Is the worst of winter over now? The sunshine is back here at Yoga Beach House and it is helping us recover from this years aching flu. Rachel  + Jessie got it + are both recovering having not used traditional medicines. Instead we tried an essential oil flu bomb. It really worked and the house smelt lovely!
