoffs at her callin her a twit. and shes all defensive like hey whats wrong with wanting to eat good food and judes like when did i say that was wrong?
all of a sudden they stop in their tracks and jude tells kate “on the count o’ three, crouch” and kates all panicked like tf is going on but jude already starts counting down so she crouches anw (in a panic!)
some guy in a suits out to kill jude. god knows who too bc apparently jude don’t know him either 💀
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jude: Who are ya? Can’t say ya look familiar.
[ insert some lines im lazy to tl ]
Jude kicked up at the man’s chin, causing the man’s body to do one smooth flip before collapsing onto the ground.
Man in a suit: Jude… Jazza——!
Jude: N’ like I was sayin’, who the hell are ya?
ok turns out jude does remember him in the end, its just another dude who broke his contract with jude and was selling up some illegal drugs and whatnot.
Jude: I told ya, didn’t I? That if ya breach your contract I’d show ya so much o’ hell you’d wish you kicked the bucket?
J: I fulfilled that promise for ya. Havin’ a grand old time in hell, aren’t’cha?
omg he pried open the wound on the mans face and he let out a cry to the night sky that could shake anyone’s soul silly.
kate then thinks or foreshadows (yk how like ikevil stories r kinda told like kate is recalling the past? like “i didn’t realize it then, but xyz” kinda like one of those moments) that what she witnessed that night was but a prologue of what’s to come bc they get attacked over and over again.
kate and jude get into another argument like “i feel im gonna die every time! im at my limit!” and judes like “well ur in the way loiterin round like that” then jude just yeets off w/o listenin to another word.
she does feel something bothering her tho
(For someone like Jude, he should be able to avoid these grudges…)
When I thought this, I came up with a theory that relieved me of this unsettling feeling.
(…Could it be he’s making himself an enemy of many on purpose?)
‘Yeah, right,’ was what I thought, but also, somewhere in my heart, I felt such a theory may also be true.
shes like there’s not enough info rn but if i do know anything its that
Kate: At this rate, if I stay with Jude any longer…a hundred lives would not be enough!
and so shes like i gotta learn self defense! so she goes knocking on a certain someone’s door like pls teach me le jutsu of self defense!
Ellis: Okay. (╹◡╹)♡
turns out ellis was also thinking of teaching her some stuff abt self defense soon.
so ellis takes kate to the lobby and kates like why the lobby and ellis goes to a bookshelf to take out a book which actually reveals vics weapon collection and takes out a gun, telling kate to try and hold it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
idk if this is a real gun or not (as in it exists irl), apparently its made of silver with a wooden grip.
ellis thinks its well suited for kate. like its lightweight yk. hes like you may need to use it jic. and then hes like
Ellis: But, it’s kind of refreshing.
E: Other than me, Jude seems pretty adverse to putting people by his side.
E: So, maybe he wants to get along with you?
kates like mmm doubt but at the same time she has this question in her mind w/o an answer of why he went and wrote a whole contract and let her stay by his side then? shes abt to cook up a theory in her head when…
just then jude comes in.
Ellis: Ah——Jude.
Jude: We got a job to do.
so they head off to some noble mansion.
Jude: How do ya do, we’ll be here a while.
Nobleman: Ah, Mister Jude?
apparently this nobleman is connected with the guy in the suit jude beat up in the beginning of the chptr. he made him spit out info.
Jude: If ya just were sellin’ somethin’ shady I’d let that off the hook. Illegal drug’s some child’s play.
J: However.
Jude raised one leg and rested it atop the long table.
Jude: I seem to recall the contract prohibitin’ the sellin’ and buyin’ of humans, or am I wrong?

Reader x platonic pjo characters? I was wondering if you would do what some of the pjo characterss would say if you showed up at their place with bruises from your bf/gf or parent. If you need more specifics then they knew that you had a toxic household but they didn't know you would get hurt and they are either mad or dissapointed or even sad because they didn't see it sooner. Just some fluffy hugs and it's okays. If you feel better writing creatively then ignore what I said. And if it makes you uncomfortable pls don't do it.
((You didn't say what three characters you would like for this so I went ahead and picked out characters I thought would fit best! I hope it's alright!))
PJO Characters Reaction to Abused Reader (Platonic)
TW: Abuse
Leo Valdez
-He was hard at work in the middle of the night in bunker 9, he hadn’t even heard you enter.
-”Leo…?” you call him which gets his attention. He turns in surprise, honestly not expecting anyone to be awake this late.
-But when he turns to say something, the words die in his throat. There you stood with a nasty bruise forming over your that was already starting to swell.
-For the first time in Leo’s life he felt his blood go cold. He could only stare in shock before he forces himself to move, quickly going to your side.
-”What happened!? Who did this to you!” he asks in worry, checking how bad it was. He felt guilty seeing you flinch away at his yelling and it all clicked. Your partner. Of course. You had told him about the arguments but you never told him it got this bad…
-He gets you an ice pack and goes to the small sofa, the Hephaestus cabin would use to crash on after a long work day.
-He holds you close, rubbing soothing circles on your back to try and ease you to sleep, holding the ice pack for you. Whispering gentle words of reassurance that he’ll stay.
Percy Jackson
-He was training, working on his sword fighting form when you came over.
-He perks up at that, excitedly ready to ask you to join him for training. But then he saw that your normal smile was gone and instead you looked… Anguished… Holding your side.
-”What happened?” Percy demands leaving zero room for negotiation. You hesitate before letting it all spill. You had gotten into a fight with your partner and it ended up with you being shoved hard into the table.
-Percy is deathly silent, which is honestly terrifying but he pulls you into a hug just holding you close. You hadn’t realized that tears were streaming down your face.
-Now that you noticed you couldn’t help the choke sob that forces its way past your throat as you wail into Percy’s shoulder. -”It’ll be alright… I’ll make sure they never hurt you again.” he whispers trying to help soothe you. Once you fall asleep he carries you back to your bed making sure to tuck you in and leave you some water.
-He stretches his arms and shoulders as he heads out. His fatal flaw was loyalty and no one, no god, no demigod and no mortal was going to get away with hurting his friends.
 Annabeth Chase
-You had been gone for a while, claiming that you were sick. Honestly? She was worried. She comes over having made some chicken noodle soup. It was only three days into camp and you were already sick?
-She gently knocks, when you don’t respond she makes her way into your room assuming you were asleep.
-She didn’t expect to see you changing, a nasty cut along your shoulder. She dropped the soup in surprise.
-When you flinch when the bowl shatters and back yourself against the wall is when it all clicks for her. How you normally got sick the first week before camp, how you said you had arguments with your parents…
-She didn’t dig as she knew it was sensitive but… She was a daughter of Athena, and she hadn’t realized the pain you were going through. -You were both quiet as you stared at each other, both waiting for the other to say something. But she closes her eyes, sorting through her own emotions. She failed you, she failed to notice the signs of your suffering… Some friend she was…
-But she could help you now. She makes her way over and works on wrapping the wound correctly. “This next summer I’m staying at camp… You should stay too.”

Ok, so I’m just gonna start linking all my fanfics here ig?
I’ll start with The Umbrella Academy bc those are my most popular
Crocodile Tears - Abbreviated Summary: Five pretends to cry to get an enemy to lower their guard—emphasis on “pretend.” His siblings don’t seem to realize this, and after getting over their shock, they become unnecessarily distressed and proceed to flutter about like neurotic chickens. Oh, and some people die, but that was kind of the plan all along. (Russian Translation by lleerlleer available)
The Lonely Lodger Inn - Abbreviated Summary: What if the Commission Board meeting was somewhere in Dallas, and one of Five’s siblings stumbled upon the massacre as it was taking place?
Five Hargreeves & the Art of Ignoring Injuries - Summary: Five is exhausted. Still, he keeps up a good front during the family meeting. However, it’s when Luther decides to throw him off the stairs that this fatigue comes back to bite him. Now, his family refuses to focus on what’s more important—like the fucking Apocalypse, for instance—until he agrees to “take care of his injuries” or some bullshit like that.
The Five Whistle - Abbreviated Summary: After the Hargreeves’ disaster of a family meeting, Five is still pacing the alley outside of Elliott’s when he’s confronted by The Handler. She presents her offer, but since it’s not his only option just yet, Five declines. However, The Handler isn’t so easily denied, and she decides to use a little something from the Commission to convince Five to rethink his decision.
Guilt Trip - Summary: In typical Five Hargreeves fashion, a drug ring bust with his family turns into a rescue mission, which turns into a complete and utter shitshow. Because, of course, things had to go sideways— No, scratch that. Things didn't just go sideways, things went upside down, backward, and inside out. And then got blown up. Literally. In the aftermath of the whole fiasco, Five is left reeling, floundering, drowning in guilt. Because how could he have done that? How could he have attacked his family?
All Walls Fall (His Walls series)- Summary: After they escape from the Sparrows, Allison discovers that her daughter was erased from existence. Arguments are started and accusations are hurled. By the time all is said and done, Five runs off, his sibling’s words filling him with horror, anger, and self-loathing. Predictably, though, something goes wrong, resulting in his capture by The Sparrow Academy. However, now, a few new questions have arisen: Why has Reginald singled Five out amongst his siblings? To what lengths will the man go to achieve his ends? And how long can Five hold out before his desire to keep his family safe drives him to the edge?
The Trouble With Trauma (His Walls series) - Abbreviated Summary: Five and Christopher have two very different problems.
No Time, No Time, Dear Brother O’ Mine - Summary: At Gimbel Brothers department store, Five’s injury is a bit more serious than a simple bullet graze. Not that it matters to him. That is until the police show up while he’s trying to leave, and Five finds himself remembering things he’d rather forget. // There was something going on with his brother. That much was very clear to Diego. Why else would Five be at a crime scene? Why else would he be attacking the people trying to help him? Why else would he be ranting about time? There was something going on with his brother. And Diego was going to find out what. He just had to get Five some medical attention first.
Dealing with Doppelgängers - Abbreviated Summary: (Season 3 AU) The Umbrella Academy takes a trip down to Cambridge, Massachusetts in the hopes of enlisting the help of Five's dopppelgänger. In the process, Five's siblings—not to mention Five himself—get a glimpse of who their brother might've been.
Unfinished Business - Abbreviated Summary: When Vanya destroyed the world, Allison expected to find herself in some sort of afterlife. Instead, she and her family found themselves in some sort of hell. And then little Number Five showed up.
Headcount - Summary: Klaus pressed a hand to his chest, his tone growing snarky. “I don’t pay attention? I don’t pay attention? I’m sorry, no. Who else here has noticed that thing that Five’s been doing since we all arrived?”
Get in Line (Season 3 Fix-Its series) - Abbreviated Summary: Lila does her best to talk some sense into Allison and put things into perspective for her. (Feat. Five angst)
Tunnel Vision (Season 3 Fix-Its series) - Abbreviated Summary: In between the action, Five breaks down after Luther and Klaus’s deaths.
In Anticipation of Pain - Abbreviated Summary: When the Sparrow Academy captures Viktor, the Umbrellas must devise a plan to rescue him. Spoiler Alert: It’s not painless for anyone involved, and by “anyone,” I mean Five.
A Little Psycho a Little Longer - Abbreviated Summary: Even after Big Five is sent to 2019, back in the '60s, Five's paradox psychosis symptoms aren't going away, leaving the Hargeeves (plus one Raymond Chestnut) with some damage control to do.

Now Billy Hargrove was definitely the type to whip through the empty Indiana backroads, California had taken its toll on him. He just had never been the type to speed because a girl had called his house after his late shift at work claiming that she needed him. But this wasn’t just any girl. It was you.
So, now here he was, speeding down some hick backroad, blaring Def Leppard loud enough to piss off the Hawkins nightlife, and praying that his locker room shower had been enough to rid him of the sickly chlorine smell from the pool.
And Billy had been so antsy recently. He’d kissed you, in retrospect that wasn’t really the worst thing that he had done to you, but he couldn’t think of that either. Not when he was driving forty over the speed limit and this town was known for kids going on late night bike rides.
