I need to make some sales immediately. As a result of several small catastrophes I'm still as of 5pm on August 27th unable to produce the last $1000 of my August rent, when ideally I should be making sales for September. I'm on shaky footing. I'm not doing well since mom died. I can barely get out of bed I can get evicted, I can't handle moving. I could really use some help. Life has been too hard lately and I really need a break.

Argos with mr plants scar now. Mr plant as the tall and gentle but slightly erratic guy now. Argos as the calm and collected externally but internally about to fucking snap any second now. Argos but he also occasionally makes his victims into tea. Mr plant but he manages to be mute and yet still talk too much. Argos but he thinks shit like "Hes lucky i have a soft spot for flowers"(he still gardens) when Mr. Plant is being annoying.

Back a little over a year ago I decided to start growing a tomato plant on my porch to hell my mental health while unemployed. Now I didn't know you were supposed to trim shoots off of tomato plants regularly, and after a few rainstorms came through the plant overtook the flimsy stakes I'd placed and grew to madness.

I finally trimmed the hell out of it and reworked the stakes, then eventually found a proper tomato cage to contain it.

But I was looking at it today and found this:

It looks like one of the thicker sections of it got twisted nearly off a long while ago. You'd think a break like that would kill the entire branch, but i followed it up and

This is just one of several new offshoots from this branch.

And on the one hand this fills me with a nice fuzzy feeling and my human brain is making this a while metaphor for how you can keep growing anew even after severe trauma further back in your timeline or whatever...

But I'm also in awe and slight terror of tomato plants in general now, or maybe just this specific one. This isn't the first time this tomato plant has recovered and grown branches in seemingly impossible ways. This thing survived getting stuffed in my car for a week when we had construction.

Hell, I ended up saving the shoots I'd pruned off it and trying rooting hormone on them, expecting to get maybe one or two successes. Now I have fifteen Idiot Tomato Sons on my porch growing strong and I have no idea what to do from here.

Is Serena Really that Good of a Friend? oor.... Does MeAgain have something on Serena that keeps her in 'the picture'? I ask because even Oprah, Gayle King and Tyler Perry seem to have distanced themselves from MeAgain and Hazbeen. You never see or hear of these three in the MeAgain story anymore...not since Lilibucks christening. Weren't there supposed to be pics of the christening in People mag but it seems that was ditched and Tyler Perry made fast tracks out of Monteshito mansion and hasn't been mentioned in relation to these horrible two since.And what's up with Nacho? Is he really good pals with Hazbeen? I thought I read that his wife couldn't stand MeAgain yet here they are being chummy. I have to wander about this Nacho guy. People spend time with those they have things in common. So, is Nacho like Hazbeen...enjoying the same 'foibles'?I have always suspected that William and Hazbeen were never as close as the media wants us to believe because Hazbeen and William have nothing in common as far as morals, character, or interests. I never believed they were close as children or after Di's death. May 22nd,

My mom is home! She qualified for home hospice. Her dementia is profound enough that I can get some support with meds and a weekly visiting nurse. However she's been insanely energetic. She's taken her bandages off every time I leave the room. She's very active and is occupying all of my time keeping her from putting that energy into something destructive.

She is much better at home, much less fearful about everything, including walking to the bathroom, but I'm still not sleeping or able to get much done.

I still owe $1200 on my May rent. Apparently, my landlord came down from the mountains while we were in the hospital, looking for payment. I could really use some assistance getting stuff paid. I may not be drawing a paycheck but I promise I've never worked so hard at such stressful work in my life.

I'm a renter so investing in garden infrastructure is a balance and a compromise.

Mine is a garden of poverty. Found objects, repurposed items, cheap tip finds, composting, creativity and elbow grease is what my various vegie gardens run on.

Everything you see here I got for free. Wood lengths and a wire trellis from a curbside rubbish pile and bricks that were onsite when I moved in. This is all packed together between the legs of a garden arch which I bought cheap several years ago.

Today I refreshed the soil with 50% home sourced ingredients. Pea seeds saved from last season will go in soon. This DIY box will be feeding me again shortly.

This is how I spent my Earth Day. I hope your Earth Day was equally rewarding.
