You stood outside "The Ghostly Getaway," a towering old mansion rumored to be the most terrifying escape room in town. A thunderstorm brewed overhead, casting an ominous shadow on the cracked facade. Your heart raced with excitement as you turned to the rest of the group, a mischievous grin on your face.
"Ready to face the haunted escape room of a lifetime?" you asked.
"Let's go!" S.Coups exclaimed, pumping his fist in the air. His enthusiasm was infectious, but you couldn't help noticing the nervous glances from a few members of the group.
DK, visibly jittery, asked, "Do we have to go in? I mean, we could just go get ice cream instead, right?"
Hoshi shook his head. "No way, DK! This is going to be epic!"
Jeonghan, ever the prankster, whispered in DK's ear, "Don't worry, I'll hold your hand if you get scared." DK's eyes widened, not entirely sure if Jeonghan was joking.
With a collective deep breath, the group stepped through the massive wooden doors into the dimly lit lobby. Dust hung in the air, and the floorboards creaked with each step. You heard a distant rumble of thunder, adding to the eerie ambiance. A strange chill ran down your spine.
"Spooky," Woozi deadpanned, his eyes scanning the room. He didn't seem fazed by the haunted decor.
Seungkwan, on the other hand, clutched his chest dramatically. "If I scream, don't say I didn't warn you," he announced.
Joshua chuckled. "It'll be fine, Seungkwan. Just relax."
Vernon, with his usual laid-back attitude, rolled his eyes. "You guys are too jumpy. It's just a game."
The group was greeted by a staff member dressed in a Victorian-era outfit, complete with a top hat and a sinister grin. He handed you a map and a set of cryptic instructions, then disappeared behind a hidden door. The adventure had officially begun.
The first room was a large parlor filled with dusty bookshelves, faded portraits, and old furniture. Hoshi immediately took charge, pointing out the various items of interest. "All right, everyone, spread out and look for clues. We need to find the key to the next room."
Mingyu, ever the klutz, accidentally bumped into a bookshelf, sending a cascade of books to the floor. The loud crash echoed through the parlor, causing Jun to jump. "What was that?!" he exclaimed, his eyes darting around.
Woozi sighed. "Relax, Jun. It's just Mingyu being Mingyu."
The8 calmly sifted through the fallen books, his keen eye spotting a hidden compartment. "Found something," he said, holding up an old key. He handed it to you, and the group made its way to the next room.
The hallway leading to the next room was narrow and lined with flickering candles. The shadows they cast danced on the walls, creating eerie shapes that seemed to move on their own. DK clung to Joshua, whispering, "Why do I have a bad feeling about this?"
Joshua patted him on the back. "It's all part of the experience, DK. Just keep moving forward."
As the group entered the next room, they were greeted by a grand dining hall with a massive chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The table was set with dusty plates and silverware, and a musty odor filled the air. Jeonghan, ever the prankster, slipped away from the group, no doubt planning his next scare.
Seungkwan pointed to the chandelier. "That thing looks like it could fall at any moment," he said, taking a step back.
Vernon shrugged. "It's probably fine. Just don't stand directly under it."
Hoshi led the group to a large puzzle on the far wall. It was a complex arrangement of gears and levers, and it was clear that solving it would be the key to unlocking the next part of the escape room. The8 and Woozi immediately got to work, their minds focused on the task at hand.
As the rest of the group watched them work, the chandelier above them began to sway. Mingyu, not noticing, accidentally bumped into the chain holding it up, causing it to swing wildly. This time, it was S.Coups who screamed, diving for cover behind a nearby chair.
"Seriously, Mingyu?" S.Coups exclaimed, peeking out from behind the chair.
Mingyu looked sheepish. "Sorry, I didn't mean to—"
But before he could finish, a loud crash echoed through the room as Jeonghan, dressed in a ghost costume, burst out from behind a curtain, letting out a blood-curdling scream. The entire group jumped in fright, with DK clinging to Joshua, Seungkwan screaming at the top of his lungs, and Jun nearly bolting out of the room.
Woozi, however, just stared at Jeonghan. "Really, Jeonghan? A ghost costume? That's the best you can do?"
Jeonghan pulled off the sheet and grinned. "What? It worked, didn't it?"
The8, unfazed by the chaos, continued working on the puzzle. "Got it," he said, as the gears clicked into place. A hidden door opened on the far wall, revealing a dark staircase leading downward.
