the depression has hit me like an acme anvil for the past few weeks (normal this time of year i get the Pee Tee Ess Dee wave the second november even sniffles) and ive been struggling with some routine things as depression is ought to do

but ill be damned. i have not missed a day of brushing my teeth literally all year!!! literally unprecedented im stoked

#skelly speaks #nfkdg this is a big achievement ive been struggling with that my entire life and it shows #my teeth are in shambles from the last so many years but at the same time.#at the same time i think relatively they look the best they have in a Very Long Time from my consistency #also it just feels better ill be honest with you 😭#please take care of yourselves dont be like me djsjdj you must brush your teeth #use a lil floss every other day.... your gums will stop bleeding i promise #genuinely fjdj it sounds and feels silly but if you are having problems with floss you should look up how to do it #theres lots of dentistry websites more than happy to teach you about brushing flossing what mouthwash to use toothbrushes etc...#extremely good