It’d been weeks since then and he could still hear the sounds you made and taste you on his tongue. You acted none the wiser, you stayed exactly as you were with him. “Best friends” you’d like to remind him. Max had a field day when she heard you call him that, asking briskly if you’d be braiding his hair at your next sleepover.
He remembered scowling at your mischievous grin and the way you waggled your eyebrows at her comment. He also remembered having to excuse himself to his room at the thought of your hands tugging at his hair again.
His hands tensed against the steering wheel as he turned onto your street.
Billy’s frustration had been manifesting itself in the worst possible way recently, he was almost constantly hard. It was becoming increasingly more difficult to hang out at your house. Especially when you’d wear less and less with the warming weather, last weekend, you had only worn his shirt to bed and panties that he hadn’t secretly stolen yet.
He parked down the street, not so far that he couldn’t see your house, but far enough that he could sneak through your backyard without catching any attention to himself. His fingers were cold when he ran them over his face and he tugged down the front of his jeans to relieve some of the pressure before swinging open the car door.
Billy stalked through your yard, trying to be hasty and cussing at himself when he tripped over his own feet.
It was dark and he followed the light from your bedroom window. He could see you through the window, looking at your own reflection in your mirror and mouthing the words to what he thinks might be a Blondie song.
He knocked against the glass, snorting to himself when you jump and turn to look at him. He sees your eyes roll and a heartless attempt at fighting off the grin that catches your cheek.
You’re already reprimanding him before you even finish pulling the window open.
“I told you to come in through the front door, Hargrove.”
He’s quick to the punch when he replies, “You also told me that it was an emergency.”
Your jaw drops in a scoff and you turn as he pulls himself into your room.
“It was an emergency,” Billy’s eyes look over you quizzically and he quirks his eyebrow at you. “Really,” you offer, your arms push out in front of you and you twiddle your thumbs, “I’m home alone and I am in need of emergency company so I don’t freak myself out.”
His expression doesn’t change, “You’re such a princess.”
“How dare you!” Your hand lightly swatted at him and despite the glare that you shoot at him, you both end up laughing at each other.
A new dance had occurred in your friendship, one that made the line between friends and more than friends muddy. One that made the hand that you swatted him with squeeze his bicep before running down the length of his arm and grabbing his hand. Your fingers laced with his and you tugged him towards you a bit.
“Are you gonna stay tonight?”
Billy looked over your face, smirking to himself. “I always stay with you. You made me promise that we were friends.”
“I didn’t make you, you just did because it’s true and you can’t live without me.”
His dimple began to show, but he didn’t say anymore. He instead lead you to your bed and had you sit while he turned on the television. He flicked through the vhs tapes that sat beside it, picking a movie and starting it before coming to set beside you.
His boots thudded as he kicked them off onto the floor. And he lifted himself a bit so that he could flip the light switch.
You liked how comfortable he was able to get with you now, how you hoped that he felt more at home with you than with anyone else. In the new darkness, you felt him cuddle in beside you.
The movie started slowly and unfortunately wasn’t doing its job at catching your attention. From your laying position, your eyes trailed around the room. Nothing took interest until you saw Billy’s hand. His fingers were lazily thrumming against the wooden foot of your bed and every now and again his middle and pointer finger would draw a circle before thrumming again.
Your mind drifted back to his mouth and fingers working in tandem against you and you felt your face grow hot. Warmth had begun to fill your stomach and you gave an experimental squeeze of your thighs.
Billy noticed the movement and moved his free hand to rest on one of the ankles that you had unceremoniously thrown into his lap once you both got comfortable. His thumb grazed over the skin there and you felt goosebumps prickle your skin.
The inner turmoil began to reach its head.
“Billy.”
His head turned to you before his eyes did, trying to catch just a few more seconds of what was on the screen. When he caught your gaze, you felt your breath stutter and your words fail.
“Have you-,” you stopped, contemplating the next few words that were looming in your mind, “Have you thought about that night?”
He pretended not to know, tilting his head despite the fact that his hands had gone entirely still. “Which night?”
“The night that you dug through my bedside drawer.” He continued to play coy, “The night that you fucked me with your mouth, William.”
Billy’s hand tensed on your ankle, he didn’t look at your face but he nodded in response. You took that as a good enough answer.
“Have you ever thought about doing more?”
His snapped over to your face and his eyebrows furrowed, “What do you mean?”
You tried to calm your racing thoughts, you wanted to sound more composed than you felt.
“You’re my best friend,” that was a start, he squinted at you, “you’re my best friend and I trust you more than anyone. And, I don’t know, Billy. I’ve been thinking about that night and how it made me feel.”
Billy only nodded in response, you could tell that he was in his thoughts. Debating on what he’d say when you finished your little speech.
You wanted to deflect, you knew Billy really wasn’t going to spill his guts in some over the top “chick-flick” gesture. You’d already caught acknowledgment of his fondness for you, and it usually didn’t come easily.
“It’d be a lot easier to get off without all the extra strings, and you were right about the toy,” Billy grinned in spite of himself, he’d never give up the opportunity to be right. “It’s also easier than getting a boyfriend or you being at risk of getting cooties,” he pinched your skin at that.
“I won’t get cooties and you won’t get a boyfriend if you keep hanging around me.”
“I know,” you agreed gently, “You’d get too jealous over me.”
Billy didn’t bother disagreeing with you, but his hand teased closer to your kneecap. He opened his mouth to speak, but ran his tongue over his teeth instead. His free hand swiped over his hair, “What exactly are you suggesting, Princess?”
You sat up, your hands moving to fiddle with his fingers that rested on your knee, “A mutually beneficial part two, I guess.”
“You want us to fuck each other,” Billy deadpanned.
“But I don’t want to ruin our friendship!”
It looked like he was mulling it over and you could feel his hips shift from beneath your legs. His smirk was primal, when he moved his face closer to yours, “You coulda told me that you wanted me to fuck you.”
You let go of his hand in favor of reaching up to his jaw, your thumb teased his lower lip. “I did, and you chose to use this pretty mouth on me.”
His pupils were blown and you could feel a new pressure against the back of your legs, but he still felt the need to stick his tongue out and lick your finger that rested on him.
Your thumb slipped higher, the pad of it pressing against his lower teeth, you could feel his light panting when he nipped at the skin. He was already glancing down to your lips by the time you asked if he was going to kiss you again.
“Do you want me to?” Billy wanted to hear it, for real this time. He wanted to know that you wanted to kiss him, that you wanted him pressed against you in every way.
“Please kiss me, Billy.”
He maneuvered himself so quickly that it made you breathless. Your thighs hooked over his hips and his arm under your lower back held you in an arch while he rolled against you.
Billy’s lips met yours in a bruising press and he waited for you to gasp to sweep his tongue into your mouth. Your hands tucked into his hair, earning a pleased groan from him.
You could feel the heat growing in your belly again, more so when Billy kissed down the side of your throat, stopping to nibble and suck at the skin there. He knew you’d be pissed at all the dark marks, but he never left them on anyone else regardless of how much he loved to see them.
“Lemme strip,” you huffed as he furthered his trail downward. He nodded, helping to pull you upwards into his lap so that you could take your shirt off. His eyes locked down on your chest and his hands raised to swipe and grope you over the cups.
“You too, Bill. It’s not mutual if I’m the only one without clothes.”
Billy grumbled out what sounded like an apology to your chest before he pecked one of your newly pebbled nipples and laid you back down onto the bed. You rested on your elbows so that you could watch him take his clothes off.
His fingers fumbled with his belt before he looked at you through his lashes, “Are you sure about this?”
You wanted to snip at him, something that would fit your playful banter with him, but you couldn’t. You were serious, you didn’t want him to question how you viewed him.
You sat up and replaced his hands with yours over his belt, you couldn’t look into his eyes when you said this. “Billy, I’m really sure. I know you’re gonna take care of me better than anyone in this stupid town. And I’m going to take care of you, right? It’s better than toys and better than fucking around with randoms.” Your fingers worked deftly with the belt, “We’re better for each other than anyone, really.” The sentence was punctuated with the snap of the belt being pulled from the loops.
Billy grinned like a cheshire cat as he kicked free of his pants and boxers. You held his eye contact, instead of looking down at him. He could tell that you were trying to maintain your composed air, he knew that he’d break you out it.
“Lean back,” he instructed while his fingers pressed against the top of your shoulder. When your back was laid flat, he rubbed his hands up over your thighs and gave testing squeezes to your hips and to the sides of your belly before undoing the button of your jeans and tugging them down your legs.
Billy stared down at you, lightly smacking the outside of your thigh so that you’d spread open more for him.
“Those are my favorites of yours,” he praised, his index finger pressing into your core over the black lace of your panties. He could feel how wet you were through the fabric and he felt his cock jump at the thought of what he’d get to do to you.
You whined as he applied more pressure. “I know they are,” your hips shifted so that he pull your panties down your legs, “I had to steal them back from your house.”
Your legs fell back open and Billy stood to admire the view. His fingers swiped through your folds and you hissed when his middle and ring fingers dipped into you. He curled and thrusted his fingers into you just until you started to rut your hips into his palm.
You nearly growled at him when he pulled his fingers from you, opting to pop them into his mouth and suck them clean. “I knew you were a fucking tease.”
He glared down at you, before grabbing your thighs and pulling you to him. “Quit bitching,” he huffed as he rubbed the tip of himself against you, “I gotta make nice with her before I fuck her.”
Billy’s shallow thrust into you knocked the words out of your throat, replacing it with a pitiful whimper. He gently shushed at you, rubbing his hands over your thighs and trying to steady his breathing. He leaned into you as he bottomed out, pressing your chests together and nuzzling his nose against the side of your cheek while he breathed hard through his nose.
You could feel the slight burn of how he stretched you in such a satisfying way, he was right, your toy had nothing on him. Your hips shifted and he let out a low pitched hum, “Billy, please.”
“Please what, baby?” He managed to tease.
His gaze lifted to yours and he watched your brows pinch together when he gave a slow roll of his hips.
You pouted up at him, clenching yourself on him to spur him to move. “Fuck me, Billy, please.”
“Awe,” he cooed at you mockingly, before rutting into you and placing a deep kiss onto your mouth, “You’re such a pretty thing, with such pretty manners.”
You glared up at him, “Fuck y-,” you were cut off by a sharp yelp when he set his brutal pace. He pulled a pillow from the head of your bed and slid it under your hips while he pulled almost completely out before slamming his hips to yours.
You were nearly babbling in response to the filth that was dripping from Billy’s tongue in between his heady grunts and panting. He had drug your arms over your head to hold with his hand and was praising your pussy like it had been made for him.
“Such a perfect cunt,” Billy whined into the side of your neck, while moving his thumb to draw lazy patterns over your clit.
You loudly whined out when he asked you how you felt, “So good.” Billy’s ego inflated at how worn your voice sounded, “Billy, I feel so full.”
“Baby,” he purred easily, you keened at the petname, “tell me where you want me to cum or else you’re gonna feel way more full.”
You whined loudly at that, imagining Billy pressed against you, fucking his cum deeper into you and growling out his praises.
“Inside,” it sounded breathless, you could feel your walls fluttering around him and Billy had started pressing into the part of you that had your eyes rolling into the back of your head. “Cum inside me.”
“Thank god, Princess.”
He followed the same pattern, angling his his hips and earning high pitched moans from your pouted and opened lips. He leaned to kiss you and released your hands which you used to rake down his back. You nearly sobbed into his mouth as you felt yourself tense at the peak of release.
The stutter of his hips against yours had you both panting into each other’s mouths, riding out your highs together and desperately clinging onto one another as Billy seated his hips against yours to rub his pelvic bone against your clit while he pressed his cum into you.
You both hissed at the over sensitivity when he finally pulled out of you. He stared down in adoration as he watched his cum slip from where he’d pumped it so deeply into you. Your leg twitched to kick at him when his finger wiped up the lost cum and pushed it back into you.