The group cautiously descended the staircase, their footsteps echoing in the narrow space. The air grew colder as they reached the bottom, and the faint sound of whispering filled the darkness. Dino, determined to show his bravery, took the lead, flashlight in hand.
"What is that?" Jun asked, his voice trembling slightly.
S.Coups shrugged. "Probably just a sound effect. They're trying to scare us."
As the group entered the basement level, they were greeted by a series of small rooms filled with ancient artifacts and mysterious symbols. Hoshi pointed to a wall covered in strange runes. "Looks like we need to decode this to move forward," he said, eager to solve the puzzle.
While Hoshi, The8, and Woozi worked on deciphering the runes, the rest of the group explored the surrounding rooms. Jeonghan, still in prank mode, slipped away again, hoping to catch someone off guard. Mingyu, trying to be helpful, accidentally knocked over a stack of ancient urns, sending shards of pottery flying.
"Dude," Vernon said, shaking his head. "Maybe you should just stand still."
"Sorry," Mingyu replied, sheepishly picking up the pieces.
The whispering grew louder as the group moved deeper into the basement. Seungkwan clutched his chest. "I swear, if something jumps out at me, I'm going to have a heart attack!"
Joshua chuckled. "Don't worry, Seungkwan. We'll get through this together."
After successfully decoding the runes, the group entered the final room. It was a cavernous space with a large sarcophagus in the center, surrounded by flickering torches. Hoshi pointed to the sarcophagus. "Looks like we need to open that to find the final clue," he said, his excitement palpable.
But as the group approached the sarcophagus, the torches flickered wildly, and a sudden gust of wind blew through the room. Jeonghan, hidden behind a nearby pillar, jumped out with a loud shout, scaring everyone half to death. DK screamed so loudly that even Vernon flinched, while Jun ducked behind Mingyu for safety.
"Jeonghan, seriously?" S.Coups said, trying to catch his breath. "You're going to give someone a heart attack!"
Jeonghan just laughed. "Sorry, I couldn't resist!"
Woozi, unimpressed by Jeonghan's antics, approached the sarcophagus and lifted the lid. Inside, they found the final clue—a map leading to the exit. The group followed the map through a hidden tunnel, emerging into a lush garden outside the mansion. They had successfully completed "The Ghostly Getaway."
As they caught their breath and laughed about the night's events, Hoshi turned to you with a grin. "That was awesome! We should do this again sometime!"
"Yeah," S.Coups agreed. "Maybe with less ghost costumes next time, though."
Jeonghan smirked. "But where's the fun in that?"
Seungkwan, still recovering from the scare, said, "I need ice cream. Like, right now."
With a sense of accomplishment and a shared feeling of camaraderie, the group headed to a nearby diner for a well-deserved meal. Despite the scares, the pranks, and the unexpected chaos, it was a night they would never forget. And you knew that this was just the

Cut Here (Part 6)
TWs: Language, drugs, mentions of abuse
1988
Some months have passed ever since Trevor and Michael's first encounter and robbery. From that day on, they have engaged in various other crimes together, that ranged from small pickpocketing to selling weed to junkies that passed by under that bridge the duo first met, to bank robberies.
Michael was a planner, carefully studying his every move before acting. He explained Trevor he has already been in prison twice as a consequence for not thinking his moves through enough, and of course he wasn't gonna make the same mistakes.
Trevor on the other hand was a ticking bomb, just waiting, BEGGING, to go off and blow shit up. Sure he cared about getting money and getting the job done, but not as much as causing mayhem with no restriction whatsoever.
A weird mix, but it strangely worked. Surprisingly good too.
Part of Michael was terrified of Trevor's impulsive and reckless nature, yet another part of him found that man... interesting. "T" (so he called him) was good with weapons and plus had a grand physical strenght, but didn't even need to use those skills: his roars and screaming threats were enough to intimidate anyone. And while "M" was more laid back, T's behaviour encouraged him to let go and unleash his inner wild side. He was pretty sure T would have got them both killed at some point sooner or later... yet the thought was absolutely exhilarating.
As for T... it felt so right, to have finally found someone who didn't utterly hate him or ran away from him screaming in terror as soon as they saw him. Someone who made him feel alive, like "his life was worth living".
"Come on... piece of shit... WORK!" Michael was grumbling to himself while trying to make the TV work.
Trevor was lying down on their cabin's couch, amused by Michael's annoyance "All of this just for a movie?"
