Riddle watches New Wish - Post #21
Best of Wish
This is way more intense of a Rock-Paper-Scissors competition than I expected. I love how the stakes in this show are kid-themed, but still flashy enough to be engaging.
For some reason, even though I know Dev's surname is Dimmadome, it's still funny to hear a kid be announced like that. For years, that's been an "old man name" burned into my mind.
Are they allowed to do that?? Does apple beat worm?
He's just a little guy! You wouldn't beat a little guy at Rock, Paper, Scissors, c'mon!!
Time of his life.
Dev: I cheated! And you're supposed to be SAD now! That's the whole point!!
Dev is having a very hard time dealing with his emotions. I am definitely enjoying him screaming about how he cheated to win and that means Hazel should be miserable now. You can just TELL the words he's throwing out reflect how he feels and he's super confused as to why she congratulated him on his win.
-> Gives me similar vibes to Foop in "Blue Angel" screaming about how it wasn't fair that Chloe kept forgiving him despite his best efforts to tear her apart, although I think the emotions are being played better in this set-up.
-> With Foop, even though he also has a messed-up past (37 years of solitary confinement from the day he was born according to my frozen timestream notes), he was born with murderous rage, and his culture definitely leans in the direction of encouraging that.
With Dev, you know he's lashing out with things that would hurt him specifically and that he's having a really rough go of things. I like that.
If I'm feeling like Dev reminds me of Foop, that kind of implies Dev and Peri are supposed to me a good match that balance each other out. I like that.
That checks out- Peri has doting parents and wants LESS attention, and Dev can't keep his dad's focus and wants MORE attention. Peri's the one who keeps trying to rein Dev in and Dev is always trying to get Peri to go further.
Agency knew what they were doing when they assigned this pair, huh?
/war flashbacks to Foop being distraught that his parents left him alone for spring break back in the day.
THERE HE IS!!
Irep implying he didn't have a choice in his name change? I wonder what the reasoning was, since he even says it's "Harder to pronounce" than Foop? Curious...
As much as he hated his name when he was born (Season 7), he was very attached to it by "Love Triangle" (Season 8), correcting Goldie every time she got it wrong until he finally snapped and screamed at her about how "It's not that difficult!"
Goldie got Fairy names right, AND every character in the school play right, but never bothered to learn her one Anti-Fairy classmate's name despite all the time they spent rehearsing for the play and him making it very clear he wanted her to say it right. Big yikes.
He's very proud of his name in later episodes (announcing himself often) and has his business cards. I mean... Sure, he's allowed to change it- It just surprises me that he's heavily implying it was against his will since his attachment to his name was such a big part of his character in my memory.
He's developed an entirely new identity, lmao. Who are you?
Potentially setting up a plot about how he's mad he has to copy Peri, but I feel like there would've been easier ways to do that?
I assume the logic here is that it needs to be clear to Hazel and/or viewers that they're opposites (We got the info here, but he'll probably appear in future episodes where it needs to be clear to prevent confusion for people just tuning in), but if that's the goal...
W... why would he not just change his name to Anti-Peri?
Plot twist of the century: They bring back Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda, but their names are Osmoc and Adnaw now and we all suffer for it.
/record scratch
Hey, um. Why did they give Irep body language that was pretty much exclusive to Foop's alternate personality??
You're really gonna play me like this??
Straight out of the GATE!?
Okay, I just rewound to his first appearance of this episode and I do see the Foop-exclusive body language in Irep too, but... ???
Just really caught me off guard to see two poses I've burned into my memory as "alt personality things" back to back in like, 10 seconds, but okay. I don't care if this is a tangent; the actual episode can wait. It's important to me...
All right, the context:
So, OG Foop does fists when he's frustrated / scheming / cackling / nervous (usually above his head or down by his sides).
His alter does upturned fists when he's praising / cheerful. That's always been one of their switch cues, from the alter's debut in "Playdate of Doom" (Season 7) up through the last implied switch in "Return of the L.O.S.E.R.S." (Season 10).
Even the very first onscreen switch in Season 7 ("Playdate") depicts the alter holding his fists like that, before the double eye highlights were introduced in "Spellementary School"-
-and he does the fists several times throughout his first episode.
Other body language habits include big, flat hands lifted towards the mouth, plus clasped hands. In other words, the alter is more "dainty" and "gushy" compared to Foop- I've always imagined him "doing everything over-the-top and unironically."
Don't confuse that with him being the nicest person, though. He's very funny; I like in the OG series when he's totally down to butt heads with Poof and coos "Does Mr. Popular want to fight~?"
Like. Logically, I know that is just a weird coincidence. There's no way the storyboard folks studied that, and there's no way they're planning to bring the alter back, because if they were, I'm sure he would've been blatant in this episode.
Foop's not using his high-pitched voice here and we can't use his eye highlights as a faithful signal since that's on-model for this show, but...
I mean... He's talking about Da Rules when he does the upturned fists. That does fit the "grumpy / scheming" energy which is correct for Foop (although he usually pumps his fists above his head or clenches them down by his sides instead of upturning them like this), but... ???
Wow, that is not a pose I'm used to seeing on Foop instead of his alter. I've written this little guy in 'fic a bunch of times; I know his body language pretty well and it was a switch cue for 3 seasons??
I'm okay. It's fine.
Also, here's a video showcasing their switches. Volume warning:
I just found out I missed one switch in "Terrible Twosome" when Poof gives him chocolate (even before his Terrific Twos kicked in), and I was always unclear on the full diner scene in "When L.O.S.E.R.S. Attack" (though I don't remember why; maybe because the voice is deep despite the highlights and I'm only rethinking it 6 years later), but... Them.
-> I do count "Terrible Twosome" as essentially the alter because the eye highlights, voice change, music change, and clenched fists all match the standard, but I'd accept arguments to the contrary since it's confirmed all Anti-Fairies have some version of Terrific Twos, and this is the only one we have for reference.
I was today years old watching this old compilation when I realized the music consistently zigzags between super cheery and dark when they switch, even outside "Terrible Twosome," which was where I remembered it. No... It's been there since "Playdate of Doom." Huh.
Okay, so... This is actually really interesting. When they switch, the music does too, but their music doesn't overlap. It's a very clear, jarring switch. There's often, though not always, a pause before this switch (such as their very rapid back-and-forth in "Playdate of Doom"). I've learned something new. Huh.
... Wait a sec.
They wouldn't...
...
Hey, uh ???
why does the tense music in "Best of Luck" cut off immediately before Irep temples his hands, drop to silence, and then switch the thumping part of the music to the cheery part underneath it and put the thumping part underneath the cheery bit instead?
I already used my one video for this post, but I can post the audio. It's subjective; I'm sure it's not supposed to indicate anything, so just bear with me...
- Okay, so we have this dark "BUM-bum, BUM-bum, BUM-bum" pattern. That goes for 12 seconds into this clip before fading out. - Note that you can hear, like... a scale underneath, like a swish, 4 or 5 seconds in. Right as 12 seconds turns to 13, there's a "sparkle noise". - And then we drop. And silence. So, that's the exact moment before Irep temples his hands.
- NOW the cheery scale in the music is louder and the thumps are very faded in the background, but definitely still there. - So, the stings are no longer "always switching, but never overlapping" the way they were in the OG series, apparently.
- Irep clasps his hands and says a couple more words, then drops his hands on "quitting." - RIGHT THEN, his music switches back to loud tension.
What the fliiiippp... what the fliiiiiippp?
?? I said I could see Foop-exclusive body language in him too earlier in this episode. Are they together again? Is that why they're sharing the music sting!?
SURELY that is not intentional. That HAS to be coincidence. I cannot imagine a world where that is on purpose. I'm losing my mind.
I... I don't really know where to go from here. I gotta lie down.
Bonus notes about the fists I moved down here due to length:
Okay, upon review, there are several ambiguous moments in the OG series where Foop himself makes potentially joyful fists instead of scheming fists, such as:
- When trying to fool Jorgen into thinking he's rehabilitated in "Playdate of Doom" (and Jorgen clocks him as lying) - When he's trying to sweet-talk Poof in "Two and a Half Babies" (and Poof also clocks him as lying) - Both times he's brownnosing up to Crocker in "School of Crock" (and Crocker clocks him for it) AND when he's sweet-talking the principal to trick him into activating his door trap. He also makes the fists when he's mimicking Poof in his first scene, so... he pretty much does it anytime he's "not being Foop," lol. -> In that case, it's funny he makes those fists when telling Poof in the closing scene that he's "sorry for trying to annihilate him." That said, he DOES switch a few seconds later while gushing over how Sammy Sweetsparkle is "kind of a bad boy." -> Clasped hands (also a thing his alter does a lot) is ALSO something Foop does when he's blatantly lying (The last of the Snow Wanda scene in "Fairly Odd Fairy Tales" is a good example, but I saw other episodes too). - Continuing with ambiguity talk, he does the joyful fists both times he enters the pet shop in "Man's Worst Friend," (a scene where he seems to switch multiple times, so it's clearly a place that affects him, but he doesn't have eye highlights when he first enters the building) - When the Anti-Fairy Council names him a scary godparent in "Fairy Godcouple" and he grins and says "Bring it on!" (though I can see that as scheming about what he can do with this power) - At the end of "Fairly Odd Fairy Tales" when he's trying to coax Timmy into eating his food and Wanda hands him a treat, interrupting his scheme (and he leaves his fists in the air while expressing interest in the treat) - The first time he meets Vicky during "When L.O.S.E.R.S. Attack" (when she joins the team's plan to get Timmy, so... arguably scheming, though the alt personality is known for crushes - and had eye highlights when asking Crocker if the mystery person he wanted to bring in was single - so I'd accept that as an answer).