Billy knelt down to pick up the scattered clothes and he pressed a kiss to the outside of your knee. “Do you wanna get a shower?” he asked, already heading towards your bedroom door. You lazily nodded at him and he slipped out of the door.
You could hear his footfalls in the nearly silent house and when the spray of water hit the tiles on the floor of the shower. You’d nearly dozed off by the time he came to bring you to the bathroom.
It was so intimate, already crossing the borders of your new agreement when he loosely pulled your hair up with a clip and helped you step into the shower. He stood in front of the spray so that you wouldn’t have to worry about being pelted and he used your shampoo on his hair and placed your favorite body wash into your opened hand.
Billy knew that he didn’t have to wipe his sudsy hands against your back or rub the muscles there, he knew that it was more than friendly but he also didn’t care about that. He’d take whatever you were willing to give him, even if it was only best friends with added benefits.

Something I find funny that I've noticed
When you set Belphegor as your homepage demon, when you interact w/ him like a surprise guest he says "you're free, right? I know you are. Come shopping with me" before you can interact with him.
Belphegor likes shopping apparently? Honestly thought he'd ask the player to nap with him or something.
So now it's going me thinking
What if whenever all three of them are free, Belphegor, Asmo, and the player go shopping together?
I think that'd be funny/fun lol.
shopping with asmo & belphie

“no! asmo, put that down! i’m sick of trying on clothes,” you insist, giving him a glare. you’re exhausted and sweaty, and the thought of trying even one more thing on sends rage through your body.
asmo pouts, but seems to recognize how close you are to losing your shit and puts the shirt back. belphie, next to him, chuckles.
“don’t you start,” you warn waspishly. you need like, a gallon of water. “i’m only here because you dragged me, so i don’t even understand why you guys are trying to get me to buy stuff. i thought this was about getting belphie new clothes.”
“we just want you to look and feel cute,” asmo simpers, and you roll your eyes.
“i can do that perfectly fine in the clothes i already own. now, belphie, if you don’t get me to a food court in the next fifteen minutes, i’m going to lose it.”
“you sound like beel,” belphie mutters, and you eye a lady who rudely shoves past you, not even bothering to say ‘excuse me’ and with you could tear out her soul and devour it.
“oh, you have no idea.”
this sends them both into another round of chuckles, and you put your face in your hands, slowly counting to ten.
“hey, i think we broke mc,” asmo stage-whispers after a long moment, and belphie snickers.
“belphie,” you say from between your fingers, not looking up lest you fly into a blind rage and attempt to rip that smirk off of his face, “take that armful of clothes and go into a fitting room. only come out on three of them for me to look at. got it?”
belphie sighs. “you’re no fun.”
“i’m hangry!”
“fine, fine,” he says, and you stand, following him toward the fitting room.
“make sure to take lots of pictures!” asmo calls at his back, and you pinch him.
“what?” he yelps.
“do not make him take any longer than nessescary.”
he grins, wrapping an arm around your shoulders. “awww, mc, you’re so cute when you’re mad.”
“you won’t think i’m so cute when i kill you and make belphie help me leave you in the dumpster,” you respond.
“i’d be down with that!” belphie calls from the stall, and asmo gasps. “after that, mc, we can get sushi.”
“sounds like a plan,” you say, some of your irritation dissipating. you lean into asmo, just slightly, and wait for belphie to exit the fitting room.

Just as you suspected, Jungkook spent every waking hour hunting down any and every little thing that might lead him closer to a way to stop the curse.
He spoke to people in the village, who led him to the towns over, who then led him to the towns just a few further down.
Yoongi stayed with you a lot upon Jungkook’s request. He didn’t want to leave you alone, but he refused to give up. There wasn’t any effort he didn’t go to trying to save you.
There were many tears.
Many nights full of enraged screaming when it was thought no one could hear the soul behind the desperate cries for help, when he was all on his own; looking at the stupid fire he made to keep himself warm on the nights he was away, looking for help.
He didn’t bother throwing those thoughts into the flames. They were what kept him going.
-
You already had your fill of rage and sorrow over the past year; although it still ate at you internally, turning your stomach to knots every waking moment.
Jungkook, on the other hand, continuously held out hope that perhaps he was trapped in a nightmare that he would soon wake from.
He would go to you, and you would not be worn down with the symptoms that continued to grow worse. The dark circles under your eyes would not be there, only the beautiful shining light in your irises that could chase away even the nastiest storm.
You would not be sitting on the floor and trying to figure out how to draw to pass the time, but instead, running through the sunlit forest and climbing the apple tree.
He would find you in the clearing and wait just for a moment.
A few seconds to admire the beauty in front of him, the sun shining on your fingers as they reached for the clouds.
You would smile at him.
And everything would be okay.
And he would love you.
-
The next year passed much like that, Jungkook never resting.
He would come back bearing ointments claiming to cure any ailment, prayers that would heal even the sickest. Nothing worked. You could see it wearing him down, the dark circles under his eyes growing each night he didn’t sleep.
“Jungkook, please stop this.”
He looked at you from where he was finishing putting together a satchel.
“What do you mean?” He asked, turning back to tighten the clasp before swinging it over his shoulder.
“You know what I mean,” You whispered, frustration building up inside you.
You were so tired, all you wanted was to be with him.
He had missed your seventeenth birthday, and if he left again, you were going to miss his nineteenth. The poor boy was in tears for days after not getting back until the day after your birthday. The guilt consumed him for weeks, he almost couldn’t handle it.
You really didn’t want to see him like that again.
“I found something, I know it’ll work this time.”
“What is it?” You gritted out between clenched teeth.
“Something that even the curse can’t fight,” He sounded more hopeful than he had in months, “It will work, Apple.”
You stared at him with furrowed brows, “What is it?”
“A flame,” He said quietly, not looking you in the eye.
“What kind of flame?”
He finally looked at you, “It doesn’t matter-”
“It does to me.”
Jungkook sighed, “It’s called the Flame of Immortality. If you just trust me-”
“What?” You were beyond confused and more than a little stressed out, “That sounds like trouble, Jungkook…how did you come to know about this?”
He looked at you steadily before whispering, “Desperation will lead you to many secrets.”
You swallowed, “Don’t. I don’t want you to-”
“Apple, you can’t just tell me not to-”
“I don’t want to be immortal!” You were getting frantic, “Not without you-”
“It might work on two people, I won’t know until I learn more.”
After a moment of tense silence, he said quietly, “I’m not going to give up.”
“I’m not asking you to,” You took a deep breath, “I just-...”
It was silent save for your heavy breathing. You put a hand to your head, the room suddenly feeling as if it was tilting.
“Apple?”
You didn’t answer him, focusing too hard on not toppling over. Despite your best efforts, you fell forward, quickly losing consciousness.
Jungkook caught you before you could tumble off the bed, holding you in his arms as he lowered to the ground.
You came to a minute later, curled up in his lap as he hugged you.
“I’ve got you,” He whispered tearfully, hand caressing your hair.
“Jungkook,” You spoke quietly.
“Mm?”
“I miss my best friend,” You gripped his clothes tightly in your fist, “Please, don’t leave me again.”
He closed his eyes, a few tears sliding down his cheeks as he put his chin on your head, holding you close.
“Okay.”
He sounded so defeated.
You hated to make him feel like that, but you were scared to be alone. You didn’t want him to leave anymore, especially because you really didn’t know how much longer you had.
“I love you,” You whispered, messing with the sash on his waist as you continued to rest in his hold.
“I love you too, Apple.”
You smiled and closed your eyes, breathing deeply.
“Can we climb the apple tree?”
He gulped, hating that he was unsure of granting your request. After a minute, he couldn’t bear the thought of denying you.
“Of course.”
-
He held your hand the whole way there.
“Want to swing first?” His voice was pitched higher, clearly trying to sound more positive. You smiled at the old swing, the rope handles fraying a little.
“Yes, please.”
You sat down, giggling as he pushed you gently, your hands gripping the rope tightly. You looked over to the bush where you always imagined the invisible person to be and smiled.
I’m okay.
They knew you would be.
Then you looked up towards the sky, seeing a few rain clouds floating.
Don’t cry for me, I’m okay.
The grass was soft against your feet.
Jungkook helped you climb up to your sitting spot, settling in across from you and smiling at the pure joy on your sweet face.
The wind was gentle on your sensitive skin.
“What are you thinking about?” He asked after watching you smile at the clouds for a few minutes. You looked at him, a light in your eyes that hadn’t been there for over two years.
“I want to get married.”
His heart clenched in his chest, “You do?” He whispered.
You nodded, practically glowing.
___________________
The wedding had taken place in Jungkook’s old home. Tradition was to do it in the bride’s home, but that wasn’t an option.
You saw her that day, before the ceremony. She passed by as you were walking through the village. There wasn’t a single sign that she cared you were there. She simply walked on, not even sparing you a glance.
That was the last time you ever saw your mother.
-
Jungkook was his sweet and gentle self the whole day. By the time you got back to the shed, you were practically vibrating with joy. The wedding ceremony was beautiful, all you could’ve ever wanted.
Your wedding night was even more so, and the next morning, he was right by your side.
“Happy birthday,” You whispered with a smile as he kissed your forehead.
“Thank you,” He scrunched his nose at you, then he leaned down and placed a sleepy kiss on your lips, “How are you feeling?”
“I’m okay, Jungkook.”
He knew you were, but that didn’t calm his fears.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been happier,” You whispered, gaze never leaving his beautiful dark eyes. The way you looked at him like he was your whole world made his heart ache.
“I know I haven’t,” He whispered back playfully, making you laugh.
_________
It was only a few weeks after your wedding that Jungkook left again.
He hadn’t told you.
In fact, he had purposely made Yoongi go and distract you. You were almost hysterical when you figured out what happened, your cousin had to physically keep you from storming out of the shed.
It wasn’t a rundown abandoned shack anymore; Jungkook had worked on it since you left your mother’s and stayed there. He worked tirelessly with you helping where you could- mostly holding things for him and being his emotional support buddy- until it felt like a home; somewhere you two could live comfortably for many years.
It didn’t feel like home that day. You were so angry with him for leaving you alone again.
Yoongi tried to calm you, tried to explain how Jungkook must be feeling; his wife and best friend slowly dying and there was nothing he could do to stop it.
“He said he wouldn’t leave!” You cried into your hands, “He lied to me!”
“____,” Yoongi held your shoulders, “If he thought you would die without him, he would not have gone. He has hope, you need to let him give some to you, too.”
You clenched your jaw, fighting the tears back.
You felt betrayed.
If you were in his place, you wouldn’t give up either. But you could feel yourself slipping away. You wouldn’t be able to fight it much longer.
Your body was tired, more than you let on. No matter how much you told it to woman up and be strong, it continued to fail.
At that point, it was normal for you to have fainting episodes daily.
You didn’t let your cousin know, but your legs had begun to swell a little in the past few weeks. Your husband never hesitated to rub them gently in the mornings to help with the swelling.
You wouldn’t have told him either, but of course he noticed. He was married to you.
Jungkook meant well by leaving, but he promised you he wouldn’t, and he broke that promise.
You would never forgive him if he left you to die alone.
-
Jungkook lit the fire, then stepped back, holding the herbs tightly in his sweaty fist.
Out of nowhere, there was a sudden whisper of warning somewhere to his right, making him flinch and look over. There was a slight breeze, rustling the leaves. When he saw no one, he turned back to the task at hand.
Closing his eyes, he gulped as he tossed the bundle into the fire, whispering the words he was told to say.
A moment passed, but nothing felt different.
He opened his eyes, anger seeping into his chest as the tears burned; threatening to spill.
That old man was just insane, he should never have listened-
“Well if it isn’t another desperate little human.”
Jungkook flinched and turned around, coming face to face with a tall dark-haired man; his beauty unnatural. There were large black feathered wings upon his back, resting while not in flight.
“Are you a demon?” Jungkook whispered, his eyes falling to the tattoo on the man’s bicep.
A white rose…dead, and being strangled by a serpent.
