I know we’re all laughing about patreon’s ridiculous money changes but it’s all because of Card business policies. They are the reason many websites got screwed over, like
gumroad
Fanbox
booth
YouTube
PIXIV
Facebook
onlyfans
possibly tumblr as well
and so many more
Their “no horny” policies destroyed people’s income and ability to sell (adult oriented) content
Wait it's because of the cards? I thought it was because they couldn't advertise as much next to naughty content because businesses didn't want to be presented like that.
Makes sense, though.

So AO3 is down since yesterday and a DDoS attack is why
First of all, wow, we've reached a point where it's cool to hack hobby sites? Lmao. A group of so-called "hacktivists" claims to be behind it, though that seems like it's probably false. But if AO3 were ever really targeted for reasons of religious activism, I'd just be like. I mean I assume we're supposed to infer that this is because of sexual content, and like... not only are there a billion other sites out there with sexual content, but how about all the visual art sites that are overrun with graphic adult content? Pixiv for instance?? or onlyfans hahaha
I know AO3 is one of the most popular sites on the web atm and I have no doubt that that popularity is why it was really targeted. But it would be ridiculous to go for AO3 over all the other questionable content sites if your motivation is truly some messed up morality lol.
Anyway AO3 shouldn't pay the ransom even if it were able to. No one will die without access to AO3. We can continue to post our fics on tumblr or Wattpad or whatever in the meantime. I don't mean abandon AO3. Just rather than give a bunch of money to pathetic hackers, let's ride it out calmly for however long it lasts.

OH GOD, I'm dead from adjusting the navigation for mobile and PC!😩It seems okay now, but the site is still half-empty. ➡️
The site is still half empty because it takes so much time to fill, but I'll do it gradually. Just know that I plan to upload all my art there. This media BS has really got me mad. By the way, Pixiv suspended my second account for sharing links to my social media! XD Ridiculous. 🤡

NSFW and the importance of AO3
My biggest concern if Twitter really die is nsfw artist and sex workers. Us NSFW artist has been betrayed time and time again by many platform who used to welcome us then spit us out once the platform is big enough or to bow down to advertisers.
TikTok censorship is beyond ridiculous
Pinterest wouldn't even allow topless art of a woman
Instagram too not that friendly to nsfw artist
Tumblr banned porn post 2018 and wouldn't hesitate to delete your blog
I'm not sure about pillowfort i heard it's allow nsfw but not as free as twitter? Correct me if I'm wrong tho i never use it
Facebook? Nah i wouldn't even bother.
There's Pixiv but it's not accessible for all people
Mastodon is still new and frankly many said that it has a steep learning curve
DeviantArt turned it's back both to both nsfw and sfw artist with their censorship (literally i see more and more artist who have to censor tits, cock, asshole and even pussy) and also their bullshit piece of shit AI generation + stealing from artist for their generator
Sites like Rule 34 and Hentai site are there but they are not really platform to grow your audience as an artist + too many art thief
Patreon I heard implementing more censorship? It's not social media but many artist using it
Poipiku is a Japanese platform and not all people are native Japan speaker
The fucking dystopian corporations like apple and Google ( and purity culture both in fandom and non fandom) keep sanitizing the internet and wiped out nsfw content for profit (it's not for protecting children or blah blah blah it's all for ads) kicking out all nsfw content creators from all platform they touch, forcing us to wander with no home to express ourselves. NSFW artist still have some wiggle room to thrive but I think sex workers have it harder to thrive on a more mainstream platform...
I know there's many sites for sex workers like for camgirl or whatever but mainstream sites that once more accepting of nsfw has been kicking down sex workers down to the curb again and again and again
If Twitter let's say goes down suddenly or gradually goes down and maybe banning nsfw... Artist will lost the last mainstream global platform that allow them to grow an audience as an nsfw artist
This for fandom nsfw artist who are not using site like poipiku and pixiv it left us with only AO3 to store our art
Yes you can post art to AO3 just tag it as art, literally it is the best safe haven for writing + art with it's mission to protect people creation, they even have lawyer and stuff to protect your rights + AO3 is super nsfw friendly literally you can upload anything that is legal within the USA law (that's a lot of things, thank God it's not based on my country Indonesia law or you wouldn't even see gay people kissing)
But AO3 is primarily used for fanfic + it's not a social media and shouldn't ever be a social media, it is an archive to preserve fanwork. It is fanwork library of Alexandria. The downside because it's not a social media and thus doesn't have features like chatting, algorithm and stuff is that it's harder for you to grow like in other social media. Let's say Twitter really gone if i want to post a series of comic/manga
Then i have to post the sfw/censored pages to Tumblr + post the nsfw page to AO3 it'll be a hassle for both me and my readers but it's possible
Still such a hassle and it'll be easier to just post to Twitter or when Tumblr still allowed nsfw
Also original artist will find it harder to gain audience faster on Tumblr and AO3 because both website are primarily for fandom. Like i can draw a sketch of let's say Anakin Skywalker and it'll get more traction than a fully rendered piece of original artwork
I mean it's possible but if you want to get traction easily as an original artist your art have to be godlike to be noticed amongst seas of fanart that the general public sees as more favorable... I mean you can try to build audience with doing fanwork and once you got big you can post more OG art
Still... It's easier to grow as an original artist on Twitter than on Tumblr or other platform...
