I got the most wonderful def% sands with double crit subs and def% but it was bloodstained chivalry TT

It also kept giving me flowers and plumes when doing the noblesse domain even though I needed circlet and sands.... they were all really good too but.... I already had a flower and plume from Petra set and I don’t want to do that domain again😭

You’ve got a good headstart on some of them so I’m sure in due time, you’ll be getting the better artis! Thankfully yes, it’s a good idea to start now. Given my experience, it usually takes a month+ to fully prepare for a character in materials and artifacts so I hope you accomplish them all earlier!

Chell please tell me your gacha luck secrets! How do you do it?

HKLGAHKLAHKL HAVE GOD HIMSELF PITY U ANON

BUT AHHHH!!! In terms of how I gacha (whether for FEH or GBF), I usually do this:

Avoid trying to pull multiple times in one go--I know the urge to blow through your gacha currency is tempting, but do try to avoid giving into the “Just one more pull” mentality! I do this because...

Only pull after a daily reset--whether it’s 12 AM for FEH (since I’m usually awake at that time ^^;) or 1 PM for GBF

I have this thought of new day = new luck, hence why I try to avoid pulling more than once during a day, because I try to ~rationalize~ it that the current day just doesn’t have the RNG luck I need, so I’ll hold it off to another time

Always make sure to budget pulls--keeping in mind someone important that I must absolutely make sure I have enough gacha currency to pull for (Conrad in FEH, Belial in GBF), I try to avoid blowing out my gacha stock!

Creating f2p safety nets: Whether new chapters/paralogues/fate episodes, I actually don’t clear through them as soon as they pop up. This is so--in the case I yield into temptation and dip into my gacha stock--I have something f2p to fall back on before I start to consider using IRL CURRENCY FOR GACHA

LIMITED ISN’T SO LIMITED: Believe you me, it’s so easy to get caught up in the immediate need for a character, especially when you see others somehow pulling the one you want. However!!! Though the banner changes, your desired character is bound to come back in one way or another, which--by then--ideally you’ll have enough to pull as you need to when they return!

HE’S BOUND TO COME HOME SOMEHOW: I can’t count how many times when I’m trying to pull for one character, only for another boo from a previous banner to make his appearance! In the case of FEH, I’m more inclined to pull for seasonal banners rather than general new character debuts since there’s a likelihood of the latter making his appearance!

Example: Me pulling 4 Libra’s (after never getting him during his debut banner) when trying to pull for Performing Arts!Inigo)

EMERGENCY GIFT CARD: I keep one tucked away in somewhere hard to reach because CONRAD IS COMING HOME GDI!!!!!!!!!!!