“I’m not just a demon,” He whispered with a smirk, “I’m the demon.”
Jungkook wasn’t sure what he meant.
“Lucifer,” He practically hissed as he observed the human in front of him, “And you are?”
“Jungkook.”
“Well, Jungkook,” The demon called Lucifer smiled menacingly.
There was a split second where Jungkook saw him glance over his shoulder as if seeing something behind him, then his smile grew, “What can I do for you?”
The young man swallowed, “I need the Flame of Immortality.”
“I see. And what use would that be to you?”
“There’s someone I need to save,” Jungkook whispered.
Lucifer chuckled darkly, “Typical. And you think the Flame will save them?”
“It has to,” Jungkook grit his teeth, “I don’t have any other choice.”
“Well,” The tall man leaned closer, “What if you did?”
“What?”
“What if you had another choice, human. Would you take it?”
Jungkook blinked, then nodded, “If it means I can save her, then yes.”
The demon smirked as he watched the despicable mortal become more and more helpless even as they just stood there. Tears formed in his eyes, then slid down his cheek.
“What on earth did the big man do to you and your poor girl?” Lucifer whispered, feigning pity.
“She was cursed,” Jungkook wiped his nose, “She’s dying. I- I can’t live without her-”
He burst into tears and fell to his knees, heart aching more than it ever had as reality came crashing down on him.
If this didn’t work, he was going to lose you.
The demon watched him with a glint in his eye and a smirk on his handsome face, “What if I told you that I can cure her, and you won’t even need the Flame.”
Jungkook looked at him with wide eyes, “Can you?”
“Most definitely.”
“Please,” Jungkook choked out, “Please break the curse.”
“Oh, it isn’t a curse, silly boy.”
He looked up at the demon in confusion, “But-”
“It’s something she was born with,” He waved a hand dismissively, “A mere disease.”
“Oh,” Jungkook wiped at his eyes again, “But you can take it away?”
“Of course.”
Jungkook felt his heart rate increase as he realized that he had finally done it. He found a way to save you.
He broke down into sobs, “Please help me-”
"And what will you give me?"
There was another warning in his ear, frantic and pleading. Just a faint breath in the wind.
“Don’t do it.”
Jungkook trembled, his hands clasped as he tried to contain his tears enough to speak.
"I- I'll give you anything, just please save her-"
"Anything?"
The young man nodded frantically, bowing his head, "Whatever you wa-"
"How about your soul? A life for a life."
Jungkook was startled at that, looking back up at the demon.
"M-my soul?"
A simple nod in reply, nothing else. No negotiations.
He gulped.
An image of you smiling at him, only four years old as you held the apple out, came to his mind.
“Jungkook, please-”
He nodded shakily, forcing himself to ignore the voice that whispered its last warning, "Ok."
A smirk spread on Lucifer’s face as he crossed his arms, the tattoo of the dead rose on his outer bicep stretching as he did, "Looks like we have a deal.”
-
You blinked your eyes open, taking in a deep breath.
Was it morning already?
Sitting up, you rubbed at your eyes before looking around your tiny little home. You slept better than you had been for a while; it must be the bed that Jungkook spent almost a week making. He said it was long overdue, humble and shy as always when you praised his hard work.
You took another deep breath in, blowing it out in a large puff.
Just before getting out of the bed, your eyes landed on a beetle crawling across the covers. At first, you almost jumped out of the bed screaming.
After a moment to calm yourself, you looked at the small thing, minding its own business as it walked along slowly. It really wasn’t very big, maybe half the size of your pinky nail. Leaning down to look closer, you saw pretty gold patterns along its back, a vibrant green peeking out here and there.
“Oh, you’re quite pretty,” You whispered. The beetle paid you no mind as it continued on its way.
“You’ll die in here,” You said softly, gathering your bravery and leaning over to brush it gently into your hand, “There’s no food for you.”
It sat still in your palm, not moving as you brought it closer to get a better look. You smiled, keeping it safely in your left hand as you pushed the covers from you with your right and swung your legs around to get off the bed.
Just as you were moving to hop down, something made you freeze.
Your brows furrowed as you leaned down to look at your legs. Had the swelling gone down overnight? They looked…normal.
The past week, they had kept getting more swollen each day, to the point it was painful to walk. You never told Yoongi, and it was easy enough to keep it hidden under your long skirts. There was no reason to worry him. You had a feeling he knew that your time was coming soon anyway. He just refused to believe it.
You looked back at the beetle in your hand, “What do you think?”
Lowering your hand so he could see your legs, you gave him a moment to consider, then you brought him back up, “Do they look swollen to you?” After a moment, you nodded, “That’s what I thought too…we better get you outside.”
Once your bare feet hit the floor, you almost flinched at the fact that pain didn’t shoot through your legs at the contact. You had been expecting it.
Your eyes widened as you looked down, seeing your toes against the wooden floor. The simple white night dress hung down to mid shin, showing how normal your calves looked.
Taking in a long breath, you felt your lungs expand.
It didn’t hurt to breathe.
Tears sprung to your eyes as you looked at your little friend. Excitement that you were going to have a good day filled you as you couldn’t help but laugh. Without another thought, you ran out of the shed and into the sunlight.
The moment you stepped onto the velvety grass, you stopped short, still holding the beetle.
Twenty feet in front of you, Jungkook was there.
He looked worn out, but there was a smile on his face at the sight of you first thing after walking all day and night to get home.
Carefully, you bent down and shooed the beetle onto a leaf, then you straightened up and stared at the person you had feared you might not get to see again.
A few moments of silence passed, the two of you just looking at each other.
“Hi, Apple.” He finally whispered.
You didn’t say anything, just broke into a run.
He caught you as you flung yourself into him, tears springing to his eyes as he wrapped his arms around you and lifted you from the ground. Wrapping your legs around his waist, you hugged him as tight as you could.
“I missed you,” He mumbled into your neck.
You couldn’t respond, all you could do was breathe shakily, never wanting to let go.
Jungkook adjusted so that his hands were under your bottom so he could better hold you. Once he felt you were secure, he carried you back inside your home and sat on the bed. Still, you said nothing, you just kept your head tucked into the space between his neck and shoulder, not moving yourself from his lap.
After a few more moments, you whispered, “I thought I was never going to see you again.”
Jungkook caressed your hair gently, “I’m sorry. I couldn’t just sit around and do nothing.”
“I know,” You sniffled.
His hands ran along your sides and down your legs, pushing the nightgown up so he could run his palms along your thighs. He had missed your warmth for weeks, it felt almost unreal finally being back in your arms.
As he was running his hands up and down along the length of your legs, he suddenly stopped. You pulled back to see a look of confusion on his face as he glanced down to where his hand rested on your ankle.
“What is it?” You asked.
“Lay down for me for a second.”
You weren’t sure what he was getting at, but you still crawled off his lap and onto the bed. As soon as you were off of him, he turned around and looked at your legs, holding your ankle and slightly pushing up your skirt to better see them.
Your cheeks warmed.
It had been weeks since you two had done anything.
“Apple,” His voice sounded weak with emotion as his eyes flitted back to yours, “Can you take a deep breath for me, love?”
He watched closely as you took in a big breath, your chest expanding and deflating as you did so. Not a single cough passed your lips.
As you took another breath, you saw tears in his eyes, a look of pure disbelief on his face.
“You’re okay?”
“Hm?”
“Your leh-...your legs aren’t swollen,” He whispered, warm hand caressing your calf once more, “And you took a breath and it…it didn’t hurt you?”
You shook your head with a small smile, “It didn’t hurt me.”
“It worked,” He breathed, looking back into your eyes.
Your eyes shifted back and forth between his.
“What do you mean?”
“The curse...it’s gone.”
“Jungkook, what are you saying-”
Your words got cut off when he leaned down and pressed his lips to yours.
Laying back on the bed, you sighed into his mouth as he climbed over you, hands back to pushing at your dress.
You didn’t understand what had gotten into him or why he was crying as he ran his thumb in circles on your bare waist, deepening the kiss as he did. Whatever was going on, you weren’t going to fight it.
Jungkook’s breath shuddered as he moved back to look at you, then he leaned down again, unable to get enough of the taste of your lips.
Whatever would happen to him, it didn’t matter.
You were going to live.
-
At first, you didn’t believe him when he explained that you were no longer cursed. But as the weeks passed by and you only felt more and more alive, it started to hit.
He never said what really happened in detail, only that he found a cure. He didn’t know it was going to work until he came home and saw you.
Jungkook never hesitated to do anything with you. He wasn’t going to take time for granted ever again. There wasn’t a day in the following months that you didn’t go outside and run around, climbing trees and making him take you out on the boat.
Each day you felt stronger, even more so than before the symptoms started. It was like life was surging through you at new levels and shining from within. He could see the light in your eyes, the glow in your sweet face.
You were going to live.
____________________________________
It was May; Jungkook’s favorite month.
It was the month of your birth, nothing could ever top it. The world seemed a little brighter, a little more colorful; just a bit more full of purpose. You turned eighteen in the middle of the month, but the start of that day wasn’t as fun as you thought it would be. That morning you didn’t feel well. The two weeks leading up to your birthday you weren’t feeling well either.
You had missed your monthly course, but didn’t mention it to Jungkook. It was probably just late.
Jungkook was worried sick when it seemed you were constantly feeling nauseous in the mornings. He was terrified that the disease had come back. You assured him that you were fine, that it didn’t feel like it did before. You just ate something bad and it would let up soon.
But on your birthday when you couldn’t even keep rice down during breakfast, saying that it smelt funny and you couldn’t eat it, he insisted something was wrong. He had been begging you to go to the village and be seen for a while, in case it was something serious, but you hadn’t wanted to.
“Apple, please. Even if it’s just for me, to put my mind at ease,” He pleaded with you that morning for the hundredth time.
“Okay,” You sighed, “If you’ll feel better, I’ll do it.”
“Thank you,” He kissed you on the forehead, “Can I take you there on my way?”
You nodded, letting him help you up from the floor.
-
You smiled at Jungkook’s mother when she opened the door.
“Why, ____! How wonderful to see you!” She pulled you into a hug, smiling at her son over your shoulder.
“It’s so good to see you,” You whispered, hugging her back.
“I need to go to the town for some supplies, today is the only time I can,” Jungkook said before looking at you pointedly, “Apple wants to speak with you, if that’s alright.”
His mother ushered you inside, “Anytime, my dear. We’ll see you later, Jungkook!” Then she shut the thin door, not sparing another word for him.
He chuckled, shaking his head as he went on his way.
-
“My, how long has it been?” Your mother-in-law poured some tea into a small cup for you, smiling as you thanked her.
“At least a few months,” You said sadly, “I’m sorry I haven’t visited you.”
“Oh nonsense, nonsense,” She waved off your apology, “You two are meant to be enjoying time with each other, not worrying about coming back to this place.”
You knew she was never a fan of the people around here either. But she did a lot of good in the village with her knowledge of medicine.
“What did you want to talk about?” She asked before sipping her tea.
You took a drink of yours before clearing your throat a little, “I’ve been feeling a little off these days. Jungkook insisted I come to you.”
She laughed, “Of course, he did.”
You laughed with her, both of you knowing how stubborn he could be.
“Tell me about what’s been going on, dear.”
-
“Hey, I was expecting you to be at mother’s still,” Jungkook said as he came in the door of your home, “It scared me when you weren’t there.”
“Sorry,” You whispered, eyes locked on your hands.
“What’s wrong?” He set his things down on the table and walked over to kneel in front of you, “She said it was nothing to worry about when I asked. But she wouldn’t tell me, she insisted I come back and hear it from you.”
“I-...” You bit your lip, excitement bubbling up in your tummy as you finally raised your eyes to his.
It was the best gift you could’ve gotten for your birthday.
He smiled gently.
You scanned his face, wondering if they would have his doe eyes, or his sweet pink lips.
“We’re going to have a baby,” You whispered, biting the tips of your fingers, a smile slipping out even as you tried to keep it contained.
The complete and utter shock on his face made you laugh.