Yes, I did drop everything to rewatch every Foop episode for this. hey man how's it going.

July Reading Recap
A Fire Upon the Deep by Vernor Vinge. I can see why people said this one had Adrian Tchaikovsky vibes because in terms of the worldbuilding and the alien species involved it absolutely did. I was not super enamored of the part of the plot that wasn't on the Tines' world (which was...an important part of the plot), but my investment in the politics of the Tines and the worldbuilding around them made up for it. I'm curious about the apparent sequel and whether it's worth reading - does anybody know?
Thousand Autumns: vol. 5 by Meng Xi Shi. I have finished Thousand Autumns and my verdict on it mostly hasn't changed from what it's been throughout: enjoyable but not really fully clicking for me. I liked it! But I didn't love it, and I don't know that it'll stick with me the way other books have, or compel me to do a reread.
A Fatal Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum: Murder in Ancient Rome by Emma Southon. Maybe I just don't have a sense of humor, but I felt like this book was trying too hard to be funny/clever and it landed wrong for me. It was interesting, certainly! And I learned some new things from it, and probably will go on to read the author's other book (about women in Ancient Rome), but this one tonally was not a winner, for me personally.
Ballad of Sword and Wine: vol. 1 by Tang Jiu Qing. Rereading this one (Qiang Jin Jiu, they're really going off in their own direction title translation-wise there) with the official published translation even though I am also binding it, because I can, I guess. And I still deeply appreciate how unhinged Shen Zechuan is, but in, like, mostly a way where it's not obvious to most people until they've known him for a little while. Also the sheer amount of politics, which I'm following better on this second readthrough. I think it'll be rewarding to reread.
The Pomegranate Gate by Ariel Kaplan. One of two Jewish fantasy books I read this month, just by chance (I wasn't intending on a theme, they'd both been on my to-read list for a while). I liked it a lot! I thought it was going to be a stand alone and feel a little funny about it being a series (I'm always looking for more stand alones), but I am also looking forward to more of it.
The Devil & Sherlock Holmes: Tales of Murder, Madness, and Obsession by David Grann. I've really enjoyed the other David Grann books I've read/listened to (The Lost City of Z, Killers of the Flower Moon) but found myself fairly underwhelmed by most of the essays here. It's not that they weren't good (they were) or interesting (most of them were), it just didn't feel like they were that good or that interesting. Maybe I just like his full-length books better.
Five Broken Blades by Mai Corland. It was fine? Not as good as I'd hoped. I called the twist which was satisfying for me personally. I don't know if I'm going to be reading the sequel. Most of the POV characters I liked fairly well, which is the main thing this book had going for it, but one of them bored me to tears and that inflected my enjoyment of the book as a whole.
The Vanished Birds by Simon Jimenez. This book earned its five stars by making me cry in the last 20%. Overall a beautiful book, though, relatively quiet; I wasn't sure about it early on but then it hit a turn that really got me. Makes me want to read his other book. The summary on the back really does not do the book justice but I don't actually know how I would explain it better, and I recognize that makes it a difficult recommendation.
When the Angels Left the Old Country by Sacha Lamb. This one was really good and a lot of fun. Very Jewish, too, which was enjoyable and not something I run into all that often in fantasy books. Just...very charming, entertaining, a joy to read.
I'm currently reading Godkiller by Hannah Kaner though I should be reading Edenville since I have it checked out from the library (I'll get to it!). I keep meaning to get back to reading more nonfiction (or realistic fiction) and then getting distracted. My plan for upcoming books, though, includes The Ratline, To Shape a Dragon's Breath, and (after years of having it sit on my shelf) Beauty Is a Wound. We'll see how on task I stay or if I end up wandering off to other stuff.
I'm currently looking for horror and mystery/thriller recommendations, though, so if anyone has any of those I will take them.

50 Underrated Horror Films: Part 4
What in absolute hell. We made it to part 4? Well, here we go then! Oh, also, links to the other parts: One : Two : Three
Undead : Starting off with an absolute banger. This is an Australian zombie apocalypse film. If you're familiar with Ozploitation cinema, then you know how nutso it can get, and this is a perfect example of just that. The action sequences are wild crowd pleasers, and the plot twists until it nearly breaks off.
Werewolf in a Girl's Dormitory : I realize that sounds like porn. Just stay with me. It's a giallo! With a werewolf! For me, this was like finding the holy grail. Best of both worlds, truly. With... not the best looking werewolf, but this is an older movie, so cut it a little slack. It turns into a fun mystery with that special Italian flavor to it.
The Outwaters : Everyone was talking about Skinamarink. No one was talking about this. It has a similar conceit. To make a horror film that defies the idea of plot. It starts like your average found footage, then becomes a drug trip straight to the depths. It really does feel like witnessing a cosmic horror story where the horrors are, indeed, impossible to describe.
Tomie : This is the first of me cheating and actually recommending way more than one film. The Tomie film franchise is a series of loose adaptations of Junji Ito's manga of the same name, and there are nine at the moment. They get wild and weird, and they explore parts of Tomie that even the manga doesn't cover. Female monster! You need these in your life.
Murdercise : Low budget silliness trying to be throwback 80s and mostly just being hilarious and noticeably cheap. I love that. It's stupid and seems like the kind of movie that was a blast to make. I definitely felt like I was laughing with them and not at them, which made it feel really charming. A great one for a dumb movie night.
Zombie Death House : Zombies in jail! Directed by John Saxon who strangely didn't case himself in the lead like some vanity project. Rather he plays a character I have dubbed "Colonel Herbert West" if that sounds at all appealing. I mean, it clearly was to me.
Dead Birds : There aren't a ton of horror films that crossover with westerns, so this is a rare gem. A bunch of outlaws take refuge in a deeply disturbed location, and things get super dark.
Satan's Princess : A neo-noir detective story with supernatural evil at its core. Imagine if Angel Heart was dumber and way cheaper looking. With Robert Forster giving a really fun performance and an ending that had me laughing out loud.
Werewolf Bitches from Outer Space : Do you love Troma movies? Do you wish they were worse? Do I have the film for you! With scenes that were clearly filmed without permits. Random bystanders interfering with the production. Terrible werewolf masks. And pizza sex? It's a laugh riot.
Butterfly Kisses : A genuinely upsetting found footage movie that understands exactly how to use the urban legend format. There's a beastie out there that, if you stare at it, it will imprint on you like a baby duck. Then if you blink, it gets a little closer. Try to imagine how long you can go without blinking.
To Die For : Wanna watch a really shitty, late 80s Dracula? Here you go! It's dumber than a box of rocks. No one's motivations make any sense. Dracula seems like kind of a jerk despite being a romantic figure. But most of the actors are hotties and know the silly movie they're in, so it comes out fun in the end. Oh, and no one can agree when it came out. But rest assured I don't mean the one with Nicole Kidman.
Home for the Holidays : Made for TV Christmas slasher! Starring Sally Field. With a whole lot of family drama, which makes it feel authentically connected to the holiday. Merry Christmas! It's March. Ahem.
Welcome to Hell : Heavy metal horror strikes again. This time, a black metal band impregnates and kidnaps a groupie for their dark ritual. She escapes, but they're hot on her trail. The ending is nothing short of a religious experience. WINK.
Isolation : If Alien took place on a farm. With mutant cow fetuses. I swear, there is science that makes some sense of that. And it's not a comedy, I swear! It's actually very nasty with some wonderful body horror.
Dr. Crippen : Based on a real crime of passion and clearly cashing in on the Psycho craze. It's a strange one to recommend, because it's based on a true event, and the movie leans pretty hard in the bad doctor's favor. But it's worth it if you're a fan of Donald Pleasence. He gets to be his strange, little self and also be the star for once.
Tamara : What a mid-2000s romp this is. A good girl gets treated like garbage and goes bad in a witchy-demon-spell kinda way. Jenna Dewan as Tamara is perfect in every way. Gives me the gay.
Dark Harvest : Don't be like "oh, I've heard of that, didn't that just come out last year?" Yep, and everyone ignored it. When it was pretty fucking great. Set in a cursed town that openly sacrifices their kids to a fantastic monster by the name of Sawtooth Jack. His head is full of candy. Like. Go watch it.
Night Screams : Regional 80s slasher where a guy dies getting his face grilled. I'm pretty sure that shouldn't have killed him. And there are like three killers by the end? Did it before Scream, just saying. Enjoy the vibes on this one.
The Third Saturday in October Part Five and Part One : Speaking of slashers. These low budget gems came out last year, and there was a cute, little gimmick to it. You're supposed to watch five, then one. It simulates growing up pre-internet. You walk into the video store, and all they have is part five. You decide to rent it, even though you've never seen the first one. Then a week later, you find one. This really worked for me. Gave me nostalgic feelings. Please, if you watch them, try it this way.
The Vampire Doll : What if Japan made a Hammer film? Well, here it is. With one of my favorite tropes: a super cute couple investigates the horrors!
Night Feeder : Genuinely the best shot-on-video horror film I've ever seen. It actually fooled me. I thought I was watching a bad VHS rip, but no, this was not shot on film. It's stylish, clearly better than you'd expect, weird, dark, and has a really bad rock band in it.