"Hey it's not 'just a movie', it's 'Albert The Gentleman Thief', one of David Richards' most memorable movies!" Michael explained "You might like it, if only I can manage to make... this... work... THERE!"
A peaceful violin music started playing along with the intro credits, as Michael excitedly sat besides Trevor on the couch.
Michael wasn't wrong: Trevor actually ended up somehow enjoying the movie, while Michael commented on how many times he already watched it and how classy and timeless black and white movies were back then.
Trevor fake coughed "NERD"
"Hey I'm just saying the truth" Michael chuckled.
They laughed together.
Trevor kept laughing, as his laughs then faded into a smile. He never felt happier in his life. He took his attention away from the movie, and looked at Michael. How his sky blue eyes were mesmerized at every detail of the movie. How excited he was to see the main character in the action scenes. How... Michael was a bright ray of sun in his deep gray stormy life.
"Everything alright T? Or you're gonna stare at me the whole time?"
Trevor got out of his trance state and looked at his knees, thinking of something to say "Uh, yeah... I was just thinking of..." he suddendly thought of their first encounter under the bridge "Why didn't you shoot me the first time we met? Even though you had the perfect chance?"
Michael's face darkened "Huh..." he then made a forced smile and pointed at the TV "Hey, this a nice scene there..."
"I asked you a goddamn question Townley..." Trevor gritted his teeth with a growl.
Michael was growing exhasperated "Because... just because, okay?!"
"THAT'S NOT A FUCKING ANSWER"
"OKAY! I'LL FUCKING TELL YOU OKAY?!" Michael yelled "I fucking spared your life because..." his voice lowered and he looked down "...when I saw you under that bridge, at rock bottom in your life, thinking that your life wasn't worth shit... I saw myself in you..."
Trevor's eyes filled with an emotion he rarely felt, compassion.
Michael breathed in "Yeah... you ready for me to tell ya about the story of my life Trevor?" the hazel eyed man nodded, and Michael began "So... I never knew my mother, my old man was a drunk son of a bitch who'd give me beatings on a daily basis and then abandoned me, and to top it off we lived in a dilapidated shitty house"
Trevor's eyes widened as Michael spoke. His own childhood memories resurfacing.
Michael's face suddendly filled with pride "But... there was something good after all. At school I was the jock. Quarterback for a football team. And at least there, everyone admired me. Hell, I even had a dream job back then: becoming a sports star! But then..." he frowned "...fuck me. It was all my fucking fault. I got expelled. Due to my anger issues" he let out a heavy sigh, as he felt Trevor's unusually empathetic eyes on him "...I felt... useless, you know? Fuck, the reason I started doing all this robbing and criminal shit was because... I wanted to become someone! To make something out of my fucking life! And it does feel good! But then, sometimes I feel even worse, because I start wondering what the fuck am I even doing with my life"
Michael's rant stopped as he focused on the movie for a moment, currently depicting the main character with his wife.
"O Albert, I love you so much, but isn't a life of crime too dangerous for you and our family? O what if I lose you?"
"Madeleine, I love being a gentleman thief, but for you I'd be ready to give up anything"
As he watched the two lovers sharing a romantic kiss on the TV screen, Michael let out a heavy sigh "I mean... I'm sick. I'm a sick and awful human being who does sick and awful stuff just so he doesn't feel like a failure. And who'd ever wanna marry a criminal like me? Guess I'll probably die alone"
Trevor finally spoke "You're not gonna die alone"
As Michael replied with a soft "mhm", Trevor, without even thinking about it, put his hand upon Michael's, much to the blue eyed man's shock.
Trevor took away his hand in embarrassment, opening and closing his mouth, not knowing what to say, and improvised with a "heh, North Yankton's pretty chilly ay? My balls are freezing!"
Michael didn't say anything, just looked at him with an unreadable expression, and got up. Trevor looked down in shame. Just as always, he had to fuck up everything. But suddendly, he felt a warmth enveloping him, and Michael sitting down besides him with a blanket covering them both.
"Better?" Michael asked.
After some seconds, Trevor nodded "Yes, definitely better"
"Agree" Michael smiled "I'm cold too..."

Day 18: Dance
He was stood up, he knew it was a joke and it was incredibly annoying. Someone decided to ask the train junky to the dance. So he sat in one of the many chairs that accompanied the table. Ingo didn't even want to go because he didn't have a date. That was fine with Emmet, Ingo couldn't even dance. Emmet could though, he loved to dance.
But what was the use of dancing if no one was going to dance with you? This dance was pointless, and he felt like he was incredibly lost.