“Really?” He finally whispered, his eyes staring into yours.
You nodded, eyes shining as you took his hand and placed it on your stomach.
“I told you I was okay,” You said quietly, scrunching your nose at him.
Jungkook’s gaze fell to where his hand rested on you, where your child was growing. You watched happily as he closed his eyes, a few tears spilling down his cheeks.
After a moment of silence, he leaned forward, placing both hands on your lower back and pressing a kiss to your stomach, making you giggle at the ticklish feeling.
“I love you,” He whispered as he looked up at you.
You pushed the hair out of his face, smile never dimming as you whispered the words back to him.
-
If Jungkook was over protective before, he was even more so after finding out that you were with child.
Instead of climbing the apple tree, he pushed you gently on the swing when you wanted to be outside. You would sit on the ground, leaning your back against the tree and messing with the silky grass with your bare feet, giggling at the feeling between your toes. He would sit with you, chuckling at your antics as he handed you an apple, watching as you munched on it happily.
“How are you feeling?”
You answered the question over a hundred times every single day, but you didn’t mind. You would just laugh and tell him you felt amazing. There was never a time in your life that you had been happier.
Only three years ago, you were told you would most likely be dead before you even reached your twentieth birthday.
You never thought you would be nearly four months pregnant with your first child at eighteen and married to your best friend. You didn’t know what happened to change things, but not a single day passed that you didn’t thank whoever was watching over you.
-
“How-”
“Am I feeling?” You laughed quietly at the young man who was getting ready for bed and worrying his pretty little head off about you as usual while he did so.
Jungkook gave you a look, which made you laugh harder.
“I’m just checking,” He whispered as he climbed into bed, nudging your nose with his, “Scoot over.”
You did as he asked, blushing when you saw him watching you with a smile as you struggled to make room. “What?”
“You’re just cute,” He laughed.
Covering your face with your hands, you turned away from him.
“Stop,” You whined as he fought with you to uncover your face.
“Ugh, you’re so annoying,” He pouted, then smiled again as he placed a hand on your small baby bump.
The way your belly had started to grow was so endearing to him, a physical reminder of the life inside of you. Even as you hid, he pushed your nightgown up and over your tummy so he could place kisses along the skin that stretched slightly to start to accommodate his baby girl.
“I love you, Aera,” He whispered to your belly before kissing it again as you took your hands from your face, smiling at his words.
“You really think it’s a girl, huh?”
“Only because it is,” Jungkook stuck his tongue out at you. You thought so too, so you didn’t argue. Jungkook had picked the name, saying it came to him in a dream.
You loved it and there was never another thought as to what she would be called. It was perfect.
He moved up until he could kiss your lips, whispering against them, “Love you, sweet girl.”
“I love you, too,” you ran your fingers through his hair, “Jungkook?”
“Mm?”
“Thank you.”
“For what, love?”
You swallowed, “For saving me.”
It was the thousandth time you had thanked him.
His smile was warm like honey, “You saved me first.”
-
It was August.
It was the eighteenth day of August.
The sun was bright, but it wasn’t too hot. There was a slight breeze, just enough to cool what heat the sun did provide.
You ate rice that morning, feeling better since the sickness in the mornings weren't present the past week.
You washed some garments early in the afternoon. Jungkook insisted he could do it, but you asked him if you could do at least a few things. You wanted to do something, you wanted to be helpful.
He couldn’t stop you from arranging the roses he brought for you from the bush on the small table, tucked into the vase that Taehyung had given to you after your wedding.
“I’m fine,” You brushed him away with a laugh as he hovered over you while you folded the clothes that were dry after hanging outside since the day before, “I’m sitting, Jungkook!”
“I know,” He sighed, shifting nervously on his feet as he watched you, “I just don’t want you to overdo it.”
“Jungkook,” You gave him an unimpressed look, “I have not felt this good in months. I have barely done anything. All I’m doing is sitting and folding, it takes barely any effort.”
“I know,” He said again, but finally sounded like he might be calming as a small smile appeared on his face. After a few minutes in comfortable silence as you folded and he worked on his most recent project, he spoke up.
“Are you hungry?”
You thought about it for a minute, then shook your head, “No, not really. You eat if you’re hungry though.”
He pouted, standing up and grabbing a pear from the small basket sitting atop the chest, “I don’t like eating when you’re not.”
You chuckled, shaking your head at his silliness.
“How are they coming along?” You asked, trying to distract him.
Jungkook immediately brightened and walked over to pick up his newest work, bringing them to you and setting them gently in your lap, “They’re finished.”
You gasped at the most adorable little booties you had ever seen. It was clear he had spent time and a great deal of love on them.
“Jungkook, these are so beautiful!”
He blushed, “Beautiful enough for our little girl?”
“Oh, certainly,” You smiled at him, holding the little shoes to your chest in a tiny hug, “She’s going to be so grateful to have a daddy that loves her so much.”
Jungkook breathed out an embarrassed chuckle, rubbing the back of his neck as he smiled at you.
-
It was August.
It was the eighteenth day of August.
The sun had set. It was cool, but not enough to be uncomfortable as you settled into bed, pulling the covers up to your chin.
Jungkook was outside speaking with Taehyung, but you were exhausted, so you went to bed early. The three of you had been sitting around the fire, chatting.
You had no worries. You didn’t toss any worries into the fire that night.
You went to bed early.
It was just over an hour later when you woke up, wincing at the foreign pain in your abdomen. Breathing deeply didn’t help. You sat up, a small grunt of pain leaving your lips as you did.
“Ah,” You tried to take another breath, but it only began to hurt more.
Looking over to the door, you could see the glow of the fire still burning through the cracks.
“Jungkook,” You called weakly, wincing.
Something was wrong.
There was a warm feeling between your legs. You lifted the covers but couldn’t see anything. So, you reached a hand down, brows creasing when your fingers came away wet.
“Jungkook,” You called out again, fear settling in your heart, “Jungkook!”
The door opened and you saw him walk in, concern clear on his face at your hollering.
“Apple, what’s wrong?”
“I- I don’t know,” You began to cry, “It hurts.”
It was the eighteenth day of August.
You remembered only fear and pain, the sound of Jungkook screaming for Taehyung to get his mother.
The feeling of strong arms lifting you from the bed and hurrying out of the front door.
The moon was bright on the eighteenth day of August.
You could see it shining through the leaves as they blurred past. He was whispering for you to hold on. You were terrified.
There were no clouds in the night sky, but the stars were shining.
The world felt cold.
There were no clouds, you couldn’t see them.
You wondered if they could see you.
You wondered if they wept for you.
-
“Apple?”
You looked up from the small blanket in your hands.
Jungkook wasn’t sure if you were looking at him or through him. He swallowed thickly, his heart bleeding as he walked over and sat on the floor in front of you. Slowly, he took the blanket from you, but you didn’t react.
“I’ve got some food for you, love.”
You said nothing. He took a steadying breath, then picked up the bowl of porridge and dipped your favorite wooden spoon into it, getting a good amount.
“Open.”
You did nothing but look at the dirt on his clothes.
“Apple, open your mouth.”
Finally, you listened, albeit slowly. He carefully placed the spoon past your lips, patient as ever while you swallowed. It was only a few spoonfuls that day. But it was more than the day before, where you hadn’t eaten a single thing.
“You did well,” He whispered as he set the still almost full bowl down next to him, “I’m proud of you.”
There was a faint smile on your face at his words, but your eyes were empty. Jungkook closed his eyes, taking a deep breath.
It had been two months since that night, since you lost the baby. You weren’t the same since.
He hadn’t been well either, but he couldn’t let himself check out like he wanted to. Not if he wouldn’t be there to take care of you.
Every night, he cried more tears than he thought physically possible. His baby girl was gone, his best friend slipping away from him soon after.
He wasn’t sure how much he could handle before he followed suit.
-
It was not until six months after the loss, that you began to come out of it. All those months were nothing but a blur to you. You had no control over anything during it. All you could remember was the color gray. It was like you had forgotten everything; how to eat, how to sleep, how to breathe.
You certainly didn’t know how to live.
You weren’t supposed to live.
That plagued you every moment of those months. The guilt of giving Jungkook something so wonderful only to take it away again. You hated yourself. It felt like you had failed as a mother.
You hurt your best friend because your body couldn’t do what it was made to do.
By the time you came out of it, you were so ridden with guilt that you almost couldn’t handle it. Not only because of the miscarriage, but because you realized what you put him through for all that time. He didn’t even get to grieve.
“I’m sorry,” You whispered, eyes glued to the empty vase by the door.
Jungkook looked at you from where he kneeled by the chest, just finishing putting a few things away.
“Apple-”
“No,” You choked out, “You don’t have to comfort me. I should’ve been there for you. I shouldn't have let you suffer alone.”
He sighed and stood up, walking over to be in front of you, “I don’t blame you for that.”
“I do,” You wiped at your eyes, “And I’m so sorry. Please forgive me-”
“There is nothing to forgive,” He leaned down and kissed your forehead, “Do you really believe you chose to be trapped in that state of mind?”
After a moment, you shook your head.
It happened instantly. One moment you were going to sleep while your husband and friend talked outside, the next moment the world was gray and you couldn’t do anything.
You lost six months of time, it was not your choice.
But you still felt horrible.
A few nights later, you held him as he cried.
You dried his tears, finally able to be there for him when he needed you.
-
You opened your eyes to see the roof of the small shack right in front of you.
A smile broke out on your face as you sat up in bed and looked to the side to see the sun shining through the window in a golden stream dancing across the dirty floor.
The bed creaked when you climbed off of it, rubbing your sore limbs as you walked over to the tiny table that Jungkook placed in the corner, smiling at the vase of flowers sitting there, as pretty as always.
The roses must be blooming.
You sat in one of the two wooden chairs, rubbing your eyes before sniffing the air.
Something smells good.
You stood and walked over to the door to step outside, squinting as the bright sun wished you a good morning, shining its blinding light into your eyes.
“Hi, love.”
You grinned at the young man who was busy cooking something over the fire, his bunny smile directed at you the second you came out.
“Hi,” You croaked, morning voice betraying you.
“Are you hungry?”
“Very,” You laughed lightly.
Jungkook stood up, dusting off his clothes before walking over and placing a kiss on your cheek.
“Good, the food will be ready soon. Oh, and Taehyung is coming over.”
“Really?” Your eyes lit up at the news. You hadn’t seen him in far too long.
Jungkook nodded as he tucked a stray hair behind your ear, then he took your hand and pressed a kiss to your finger, right where your ring rested.
-
When Taehyung came, he was relieved to see the two of you in better spirits. It had been over a year since you lost the baby. He wished he could erase that night from his own memory, the thought of being one of you in that situation was unimaginable.
Jungkook was to be turning twenty-one in only a few days, and you were nineteen. Both of you had seen far too much grief in life already.
It was the first time he had seen you after coming out of the stupor you were in for half a year.
You were taken by surprise when Taehyung immediately went to you and pulled you into a hug. Putting your arms around him, you hugged him back.
“It’s good to see you again, little bird,” He whispered after pulling back. You weren’t aware that the last time he saw you, your gaze had been so vacant that he wasn’t sure you had even seen or heard him. You were sitting on the bed, looking at the vase he had gifted to you and never elsewhere.
-
Taehyung stayed with you two for a few days, spending Jungkook’s birthday there.
The day after he left, you were sitting in the swing, pushing yourself back and forth slowly. The leaves on the trees were beginning to change color.
You smiled sadly at the sight of a tiny leaf sitting right next to a larger one.
Even time could never heal some wounds.
“Your daddy’s birthday was fun,” You whispered, pushing the swing back again, “He would have loved to spend it with you.”
It was unclear exactly when you had started to speak with her while you were alone. You refused to believe she couldn’t hear you.
Maybe she was sitting with the invisible person or climbing the apple tree as you swung below it.
“We love you, a lot,” You looked over to the little bush that you had always felt was where they sat to talk with you. It felt different.
