Okay so this might sound really stupid but I always picture “reader” as me, yknow? And Touya-Nii owns my fucking soul so if I had to associate myself as one of your reader characters, it’s Touya’s baby sister. I just finished reading your Tomura piece (which was amazing by the way) and is it normal to feel jealous?? Like even though new reader is still us, the Touya-nii reader in me is still so jealous idk why ;-;

like i (v briefly) mentioned earlier to snowflake anon, i had a feeling this might happen, and i completely understand where you’re coming from!! i think your feelings are absolutely valid; many people have formed strong emotional attachments to my iterations of these characters (as well as hori’s original iterations of these characters!!!) so it makes total sense that something like this may cause a sort of emotional reaction, and i think that’s okay! and, as the author/creator, i can also tell you for a fact that touya-nii’s reader would absolutely feel a hint of jealousy, hearing that tomura has found someone new.

you’re entirely right in saying that both readers are meant to be you, so i do sincerely hope that you are eventually able to enjoy being both fantastic readers and feeling the satisfaction in knowing you have both men (literally!! they both belong to you!! and you can switch between them any time you’d like!!), but!!! with that being said, since this is all fiction, you are absolutely allowed to disregard this spin off series and ignore it entirely. if it makes you feel better to forget that this tomura piece exists and you’d rather think of the hypothetical piece i wrote for tomura’s last birthday as being canon in your own heart, even if it isn’t canon in the/my ‘official’ canon, then you are 100% more than welcome to do that. i’ll even come up with a separate tag for this spin off series (it’ll be called the flawless series, so the tag will be: #flawless series) so you can blacklist any posts and asks about it, if you’d like to <3

i hope all of this makes sense!!! if you need any further clarification or you want to discuss it more, please do not hesitate to reach out to me & send another ask!! i share my work in hopes of both helping others and providing others with a sense of entertainment or comfort etc etc, so if there’s a piece that you find upsetting, i welcome you to disregard it, entirely ignore its existence & say it’s dead to you. i do this with the entire star wars sequel trilogy!!! they upset me so much that i decided to completely exclude them. as far as i am concerned, those films simply do not exist in my heart <3