Well better make use of his time and spike the punch. He stood up and nearly slammed into someone. He jumped seeing his brother in front of him.
"What are you doing here?" Emmet blurted looking around. Maybe Elesa decided to come? He'd at least get in a dance or two before she was pulled away by her girlfriend. their would be a few complainers, but it never really bothered Elesa before.
"Nah, I got bored and wondered how everything was going." Ingo sat down and looked around. "I'm surprised no one's spiked the punch yet."
Oof...Emmet suddenly was glad he didn't. Ingo tended to keep Emmet grounded and out of trouble. With Ingo there, Emmet wouldn't try anything that would land him in detention...maybe.
Emmet looked at his brother who opened a bottle of water, ever the planner. Brought his own water just in case. Emmets stiff shoulders relaxed as he watched his brother. Screwing the top back on securely.
"Wanna dance?" He asked his brother, fully intent on teasing him a little bit about his inability to dance.
"Sure." Emmet fumbled with his cup putting it down before realizing Ingo said yes.
"Wait...really?" Emmet asked. Ingo arched his brow and looked at his brother.
"Are you still under the notion that I can not dance?" He stood up straightening his shirt and held out his hand.
Okay Ingo had to be teasing him back, he never seen his brother dance a day in his life. Emmet took his hand and walked him to the dance floor.
"Why didn't Elesa come?" Emmet asked having let go off his brothers hand as he looked around for Elesa. Spotting her dancing with her girlfriend. "Ah there she is." She was rather short having not had a growth spurt yet. This was their last year before they went on their pokemon journeys.
Putting his hands on his brothers shoulders and his brother had their hand on his hips they began to dance. Although they were very distant and very stiff.
"Have you forgotten how?" Ingo asked his brother as he pulled him closer taking one of his hands and spun him in his spot to get him out of that stiff nature.
"Ingo." Emmet laughed as he nearly tripped over his feet. "Come on. I'm more of a fast dancer."
"If that is what you are into." Ingo snapped his fingers watching the guy on the turnstile put on a faster paced record.
Ingo twirled his brother and dipped him. Emmet was astounded.
"Who the hell taught you to dance?" Emmet asked.
"Elesa had some time to teach me. It was fun, and we agreed that..." He motioned to Elesa who had a camera in hand. "That if I did get to dance with you, she would get the picture." Elesa snapped the picture before Emmet could pull away.
"blackmail inbound." Emmet sighed as he went back to the table rather disappointed. Picking up his jacket he went for the doors.
Ingo watched his disappointed brother leave out of the double doors. He felt bad for this, it was just a picture...right? He looked at Elesa who fanned the picture before looking at it and laughing.
"Elesa?" Ingo looked almost hurt as she laughed almost evilly.
He plucked the picture from her and walked out the door. Elesa knew he would do that, really she did . She didn't expect Emmet to act so disappointed.
"Emmet..." He ran after his brother who was walking toward home. "Where are you going?"
"Home...my date ditched me, my brother and best friend are planning to burn me, and its about to start raining." He sighed before realizing Ingo had the picture in his hand.
"What are you going to use it for? To get me to do your chores?" Emmet growled and ran up under one of the playground equipment outside of the gym on the school property.
"No...I didn't want that. I just thought Elesa was going to take a picture of us. She scrap books...a lot....like uncomfortably a lot." Ingo sighed as he looked at his brother. was he crying?
"I just wanna go home." their was something else bothering him...wasn't there? Ingo watched his brother go into the rain toward him. His jacket over his head like it would help.
"Emmet...what else is wrong?" Ingo had to yell over the huge drops of rain.
"I'm scared..." Emmet finally announced. "this is it, before we leave home, away from everything we're used to. What do we do?" Emmet asked. Ingo suddenly realized that this wasn't about what just happened it was about whats going to happen.
"I see...well I know what we can do." He held out his hand to his brother who looked baffled but noticing the picture in a puddle a few feet away forgotten. He took his brothers hand. He spun his brother into his arms.
"together, we'll figure it out. Here or there, as long as we're together we'll figure it out." Ingo lightly began to sway from side to side in a soft dance to the rhythm that still played from the windows of the gym a few yards away.
"two car train." Emmet said as he let his brother lead him.
"And we'll always have each other. No matter what." Ingo said. "But next time I'm dancing with Elesa. you are horrible."
"I'm only as bad as the one leading." Emmet teased.
"psh." Ingo snorted.