Look yeah it's fun to see Twitter on fire but if it's really gone it'll be a disaster for nsfw creators/artist especially those who are making money from it to keep the roof above their head. I hope Twitter doesn't die tbh (I only made acc to see nsfw art, if Tumblr didn't ban porn i wouldn't even bother to use it or too many social media) also this situation brought back the reminder of AO3 importance as the safest and biggest archive especially for nsfw writers and fan artist that keep losing places to post their work, express themselves and earn a living

not sure how versed in visual fanart communities you are, but pixiv put out a statement to take action against sexual harassment in the workplace and fight against discrimination on the basis of gender and sexuality, and people are claiming it’s about censoring the content allowed on the platform. i really wish the twitter side of the profic community wasnt so reactionary. every day i see real issues of safety get turned into fannish discourse there. tumblrs a hellsite how are we better than twitter?
--
Well, for one thing, Twitter is a lot more popular now, so everyone chasing popularity went there.
For another, you can post long-ass shit on Tumblr, and that dumb social convention that this was ~rude~ has mostly evaporated as people's dashes have dried up. The takes may still be dumb, but at least we often know what OP actually meant before we all start screaming and not reading the follow ups.
And yes, the reaction to the pixiv thing is ridiculous. They're a company. They have a physical workplace where an employee was sexually harassed with behavior like her boss sticking his face in her crotch. After the company failed to adequately deal with the situation, she sued them. Fixing your HR department problems and putting out PR statements is a normal response to this. This isn't the first time either.
Just because dumbasses label horny fanworks they don't like "transphobia" or "abuse" doesn't mean those actual things have stopped existing in the world.

Regarding Angst And Burnout
I am in no way attacking people who enjoy angst, write it, create art of it, etc. I understand people may find it enjoyable or cathartic, and you’re allowed to create what you want, express yourself, etc. This isn’t me gatekeeping or telling people how to interpret characters (and doing so would be ridiculous). These are just my opinions and experiences for the past three months regarding Submas and PLA.
This might be a bit disorganized and maybe a bit rambling, but I’m less concerned about that with this post as I would be with a reassurance post.
Bl*nkshippers dni—I will block you.
Under a cut for PLA spoilers and length.
I’ve been playing Pokemon almost my whole life. It’s something that comes and goes for me. I’ve had periods where I was playing the games a lot, and periods where I wasn’t concerned with it whatsoever. A few years prior to 8th Gen was one of the latter. Then SwSh was released, my roommate, @1863-project, and I picked up Pokemon again, the pandemic hit and with so much of our lives put on hold (it was much harder to distance in NYC—we had to give up on doing so much for a while because it was not safe), we both started hyperfixating on Pokémon. I eventually ended up creating this tumblr back in February as a place for me to post about it.
We were both fans of Submas before PLA was released. 1863-project has her own reasons for liking Submas which she has talked about a lot, such as here. I have my own reasons, which have to do with more recent events for me. Part of the appeal of Submas (for us) is that canonically, they didn’t have any angst or drama going on, no tragic backstory. They were just two people who ran the Battle Subway in Unova. They were eccentric and allowed to be so. Sure you could find angsty fics or art, but none of it was really based on the games, and it was easier to avoid. By and large, the content was just slice of life. (Of course there were other problems, like bl*nkshipping, other problematic ships, ableist depictions, but this post isn’t about that, and on Pixiv at least, people had tags for some these things to give people the option to avoid it).
