This farmer couple used silicon to create molds in the shape of their own feet. They then planted turnips using these molds. As the turnips grew, they filled the molds and took on the shape of their feet.

Disney World grows vegetables like this in molds, too.

hey not to brag or anything but so far this summer I’ve seen 1 slime mold (dog vomit slime mold crawling on a stump along a trail) and 3 horsetail stands (the last one a couple days ago in a dirty ditch behind an office park) and 2 days ago I saw a pair of turkeys with 4 little fluffy baby turkeys between them. just so everyone knows and we’re on the same page here

Yeah, so while I was on my "I'm going to read into Vanny/Vanessa as much as possible" journey, I noticed an odd quirk in her animations in how she moves. At first, I thought it reminded me of a ballerina, 'cause she's kinda tip-toeing, & she has this way of keeping her head & chest in one place as she moves, but I looked again & realized --

That's not ballet! She's doing a tight-rope act. Like, look at this one:

This is like standing up on the wooden boards before you do the actual tight-rope walking, & the ring leader is hyping you up as you do some fun movement for the crowds. &, then, these:

These are all instances where she walks with one foot directly in front of the other. In that third, she's doing the "woaaah" wiggly-ass balance movements & everything, as if she's swaying up at the top of the tent, even though she's down on solid ground.

Idk, I feel like the way her feet are placed isn't accurate (pretty sure they should be pointed left & right, not both forwards...) doesn't make this 100% correct, but I like it. It also connects back with her first SB teaser, wherein she's up in the rafters.

im either going to be our secondmost plagued by visions prophet guy tomorrow or im going to jail for viktor abuse. based on the poster where his hand is stretched out + viktors overall theme of the horror of losing your body and agency to physical disability. also slightly informed by the subplot with ekkos tree, and viktor and magic being associated with plants the whole show thus far. i was going to have him rooted to the ground in some way but it felt a bit too far out there? idk. i was thinking about it, anyway. might also be kicking myself tomorrow

i appreciate what the impulse is when some people see a sad wet monster guy so just incase - no thirst/joke comments or similar on this please. its also very much a vent piece based on personal feelings/experience/how much i relate to the character/etc. handle him and me gently

Lucinda Anderson: at home bc I can’t deaw the dorm rooms for my life

I might tweak the background later this week, but for now u have her room. A few hcs I have for her (or are they cannon bc she’s my oc?):

-she’d love to decorate her room but is barely home enough to do it (but she has a wall full of posters) -Her room od way more messy than this, she just pushed everything aside for the picture -Her hair IS natural, for SOME reason her and her sister were born with blonde in their hair. (No reason, yet.) -The Venus Flytraps on her jacket are symbolism, bc I’m choosing plants to represent all the charatcers (I have to put my plant phase to use yk?). The flytrap means Persistence, bc she’s a persistent bitch. -She has a lot of little scars and bruises from being reckless (might’ve froggotne to add them, this is NOT THE FINAL VERSION OF HER)

About the Lights Out AU, wouldn't the building start crumbling due to weathering and stuff since there's no maintenance? Wouldn't the roof fall apart or like part of it at some point?