💙 + homra for that connections ask meme - shoheiakagi
Of frigging course! I do love me a chance to write about this dysfunctional little group/family and this was really fun to do up! I hope you enjoy!
SEND ME 💙 + A CONNECTION AND I’LL TELL YOU…
Who orders takeaway?
I think most people would assume it would be Rikio, due to his love of food, but I honestly do think that Kamamoto prefers to sit and enjoy his meal more often than not, so he doesn’t order takeaway as much as you would think. I think both Bandou and Chitose are horrible for ordering takeaway though, half because they find the idea of eating a sit-down meal in public all alone kind of depressing and half because they’re normally too lazy to make anything to eat for themselves and have no other choice but to buy something to eat.
Who has the more adventurous love life?
Chitose’s a whore…a very handsome one, but a ho nonetheless. We all know, via canon, kind of why he ended up that way, but to say he has an impressive body count and that he’s slept with some absolutely bonkers insane women who did not take it well that he never called them back? It’s a given, honestly.
Who is better at keeping secrets?
I think I might surprise everyone here and go with my first instinct…it’s Anna. Anna all the way, honestly. I know I’ve mentioned this in previous talks about HOMRA, but Anna really does hear a lot more than most people assume and she’s privy to a lot of information and secrets that she probably shouldn’t have to know and handle. But the thing is, nobody would guess that she’s heard or that she knows because Anna is the furthest thing from a blabbermouth, and it never really occurs to her to tell anyone’s secrets. In fact, even though she knows the information, it’s not really something she dwells on or thinks too much about, which is probably why it doesn’t occur to her to tell secrets, her own or other peoples.
Who knows every rumor?
Of course, it’s going to be a given here that it is Kusanagi. It’s kind of canonically hinted at or maybe even outright stated that he’s an information broker of sorts, that part of why he’s as high up in HOMRA and doing as good in business as he is is because of everything he knows and all the information connections he has. However, I will say that, when Totsuka was alive, I do think he almost rivalled Kusanagi in that department, with his charisma and approachability meaning that Totsuka could charm most people into telling him just about anything…and when that charm didn’t work? Well, it’s been shown that Totsuka was actually quite strong in his own manner and that he wasn’t really someone to casually fuck around with.
Who suggests a movie night?
Okay, but I do have some HOMRA movie night headcanons done up right over here, but in turns of who suggests it? I really don’t think there’s any one member who does it more than the others – it just kind of comes up and someone will suggest doing it and the others jump on the suggestion and it just happens.
Who tries to convince the other to try skydiving?
Skydiving? No one really. Honestly, while these boys like to live a little dangerously, with a little edge to everything, I don’t see anyone really being an extreme sports junkie. I do think Shouhei would enjoy rock-climbing and Dewa’s actually pretty cool with white-water rafting, having done it exactly once, but overall, their yearning for danger is solved by motorcycles, fast cars, fights and fast living.
Who is the holiday planner?
Honestly, much like the movie nights, I do see most holidays with HOMRA being kind of a collaborative effort. Like, one person might mention something about an upcoming holiday and the topic kind of spins from there, with most members chiming in with their ideas. Everything does get run by Kusanagi or Totsuka and nothing goes ahead without approval from them, but everyone does kind of get their say in things.
Who spams the other with memes?
Bandou shares the most depressing memes. Shouhei has a habit of sharing really old ones that everyone has seen. Chitose doesn’t get half of what those memes actually mean. Dewa has turned off group chat. Kamamoto saves the memes on a folder in his phone and forwards them to other friends he has. Yata likes trying to make his own memes, which normally aren’t that great. Fujishima shares any meme with an animal and Eric’s phone bill is usually not paid so he’s without service a lot.
Who has never enough money with them and lets the other pay for things?
Honestly, it’s Eric. The boy does try really hard to manage his money well but he’s really financially illiterate, mostly due to how he grew up and his penchant for partners with expensive tastes. He’s normally broke as fuck all the time, in debt, and without the money to really pay for a lot if he’s out and about, and the other boys normally end up treating him, knowing his situation.
Who wants to try a classic sleepover?
Anna is honestly the only one who kind of wants to try this. Most of the boys have absolutely zero interest in sleepovers, as they’re all really too old for them, and Anna kind of instinctively does pick up on this, which is why she’s never brought the idea up before.
Who answers their phone at 2 am?