That being said, I do not consider myself part of the Submas fandom. I might be a fan of Submas, but I don’t really partake in the fandom aspects of it, at least the way tumblr is concerned. Part of this is because of the content heavily leaning towards angst right now. The other is that I just don’t have time for or care for fandom things. I have other things going on in my life, and I also prefer to be offline for most of my activities and socialization. I also feel like fandom requires near-constant content creation, which can be exhausting. It seems like to be involved in fandom you have to constantly be creating art, writing fics, recreating memes, posting headcanons, or at least constantly sharing these things. I would feel like I was not allowed to create at my own pace, or create content for myself or the people I’d like to, and that would burn me out. I’m also not a fan of au stuff, and I only like to talk headcanons with people I personally know (which is why I accept headcanons from 1863-project, and why she knows the very few that I have). Having to be constantly on top of fandom things to partake in it is unappealing to me.
I do make reassurance posts because I spent, and still spend, a lot of time talking reassurance with 1863-project as we’re both concerned that the game devs might not return Ingo. Soon after creating this tumblr, I realized from a cursory look in the tags that other people might want reassurance too, so I began making posts about any evidence I could find in-game, the overall tone of the series, potential hints in PokeMas, and a few other things, like more recently, whether or not the concept art of Ingo (specifically the time frame) is canon or if it was unused due to major discrepancies in the game.
Going back to Submas content, there was less content right up until it leaked that Ingo would be in PLA as he is because we were now three Gens past Submas’ last official in-game appearance, though there was a brief resurgence due to their inclusion in PokeMas starting in July 2021. Then the leak happened about a week before PLA was released, and the angst content went uh…off the rails.
I used to seek out Submas content, but in the wake of PLA I find myself avoiding it for my own mental health. I don’t find comfort or entertainment in angst, and especially not angst without a happy ending. There are several potential reasons for this, but I do know that currently I’d much rather see slice of life, comedy, shitposts (that are not based around Submas being separated), and if there is angst or hardship, I want to see it pay off with a happy ending.
Part of my problem with PLA itself and part of why I’m burned out on it (last time I played it was nearly two weeks ago), is in addition to it being a shorter game and running out of things to do, it doesn’t conclude. When you start the game up for the first time and see the player character pulled from their own time and place back to Hisui by Arceus, it feels like the point of the game is to complete the PokeDex and go home. Instead, the player is given part of Arceus and told to enjoy exploring Hisui. What exploration is left? You’ve completed the PokeDex. Besides shiny hunting, all we’re left with is any missions the player may not have completed during the main storyline and anything at the Training Grounds, and rematches. An event the game seems to be building up to never happens. Personally, I felt empty when I finished the game. And to top off the player character being left in limbo, so was a character that had come to be one of my favorites. If Ingo hadn’t been sent to Hisui, I might have enjoyed this game a bit more and simply found the current ending unsatisfying, but not a huge deal. Instead the game leaves everyone hanging on the main storyline, Ingo, heck, even the details regarding Volo’s backstory and motivations, everything about Cogita, and a few smaller situations we see along the way. And the PLA guide book that came out recently not only does not give us any answers as to why Ingo was sent to Hisui or if he goes home, but instead threw concept art at us with no further context, which caused some people to worry or even panic. I am hoping a DLC comes out for the game that can finally put everyone at ease, or we get confirmation everything is OK in Gen 9, because right now it feels like the lack of context and conclusion is negatively impacting a lot of people’s experience with this game. I know it has been for me.
With the game being the way it currently is, I don’t need any additional content to make me feel worse. But this is often what I get when I’m given suggestions on sites of topics or accounts to follow, or if I happen to venture into the tags in the hopes of finding non-angst content. This was actually how I found out about the concept art; a post about it was forced into my feed based on other accounts I was following as well as the fact that everyone was in crisis mode over it (crisis mode is why I made a few posts, here and here, about it). There’s also an issue I’ve seen brought up that there’s no real way to filter content; many people do not use tags specifically for angst content, or in some cases at all, so the most you can do is avoid the tags altogether or start blocking people. I know some people cope or find comfort in angst, and I’m not saying nobody should ever create content like that, or trying to police what people post. But I’m seeing so much of angst for the sake of angst. I’ve seen people say they came to the Submas fandom for the angst. I’m seeing Ingo and Emmet being portrayed completely out of character for angst. If you’re not a fan of angst, it can get so exhausting to see characters you enjoy experiencing so much pain and sadness. I’ve even seen posts from people who do like angst, but have become burnt out by the constant barrage of it. When you have a series and/or characters that you went to for comfort or a break from other things you might be dealing with suddenly be turned by others into a dumping ground for angst, it feels alienating, and like you’re being kicked out of your own space. I said recently I feel like the fandom angst will take Ingo and Submas from me before the games officially resolve the plot.
At times, it feels like I’m not allowed to enjoy PLA or Submas on my terms, or there’s little to no space for people who don’t want the angst content. Obviously I am allowed to enjoy it, and so is anyone else, and there should be and is space for non-angst content, but it’s hard to not feel like an outsider when it seems like the general consensus of other fans is that everyone wants to see angst.
