I've done minor character headcanons so prepare for my gods headcanons

Apollo naturally has golden eyes but he realized his father hated his eyes because they where the same shade as kronos. Because of this he tries to always have sky blue eyes in honor of his father. He also tries to pass it on to his kids in hope his father will be kinder to them......it has never worked but he doesn't plan to stop trying.

Hermes and Dionysus were very close during the prohibition era. Dionysus threw the parties and Hermes supplied the alcohol their fake mobster aliases are still well known in New York to this day.

While Hermes was the one to invent the internet many of the other gods were trying to race him to get out their versions first but you cant beat Hermes in a race. Athena is still salty to this day

In the old days Artemis would normally stay in a form that was the same age as her brother but when she realized that Zeus and her brother took her side more when she wore a youthful appearance it became her main form.

Zeus favors his daughter more because he doesn't think they can over thow him.

When it come to daughters Persephone is Zeus' least favorit because of all the chaos her marriage caused. its why he sits her next to his least favorite son (Apollo)

Aphrodite was very vocal in the civil right movement because she is love and beauty for all aspects and races.

i want so desperately for that last pearl to be of use somehow in the future. just cuz cerberus ate it, doesn't mean it's gone forever. how interesting would it be if the pearl ends up in hades' palace and nico finds it? a great chance to use it would be during the sword of hades debacle, prompting hades to finally step in and solve the problems between nico and persephone because he can't have his son running to his brother for help. and in the meantime it could help nico talk to percy, one step closer to becoming friends again.

or maybe it could end up in the styx, since that's the river where lost hopes go, wishes that never came true. which is what percy's wish for the pearl is, something that never came true. imagine luke using it to get out of the styx when he takes that dip for kronos? it would be another chink in his armor towards the gods, showing him how the gods have helped him and the titans have only hurt him, letting him fight kronos' control and ultimately, make the choice to honor his promise to annabeth.

the possibilities are endless and i so hope they do something with this.

My theory is that Rick (and Disney) hired Mark to help write the TSATS books so that when Rick made solsephone and nynico happen, he could point at Mark and go "uh but I've got a queer writer here so it's fine that the 'solangelo book' ships them with two goddesses."

So I was re-watching the show and I had a thought about the dynamic between Zeus's kids. Ignore if you've answered this before, but how do her siblings feel about Persephone?

I kinda feel like there are parallels to Sally trying to keep Percy away from Olympian drama and Demeter trying to keep Persephone away from Olympian drama, only for both to fail badly. Not to mention that Persephone probably, for a brief period, turned into the kid Zeus paid attention to most, mostly because of how Demeter protested her marriage. I do have the HC that Persephone and Hermes get along the most, due to Hermes being the sibling to visit the Underworld the most, but what do you think? Hades might be a useful ally in a rebellion.

I haven't really thought much about Persephone's dynamic with everyone else🤔

However, I will touch on my thoughts on her relationship with Demeter and Apollo (in the RRverse) because those are the ones I know right off the top of my head.

With Demeter, I don't like the helicopter parent stereotype attributed to her. Contrary to the media's beliefs, Demeter's panic is very sound considering her daughter was. ya know. kidnapped.

it was an arranged marriage! yeah yeah it's still kidnapping, and Persephone screamed for help. it's all there in the Hymn to Demeter.

because of this, Demeter and Persephone had a very loving mother-daughter relationship imo. Demeter also wasn't against Persephone marrying, btw. In the Orphic tradition, Demeter prophesizes that Persephone would marry Apollo, though that never came to pass obviously (I have a silly take on this in a bit sit tight).

Now Apollo :D the fun starts here.

SO. PERSEPHONE'S PLAYMATES WERE ATHENA AND ARTEMIS. Additionally, as mentioned previously, Demeter was like "oh yeah Persephone's gonna marry Apollo one day".

SO I PRESENT-

Apollo & Persephone are BFFs, and Demeter is the mom who sees her daughter has a boy friend and starts shipping them XD

Persephone: MOM WE'RE JUST FRIENDS

Demeter: You look so cute together!

Persephone: MOM YOU'RE SO EMBARRESSING hides face

also! there's another myth that adds on to this headcanon of mine :D

People think Demeter causes winter. She does not - she just stops the plant growth.

Apollo lets winter happen when he takes his vacations to Hyperborea :D

SO I PROPOSE-

Apollo aligned his vacations during the time Persephone is in the Underworld because fuck it if he can't hang with his BFF during this time of year might as well do his vacation instead so he has more time during the spring/summer months with her then!