Standing up from the swing, you slowly walked over, holding out a hand. Ever so gently, you touched a little leaf hanging from one of the skinny branches. If you listened close enough, you thought maybe you could hear the sound of tiny laughter.
You turned around, looking at the forest around you, listening as hard as you could. Then there was the sound of a twig snapping, which made you turn again to see the newcomer.
“Jungkook. You startled me.”
“Sorry,” He smiled at you as he came closer, “I thought you might have been out here.”
You nodded, smiling at the swing.
Part of you wanted to tell him what you had been doing, for years even, back when it started with the invisible person. Perhaps it might bring him some comfort as well. You weren’t sure why you felt a bit self-conscious though. Nevertheless, you didn’t say anything.
“Did I interrupt something?” Jungkook asked, sensing that you were a little distracted.
You shook your head with a laugh, “Not at all.”
Taking his hand, you turned to walk back with him as he excitedly told you about the meal he had prepared.
There was no special occasion, he informed you, it was just because he wanted to do something for you. You had done so many things for him since you were little without needing a reason, always saying you just wanted to.
You laughed at his rambling as you walked, swinging your joined hands back and forth. Only once, you turned and looked over your shoulder at the swing that moved slightly in the breeze.
If you looked close enough, you thought you might see her.
Long black hair flowing down her back as she swung back and forth. Tiny hands were gripping the rope tightly. There were pale yellow wings, like that of a bird, on her back. Her little legs kicked under the swing.
You couldn’t see her face, only a small glimpse of her very small nose when she looked to the side and laughed at something. There was a child’s voice whispering on the wind, but you couldn’t hear what they were saying. A moment later, you realized what it was.
“I’m okay, mommy.”
You blinked, and she was gone.
-
“I wish you wouldn’t go.”
Jungkook bit his lip at your words, feeling terrible.
“I’m sorry,” He whispered, “I promised her I’d accompany her to the Cho’s, she wants to be there by the end of the week at the earliest.”
You smiled, brushing it off, “I know, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you feel bad for wanting to help your mother. I just wish the Cho’s lived closer.”
“So do I.”
“It can’t be helped,” You laughed quietly, “Your mother is too talented for her own good, pretty soon people will insist she multiply herself and live in each of their towns to help.”
He laughed, “She would do it too, if she could.”
-
You walked with him to the village to bid her farewell. She was so kind, it always brightened your day to see her.
“I’ll try not to keep him too long,” She promised with a wink.
You laughed, “Oh, keep him as long as you like. Make him do all the work.” Jungkook shook his head with a smile as you and his mother tittered, as if sharing jokes he was no part of.
“You better go,” You gave her one last hug, “I don’t want you two traveling at night.”
His mother kissed you on the forehead sweetly, “Always so thoughtful. I will see you later, my dear.”
“Be safe,” You smiled warmly at her before turning to Jungkook. He leaned down and kissed the tip of your nose, pulling back with a smile.
“Is that all I get?” You whispered teasingly as his mother pretended to be busy with counting the things she was bringing.
He only smirked, giving you a little wink as he backed away, “See you soon, Apple.”
-
He was meant to be gone for nine days.
It wasn’t a quick journey to the town a few over; three days each way. And he was going to help his mother get settled for her two months stay.
The first few days were a little lonely, but on the fourth day, Yoongi came to see you. It felt like forever since you had seen him.
You sat and talked for hours on end, wanting to know every little thing that he had been doing. He told you all about the research he was doing on agriculture, and how he finally understood your love for nature. He also told you about the girl he was courting, much to his embarrassment at admitting how strongly he felt for her.
It was wonderful. You had been so close as kids, growing up always made people and things grow apart. You hated it.
Yoongi didn’t ask you how you were feeling, which you appreciated. You knew he cared, but he also knew and respected that you didn’t want to talk about it. The way you kept pushing the conversation onto what he was up to, made it clear enough even if he didn’t already know you well.
-
Jungkook was meant to be gone for nine days.
Word came five days into his absence, from a young teen boy, that he was going to be away for another week at most. You thanked the boy as he turned and ran off, laughing to yourself as you pulled the water bucket up from the well in the outskirts of the village.
The stream where you usually collected your water was oddly sparse that week, so you thought you might as well come into the village and see Yoongi before getting some water to bring back home.
The next day, you came back to see him again, getting more water on the way. As you were leaving, wooden bucket sloshing around with water as you held it in both your arms, you stopped when you saw someone standing in front of you.
“I thought it might be you!”
“Jisoo?” Your eyes widened when you saw the girl you hadn’t spoken to in at least three years. She looked a bit older, more mature than when you last saw her. There was a child in her arms, just over a year old at most.
Jisoo nodded, “I’ve seen you around a few times over the years, but wasn’t sure if you wanted to talk.”
You laughed, “Why shouldn’t I?”
She shrugged, the baby on her hip smiling at you. You smiled back, a horrible pain in your heart as you did.
“You were always off with that strange boy, what’s his name-”
“Jungkook,” You said, a bit shortly, “His name is Jungkook. And he’s my husband.”
“Ah yes,” She looked a little embarrassed, “Jungkook. I must admit, I never could see what you saw in him until the other week. He really has changed.”
You didn’t like the smirk on her face as she said that.
“No,” You adjusted the water in your arms to better hold it, then you looked her up and down, “Out of everyone in this village, it seems he’s the only one that hasn’t had to.”
Jisoo didn’t respond at first, only shifted uncomfortably as you stared at her.
“Yes, well,” A nasty smile curved on her lips, “Tell him if he ever wants a girl that can keep a baby, he can come to me anytime he’d like.”
She laughed at your silence before walking around you and leaving.
If there wasn’t a child in her arms, you would’ve dumped the water you were holding all over her. Only heaven knows what you would’ve done after that.
Instead, you stood there, unable to say a word or move a muscle, even after she left. There was a slight tremble in your knees as you stared at the dirt where she once stood. You blinked a few times, swallowing the pain from your heart that almost came crawling out of your throat in a horrible scream.
After a minute, you lifted your chin and kept walking.
-
You were strolling along the outskirts of the village, a few flowers in hand that you picked, small white ones. It was silent except for the rustle of leaves and the very quiet mumbling of you talking to the forest around you as you looked for more flowers.
“Pretty,” You muttered as you picked up a yellow one that you hadn’t ever seen before.
The sound of running and someone screaming broke you out of your trance and shattered the sacred silence. You turned to see a young girl around twelve hurrying up to you.
“You’re miss ____, right?”
Blinking in confusion, you nodded.
“Please help us,” She whimpered, and you finally noticed the tears on her face.
“What’s the matter?” You asked, fully alarmed.
“My cousin he’s- he’s fallen ill. No one knows what to do since the medicine lady is gone.”
Your stomach turned, “I- I don’t know medicine-”
“You married her son, didn’t you?”
You nodded again, throat dry.
“She must have taught you something! Please, he’ll die-”
“Take me to him.”
Your voice sounded much stronger than you felt.
The girl grabbed your hand and you ran after her, all the way through the village and to a relatively large home, one almost twice the size as everyone else’s. You went in, following the girl to a room where you could hear crying.
The second you stepped in, your heart stopped.
Jisoo was there, weeping. There was another woman, her mother, pacing the room. Lying on the floor on a few cushions, was a small boy, only three years of age. He was sweating, little whimpers leaving his mouth.
You snapped out of your shock and immediately jumped into action, “Get out,” You shoved Jisoo’s mother out of the room, gesturing for Jisoo to do the same.
“I’m not leaving, why are you here anyway?!” She shrieked.
You turned towards her and hissed quietly, “If you don’t want to leave your other child motherless, get out.”
The girl that had come to fetch you took the shocked young woman’s arm and led her out, explaining to her that you were there to help. That you knew the medicine lady and could help.
You shut your eyes, taking a deep breath.
Pull yourself together.
When you opened your eyes, your mind was no longer clouded with panic. You were not educated in medicine, but your mother-in-law did show you a few things over the years you’d known her that might be of some help.
You called out a few orders to the people outside of the room, telling them to hurry as fast as they could. Then you turned and went to the small child. He was looking at you, his eyes showing the terror he felt.
“You don’t have to be afraid,” You whispered, offering him a gentle smile as you knelt on the floor next to where he lay. He didn’t resist when you placed a hand on his forehead, then carefully ran your fingers across it, brushing the damp hairs away.
“You’re going to be alright, I promise,” You kept running your fingers along his cheeks, the action seeming to calm him, “I’m not going to leave you.”
He looked just like his mother.
Jisoo always had the prettiest eye shape, and he definitely inherited it.
There were frantic voices on the other side of the door, but you ignored them.
-
For hours you stayed in the room with the boy, cooling his skin with wet rags and feeding him the remedies that you could remember how to make. The people outside did everything you asked and would leave things at the door for you to grab and bring back inside with you.
When day turned into night, you still sat there with him, replacing the cold cloths on his skin with fresh ones. He eventually fell asleep.
You sighed with relief, knowing the worst had passed. If he could sleep, he was going to be fine.
-
You woke up on the floor of the room, blinking at the sun coming in through the window. Only a few feet away, the child still slept soundly.
Reaching out a hand, you felt his forehead, then mumbled a prayer of thanks to the invisible person you knew was there. They must have listened to your earnest requests the night before; his skin was cool to the touch, and he was breathing normally.
You stood up, groaning quietly at the soreness of your muscles from your sleeping position.
When you walked out and saw Jisoo sitting on a stump just outside the door, you approached her, “He’s going to be fine.”
She flinched at the sound of your voice, then turned and saw you standing there. It was silent for a minute, then she stood up and faced you, “If you think I’m going to thank you, then you’re just as crazy as they always said you were.”
You weren’t sure what you were expecting, but that certainly wasn’t it.
“How dare you barge into my home and order me around?” Jisoo stepped closer, “Of course he’s going to be fine. He was just feeling a little off, you did nothing, you are not a hero.”
You stared at her for another minute.
“Ok, Jisoo,” You finally whispered, moving to get around her. She grabbed your arm though, before you could leave, “Don’t ever step foot into my home again. We don’t want your curse spread to us, infertile witch.”
Shoving your arm away as if she would catch something from being around you too long, she walked back inside.
All you could do for a moment was bite your lip harshly and stare at a stick on the ground. You knew, deep down inside, that even if you had known that would be her response, you still would’ve done the same thing; that child didn’t deserve to be in pain.
You walked all the way back to the shed, for the first time saying nothing to the trees and flowers that you passed on the way.
Maybe they missed your voice.
Maybe they cried for you.
-
You woke up the next day feeling strange.
The night before, you had felt a little hot and didn’t pull the covers over your body like you always did. In fact, you had chosen to strip yourself of all your clothes in the middle of the night while half asleep, which would explain the confused state you were in upon waking up completely naked.
Your head was aching and the sun was too bright.
Why ever was the sun that bright anyway?
You didn’t realize that you had slept well into the afternoon after unknowingly tossing and turning for hours in the night.
Standing up from the bed after pulling on a simple dress, the room spun for a moment before righting itself. You were going to get some fruit from the basket, but decided against it when the thought made your stomach turn.
You drank water instead, then climbed back into the bed and removed your obnoxious clothing again, but this time pulled the covers up to your chin and promptly fell asleep.
-
Yoongi knocked on the door of the shed again, waiting with furrowed brows. You hadn’t come into the village since the day before last and he was worried. The stream was still too dry to gather water and he had been expecting you to be going back for more at the well and visiting him while you were at it.
You said you would.
He had heard about what happened with Jisoo and wanted to let you know that her son was feeling much better.
When the third time he knocked was still unanswered, he opened the door and walked into the small but comfortable living space. His eyes were instantly drawn to the bed, where there was a little lump in the covers.
“____?” He walked over and shook your shoulder gently, “Wake up, you daft girl. It’s mid-day already!”
When you didn’t respond, his frown deepened and he shook you harder, letting out a small gasp when you turned over and he saw how clammy your skin was.
“____, wake up!”
Finally, you peeled your eyes open, they looked glassy and unfocused.
“Hm?”