Honestly, it’s a toss-up. Depends on the night, who’s calling them, what they’re up to…it could be any of them. Well, except for Eric, for aforementioned reasons, for Anna, who doesn’t really have a phone and who tends not to take it to her bedroom when she sleeps, and for Mikoto, who will just sleep through your phone call.
Who plays pranks?
It’s not who plays the pranks, but who is good at the pranks. Mikoto generally doesn’t play pranks nor does Kusanagi. Totsuka was a stealth ninja at pulling pranks, almost guaranteed to get his target but all of his pranks were really light and good natured. Kamamoto has a lot of trouble thinking up good pranks, and Yata has no poker face, so the way he acts really gives away most of his pranks before the person gets hit with them. Shouhei is really pretty great at thinking them up and pulling them off, but he has to work with Bandou to pull any really good ones, as Shouhei’s pretty lousy at the actual work and hands on set up of the elaborate pranks his mind comes up with. Chitose’s pranks are all kind of dick moves and a little mean-spirited, not going to lie, while Dewa has a reputation of being unprankable. Eric’s pranks can be a little mean-spirited too but are very rare, while Fujishima is the absolute easiest to prank but gives very little reactions when pranked.
Who initiates dates for the other?
Honestly, Chitose does it, but not in a really great way. It’s more like he’s out with someone he wants to hook up with and they have a friend with them that they don’t want to leave all alone, so he calls up one of the boys and is like ‘I have this smokin’ hot chick and I really want to get her alone for a bit, but she’s got that uggo friend with her so I need you to fall on the sword for me, bro, just this once.’ He’s that kind of guy, at least for a lot of the series, though I do think he slowly gets a little better, especially post series. Shouhei is a better wing-man though and he’s genuinely happy to try to hook his friends up if he thinks his boys and whichever female friend of his will actually hit it off.
Who is more chaotic?
Everyone. Like, to me, HOMRA really is just this very chaotic neutral force, where they’re definitely not the good guys, but they’re not really bad guys either. They’re just punks, who like fighting and brawling and stirring up a little bit of danger and trouble, but who do have all these wonderful qualities and really don’t go out of their way to fuck with innocent people.
Who has the more bizarre quirks?
Mikoto is a truly bizarre creature to most people. He’s hard for people to really understand, to just figure out or connect with. All of HOMRA have a really strong respect and admiration for him, but I don’t think any of them, with the possible exceptions of Totsuka and kind of Kusanagi, ever truly understood him fully.
Who spends the most money on unnecessary things?
Eric. Especially since, as mentioned, he has no financial literacy and has a taste for high-maintenance people/gold-diggers.

What do you think would be the perfect gift for each friend + Tiffany and Ethan, if they do Secret Santa? (assuming there’s a lower budget so no vacations or jewelry like it would be between your pairing). Who would be the easiest and the most difficult person to buy a gift for?
Not me dropping Christmas content after Christmas ksfksdfjksdj Sincere apologies for the embarrassingly slow reply, lovely Anon! Thank you for sending this fun ask ❤️
Tiffany: an oversized t-shirt (white fabric + red letters) that says I be like ‘who knows’ and I’m the one knowing
Ethan: an affordable espresso blend with unique taste notes for our coffee snob
Jackie: Maybelline SuperStay Vinyl Ink in shade Royal (she’s a make-up junkie in my HC, so a new lippie to test out would definitely make her squeal)
Bryce: one of his fav products for sexy, windswept hair - like, uhm, sea salt styling spray that gives volume and beachy texture
Elijah: Dobble Marvel (an amazing game for roomie nights)
Sienna: heart-shaped bakeware set (the cutest cake pans in different sizes!!!)
Aurora: an elegant planner with her initials
Kyra: bachata dance lesson
Raf: ‘Muscle Whisperer’ keychain perfect for a physical therapist
I believe that everyone would be horrified when choosing a gift for Ethan simply because 1) the man has enough money to buy everything he wants & needs 2) funny gifts seem to be off the table in his case. Though to me, personally, it was Raf because his character isn’t fully developed in my HC and I had to improvise lol Sienna would be the easiest person to buy a gift for, I think!

Some weekly layouts inside my Midori MD Diary B6 Slim that I use as my weekly planner / to-do list notebook. Feeling rather festive and used a variety of Christmas stickers from packs I picked up from "Little Craft Store" online.
They have one of the biggest selections of washi-tape and stickers I've ever seen online! A must check out for stationery junkies (lol!).