Older Gods : Low budget and full of heart and also Lovecraftian horrors. If you're reading this and care, to me it felt as if someone wrote an original story around Azathoth. Which is cool, because no one ever uses him in anything. Also, if you're like, "so what does that mean?" It means that reality is up for debate in this one.
Cheerleader Camp : One of those that people clamor for when you talk about movies that still need a proper physical media release. I see why. It's extremely fun with its tongue lodged in its cheek. It uses every slasher trope and laughs hysterically while doing so.
Below : I love my underwater horror, and this delivers wonderfully. Haunted submarine, dude. But honestly, that wasn't the scariest part. The plot was cool, and I enjoyed the mystery, yeah yeah. But more to the point, everything that can go wrong... does. Imagine being trapped at the bottom of the ocean in a giant, metal coffin. BRR!
The Werewolf and the Yeti : How many werewolf movies are on this list? Uh, shut up. As I was saying, this is great. Paul Naschy brings a massively enjoyable werewolf flick our way again. With all his swashbuckling charm. By the time the yeti shows up, so much awesome shit had happened that I forgot he was supposed to fight a yeti. I mean...
Subspecies : And how many vampire movies are on this list? SHUT UP I SAID. Anyway. Another where I mean the whole series. All of them. Radu, the main villain, is a joy. Michelle's story arc is super dramatic and full of that Interview with the Vampire angst. Special mention to the second film, which goes all out with the gore effects.
The Hills Run Red : A horror movie about horror movies. A lost film has gained a cult following, and a bunch of dumb college kids decide to track it down. You can guess how that goes. William Sadler steals the entire movie when he shows up. Babyface also has iconic slasher energy.
Abby : This one's underrated because the filmmakers got sued by the guys that made The Exorcist and lost. This is essentially the black version of The Exorcist, and it's so good that I'm depressed we'll never get a great release of it. Carol Speed is amazing as Abby. William Marshall, Blacula himself, is in it. Track this down and get mad about it with me.
The Appointment : What the hell is this. Even I'm not sure. Edward Woodward crashes his car. I mean, I don't know what else to say about it. The film ramps up the tension and dread until a ridiculously Rube Goldberg thing happens, and you have to experience it.
Frostbiter : Another of those movies made with ten cents and a lot of gumption. A bunch of people wanted to make Evil Dead II, and so they did that. They even put an Evil Dead II poster in the cabin they filmed in, so that you wouldn't even wonder about what inspired it. Also, special mention to the chili song.
Hell's Highway : Have you ever seen a movie that was really cheap and goofy, but you could see EXACTLY how it would've looked if they'd just had the money? This is that movie. Every special effect fails. Everything's so awkward and odd. But you can tell what they MEANT for it to be. So bad it's good and then some.
Dance of the Damned : Vampire. Sorry. So this one is about a vampire who wishes he could stop living eternally, because it sucks to live that long and be so alone. He finds a sex worker who is also feeling like she wishes things would just end, and they share their pain with each other. Way better than it has any right to be, mullet and all.
The Werewolf of Washington : Werewolf. I really am sorry. Dean Stockwell plays a truly adorable werewolf. And nothing about it is meant to be taken seriously at all. Gives An American Werewolf in London a run for its money in the goober department.
The Curse of Kazuo Umezu : From the man who brought you The Drifting Classroom comes... this! It's a pair of strange tales. One about a vampire, fuck, I'm sorry. And one about a haunted house that even the narrator can't figure out what's going on. Horror anime!
Lo : A young man has recently lost his love. She was dragged to hell. That old chestnut. So he summons a demon named Lo to try to get her back. With a twist that'll make you go, wait, I thought this was a comedy?
The Spider Labyrinth : This one recently got a really nice release, and I'm so glad, because it's bonkers. A young fella is sent to Budapest to find a lost professor. Instead he finds a cult. Uh oh.
End of the Line : Apocalypse horror that turns your brain inside out just a bit. A religious cult has decided it's the end of the world, and they start executing innocents so they'll "go to heaven." Are they brainwashed or is the world actually ending? You decide!
Off Balance AKA Phantom of Death : Just barely a Phantom of the Opera riff. A pianist discovers he has a rare genetic disorder that threatens to cut his career short. Also, he's kinda losing it. Starring Michael York, Donald Pleasence, Edwige Fenech, directed by Ruggero Deodato, oh my GOD!
The Lure : Killer mermaids. Well, sirens. Kind of a mix. It's also a musical. And about how awful the entertainment industry is for young women. It's also super gory, and they eat people. Truly little else out there is like this.
Redneck Zombies : What do you want me to say? It's a Troma film. It's called... that. I'm pointing. I'm pointing at the title. That's the movie. Just... Right? Yeah?
The Killer Reserved Nine Seats : Another of those gialli that is really just And Then There Were None. But the nice part is that Italy likes to get more sexual, violent, and fucking awful than Agatha Christie ever dreamed. This one also takes place in an old theater, so the vibes are choice.
Mary Reilly : I always include at least one entry in these lists that begs the question, "how did this become underrated?" And obscure, that too. When it's a Jekyll and Hyde retelling with an emphasis on the gothic and lush, starring Julia Roberts and John Malkovich? By the way, I heard people hated it because of Roberts' terrible Irish accent. Damn, dude, I've heard way worse, fake accents than that. Anyway, this is fantastic. Watch it.
The Forest : One of those slashers where I thought I understood what I was getting into, but I did not. There's a man living in the woods who went postal on his cheating wife one day. The ghosts of his family are also haunting the woods. And he's a cannibal who feeds a guy his own girlfriend. I need other people to watch this so that I can be assured it was real.
Autopsy (2008) : I put a year, because there are around 800 horror films with that title. To further narrow it down, it's the one where Robert Patrick plays basically Herbert West fused with Mr. Freeze, and Jenette Goldstein is his nurse, and they chase a bunch of college kids around for science. Kind of a pitch black comedy with torture porn aspects, and I loved it.
Glorious : A guy gets trapped in a public restroom, which is horrifying enough. Then a cosmic horror god starts talking to him from a bathroom stall. He gives him the assignment of helping to stop the end of the world. The god is J.K. Simmons, and the whole thing is a delightful bottle movie.
Nightmare Detective : From the director that brought you Tetsuo: The Iron Man... Do I have your attention? Comes the Japanese Nightmare on Elm Street! That's oversimplifying, but that is my elevator pitch. It involves all sorts of dream powers and psychic battles that will blow your socks off.
House of Lost Souls : Directed by Umberto Lenzi, which means it feels as doobery as Ghosthouse. It's about a hotel desperate to decapitate you, and it has the silliest dialogue and acting known to man. Special mention to psychic powers being cited as a "rational explanation."
The Cleansing Hour : A priest who livestreams fake exorcisms has to rumble with a real demon. Super fun character piece where a conman has to look his sins dead in the eye. Truly obsessed with this one. Also, super fun demon effects. With Kyle Gallner, everyone's favorite scream king.
Deathrow Gameshow : What if Airplane was super violent? Or The Running Man was a dumb comedy? This hits the sweetest spot, where the humor is idiotic and the violence is cartoonishly nasty. This will speak to the sort of person, like myself, who wants their comedy to be indigestible for most audience goers.
Double Blind : This is a very recent release. A diverse group take part in a double blind drug test. Things go so extremely bad. I won't give anything away, because part of the fun is the unfolding chaos.
I can't believe I managed to do that again. Enjoy! I hope you find some new favorites from this list.

Spider Lily lore go
hmmm you see thats a bit Much for 2 reasons: 1] spider lily is a 'folk tale' esque character, in fact, they were made because my close friend drake came up to me with them as ,,, folk characters as an explanation for a phenomena [in their case, the cosmic void, which is more of a Their fanon thing, in mine more generally black magic and specifically the licorice sea]. flor [and flors partner, sea angel] lived MILLENIA ago. and 2] while a complicated character spider lily is a smidge underdeveloped ,,, unforunately sea angel is just easier to put lore together with due to her direct ties to starfruit dragon. so. ill give you what i can!
so, as a premtive, a big part of my fanon was the first war of cookiekind. how it was started didn't really matter, besides it was somewhere up north where the cacao kingdom is today, but it escalated because the war god strawberry jam spirit was created from the blood shed, and millenials attempt to calm things down by sealing them in a sword uhm. Just made everyone fight over the cool epic god sword since the alliances and trade had already collapsed into a mess of fighting at this point. huh,,,, a cursed blood sword that compells anyone carrying it into a brutish monster,,, that sounds familiar! hope that isn't important later!
spider lily was from the lily villiage, but is a mage practicing blood and black magic [+ some floral magic, and maybe a bit stolen from millenial tree's roots]. Keep in mind magic does not have morality in my fanon and the whole 'blood magic' thing isn't really bad either [spider lily mainly just hurts. themself.] but like regardless they're kinda like Jesus Christ! and kick flor out.
so flor is just kinda chilling and wandering. maybe doing some shady shit but hey war mages are high in demand and with tons of blood and agony just *laying around*, spider lily is quite the threat.
insert sea angel, who is having a whole messed up religious and devotion complex and also really really overwhelmed with being The Chosen One and goes ok! I'll slay this mage to prove myself! and OOPS! All homoerotic battle that ends in them making out.
their relationship is actually very long-lasting, and ends up being very deep and passionate, all in the hellzone they're in thats really just the 'who of the week has the sword'. eventually, as their 'marriage', they swear oaths to eachother. spider lily binds them by blood, sea angel with a dragontounge oath, to share heart, mind, soul, and, the one which is going to ruin them, magic.
and. uhm. Yeah one of them falls in battle. Which leads to the other trying to save them, which is, unsurprisngly, disasterous. Taking more and more out of the fold of magic and power to get sucked into the magic loop, which,,, eventually collapses itno the licorice sea. This *basically* kills them, but their souls are entrapped in it forever as its twisted 'ruler' [this is void heart, that fucked up little lineless drawing i did a bit ago. It is Both of them <3 they are in agony <3].
their story is more abt the ramifications it has on the rest of my fanon. primarily, it gets an observer, wisteria, a powerful war mage on her own right, to finally realize how dumb and pointless this all is and going after the sword to seal it [eventually earning herself godhood and setting into motion a Ton of plot elements], starfruit dragon, wracked by even more guilt and regret, goes into a completely sleeping state that lets their magic leech out badly enough that in the modern republic people are getting light magic infestations with horrible consequences, and, slightly post-canon, void heart is 'killed' [their souls are set free] by dark roast when he's like "damn i miss my kids [latte and espresso] i'm going to become a god about it" and he fucking DOES.

