I am still in a hurry to leave the Mediterranean sea as it can reveal quite dangerous storms in late autumn. So we continued in a daily rhythm westwards to Almeria. We stopped at some anchor bays along the coast such as Cala Salitrona, Ensenada de La Fuente, Cala Reona, Carboneras, Aguilas.

During the day, we had intense swimming and diving sessions, which we didn’t have since weeks. The water was warm and clear. No jellyfish. Many fish (mmmmmh we were quite successful with fishing). However, due to the fact that these anchor bays were not really sheltered against the waves, the nights were horrible! Imagine, you sleep in an old wooden cradle and your eldest - angry and jealous - brother is swinging you in a random way all night long. ARRRRRGGGGHHHH.
