think i realized today that im allowed to accommodate myself better than other people have accommodated me
#i struggle with standing over long periods of time a lot#plantar fasciitis babey!! so its nothing too major. but it does start hurting after like 10-15 minutes of standing#and it gets pretty bad over long periods of time#and theres a concert i really want to go to that's a standing concert#and im getting a cane beforehand i think#im gonna let my friend know im getting a cane. and then im going to get a cane#i dont want to forget the whole thing because i was in pain the whole time#and if i think it'll help then why not i guess#just because other people havent helped me doesnt mean i cant help myself or something