munday asks
4. what made you choose this muse?
oh man i have a discord log of this lemme go back and see... ok so i was chatting to jade and saying i wanted to write a muse with a diff personality than what i had at the time but i hadn't watched anime in over a decade and reading an entire series just to find a muse i might RP would take too much time. so jade was like 'do u wanna join one of my OC worlds' and i was like 'omg but canz i be hansum guy in it' and she was 'yeah sure!!' so then i ended up shopping thru her OCverses to see where i'd fit
klaus looked lonely so i said i'd pick angel world and lo and behold she suggested the same thing at the same time so then we made aury from that
p.s. jade named him and i picked out his last name but the other options were like alistar & constantine LOL, anyways during the brainstorm stage we just called him X
and i also realize in 3 days (AKA 4/4/24) it will be the 1-year anniversary since this muse came into existence so...congrats to him? hahaha
13. what do you think about OCs?
i think they're cool and take a lot of work and more importantly, self-restraint to make into a realistic and cohesive character. the boundaries are what i have trouble with, i always want to change OCs that are 100% my creation so i've only been able to RP this guy + nezha because i have an unofficial Word of God to bounce "canon" off of and keep me in check with consistency.
don't make me make my own OCs that's like letting m. night shyamalan direct movies unchecked with his plot twists arite weird things happen and story falls apart *sweats*
30. what are your favorite RP tropes to play? (angst, hurt-comfort, etc…)
dang i haven't thought of this in a while...
i don't know about tropes atm but i like comedy in general with a bit of crack mixed in. i also enjoy writing angst but im always paranoid with overdoing it because then it gets too maudlin/melodramatic and doesn't click in the right spots and i want to eat my own hands when i read my stuff. i like when it's more understated and subtle so it hits you harder (like a aftershock) but it's honestly hard to do hahah~
oh writing angry muses is fun too. but then i wanna joke in the tags so my partner knows im not like, actually angry at them hahaha i appreciate you all very much mkay

No Longer Allowed In Another World Volume 2: Ningen Shikkaku
The stage is set, a world in front of the characters with infinite futures at their fingertips. All it takes is a single step, one small stroke of a pen to begin. But, since this is a parody series, it goes nowhere and a whole bunch of ridiculous (equal parts comedic and cool) happens. The real question is where to begin?
How about with the titular Osamu Dazai himself? The writer of "No Longer Human" (which this manga's title is a parody of), as well as other novels such as "The Setting Sun" or "The Flowers of Buffoonery", though some may know him as the lead character in Bungo Stray Dogs. Osamu Dazai is a twisted man, himself seeing the irony in his own existence.
Would I say I'm disappointed in his characterization? Sort of, yeah. They sort of glorify his appearance as the suicidal novelist, which I don't really mind, but they drop a lot of his more negative aspects, which I feel help contextualize much of his reason for acting. Without that layer of depravity it feels like Osamu Dazai's.... sort of a good guy? He provides life lessons to those around him, and even supports people for the sake of "good". Without any sort of negative aspect to his character, you don't get the sentiment of pity or salvation that should arise from good deeds. You don't get the feeling that Dazai is acting to absolve himself, to delude himself into believing that he can still be a normal person.
Alas, this is a parody manga and not many people read much of Osamu Dazai's work so I don't really expect much more, but for once I wished to throw my words into the void.
Moving forward, the comedy is still fun, and with a proper direction and foundation under its feet it can do really well. Runnings gags already arise, and the whole straight man act works pretty well for it.
Even though I griped about Dazai's characterization in this manga, I really must admit that it's enjoyable in its own way. I think if you just take the overall "idea" of Osamu Dazai as the suicidal novelist it's very enjoyable. It's just that it's a far cry from Osamu Dazai. His personality is still very prickly, and pivots to focus on scaring others with his actions. In truth, it's miles better than a lot of genuine isekai protagonists, so maybe they should start taking character inspiration from famous historical figures.
While on the topic Osamu's character, I want to drift over into art for a little bit. The overall world is somewhat simplistic, but the characters have a nice degree of charm to them when there's a concept in mind. However, as you can see with the young boy above, when there's not something strong to latch onto, they can end up rather vague and stereotypical. The worst part of the art though is building exteriors. It's well hidden with angles and other details, but they're more than likely just models copied over from some 3D software.
A good example is this great scene. The camera angle, the layout, how it leads the eye and the feeling it elicits is really good, but the buildings (especially the church) stick out like a sore thumb.
Now, the meat and potatoes of this volume: where it's going and what it wants. I've got to say, I think it's a really fun idea that incorporates a name drop for the series and incorporate some of Dazai's passion for writing into it. The idea of the "fallen angels" and exploring the depravity of humanity instead of what wrests inside of Dazai is fun, and having the girl he died with on the other side is a really nice plot point. At this point it's more a matter of how they execute on it if it's able to be good, but I have faith they'll find a way.
All of this said, I really don't think my stance on the series has changed between volumes. No Longer Allowed In Another World isn't a catchall manga, it probably doesn't even have a huge audience. It's a sort of trashy but rather fun isekai parody that plays off a gimmick to establish substance and a comedic routine. If you don't like parodies and non-sequitur humor, this probably isn't something you'll like. If on the other hand though, you do find those aspects interesting, you might enjoy reading this series.

Hey. I’m even more confused than Yuu and Mika rn. I was following along fine in the beginning. Then Yu orb started making all the humans, ok cool. One of them can understand Mikaela for some reason? Mikaela’s soul goes into him (Twice maybe bc of the original angel soul infusion)?? Mikaela is Yuu???
Wtf man. If Yuu is Mikaela, why were so many Yuu clones created and killed like they were expendable? Did Mikaela just repeatedly transfer himself over? I’m pretty sure that in the other flashbacks Yuu still treated and talked to Mikaela’s body like he was a separate soul? Is The First still unaware of the transfer after all this time? If Yuu is Mikaela, who TF is our current Mika? A random? A copy?
Why does The First need to resurrect everyone as angels specifically? Is it not enough for them to be reincarnated as humans?? God doesn’t notice/care that The First is sinning more in order to collect darkness???
I think I’m gonna give up on trying to figure this out for a little while 😓
Hey! Uh yeah.
Honestly I'm a little unsure on what to say on this one. They're the same person, but that really just leaves a slew of other questions. What happened to the angel soul that was in Yuu's body originally? Are they two souls in one body? If that's the case, who the hell is Mika? Can souls be copied/duplicated? Who even was that original angel soul? Is it even relevant? It seems like it would be. Why does Yuu have that name if the floating orb that was making humans is named Yuu?
Then there's all your questions! They're very good questions and I don't even know where to begin! This really does feel like something Sika Madu should have caught onto, but there has to be a reason he seemingly doesn't know. Yuu/Mika doesn't have his memories until they witnessed all this so maybe Sika Madu doesn't know because Yuu/Mika never knew? Idk. There's so many possibilities that it's hard to say what's possible.
I would guess the angel thing is because that was thier "original form"? He wants to restore them as they were meant to be? maybe? Idk. As to why God hasn't caught on? I suppose Sika Madu isn't exactly breaking any rules? but you'd think that something should have happened regardless...
I didn't read early early OnS so maybe one of the plot twists early on lead to more confusion than this one, but this one really leaves me at a loss. It kinda makes me excited to see where things go from here? Simultaneously, I'm WELL aware of how things can get drug out and go in weird directions with OnS so I'm just gonna sit here like :1 until we get more.
Overall though? I think it was a nice chapter! It gives us something to think about that isn't us bemoaning... well everything. I have a feeling the flashback is going to come to an end soonish and I'm glad for it. I wanna get back to the present and the other characters we know and love!

What I'm Watching, Winter 2023 Anime Season
New Stuff:
Ars no Kyojuu (Giant Beasts of Ars) - A show with a concept of "let's use waifu powers to kill raid bosses" didn't need this much worldbuilding effort. I am very interested in how this goes.
Benriya Saitou-san, Isekai ni Iku (Handyman Saitou in Another World) - Comfy no-plot isekai don't have the best performance with me, but this one is endearing enough that maybe it will break through.
Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi (The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague) - It's Wotakoi meets Interviews with Monster Girls. I like both of those things, and I'm liking this too. Very slow, and both protagonists are perfect cupcakes. Sometimes that's all you need.