Your cousin turned your body more to get a better look at your face, noticing briefly that you were unclothed under the covers, “____, what’s happened? Why are you like this? Are you ill?”
Your brows creased as you looked at him in confusion, “Wha-...Yoongi, is that you?”
His stomach dropped at the state you were in.
Something was terribly wrong.
“I’m going to go get someone,” Yoongi spoke slowly and clearly, “I need you to do your best in waking up, alright?”
You didn’t really acknowledge him, only mumbled something incoherent, but he didn’t have time to figure it out. He rushed out of the shack and through the woods, unsure who he was going to get but knowing he needed help.
-
The next few days were horrific.
There were two other people in the shack alongside Yoongi that did more than they ever cared to when you were young.
They tried their best to feed you, to cool the burning heat of your skin, to keep you from thrashing about and hurting yourself when you were racked with suffering.
You didn’t understand what was happening. You didn’t recognize anyone there, not even your own cousin. All you knew was that you were in pain and scared.
Sometimes you saw your mother, standing over your bed and shaking her head at you in disappointment. She kept calling you the sick one, the sick one.
Sometimes you saw a man that you thought was your father. He did nothing but stare at you emotionlessly, standing in the corner of the room.
Most of the time you saw the strange people with cloths over their mouths. They would put painfully cold things on your head and try to pry your mouth open to shove things inside. You fought them the best you could, but you grew weaker by the hour and couldn’t fend them off for long.
The nights were the worst at first; the pain reaching levels you had never experienced, ripping broken screams from your throat. Soon, the nights blended into the days, the agony never ceasing.
You didn’t know why two of the strange people left one day and never came back.
You didn’t hear Yoongi urging them to leave after seeing the rash spreading on your skin, telling them to stay away from the others until they knew they hadn’t caught it, lest the entire village be consumed by typhoid.
_______________________________
Yoongi sat outside of the shack, staring at the lone flower that was growing a few feet in front of the door. Inside, you were screaming.
The only thing he could catch from what you were sobbing was Jungkook’s name.
Apparently you remembered him.
You had been sick for nine days, only growing worse each day.
Taehyung ran up, breathing heavily as he stopped in front of his older friend.
“Jungkook is on the way home, but he doesn’t know.”
“You know this, how?” Yoongi mumbled.
Everyone he had sent out over the past week said they couldn’t find him.
“Someone said they passed him on the road two days ago, he wasn’t in a hurry. He doesn’t know-”
The sound of agonized screaming reached his ears, his eyes widening in horror. He almost ran in, but Yoongi stopped him.
“Don’t.”
“But-”
“There’s nothing we can do now,” Yoongi whispered, grief clear in his eyes, “You cannot risk going in there and catching it. You shouldn’t even be here.”
Taehyung took a faltering step back, shaking as his hands came up to cover his ears at the next round of dreadful sobbing.
“Taehyung, look at me.”
His eyes darted to the older boy.
“You need to get Jungkook, before it’s too late.”
He hated that he understood what was meant by that.
He hated that he understood no one could save you.
Stumbling away, Tae turned and ran, disappearing into the forest.
Yoongi gulped and turned to look at the door, knowing what would meet him when he went back in. Miraculously, he had not caught anything yet.
That did not lessen his fear of entering.
Catching it was not what he feared.
Stepping back into the door, Yoongi’s gaze fell on you instantly.
You were crying quietly, dressed in nothing but a thin nightgown, too weak to rip it off of your otherwise naked body. There was no recognition in your eyes when they landed on him.
“Please,” You whispered hoarsely, throat torn to shreds from the only way you were able to manage the torment you were in, “I need him.”
“I know.”
“Why hasn’t he come for me?”
It was the most you had said in over a week, your exhausted gaze drifting around the room, as if searching once more.
“Why did he leave me?”
Yoongi saw the endless stream of tears on your cheeks, his heart breaking.
Your chest shook with each little breath you took, not enough to keep your lungs full.
“I’m scared.”
You didn’t know who this was in front of you, but there was no one else to talk to.
“I’m so sorry, ____.”
You blinked, a few more tears falling. Your body had been trembling for days, you couldn’t control it. Yoongi noticed that you no longer tried to, you just laid there, shivering.
“He said,” You swallowed, voice shaky, “He’d never leave me.”
“Jungkook is coming, ____. I promise. Just hold on a little longer.”
At his words, he saw a tiny smile on your chapped lips. The indescribable pain you were in was clear, but there was a tiny light in your eyes when you heard his name.
“He’ll come and hold me?” You whispered, eyes locked on the stranger standing next to your bed.
“Yes,” Yoongi choked out, “He will come and hold you until you fall asleep.”
“Oh,” Your eyes shifted, a small smile still on your face as you looked at the dead roses in the vase behind the stranger, “Okay.”
After a few minutes of silence apart from the ragged breaths that escaped you, Yoongi went and sat in a chair at the little table, his head falling into his hands.
“It hurts a bit,” You mumbled, staring at a tiny crack in the ceiling.
He swallowed, knowing that it hurt a lot more than that.
-
Taehyung ran until he couldn’t breathe, yet he didn’t stop.
He kept running.
Jungkook couldn’t be too far away, he couldn’t be.
It wasn’t too late.
-
Yoongi stood up and walked to the bed, a horrible pit in his stomach at how silent you had been the past few minutes.
When he got closer, he saw your chest rising and falling slightly. He let out the breath he had been holding, fingers digging into his eyes as he rubbed them.
You weren’t gone yet.
The smallest groan slipped from your lips. He watched you closely for another minute, then he heard the sound of running from outside.
Turning, he hurried out of the shack, but saw no one. He decided to go down the path a little way to see if he could see them approaching.
“Taehyung?” He called out, “Jungkook!”
But there was no answer.
-
“Jungkook!!”
Jungkook flinched in surprise when he saw Taehyung running towards him, screaming.
He smiled and waved, adjusting the sack on his shoulder that he had been carrying for a while. Maybe he could get Tae to carry it back for him.
But he was only a few minutes from the village, why was he meeting him here?
Taehyung stumbled, falling into the younger, who caught him.
“What’s gotten into-”
“It’s ____!” Tae choked out, coughing violently from not being able to breathe.
“What?” Jungkook’s heart stopped in his chest.
“She’s- she’s sick-”
Taehyung couldn’t even finish his sentence before Jungkook took off running, the things he previously carried lying in a heap on the ground.
-
Jungkook raced all the way to the village and through it, ignoring the silent stares as he passed.
His heart was in his throat, terror filling him as he ran as fast as he could.
The village was quiet that day.
The people watched as they always did.
But the village was quiet that day.
-
You opened your eyes slowly; the stranger wasn’t there.
They had left you.
Your bottom lip quivered before you bit it, the excruciating pain in your abdomen silencing your cries; it hurt too bad to scream.
A shaky breath went into your lungs, trickling back out seconds later.
He didn’t come back.
You blinked, a tear rolling down your cheek.
You were all alone.
“Apple. You love me, right?”
His voice echoed in your muddled brain as you stared at the wilted roses across the room.
“Yes,” You whispered weakly, the room turning cold, his presence that you thought was there fading away.
Please don’t leave. I’m scared to be alone.
Fear slowly started to consume you as your eyes drifted around the dark empty place you called home.
Then they closed gently.
________________________________________
When your eyes opened again, there was someone standing there.
You sat up, confused when it didn’t hurt.
It didn’t hurt anymore.
Nothing hurt, at all.
There was an overwhelming sense of calm around you. All of the worries that plagued your mind were gone. You couldn’t remember a single thing that once caused your heart to be so heavy with grief.
Your eyes lifted back to the person standing in the middle of the room. It was a small girl, only five years of age; long black hair falling past her shoulders and doe eyes watching you.
There were feathery yellow wings on her tiny back, and a bunny-like smile on her cute face.
She looked just like somebody you once knew.
You couldn’t remember who it was though.
The girl stretched her hand out towards you and you finally noticed there was another figure there as well, standing next to her.
You couldn’t see their face, only a bright glow shaped like a tall human. The two of them felt familiar somehow, like they had been waiting for you for a long time.
“Come on,” The little girl laughed, “You’re okay now.”
You moved your legs to the side of the bed and climbed out.
There was no hesitation as you walked forward and took her tiny hand, the smile on her face growing even more when you did.
___________________________________
Jungkook rushed through the forest, thin branches scratching his face and arms.
But he didn’t stop.
When he could see home, he pushed himself harder, fear gripping his heart when he saw Yoongi standing just outside of the door, staring at nothing. He pushed past the silent man and stumbled inside, freezing up at the sight that met him.
You were lying in the bed, seemingly asleep, but with face and lips drained of color. The dark lashes resting on your cheeks were a stark contrast.
He stood there, staring at your figure.
“Apple?” His voice sounded far away, not like his own.
Jungkook walked forward, bending down and cupping your cheek with his hand.
“Wake up, Apple,” He whispered, brushing the hair from your face and shaking you gently, “I’m bah-...I’m back.”
When you didn’t respond, he shook you a little harder, his whole body beginning to tremble, “Please,” His voice broke, “Please wake up…I-”
A quiet sob cut him off as his shaking hands cupped your cooling cheeks once more, “Don’t leave me, please don’t leave me-”
He carefully lifted your frail body, pulling you into his lap and cradling you in his arms.
Yoongi stepped inside the door.
Taehyung came in right behind him, his eyes closing slowly when he saw Jungkook sitting on the bed and holding you against him in a tight embrace.
“Apple, I’m sorry, pleas-” He whimpered as he held the back of your head with gentle hands, rocking you back and forth, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.”
He wasn’t there.
He wasn’t there to hold you.
You were cold and alone.
A sob tore itself from his throat as he held you tighter, praying that you could feel his warmth and hear him begging for you to come back.
You weren’t supposed to go without him.
“Jungkook.”
“Please don’t leave me alone,” He pleaded hoarsely.
Maybe, if he begged hard enough, you would listen to him and come back.
“Jungkook.”
“Please, I’m sorry. I’m sorry I broke my promise, Apple. I won’t leave you anymore,” Jungkook coughed, choking on his tears, “I won’t leave you ever again, ever.”
Yoongi gulped, unsure what to do. The guilt was eating him alive; he had stepped out only for a minute. Because of him, you died alone.
“I promise we can climb the apple tree whenever you want, you can eat all of the fruit before dinner, I won’t ever say no,” Tears ran down his face as he caressed your hair, just the way you always liked, “I won’t tell you that you should wait until after dinner, I promise. I promise.”
Taehyung put his face in his hands, his stomach turning. It didn’t feel real, you couldn’t be gone.
“You were faster than me.”
Tae looked up to see Jungkook was cradling you like a child, thumb brushing your cheek as he spoke softly, his eyes running over your face.
“You beat me to the swing, fair and square.”
Yoongi sucked in a breath and bit his lip.
Memories of that day floated through his mind; the way you shrieked with laughter as you climbed onto the swing, too small to get on easily.
“Push me! Push me!”
He could hear your tiny giggles clear as day.
Jungkook rested his forehead against yours, his breath warming your lips as his hot tears fell onto cold cheeks, “I love you,” he spoke under his breath, for only you to hear, “I loved you since the first moment I saw you. I can't live without you.”
Maybe, if he said it enough times, you would listen to him and come back.
“Jungkook,” Yoongi choked out, “We need to move her.”
There was no reply.
Taehyung swallowed the heavy lump in his throat, “Yoongi-”
“It’s still contagious,” The older boy whispered, “We can’t let him be with her for too long.”
“But-”
Yoongi turned on him, anger and sorrow lit up in his eyes, “Get him out of here.”
Taehyung clenched his jaw, then walked around him, over to where Jungkook was still whispering to you.
“Jungkook,” He took a shuddering breath, “I’m sorry.”
It was like he couldn’t hear a word the older boy was saying, tears falling endlessly as he held you close, continuing to sway you just a little.
Taehyung moved down to remove one of Jungkook’s hands from you, but the younger’s grip tightened.