Been very much enjoying this B6 slim size and of course the Midori MD paper is always a dream to write on - it takes such a variety of inks and paints without bleeding or ghosting.

ana de armas + she/her + cis-woman  –  have you seen magdelena "lena" ibarra around los angeles? the thirty three year old is usually jamming to daddy lessons by beyonce ft. the chicks. word around the city is that they’re determined yet, they can also be snarky, but you didn’t hear that from me. they’re currently an executive assistant  and are typically seen walking the streets of los angeles with their favorite daily planner. when i think of them, i think of color coded schedules, beer bottles with peeled off labels and riding a motorcycle in heels. let’s hope the city treats them good!

name: magadelena "lena" ibarra age: thirty-three gender & pronouns: cis-woman, she/her birthday: october 17, 1989 hometown: miami, fl current residence: los angles, ca current occupation: executive assistant romantic orientation: hetero-romantic sexual orientation: straight relationship status: single as a pringle

background →
magdelena ibarra--lena, as she would be known-- was born to Selena & Raul Ibarra as their only daughter. Only child, which was in stark contrast to the dreams that had held for their family. They had been envisioning a dynasty, one that could stand the test of times--and trends--to remain on top. selena was a former singer turned entrepenuer who created the nation's first fair-paying streaming service, melodia. it had taken the industry like wildfire and while it had not surpassed spotify, it absolutely held a name for itself. raul had been her manager in her younger days--a rare case of when a working relationship could transition flawlessly into true love. lena, despite the parentage she had, was hardly musical. she couldn't hold a beat, had no idea how to read music and couldn't understand rhythm for the life of her. her parents weren't sure where they went wrong, but always tried to love her regardless. er, well they always loved her--but sometimes, well, it was hard to celebrate a daughter that couldn't carry the family talent. most especially for selena, who always envisioned doing a comeback tour with her daughter at her side. the last chance for lena to make her family proud was becoming the next ceo for melodia--and boy did her parents know it, at every turn, she was enrolled in business classes. young entreupener programs. internships for middle schoolers. even a business camp to support the up and coming. and boy did lena hate it. for how type a and organized she was, she couldn't stand how her parents aimed to control her. she was a free spirit, an adreneline junkie--she needed to chart her own path. she flat out rejected their offers, and begrudgingly went to the things she couldn't escape. but at 18, she determined that her life was hers and hers alone--and she would not let her parents make her a puppet. dramatic? sure, but that was lena ibarra--if she could have carried a tune, broadway would be shaking in their kinky boots. so off she went, far from miami and the comfort of her family, to los angeles, where celebrities were a dime a dozen and no one would give a shit what the last name ibarra was. she applied for any posiiton she could find at a record studio--only because she did know the industry but not because she felt it would be her calling, finally working her way up to executive assistant to the president. no one would even bat an eye at her, for how unimportnat her position was. just how she liked it.
plots →
friends from either la or miami

locals she's close with (bartenders, coffee shops, mechanics etc)
clients from the record shop she has built connections with
gimme angst!!!
gimme fluff!!
gimme romance!!!!
gimme lust!!!
basically i am happy to get creative plz

Note
I'm not really sure how to phrase this question, but — what would you say feel to you like the biggest limits on your understanding? Or maybe a better way to put it is 'what do you wish you knew'?
I don't mean like 'the meaning of life' or 'how to write a perfect novel every single time on the first draft', or even 'is there life on mars' or 'how to read linear A & B'. I mean what information exists, that you wish was contained in your mind (whether it's because of a lack of time or aptitude)?
(For context: I write this after reading Naomi Kanaka's latest essay where she mentions "the other five major post-Bronze Age language traditions (Sanskrit, Chinese, Persian, Mayan and Arabic)". And, having read maybe five works from all those traditions put together, I just muttered to myself 'my brother in Christ, you are so fucking undereducated'. Of course by such a standard we basically all are, so I'm not losing sleep; but I think the example stands).