Ningen Fushin no Boukensha-tachi ga Sekai wo Sukuu you desu (Ningen Fushin: Adventurers Who Don't Believe in Humanity Will Save the World) - I usually can't deal with the "what if this genre but being realistic means things suck" shows. Somehow this one didn't set off my cringe detectors yet. It might not make it through the whole season, but I'm in for now.
Otonari no Tenshi-sama ni Itsunomanika Dame Ningen ni Sareteita Ken (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten) - Ah yes, a fusion of the "perfect girlfriend you will never have" and "perfect school idol is actually a normal and sometimes sarcastic person" microgenres. Maybe it will get exasperating, but for now let's do it.
Revenger - Who knows, maybe some dark over the top samurai violence will keep my list for the season from being oops all comedy.
Rougo ni Sonaete Isekai de 8-manmai no Kinka wo Tamemasu (Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement) - Yes we get it, the only way anyone today will save up for retirement is going to a literal fantasy world. This one is superficially far on the light and fluffy side, but it's also openly wearing a black armband of unexpressed grief and I'm wondering where they're going with that.
Rougo ni Sonaete Isekai de 8-manmai no Kinka wo Tamemasu (The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady) - Is this lesbian V for Vendetta? Is this Utena with less incest? Is this no-boys-allowed magical Dr. Stone? I don't know, but I'm here for it. A possible show of the season dark horse.
Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko! (Tomo-chan Is a Girl!) - Will some teenagers figure out their feelings? How will this love directed graph resolve? Spin the wheel of twists - the main girl is a tomboy! Yeah this show is for me personally, probably. This is the frontrunner for show of the season.
Tsundere Akuyaku Reijou Liselotte to Jikkyou no Endou-kun to Kaisetsu no Kobayashi-san (Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte) - The Villainess genre is definitely going to be overloaded soon (it's been popular in the non-moving pictures space for some time). However it ain't yet, and this twist on the genre is wild. Another potential show of the season candidate.
Sequels:
Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu. 2 (BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense. Season 2) - Bofuri is one of the great comfy/funny power fantasy shows. Obviously I'm back for more.
Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou II (The Misfit of Demon King Academy II) - Misfit is one of the great awesome/funny power fantasy shows. Obviously I'm back for more of this too.
Carryovers:
Boku no Hero Academia 6th Season - it's HeroAca, by now you're either watching it or you're not.
Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! (The Eminence in Shadow) - Sorry Bofuri and Misfit - this one might be THE best takedown of the isekai/power fantasy genre. I'm going to have some things to say about this when it's done.
Urusei Yatsura (2022) - This modern take on one of the ancestors of every romcom shenanigans series today is a jolly good time.
Hall of Shame (things I already dropped after one episode):
Buddy Daddies - This is going to be the easy winner for people who are in it for comedy and feels, but I don't think I'll be able to deal with the kid. Sorry, I'm sure it's good, it's just not for me.
Dog Show - I'm not going to link it and you shouldn't look for it. I watched one episode to see how bad it is and it turns out to be softcore hentai with something that is definitely not my fetish.
Kaiko sareta Ankoku Heishi (30-dai) no Slow na Second Life (Chillin' in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army) - It's just so mid, and panty shots we don't get to see and grotesquely oversized anime tiddy can't make up for that.
Spy Kyoushitsu (Spy Classroom) - How can we take spy vs spy mind games and make them mindbogglingly boring? I don't know why you asked to do that but you did. Congrats. Skip.
Trigun Stampede - I don't need Trigun again but bad. Pass.

The Last of Us Part 2 and Shadow of Mordor: Two Parallel Takes on The Revenge Fantasy
Shadow of Mordor is not a perfect game, but is absolutely NAILS the feeling of a dark revenge-fuelled power fantasy. It expertly introduces you to the protagonist's loss/hatred through a brief-but-powerful opening, sets up antagonists you want to despise, then sets you loose to enact delightfully satisfying carnage against them.
Your experience of chopping up baddies is actively enhanced by that context of righteous wrath reflected in the player character's over-the-top methods of dispatching foes. It also maintains a cast of memorable-yet-disposable enemies to direct your violence towards with its patented Nemesis System, which adds satisfying, personal context to combat by generating rivals for the player to build an antagonistic relationship with. While narratively the game's revenge theme struggles due to mediocre writing/plot, the gameplay never fails to make you feel for all the world like some dark angel of vengeance. It accomplishes all this while maintaining a degree of grittiness that enhances the weightiness of the revenge theme. You fight in the mud and rain, bidding tragedy twist you into something monstrous and frightening to be unleashed on the deserving.
Compare all this to The Last of Us Part 2, and you'll see it follows similar steps to start, seemingly with intention to set itself up as the ultimate gritty revenge fantasy:
Instead of villains you love to hate, it opens by offering you an antagonist you genuinely despise with all your heart. Instead of simply expressing the weight of the protagonist's loss with an opening scene, the game takes drastic measures to ensure the player actively feels the loss themselves. Its confrontations are grounded in their violence compared to SoM's more impersonal and over-the-top slaughterfests, enhancing that impact of the player's righteous-but-brutal deeds. Its gameplay is both more challenging and more engaging, forcing the player to earn the vengeance they seek through hate-fuelled struggle, all while growing further resentful of the huge and faceless evil they're pitched against.
For a lot of players, that was enough. While I'd argue such moral simplicity goes against what The Last of Us is all about, there were many who played the first game without engaging in its grey shades, ignoring them to experience a simple Protective Dad power fantasy.
But in TLoU2, the game FORCES you to engage with these grey shades by halfway through placing you in the shoes of the people you've been taking "vengeance" upon. By removing them from the antagonistic context they've only been presented in so far, it slams the player in the face with the ugly reality of the revenge fantasy, re-contextualizes their own willful actions, and leaves them questioning their own perspective and judgments. This is a frankly brilliant way to deliver the game's core messages and themes; it communicates the folly of violence and revenge better than any other piece of media I've ever encountered... BUT it comes with a huge downside: It puts the player's motives at odds with the character(s) they're controlling.
You go from personally driving the game's narrative to its reluctant chauffeur, and while the car remains satisfying to drive, you're given no choice but to keep heading towards a distressing destination.
The decision to do this is brilliant from the standpoint of games as art, but it's also terrible from the standpoint of games as entertainment. While I would argue what it accomplished was something no other AAA game had attempted, thus greatly elevating the works' cultural value as a lasting work instead of a disposable distraction, I will admit it runs counter to consumer expectation and in-the-moment enjoyment.
Video games are still too young to have escaped their reputation as a hobby to unwind as opposed to art-form to enrich (especially in the AAA world), and therefore TLoU2 suffered criticism from those that had been seeking the prior, not the latter. Indeed, if its moment-to-moment gameplay wasn't so well-polished and engaging, the game would have been absolutely despised by general audiences. It is only because entertainment can still be gleaned from the fundamentally satisfying gameplay that the player carries on without growing too frustrated or disheartened by being forced to act in ways they disapprove of without any choice in the matter.
Shadow of Mordor provides an excellent parallel here, because both games use methods to build a personal relationship between the player and its antagonists, yet the outcome, methods, and intent are all completely different: SoM uses personal connection to empower the game's delicious brutality by offering rivals you love to hate. Well after the gameplay has grown stale due to lack of difficulty, the player will STILL be having fun violently clashing with and brutally disposing of foes they've built personal connections with.
TLoU2 meanwhile intentionally makes these exact same acts of violence highly unsatisfying by intentionally acquainting you with (or reminding you of) your enemies' existence as more then a vessel of antagonism. This extends even to basic enemies, who all are written and programmed to behave so much like real people with real lives that, despite the game's outstanding combat, the player has to actively repress sensations of guilt and internally justify increasingly unjustifiable actions with the old (and incredibly theme-relevant) "it was them or me" fallacy.
To summarize:
Shadow or Mordor achieves its personalizations almost entirely through mechanical systems that enhance and contextualize gameplay. It uses expertly constructed game mechanics and gameplay experiences to project depth and personality onto enemies and interactions that on their own would feel shallow and limited in personality and design. Sadly this makes its actual written narrative fall flat because it both fails to account for these self-made stories, and fails to build the same sense of connection between the player and the narrative's central antagonists, leaving them instead as unestablished entities that all die anticlimactically upon first confrontation.
The Last of Us Part 2 achieves its personalizations almost entirely through written narrative that directly manipulates and subverts the player's relationship with the gameplay. It uses fantastic writing and narrative context to project meaning and importance onto enemies that on their own would quickly feel like a parade of identical and impersonal goon squads with guns fought forty times over. Sadly this makes its actual gameplay increasingly distressing to engage with, discouraging players from engaging with the most satisfying aspects of the game, and causing them to almost dread completing each objective, as they know they will likely be rewarded only with more distressing developments.

the manga i made on it
the lemon berries- based off tokyo mew mew. but i forgot most of it. it was basically just tokyo mew mew.
supa magi maid: about villains doing weird shit to get magical fruit to fulfil their needs? but then the mc wants the fruit to save the magic people??? and then the mc and the villains legit go to the same school; and chat to each other so it's so fuckin funny as they're fighting then saying hi to each other at school the next day. based off shugo chara, but i made it go wildly in a weird direction.
One manga about a super cute magical girl with a strong penchance for extreme violence, the main villain is also similar with his battle frenzy. so when they fight, it's brutal. because they feel seen when beating up each other... they became a couple.... idk man.