“Jungkook-” Tae strengthened his own efforts, finally prying his hands from you and trying to pull him up.
“Let go of me!” Jungkook screamed, ripping his arm away and moving to hold you again. He kept you in his lap, arms around you protectively, refusing to let either of them close.
Yoongi stepped in, “Jungkook, you need to let go-”
“No!”
“Let her go,” Yoongi’s voice cracked as he struggled with pulling you out of his arms while Taehyung grabbed Jungkook.
“Stop it!” Jungkook was bawling his eyes out frantically as he reached for you, “Don’t take her! Please!! Yoongi, Yoongi, please!!”
Taehyung wrapped his arms around Jungkook’s chest, not letting him get a chance to fight your cousin, who was gently laying your body on the bed again and covering you with the sheet.
“Please!!!” Jungkook was screaming at the top of his lungs, heart crushed far beyond repair, “Please don’t take her!!”
“Get him out!”
Taehyung dragged Jungkook kicking and screaming from the shack.
In the tussle, they knocked into the small table, the vase teetering for a moment before falling to the floor, a long crack running through it as the dead roses lay scattered about.
“I hate you! I hate you!”
He didn’t know who he was screaming at.
But maybe, if he screamed loud enough, you would hear him.
Maybe, you would come back.
_____________________________
It was the year 1523 when you left him.
You were nineteen years old.
Jungkook sat curled up in the corner of the shack, legs tucked up to his chest as he stared at the broken vase on the floor. It had been three days since you passed, he hadn’t slept. All he had done was sit in the corner and stare at nothing.
He shut them all out.
They had taken you away from him.
He never saw you again.
Except in his mind.
His days and nights were haunted by the last time he had spoken with you.
“Is that all I get?”
Your voice echoed in his mind, the smile on your face burned into his bruised and bleeding heart. He didn’t kiss you, he didn’t tell you he loved you.
All he did was leave.
Jungkook closed his eyes and leaned his head against the wall, a tear sliding down his cheek and dripping from his chin.
-
He would be found only hours later, still curled up in the corner.
It was a broken heart, they said.
It took three agonizing days after your death for him to follow.
For a human heart can only take so much pain, before it can’t.
__________________________________
“How utterly wretched.”
Jungkook opened his eyes to see a tall figure standing over him as he sat in the corner of the dark shed.
The only thing he felt while looking at the demon who was staring at him with mock pity, was an empty hatred.
He whispered hoarsely, “You said she would live.”
Lucifer leaned down, a sneer on his face, “I only said I would get rid of her disease. Typhoid fever is a nasty business, isn’t it? Strange that she was the only one in the village to catch it after miraculously helping the boy. A real tragedy.”
Jungkook just stared at him.
“A life for a life, that’s what you told me,” He finally spat, the anger beginning to spread through his body.
“Ah yes,” The Devil chuckled and rocked back on his heels, as if the whole ordeal was quite amusing to him, “See, we didn’t agree on a third life though. I was far too nice to let you get off so easily with conceiving the infant.”
Jungkook gulped.
“Oh,” The miserable creature’s face fell and he pouted, “That one didn’t make it either, did it?”
“She,” Jungkook hissed, “Her name is Aera-”
“Well, it was going to be,” Lucifer threw his head back and laughed, “Rest assured I had nothing to do with that unfortunate incident.”
It was silent for a moment, then Jungkook spoke up quietly, “You were never going to save her, were you?” His eyes were locked on the dead roses, “You lied.”
“And you,” Lucifer crouched and leaned close, “Fell for it.”
Jungkook’s eyes closed as he did his best to conjure up an image of you.
You were somewhere safe and warm, where the sun kissed your cheeks and danced upon your fingers.
Somewhere the apples were sweet and crisp, where the water was never too cold.
There was a sharp pain on the skin of his outer right bicep, making him grit his teeth as the demon laughed darkly.
“Look at how ruined you are,” The voice whispered with shameless glee, “All because of love.”
You were somewhere you could fly with the clouds, never alone.
Somewhere the roses would always bloom.
“Don’t bother.”
Jungkook opened his eyes and looked at the demon.
“She isn’t anywhere pleasant.”
His heart shattered into a million little pieces.
“She’s somewhere cold,” Lucifer stared at him, “Stuck alone in the dark, full of unbearable torment, just like her last moments..”
Jungkook’s breath caught in his throat.
“All because you left her. All because of Him.”
The young man’s eyes were filled with tears of anguish that slowly ebbed into a deep resentment with each word the Devil spoke.
“He did this to you, you know that right?” Lucifer smirked, “You were created by Him. He made you, so that you could suffer.”
The despair clung to his heart like a lead weight, another burning scratch going across his skin, right where the pounding muscle lay.
“He created you to love her and lose her. Tell me; was it worth it, Jungkook?”
The torment wouldn’t come to an end.
The deal was struck and the punishment would never lessen.
Even without understanding why, the agonizing torture of his heart ripping itself to shreds over and over again, would never ever stop.
For a human heart can only take so much pain, before it can’t.
But the heart of a demon can never die.

Tumblr media
you’ve been going at the gym for a while now. you were not the most regular person in this but you were trying real hard.
and at this point, you felt new every single time you stepped inside and saw them all greeting each other and training together while you, were all alone.
you only just understood how the treadmill was working after struggling for a while with all the buttons when you heard a friendly voice from behind you.
‘you’re back.’ he said calmly.
you turned around quite surprised that anyone would recognize you since you weren’t coming in here everyday and certainly not on the same time of the day.
‘um yeah’ you only said before realizing the man talking to you was one of the coaches in here.
alhaitham. his name was written on a small piece of paper sticked to his shirt that quite felt too tight for that muscular torso of his.
‘i saw you struggling with the machine and thought i could help you but it seems you got it now.’ he said, turning his back on you to go back to whatever business he probably had to deal with.
‘thanks ! i’ll ask for help directly next time.’ you added, waving goodbye despite him not going really far.
the room wasn’t the biggest so he was still in your eyesight. and as time passed you caught yourself looking in his direction several times.
he was indeed pretty attractive even when he was just standing nearby the door, organizing some files.
10pm the clock was displaying. the gym was closing around 11 pm but it was pretty rare to find people exercising that late at night.
perhaps he felt comfortable enough with so few people working out because he left the counter and put on his own headphones as he walked towards the rowing machine. and of course, it had to be right in front of you so you found it even harder to look away.
alhaitham was a professional, he probably trained everyday and was used to such basic exercises yet you, found it extremely fascinating how easy it was for him to drag the handle.
his arms muscles contracting now and then pretty quickly and the few sighs he subconsciously let out as he kept on pulling the handle towards him, working out both his legs and arms made the whole scene much more attractive.
you found it quite hard to focus on something else now but he quickly switched to another exercise, laying on the floor ready to do a few push ups.
one. two. three. you started to count them. he wasn’t fast but he was certainly feeling his own efforts as he gritted his teeth.
‘alhaitham. i’m leaving. you’re closing alone tonight. will it be okay ?’ someone asked; most likely his colleague that was already wearing casual clothes.
alhaitham got up, and took off his headphones. ‘sure. see you tomorrow.’ the man left and with that he took a glance at the clock and then at you.
he chuckled while walking towards you and only at the moment he stood in front of you, did you realize how you were the only one left in here. ‘staying pretty late tonight do you ?’ he gulped just as he was trying to regain his composure and control over his breathing.
‘i didn’t realize how late it was.’ you only found to say. of course you weren’t going to admit that you lost yourself while observing his every move for about 15 minutes.
little did you know, he noticed your insistent gaze but he did not say anything about it. he turned off the machine you were using. ‘well we’re both done for today.
you headed towards the restroom to change to your clothes and put your sports pants on your bag.
‘oh!’ you shouted when bumping into alhaitham again right after coming out of the room. ‘you scared the shit out of me sorry for screaming’ you chuckled to yourself, finding yourself so silly.
but since there were only the two of you now alhaitham only apologized, stating how he should have been careful.
you both went towards the door, turning off all the lights behind you.
alhaitham closed the door and turned to you, shoving his hands into the pockets of his jacket. ‘will you come working out tomorrow ?’
you smiled before admitting how you were not so fond of working out. and before you gave a second thought to what you were about to say, it simply slipped out of your mouth.
‘but maybe if a pretty, good coach helps me i’ll like it more.’
right as you started to cringe at your own comment, alhaitham let out the most beautiful laugh you’ve ever heard.
‘i’ll work harder to convince you to drop by more often then.’

I had fun trying to do a "opposites attract" kind of a fic for him ^^ I hope you like it~!
Pairing: Yuno Grinberryal x reader Genre: Fluff/comedy Fanfic type: Oneshot Length: ~0.7k Contains: Established relationship between reader and Yuno, Yuno is a VC in this already, and his prince status is known, there is a kiss on the cheek, teasing, a prank, reader and Yuno are opposites in personality
Tumblr media
Yuno Grinberryal, the vice captain of the Golden Dawn, and the prince of Spade Kingdom, was a stoic young man on the surface. Which didn’t mean that he wouldn’t have felt deeply, but he merely wasn’t one to show a lot of his emotions to the world. Partly because, once upon a time, he had decided to not be so sensitive, and thus, he had made an effort to toughen himself up.
But on the other hand, he had been more concerned with his own goals and ideals than the thoughts and opinions of others. Because… if he didn’t believe in himself, who would? Which contributed in him becoming more secure and displaying so little outwards.
The masses judged him, back when he still bore the title of an orphan, for daring to dream about becoming a Wizard King. The opinions of those who didn’t matter, didn’t matter either. And so, why would he have laid out his emotions to those who didn’t matter to him?
Not that hiding away his emotions hadn’t been difficult in the beginning. But he had grown used to it over the years. Up to the point where he appeared to have none. At least to those who didn’t know him.
On the contrast, there was you. A bubbly, wear-your-emotions-on-your-sleeve type of a person, who smiled like the summer sun. But who was always coming and going, and… because of whom more than one thing was left in disarray rather often.
And today was no different.
You giggled as you ran away from the Golden Dawn’s kitchen after replacing the sugar container with salt.
The cook was trying out a new recipe, so they were making a small batch. Meaning that there would be no huge amounts of food destroyed by your little prank. Especially since it had been just the specific sugar container, which had been by the cooks work bench.
“HEY!” You heard while running from out the door, quickening your pace just as soon as you heard the yell.
“Catch me if you can!” You yelled over your shoulder before turning the corner and intending to run into the vast gardens. There’d be enough places to hid-
*Bump*
You collided together with someone, and staggered back.
“Sorry! But I gotta-“
“No you don’t.”
You stopped, recognizing Yuno’s tone of voice.
His amber eyes were peering into you, and his brow was raised.
“What did you do?” The words flowed out of him with the same tone, almost sounding like there was a sigh at the end.
Only that there wasn’t.
You flashed him a cheeky grin. “Just thought that something was too salty, and that sweeter things are better.”
And that was when the sigh left him.
“Unbelievable…” he muttered under his breath with a slow blink.
“Not really,” you gave his cheek a quick peck. “If you know me.”
“I do,” he said while raising both of his eyebrows in a knowing look.
“Well then it shouldn’t be unbelievable,” you teased while flashing another grin to him.
He shook his head, and a sliver of a smile appeared on his lips. “What do I do with you?”
“Hmmm…” you hummed as your grin widened even more. “Beats me,” you shrugged. “But your life would be a lot more dull if it wasn’t for me.”
“I think I was the first to say that.”
“And I didn’t claim anything else.”
His smile widened even further with the admission, the words and the sentiment. Because it was true, his life would be a lot more dull, one sided, if it wasn’t for you in his life. But, admittedly, at times he did hope that you’d calm down a little.
Just so that, now that he was the vice-captain, you wouldn’t be one of the greater sources of trouble with the day to day functions of the squad.
“Just keeping you on your tippy toes!” You laughed, giving him a wink.
But yes, you’d try to give him a little less trouble. Because you did care for him, and didn’t want him to have to worry more because of you.
Just a little harmless fun, and added… spice, in his life.