BACK TO DEMETER BEING A SHIPPER-

Remember this scene in The Last Olympian?

The older lady harrumphed. "I warned you, daughter. This scoundrel Hades is no good. You could've married the god of doctors or the god of lawyers, but noooo. You had to eat the pomegranate."

Apollo is the god of healing. He also hold dominion over law, and played defense attorney for Orestes.

I also wanna talk about the whole 'Demeter forbid Apollo from going near her kids' thing too! Because with the context of this^, it makes you wonder why.

...but then you realize that maybe it was because of the above she forbid him from her kids - or more specifically, she forbid him because he didn't marry Persephone XD

So she ships them. But also she's salty she didn't get her favorite nephew for a son-in-law to marry her favorite daughter and therefore banned him from her kids.

Seems counter-productive, but you do you Demeter lmao XD

(and yes, Hades would be a useful ally in a rebellion...hehehehe)

Daughter of the Queens Three, pt. 1

Imagine Hera, Amphitrite, and Persephone making a deal behind their husbands backs the same night they swore no more forbidden children.

Imagine being Hera, Amphitrite and Persephone's daughter.

I smiled as the waves crashed outside the open window, the scent of daffodils wafting through the air as light gleamed in my face.

"Good morning mom!" I stretched, giggling as one of the waves crashed particularly hard causing it to spray me through the window. Throwing on a linen hoodie, I wrestled by curls into a messy bun making my way through the house.

Pouring a cup of coffee, I went outside to sit on the porch to watch the sunrise. Humming softly, I noticed something move from the corner of my eye. A nymph ducked behind the tree with a giggle, having been caught.

"Princess, your mother says its time." She said, having finally stopped laughing and came over to sit. Sighing, I looked out at the sea once more before nodding.

"If that is what Mother has decided so be it. I knew it would come soon; I'm already packed." Looking down at the coffee in hand, I couldn't help the nervousness that was building in me. How would they react? How would they respond to learning they have a new stepsister? One that links all of them. How would Chiron respond, or Mr. D when they learned who exactly my godly parent, or in this case parents were.

"Princess? Are you sure you're ready?" Naisephe questioned, gently placing a hand on mine.

I smiled, looking up at her, "Yes. Just worried. Let's get going."

Coming over the hill, I groaned softly.

"Not to worry Princess! It's just past these trees!" Naisephe called, standing at the top overlooking the camp. Coming up beside her, I couldn't help the gasp that left me as I caught sight of the camp.

It was beautiful. Truly and utterly beautiful.

I could tell why Mother wanted to send me here.

"Come Princess, we must announce your arrival with the Director." Naisephe exclaimed, clapping her hands happily before taking hold of mine and leading me into the camp.

I couldn't help but notice everyone stopping and turning to look at us as we walked through the camp headed towards the Big House. Was it what I was wearing? Had it been a while since they had last gotten a new demigod? Was it because Naisephe was with me?

"We're here! It's just through these doors Princess!" Her excitedness was nearly palpable, as the people closest to us began to whisper. "Chiron, hello? I brought her!".

Walking through the hall, a door at the end swung open, revealing the towering Centaur waiting for us. I twitched nervously as my anxiety once again started to act up. Would I be outcast for having multiple godly parents? Would I be a freak even here?

A warmth spread over me, the ghostly feeling of a hug taking over my senses as Mother did her best to calm me down even from afar. I smiled softly, taking a deep breath.

"Ah, young Lya. We've been waiting for you." Chiron spoke, a feeling of comfort, different from mother's spread through the air. I could tell he was a safe person, that he wouldn't let anything happen to me if he could avoid it.

"Hi, um I don't know what I'm supposed to do beyond getting here. Mother, she didn't exactly write a letter telling me what to do." I muttered, looking up at the man before me. He gestured beside me, towards a seat at the table. Dionysus already sat there, sipping on, something.

"You already know your godly parent? You've spoken to them?" He questioned, as I took a seat.

I blushed, ducking my head, "It's kind of complicated but yes."

Dionysus looked increasingly annoyed as the conversation went on, "Well, out with it!".

Taking a deep breath, I felt Naisephe squeeze my shoulder, "My name is Elysia Ourania Oceana named after my mothers," I heard Chiron's sharp inhale at mothers, "Amphitrite, Persephone, and Hera.".

My eyes snapped open as I heard a chair fall over and watched in worry as Dionysus fell backwards.

(🗣️) How the hell to write a child of Demeter/Ceres or Persephone/Proserpina? Would the Greek and Roman kids be similar or not?