Chain Lyrical: this story is massive, but it was inspired by shugo chara, kill la kill and BLEACH (?!!!) Basically the magical realm has gone to shit. and the main villains are harvesting human souls for bullshit regarding this broken world, so the mc has to stop the villains. one villain is homeless and she cares for him. it had so many characters and interweaving storylines, and a horrific plot twist...
Chain Lyrical Sequel: Regarding the daughter of the main characters, who is the most twisted ass angel ever but she ends up in some bullshit with angels and demons; yet all of them always go 'this girl is fucking insane'; i wanted to make a story where the magical girl was the most villainous even if her aims are 'good'.
yesss i love magical girl x villain ... was so obsessed with that stuff that i'd make many manga about this specifically

3, 4, 17, and 29 with the word "smile" (watch it not be there at all lmaooooo)
see I always reblog these ask game things because I think they're fun, and then the minute someone sends in something, I'm always like "self-reflection? in MY house? nah." 😂😂
3. Do you write fics from start or finish, or jump around?
oh god if I could jump around in fics, even to other wips, I feel like I would have so much power. I could get so much accomplished instead of being stuck in the same spot for literally 12 years.
4. Do you outline before you start writing? If so, how far do you stray from that outline?
jo... you listen to me complain on a near daily basis that I'm stuck on a plot point and you have the audacity--
no. I do not outline. I generally need to figure out the direction I'm going, but then we just kind of wander and see what happens.
17. What fic are you most proud of?
for the longest time, my answer would immediately be Fix You or Home. but now I'm not so sure. I really liked Human, so maybe that?
29. Send me a word. If it’s in your WIPs, include the sentence and a short summary of the fic. (smile)
Have a paragraph:
Briefly, he looks amused. His smirk turns into a smile. It’s soft, and it’s a little cocky, but it sets your mind at ease a little bit. “Might take a bit to get it right, but I’ll see what I can do.”
how to summarize this fic? basically reader seeks out yoongi to get revenge on her asshole ex-fiance. it's a bit of a twist on a fallen angel au. maybe. I think. technically.

Kid. Icarus. Uprising.
Everyone has that piece of media. That movie, that game, that book. The thing that influenced you the most as a child. For me, that was Kid Icarus Uprising.
My dad bought me this game on a whim. I had just gotten my 3DS at the time, and i only recognized this angel boy from Super Smash Brothers Brawl, another hood classic. He wasn't much of a character then. He was most known for the loud noises he made. This game, changed that. It seems that the writers were given free reign over this character and his world, and they absolutely had a blast making it. Pit is now a carefree, joyful but determined little soldier that loved Skyworld, hot springs and most of all: Palutena. Palutena was turned into this irresponsible but loving aunt to Pit. Their relationship is amazing. New characters were introduced, like Viridi and Magnus. Viridi was this sassy goddess with her own forces and nukes. Magnus? Magnus is a regular dude. He's just like you and me. He's quite skilled, as he's still alive. You even get to play as him at some point.
This game brought back old characters from the original game, and reimaged them. Pandora was the same, until a plot twist that turns her into this. So many amazing characters with distinct character designs, personalities and mannerisms appeared at every corner. There was never a dull moment with this game. I could go on for hours about each character in this game, but i think i'll beat the record for longest tumblr post if i go there.
The gameplay? Amazing. There's an online mode, where you can do PVP battles with an extra game mode. They're very fun. It's exciting seeing everyone's cracked ass weapons. It was horribly broken. But hilarious and fun. The levels were divided up into two sections: air battles and land battles. It worked like a on rails shooter. Pit could only fly for 5 minutes at a time. Due to this, you had to make your way to the destination by foot. This is where the training wheels came off and you had to fend for yourself. Dodging, taking cover and combat was all on you. The thing that made all of this worthwhile, was the banter that the characters had throughout each level. Since these are all gods we're dealing with, they were able to talk to Pit and Palutena telepathically, allowing for some enjoyable gameplay. They could comment on what Pit is doing within the level (usually it was to tease him) and talk about the current situation at hand.
The story was amazing, the gameplay felt good, the music was elite, the character design was great as well. The cast was so colorful.. Each one felt like their own person, especially with the voice work done here. Every single character has an amazing voice that fits them. The casting, voice direction and talent from everyone on this game is mind boggling. It's a huge part of the experience that sucks you into this game.
Everything about this game was oozing charm. You could have fun at any point in the game. You could access art from the game, and each model in this game had it's own little piece of writing that you could collect. The menu icons you could fiddle with and move around. The work that went into this game in every single possible field is absolutely outstanding. Masterclass everywhere i looked. I have played few games that reach this game's quality.
This is my favorite game of all time. The definitive best. I haven't had an experience with a game like i did this one. This was the game that caused me to fall in love with video games. It turns 10 today. I love it so much.

Bruh, this isnt even bad because it's based on Christianity, its bad because it's ENTIRELY INCONSISTENT with how they showed Christianity as "purist" but at the same time still want to slap in their forced "edgy" jokes at the same time. This then creating Adam. Hell, I even remember reading in the script that he says "FUCK!" Like- wasnt the point that people are wrongfully punished by purist for being different, the same way that the angels punished many "innocent" demons by sending them to Hell for being gay or whatever. What's even the goddamn point anymore if they're just going to make Heaven also "edgy", while still trying to take a shit on Christianity at the same time. AAAAAND with Helluva Boss, show that the demons actually deserve to be in Hell because they're awful, awful, awful, awful people. Sinners and alll. So by using the "its in hell!" excuse to make everyone shitty, and the "its heaven!" excuse to make the Angels inconsistently edgy and purist shitty -by doing so, Vivziepop ruined the entire nuance of Hazbin Hotel's plot.
So Adam's existence just fucks up the story's "nuance" entirely.
Look, they even put the "cursing" signs here, so is this even a spoiler anymore?! They're just leaking themselves. Lmao! /j
Adam naming the angels something along the lines of "Clitoria" and his "HAHA I FUCKING LOVE KILLING DEMONS IM SO EVIL!" meanwhile the demons he kill, because of who's writing them, are also evil- so who do we actually root for? Charlie is a white coded caricature with a white savior complex story about how she "saves" a racist Voodoo demonizing caricature from his "voodoo" dark magic, the voodoo caricature is evil, Niffty is a stalker, and Angel Dust is so many gay hatred stereotypes that it's enough to fill a damn, Vaggie is supporting Charlie's plan when she already knows how Heaven is like (if you apply the angel theory, which seeing how the names are is 100% confirmed at this point.), Husk is just... Husk, and will probbaly be the only decent person since his "sin" seems to only be that he's a grumpy alchoholic. But besides that- NO ONE in this series is actually rootable because they make them not just flawed, but so bad that they might as well all be the villains despite the so called "nuanced" direction Vivziepop is going for. It's so fucking stupid, especially now that Adam is a thing in this show.
"Adam" (cool name Viv! /s) and his Fizzaroli, Blitz bootleg looking ass.
He just looks like a demon. No "alien vibes" or anything.
It's so lazy smh. They all just look like generic angel archetypes.
Sure, his guitar thing looks cool. But his character ruins the nuance that the pilot was going for, and to an extent, the entire story.
Vivziepop now spoiling her own main twist besides ruining the nuance of her entire plot because.... why not?!
Hell! They're just leaking themselves now. So as awful as the leaks are, they're not even awful "spoiler" wise because we've been getting spoilers since day one! What the fuck is going on anymore?! 😂
Adam’s design/Vivzie’s demon designs in a nutshell.
Also, I heard that they’re naming the angels after parts of the.. female private parts.
As a christian, I’m pissed at this.
#he's just fizzaroli. glad that im not the only one who caught this.#also#the leaks are no secret anymore#so is it even a sin to mention anything from them?#its not like these are spoilers or anything so... meh. not really#the leakers however? yeah they can go fuck themselves theyre shit

Put On Your Raincoats #50 | The Jade Pussycat & The China Cat (Chinn, 1977)
From my understanding, Paul Thomas Anderson is a big fan of The Jade Pussycat, having encouraged his cast to watch it when he made Boogie Nights and compared Bob Chinn's direction to that of Alfred Hitchcock. Now, Anderson is considered to be one of the greatest directors currently working and I've directed jack shit, so perhaps I am missing something, but having seen the film, I find Anderson's claim to be a tad generous. This is seventh entry in the Chinn-helmed John-Holmes-starring Johnny Wadd series, the inspiration for the Brock Landers movies in Boogie Nights, but the first one I've seen, although I suspect one doesn't need to see the prior entries to follow along. This is a porno-noir, with the Macguffin being a priceless artifact called the Jade Pussycat, which fell into Japanese hands during World War II and is now being smuggled into the US by Jon Martin.
Martin gets doublecrossed and kidnapped by Linda Wong and her gang (which includes Chinn himself), so his sister hires private detective Johnny Wadd, played by Holmes, who we meet while his secretary is sucking his dick. Complicating things are the involvement of a pair of Germans, one of whom is a Sidney Greenstreet stand-in played by Steve Balint (whose only IMDb credits are on this movie; he also acted as "production bartender"), and the other is Georgina Spelvin doing a teeeeerrible Teutonic accent (which evaporates during her sex scenes). There are plot twists, a scene of characters pulling guns on each other in succession that reminded me of the climax of the Bollywood comedy Andaz Apna Apna, some location footage from San Francisco's Chinatown, the usual pornofunk scoring (which goes really heavy during a rape scene) and an undercranked silent comedy style sequence leading up to the Holmes-Spelvin sex scene (which the poster touts as the selling point). And some good dialogue too, like Martin's retort about the beauty of the artifact ("Baby, anything worth half a million bucks is beautiful") and Holmes' exasperated quip after bribing a hotel clerk for information ("One more thing: don't forget to claim all that money on your income tax, you asshole").
