Good news everybody! Planting birdseed on a whim nets you absolutely ridiculous amounts of sunflowers.

my pink polka dot plant is EXTREMELY leggy and one of the stems is now butted against the glass dome i keep them in so... it's really time to start chopping and propping but i'm like, inexplicably scared the cuttings won't root and i'll just end up with extremely short bald plants

i've had a pink polka dot plant for several months now that is... surviving but not thriving and i cannot figure out what the hell is wrong with it. i ended up taking cuttings and the cuttings are doing EXTREMELY well, like the leaves they're putting out are huge, they're compact & the stems aren't leggy, they were putting out flower spikes as the weather turned, etc... meanwhile the original plant still looks absolutely miserable and with every little adjustment i make to how i care for it, a new and different Problem occurs. garfield. speak to me.