Oh fun!

Ok so I don’t have a ton of advice on this but:

Persephone:

- I like to think Hades’ children are old souls. Hades is one of the older Olympians. Persephone is known as a maiden; literally the embodiment of fresh, new, youthful spring, and so I like to think her demigod children (whether its chosen like Hera’s heroes or more literally) are youthful souls. They have a close connection to death but I think they view it the same way as their mother (see her appearance in TSATS for reference)

- Hades’ kids are likely more doom and gloom realists on the subject of death — they’re intimately familiar with it so they have no fear for it but they’re kind of…downers, when discussing it (sorry, Nico)

- Persephone’s children see death as the end of a cycle, and the beginning of another. Before being claimed they’re probably fans of the belief in reincarnation. They see the beauty in darkness. They’re a bright spot in a dark garden. Weeds growing through cement. They see the best in bad situations.

- A giggle at a funeral, that’s what they are.

Demeter:

- Cereal freaks. Lol no but seriously, if you’re into grain, you’re probably into health foods. (Or rice-krispies)

- they probably like making things from scratch. Im not talking baking your own bread, I’m talking growing your own wheat, and raising chickens and cows so you can make your own bread and butter.

- Pinterest is just: homestead. How to live off your crops 101.

- I tend to model my Demeter kids after agricultural hot-spots. Since I think its more likely to find people interested in grain where there are farms. But I could see a city-dwelling Demeter kid who yearns for the fields lol.

- I have one demeter oc who’s got a million dietary restrictions due to allergies and their mortal parent being a dietitian. That’s a route you can go.

- The duality of a demeter kid with a passion for baking and pastries and a health nut who only wants to eat organic quinoa and brown rice.

Their roman aspects would probably fall in line with the culture of the romans, not so much in terms of powers and personalities?

The romans are strict, they love a schedule. They’re a militant people, and the “modern” romans in HOO reflect that in everything they do. So their children would be influenced by that, I would think🤔

This is super old lol, I never posted it here. I drew bianca from my au where she lives. I remember way back them if I wanted to make her a child of Persephone, hades while still being a Demigod. I thought the concept was super cool since I wanted it to be that since she’s kinda afraid of death. I felt that the reason she joined the hunt was because she was afraid of death and dying and you know she wanted a community, she wanted to be taken care of in a sense. Anyway lol I’m rambling if she was in turn a child of Persephone too then she would have a fear of going into the underworld. Maybe she feels that if she goes into the underworld that it would never let her go or let her leave. Let me know your guys thoughts in the comments. I would love to hear anyone’s opinion and feedback. Even though this drawing is old I still love it.

ok so bianca lives au!

the stress of being inside talos causes bianca to accidentally shadow travel (which explains the lack of a body)

talos is defeated, just to clarify

the quest continues on, zoe dies, and percy gets back to camp and tells nico bianca is dead

nico in this version denies it because he can feel that she isn't, but the rest of that interaction follows canon

so meanwhile bianca is in the underworld and when she figures out how to control her shadow travel she gets back to camp the day after nico leaves

unfortunately she can't do much to help find him, but she does search while also rejoining the hunters

eventually she realizes he's in the underworld, but minos leads him away before she can get there

after that it's a game of cat and mouse

nico has been convinced that he's wrong and she's dead because that serves minos' goals better

so she tries to find them, minos keeps moving away, this goes throughout the labyrinth

at the same time annabeth, percy, grover, and tyson are on their quest and have been told to keep an eye out

they see nico at the ranch and try to tell him, but he refuses to listen

after percy kills geryon, annabeth manages to send an iris message

bianca shows up, there's the reunion/explanation, nico hates percy less, and since now he has a whole reason to not trust minos, he sends minos away.

nico doesn't want to go back to camp atm, so he stays at the ranch and bianca sticks around too

then the quest continues, calypso's island happens, annabeth and percy go back in with rachel's help, etc.

bianca shows up and helps them in daedalus' workshop (nico didn't have enough control to properly return minos to the underworld so he ended up sticking with some chthonic kids from the ta)

they escape, go to camp, where nico and that immortal ares kid who's name i don't remember join them, as do the hunters

so castor doesn't die

lee still does because reasons

tlo goes more or less the same except more powerful demigods = less deaths

also hades favors bianca so she stays in the underworld freeing up nico to assist the others

plus bianca and hades, demeter, and persephone show up earlier

alabaster will probably work his way into this b/c i love him

and he is a chthonic kid so maybe...

so there you have it! bianca di angelo lives. she's also scary.