I really don't know any of that material: languages, history, any science, any mathematics. I have a smattering of the modern Romance languages, as much history as I picked up in the course of a general humanities education and a life as a news junkie, a journalistic idea of "science" if that, a basic sense of the outline of western philosophy mostly sans specifics, and—my claim to fame—some general opinions about mostly modern and mostly western literature. I was just ruefully rereading the pages on Casaubon's characteristically provincial limitations of knowledge in Middlemarch—he doesn't know German!—and thinking about how I am somewhat below him, and well below George Eliot, who translated Spinoza and Feuerbach (I have merely read Spinoza, sort of, in someone else's translation; I know Feuerbach on an encyclopedia-entry level). I have a Ph.D. that is essentially what a B.A. used to be, and a B.A. that is essentially what a high-school diploma used to be; my greatest educational advantage is that nuns once forced me to use a protractor to diagram sentences when my age was in the single digits. My main "intellectual" attainment is one you mention: my first-draft novels are pretty good, if I do say so myself! But otherwise I don't know much, and I'm not even sure I'd be happier if I did. To give you a serious answer, I wish I could "download" all I need to know about world religions, but the details tend to flee from me, though I have formally studied the subject in part. I once saw in a day planner or something an inspirational sentence from Einstein: "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Did he say that? I don't know. But I will cling to it.

By tailoring each detail to your interests and preferences, you ensure that every moment of your journey is optimized for enjoyment and discovery. Here’s how you can create the perfect adventure with a customized itinerary designed just for you budget friendly homestay in wayanad
The Benefits of a Customized Itinerary
Personalized Experience
A customized itinerary is crafted to reflect your unique preferences, interests, and travel style. Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, a cultural enthusiast, or someone seeking relaxation, a tailored plan ensures that every aspect of your trip aligns with your desires. This personalized approach transforms your vacation into an experience that truly resonates with you.
Maximized Enjoyment
With a customized itinerary, you can make the most of your time by focusing on activities and experiences that matter most to you. No more wasted hours deciding what to do next or missing out on key attractions because they weren’t included in your plans. Everything is planned around your preferences, ensuring that every moment is enjoyable and fulfilling.
Efficient Planning
Planning an adventure can be overwhelming, especially when it involves multiple destinations or activities. A customized itinerary streamlines the process by taking care of all the details, from transportation and accommodation to activity bookings and dining options. This efficient planning reduces stress and allows you to focus on enjoying your trip.
How to Create Your Perfect Adventure with a Customized Itinerary
1. Define Your Adventure Goals
Start by outlining what you want to achieve with your adventure. Consider the following questions:
What type of adventure are you seeking? (Outdoor activities, cultural experiences, relaxation, etc.)
Are there specific destinations you have in mind? (Mountains, beaches, cities, etc.)
What are your must-do activities? (Hiking, diving, exploring historical sites, etc.)
What is your budget and travel timeframe?
Defining your goals will help you work with a travel planner or agency to create an itinerary that aligns with your vision.
2. Research Destinations and Activities
Once you’ve established your adventure goals, start researching potential destinations and activities. Look for:
Destinations that offer the type of adventure you’re seeking. For example, if you’re interested in hiking, consider destinations with renowned trails and natural beauty.
Unique experiences that match your interests. This could include local festivals, specialized tours, or hidden gems that offer a deeper connection to the destination.
Seasonal considerations and weather conditions to ensure your activities are enjoyable during your travel dates.
3. Consult with a Travel Expert
Working with a travel expert or agency can enhance your customized itinerary by leveraging their expertise and local knowledge. They can help you:
Identify hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path experiences that align with your interests.
Make reservations for accommodations, activities, and transportation to ensure availability and optimal experiences.
Provide recommendations based on their experience and insights, including dining options, local guides, and safety tips.
4. Design Your Itinerary
Collaborate with your travel expert to design a detailed itinerary that includes:
Daily Activities: Plan out what you’ll do each day, including excursions, tours, and downtime. Ensure a balance between planned activities and free time.
Accommodation: Choose lodging that suits your preferences, whether it’s a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or cozy cabin.
Transportation: Arrange transportation to and from destinations, including flights, car rentals, or local transit.
Dining: Research and include dining options that offer local cuisine and unique culinary experiences.
5. Prepare for Flexibility
While a customized itinerary ensures a well-organized trip, flexibility is key to making the most of your adventure. Be prepared to:
Adapt to Changes: Weather conditions, local events, or unexpected opportunities may require adjustments to your plans.
Explore Spontaneously: Allow room for impromptu discoveries and experiences that may not be on your itinerary but could enhance your trip.
6. Pack Accordingly
Packing effectively ensures you’re prepared for all aspects of your adventure. Consider:
Activity-Specific Gear: Bring clothing and equipment suitable for your planned activities, such as hiking boots, swimwear, or formal attire for special dinners.
Travel Essentials: Include travel documents, medications, and other necessities.
Versatile Clothing: Pack items that can be mixed and matched and are suitable for various weather conditions.