This is diverting enough, as porn and noir are natural bedfellows thanks to their innate seediness, but a lot less lively than previous efforts I've seen from Chinn. While some of the visual style was lost on me thanks to watching this on a less than ideal transfer, I'm not sure Chinn ever really nails the noirish tone this material calls for. Bizarrely, all the actors seem to be aiming for understatement, which might be an attempt to commit to the material but just makes things less fun all around. Balint and Spelvin come across the best, as they're tasked with hammier characters, and there are scenes where Wong seems like she's trying to keep a straight face after hearing a great joke the audience isn't privy to, but the latter two aren't nearly as magnetic as I've seen them elsewhere. As for Holmes, I thought back to Wade Nichols in Punk Rock, who sank his teeth into his hardboiled dialogue in a way Holmes never tries to. I've found Holmes enjoyable in a comic ensemble (Chinn makes good use of him in Hard Soap, Hard Soap and Disco Lady), but his work here is too deadpan (one could sarcastically call it Bressonian) to provide a decent centre for the movie's.
More enjoyable than The Jade Pussycat is its follow-up, The China Cat. In case you're wondering, it refers to the same artifact, which Holmes refers to by the new title only in the opening and closing narration. This picks up where the previous movie left off, with Holmes in possession of the artifact, and a group inspired by Charlie's Angels (called the Devils) trying to get their hands on it. Chinn and Holmes seem to be having more fun this time around, Chinn finding ways to pornify genre elements (like when a character puts chloroform on her privates) and tip his hat to the masters ("Send it to Bogie!") and Holmes leaning more into the comedy. There's a scene were he pours drinks in the nude, another where he shows off his Chinese snuff bottle collection (which is only three bottles, making "collection" a bit of a stretch), a restaurant scene that was lovingly recreated in Boogie Nights, a nicely varied soundtrack (one of the sex scenes is scored by some ambient synth that reminded me a bit of Air's Moon Safari), a "miniature hitlady", and some heroic acting by one of the ladies who tells Holmes "You're a very attractive man, Johnny". If the movie does suffer, it's because it's far too episodic for a private detective yarn and lacks much narrative momentum, and that Holmes' character is neither a very good detective nor terribly sympathetic. I will concede that some of my enjoyment of classic porn actors stems from my familiarity with them and I have less history with Holmes than some of the era's other stars, but I never found myself warming up to him or the Johnny Wadd character.

Fics I'm working on! Updated Feb 2nd, 2023. Includes the multichapter Ichi ideas I have. Last update Jan 24th, 2022.
I didnt unfortunately finish this upsate bc im tired, but heres some of the new stuff
Totty fics up front!
Apostasy - demon au based off of the Akuma riders hesokuri set. Todomatsu steals a traumatized skitzo virgins soul bc she just so happens to be the only one who ever found him attractive. 9.5/18 parts completed. NSFW. 😈
Equal Footing: A tsundere office worker totally hates her rival Todomatsu because he's an asshole! She definitely hates his cute lil smile and no longer has any good will towards his sexist ass. Nope, not at all. 4/6 parts completed. NSFW
Peach Boy: Currently being reworked but childhood friends having an equally inexperienced hot and cold relationship with one another because they're both petty and rude. Somehow they might make it work?? 8/??? parts completed. NSFW
I believe he's not my butler: Snobby rich girl falls for ugly man who has no prospects or capital despite his shitty personality. 1/2 parts completed. SFW
It's not cheating if we're broken up: Identity theft as a small plot point, reader goes on a romantic rendezvous with her soon to be ex's high school chum. Fucks him and then steals ex boyfriends money. Catches feelings specifically because she understands that Todomatsu is an awful piece of shit and that terribleness is an extremely attractive quality in a man for her. 2/3 parts completed. NSFW
Idol Worship: Fujio Rock/Idol au. Skeptical assistant hates her boss' attempts at romance bc he was such an asshole she can't believe he's a decent guy. Meanwhile Totty is in love and is sick from it. 3/4 parts completed. SFW for now.
Oh please, oh please: Totty and reader are annoyingly cutesy and then fuck. 1/2 parts completed. NSFW obv.
Pink Angel From hell: Host club au based off of the drama cd. Yall better do the required reading this time I s2g. Toxic Totty realizing he is worth love bc of the only dumb virgin who is in lust with him. A character exploration about parallels and oscillating expectations between two people who care for each other but do not express it in the same ways trying to meet each other finally in the middle. There's direct parallels, inversed and subverted parallels, there's symbolism and direct hypocrisy! It's gonna be good I promise to see these two and their arcs work out. Love isn't bought its cultivated and grows over time, not bc someone pays for it. You cannot expect a transactional relationship to become a romantic one right off the bat. Plus I find asshole evil Totty super hot so begone if u want initially healthy loving Todomatsu. Dip ur feet in the acid, my dear. The toxic is great this time in spring! 5/??? SFW for now, will be NSFW later.
Your body often finds my coffin: vampire au, half inspired by the lines in Love me dead, the horror of our love by Ludo and also the song twisted teeth from the 35mm musical. One of my rare serious fics and a lesson in open communication and consent. It's lust to hate to accepting to love story. I've only written the original one shot at this point but I really wanna write more and a multichapter fic of it. SFW as of now but idk it could get spicy.
In the peach pit, saw you fake it: punk rock bookstore worker has an enemies to friends to lovers with Todomatsu after they go on a bad tinder date. They're coworkers too. One of the few Totty fics I actually establish an entire initially platonic relationship on screen instead of in the background. If you love edgy traumatized autistic punk girls who are tryna recover and be her most authentic and happy self and Todomatsus ugly ass you'll enjoy this. Oh yeah and Totty and Karamatsu go to substance abuse counseling! ???/??? current chapters uploaded are sfw but it doesnt stay it. I'm nearing the end writing it though? I just need to bump it with some content and get everything in one document and in order.
Pure Snow, Muddied Tracks: Totty at a mixer bags an equally inexperienced virgin. They fuck and then enter once again an unhealthy relationship. It's really weird but this one was written because I wanted to see how Todomatsu would be an a legit fucked up boyfriend. I'll trigger warn it. There's no sexual abuse but Todomatsu does get gaslighty and possessive. This was written explicitly bc I wanted to see him be evil, it does not fully go into outright abusive territory and stuff but yeah I mean viewer descrection. Wouldn't read this one if you've been in an emotionally manipulative relationship. ???/??? NSFW Changed the title too.
Talked refine: based off of the Hozier song Talk and that one set where the matsunos get blackout drunk. Totty actually has game for once but still fumbles the bag. Doesn't lose his virginity even tho his brothers didn't even fuck it up for him. 0/2 parts completed. Suggestive with an alt NSFW ending.
The Dust Settled Under your Starry Night eyes: trans guy reader and trans Tottimi. Outlaw western au. Reader is a bank robber who spots Tottimi on a hit with her brothers. It's love at first sight, they become their most naked and real selves within the dusty night. 0/3 parts completed. Suggestive but like in a poetic way :^)
Eyes Always Seeking: Story about death and rebirth. Todomatsu buries his dead spouse in a pet cemetery and they come back wrong. Mostly completed. SFW...I dont really have a pervy idea for it tbh. I might later?
Mutually Creepy: Two virgins hit on each other in the most bizarre and frankly creepy ways. NSFW One-shot (this ones almost done)
Codependency: A coworker of the girl Todomatsu and Karamatsu fought over has DPD and a crush on Todomatsu. He takes advantage of it (another bad guy totty fic??) Based a little bit off of the song June 6th/Boyish by Japanese Breakfast. Anyways these two are codependent in a weird little way. 0/2 SFW.
Better To Eat You With: This one is kinda weird, sorry. There's a new cast member on Osomatsu-san who keeps trying to seduce Todomatsu. First skit Todomatsu has with this new character is her as the big bad wolf and him as Little Red Riding Hood. It's a character study, it's a deconstruction of ososan's reality, it's about how the mechanics of the characters reality works, its about loneliness and desire and wanting to be wanted and infatuation and a critical analysis! It's a lot! Todomatsu kisses his hand! It's sexy im sorry. It's a oneshot but is over 8k so I'll have to post it on ao3. NSFW
Cracked Vanity Mirror: no actual love interest, just Todomatsu being lonely scrolling through tinder. sfw
What Do You Call This Emotion?: Todomatsu tries to play games but isn't experienced enough to win them. sfw so far
Ash To Ash, Back To Back: punk band au. probably nsfw
Broke and Dusty: love and collecting old electronics. sfw And They Were Roommates: An exchange student comes back to Japan after cutting off her narc family and decides to live her best life rebelling and not listening to what shes told! She's supposed to rent out and manage a rental property but says fuck it lol. Asks her bffs Sacchi and Aida who should move in w her and they say "Totty, go save that boy PLEASE!" bc they wuv him. anyways Totty and the reader link up and become like best friends forever!! There's not REALLY tension at first, they're literally just friends and its very cute, like vibing really hard. anyways yeah they were roommates! I havent written much for this one yet but im trying to figure out what's gonna make it shift to a romantic dynamic. Anyways best friends to lovers. I think its gonna be nsfw. 3 chapters written so far.
Wait, Why Am I Your Second Choice?!: Todomatsu has a unionized rotation of girlfriends bc Sacchi and Aida want him off those damn sugar apps. He's too naive and stupid to be getting into that so his very good friends have been taking applications to join his platonic girlfriend roation. The requirements is that each person has to be in a pair. Anyways reader and her bff joins and they become good friends w Totty! But Totty likes the reader's friend and not really the reader intitally. Friendship, unrequited affection, rejection and mutal understanding are the major themes here. i havent decided how it ends yet! sfw
Bambina: Vaguely based off of my experiences with my baby lol! Very personal djkjkdsg....todomatsu gets hired as a handy-man after he and matsuyo spend sometime watching a milf get attacked by an infant for a few weeks. The reader is related to Kin-chan! Kin's her older sister <3 anyways reader lives with her grandma after her divorce and Totty is paid to fix shit around the house. they fall in WUV <3 ????/???? i havent written any nsfw yet for it but itll be there
With Ya Old Ass: Totty takes reader to his fishin hole and is an old man about it. They are bi4bi. sfw
THE PERSONALS!!! AKA I probably wont be posting all of these
Quit Playin': this one is me getting my feelings hurt lol...
DieTai: I literally will never post this but its about if I were an anime character and the genre it'd be and if Todomatsu would like me the same amount I like him. A deconstruction of the OI ive been reading, a deconstruction and critique of whump as a genre. its about thinking you know someone until you meet them, and about romanticising bad traits because you cant be harmed by them bc theres a level of safety and the fear of rejection is gone when youre kissing a screen and not another set of lips. this one makes me SO sad!!!!! its cathartic. its nsfw because of its many themes
Green Ribbon: It's a very personalized story about my trauma that involves some body mutaliation and extreme depictions of child abuse. Makes reference to the Scary Stories about the green ribbon. this one makes me sad so i havent finished it, but Totty asks me a question during my grieving season and I cant answer him. sfw and unsexy too
Crying Over Spilled Milk: Idk it was october and I wanted to process my grief a bit better. It's about if Totty saw me the day my mama died lol.....it's a very realistic take on the ososan universe imo where theyre just actors and like regular ppl w/o any weird reality bending or anything. just the brothers as childhood actors w references to kun and other akatsuka characters. anyways like totty goes out peacocking after the 2nd episode airs and sees me and tries to nonverbally flirt and eavesdrops on my phone convo and then watches me have an entire breakdown on the trainplatform bc i found out my mama died! I literally will never ever post this but im typing it here so i can remember it by next october. this did not stay sfw
I'll Be Back Tomorrow Or The Next Day: based very much off of my real life and real marriage and if totty was there ig. nsfw
Strip Yourself Bare For Me: By The Layers about tottys year in America in 2017. We were penpals and he moves in w me after being homeless in Japan. we fall in love-love. ends sadly bc he goes back to Japan and we break up </3 nsfw
Don’t lead me on!: posted. 1/2 done. Im best friends with todomatsu and i tell him i love you like i say to all of my friends constantly and forever and he takes it WAAAAYYY too seriously.
I’LL KILL YOU!!: @itchypinefield is here! First words said to you by your soulmate au. He’s threatening to kill me, im doing the same <3
————————————-
HOW COULD I FORGET TO ADD MY TOTOKO SET!!
For Someone Like Me: based off of susie save your love, totoko has unrequited feelings for me while i rush head first into a pretty unhealthy relationship with todomatsu. We become girlfriends <3
You’re a star, baby!: Choromatsu gets fired and Totoko replaces him with a brand new social media manager that leans into her heel with a babyface behaviors but she realizes that her new agent/secretary/assistant/sns marketer is kinda cute and really into her.
Shred me with your teeth: making out with totoko but shes got shark teeth and shes cute and needy 🥰
Summer Crush: in tottys pov, and an ot3 fic with me, him and totoko. Todomatsu and Totoko are roommates living in America trying to get their careers to take off after their sketch comedy reboot fails flat in the water. Ex child stars who want to be taken seriously in their prospective niches, Todomatsu in theater and Totoko as a television actress. They both have a lot of sexual tension but Todomatsu has a crush on me bc he sees me on hjs jogs. Totoko is initially jealous and investigates until she also gets a crush on me bc i truly am adorable. Anyways we eventually all date
______________________
AUS WITH FRIENDS/SERIES WITH FRIENDS! These all have porn im sorry
Erina section! @girlymatsu co-owns these aus with me! Some if not most of these have very little actually written 😭
You're Kinda Just Some Guy, Huh?: Normiematsu au with Erina, Benimatsu are actually very well respected actors in their gag anime, and are still virgins. They're just some guy though, very practical, not particularly innocent but they do respect women and try not to be creeps. They end up trying to hard to not be creeps they become majorly repressed freaks. Nsfw
Mixer Set!: One of these includes @ichikos but the rest are me and Erina ending up at mixers with benimatsu. one involves the matsunoir au thingy. Another one is they get yucky at a mixer and then do public stuff on a train like a week later sorry, and the final one i fogor
Won’t You Be Mine, Earth Angel: osomatsu and todomatsu are incredibly good at their angelic duties, and have been tasked with saving two lost souls from damnation in an experimental therapy. Lots of worldbuilding but despite being super nsfw its a ton of wishful fulfillment for me personally about unconditional love and family.
Mechanical: mecha au! Erina is an intergalactic warrior princess, Osomatsu is a half mixture of himself and proper Osomatsu. He has mixed feelings about his duties, osokun still canon but the brothers are child soldiers and this is NOT a good thing! 18!Todomatsu is assigned evil by playing gta v in what should’ve been a 2 minute simulation and is given a service dog mecha/friend who he then eventually marries
Sleepover slumber party!!: benimatsu go to a sleepover with us and slut it up <3
Mononoke au (i dont have a title sorry): this one splinters but idk theyre cute theyre the mononoke i have no brain to type out the plot but theres a plot I swear nsfw
Two slow dancers: based off of that s3 episode and is Evan’s au! Osomatsu is divorced, behind on child support, living alone in a house he can barely afford bc of his gambling addiction, and the woman he flirts with at holiday parties moved across the street from him. He starts getting his life together but has to deal with the guilt of ruining his first relationship and thinking his three kids hate him, but also dealing with the fact he still has a life to live and wants to he in love. On the flip todomatsu has dead wife syndrome and is very confused by his work wife because we look exactly alike. Anyways a marriage by convenience and then falling in love or w/e. Nsfw
Put a collar on that mutt: based off of the billionaires werewolf au, i dont think theres really a plot i think its just sex tbh.
Magical Girls: osoko has a big comphet problem, and erina is bisexual but then dates osoko’s sleezy alternative self! And also Totoko also has a problem, her evil alternative self is getting married to her true love!
Investment: based off of e3.5 or whatever where they’re the unused brothers. Todomatsu flirts with me, gets my number, then gets up and flirts with erina and i get mad. I see him again when we’re both getting pressured at a mlm conference, we get lost on the way home and i realize whar a cringe fail loser he is (osoeri are falling in love btw) and Totty gets a crush on me bc i dont throw him ina river.
Eros’ Arrow: cupid au, ough i wish i had the energy but its VERY lore heavy, very based off of greek mythology along with world building about cupids as a society, as a species, as a job, and like how love is crushed out of ppl bc of capitalism. Cupids falling in love with humans is an expected flight of fancy that they have to grow out of, but these two dont.
Dragon au: inspired by @chorotchi’s dragon au, very lore and fairytale inspired. Erina is a “cursed sacrificial bride” but actually is a witch, im a holy knight. Beni kissing.
______________________
Mobile Games Are Lame!: An otome isekai but with Ichimatsu! The reader played a mobile game for a while but died and got reincarnated and realized that she was gonna have to get married to one of these brothers. she picks Ichimatsu and they have a veeery sweet romance where they communicate through notes bc ichi is shy <3 sfw and a oneshot project with my friends, and also splinters off. I’ll probably write the whole idea down when i get the chance, but every major character gets a route. This is also the villainess au with my friends and where it alll originated from
I Don't Love You: Reader falls in love with the weird guy who keeps feeding her cats. NSFW 1/4
Sakura Petals: childhood friends who lost connection and then fall in love. I started writing this years ago but didnt get very far. sfw
_____________________
Loving You Is Easy Because You're Dead: ghost boyfriends! All of the brothers have died except for the ones that arent dead! You some how manage to date them. 6/6 done, epilogue planned
Who You Actually Are: Story about all the brothers growing up, moving out and becoming healthier people. Involves LOTS of growing pain and looks at their relationships under a critical lense. Has a happy ending but its really hard getting there. There's probably like 5/20 chapters done. SFW
Valentines Day/White Day: Preplanning this, hoping to have my queue cleared out before these dates tho!
Ache & Bake: Request! Outlines done! Just need to get the emotional stamina to write them. Multichapter fic based off a request 2/6
Birthday Bash: Request, outlines done. Christmas Party: Request, outlines done. Road trip: Request, outlines done! Another multi chapter request.
Through Rain or Shine: Request with shy!Karamats taking the lead.
#my WIP page!#roros projects#screaming and crying why do i have so many open projects asjkskjkjefs#roros wips#hard hat is on!