Most people seem to respect when others do not want angst forced on them, but a few times I’ve experienced, or have seen others experience someone ignore our requests to not be sent it. I always include disclaimers on my reassurance posts, but a few times I’ve been messaged theories or rebuttals by someone who thinks or prefers Ingo not go home. 1863-project asked after the initial PLA leaks if anyone had any information that Ingo goes home and instead had a few people send her content that was very much not what she had asked for or wanted. I made a PSA about this before, but if you enjoy the angst, or just don’t want Ingo to go home, please don’t force this on people who don’t want it. You’re allowed to like and want angst, and others are allowed to not.
I was hoping the guide book would help the overall situation by giving us some answers, and in turn create a path for more hopeful content, but it didn’t really do so. The biggest reassurance I can offer is nothing regarding the alleged timeframe for Ingo’s arrival in Hisui adds up in game, and the “Ingo is over 50” was a joke made by an earlier poster of the content; there’s no confirmation of his age anywhere, and neither he nor Emmet have ever been given official ages to date. That being said, if you want reassurance that he doesn’t have a receding hairline or that he’s still a younger adult, I can’t give you that. People don’t stay young forever, and older people or people who start aging early don’t need to vanish just because they don’t fit society’s beauty standards…or your personal preferences or headcanons. I haven’t seen real discourse around this, and I’m hoping references to the alleged discourse are jokes or exaggerations. We haven’t gotten confirmation as to whether or not Ingo looking like that without his hat is canon, but if it is, you’re allowed to have headcanons that he has fluffy hair, a long braid or whatever, but be mindful of how your attitude/the way you talk about it may come off to older fans, or fans with hair like him. No matter what they do to him, whether his hair is receding, or he goes back or not, he’s still Ingo.
I’m going to continue to provide reassurance posts, breakdown of content, shitposts, and possibly even some theories regarding PLA and Ingo. Right now I’m just feeling very burnt out, especially given the guide book illustration fallout.

Hello, discoursecatharsis, first of all I'm sorry my English is not very good, I'm communicating with you through a translator so there will be some grammatical or semantic mistakes, I hope it doesn't bother you.
I found out about you from a few your videos posted on Weibo that translated with your permission and since then I've been learning about these fandompolices on Twitter, which are honestly crazy and terrible! I signed up for Twitter to follow my favourite artists of different nationalities, and to enjoy fanarts of all my favourite films and anime, and stayed silent for a few years.I knew those types of people existed back then but never really cared until I watched your video about fandompolices ridiculous accusations against people and realized the seriousness of the situation today.
It's ridiculous and idiotic to take real life laws and logic and talk about human rights to fictional characters .These people probably even do not know what they are talking about, in fact, they do not want to criticize the results or the process, just want to criticize and attack others to highlight their own existence is more noble and correct than others, through this kind of way to obtain the pleasure of standing on the moral high ground to slaughter others at will. And this kind of people in actual life may be another face, a group of shameless double standard assholes.
I have recently learnt that most of these groups are teenagers who have nothing to do all day, who are at a rebellious stage of their lives, who are still immature in their thinking, who are particularly prone to impulsive and arbitrary behaviour, and who are easily brainwashed into following some wrong and distorted ideas. These characteristics may be some of the reasons why they become fandompolices.
I have not posted anything yet but I am already very scared, witnessing the harassment and fleshing out of artists by these fandompolices has made me nervous. Learn Japanese and Korean to communicate with artists around East Asia (because it's a safer environment here), so there's less risk of being harassed by antis and fandompolices, and sign up for two accounts, one main account for healthy drawings, and another account locked up for overly dark edgy content (like r18, nsfw, problematic ships ships etc) and only let friends who usually interact with each other more and are comfortable with it follow each other, and some have suggested posting directly to pixiv. But a while ago they also started to deliberately attack some Asian artists, even tracking them on popiku and privatter, and I was worried that they were no longer satisfied with bullying English-speaking artists and were trying to find ways to deal with artists from other countries, I really hate this condescending judgement of Western culture over foreign cultures and the arrogance that my standards are the only standards. I am beginning to understand why some Japanese artists will block their followers from overseas(especially English-speaking followers). But I am still frustrated that there is no once and for all solution to this phenomenon, and I am getting more and more angry at how we can't just enjoy our creations and hide and be careful, while they are getting more and more crazy.I really hope that some kind of measure will be introduced soon to reduce those problems.
I'm really sorry I said so much at once, I'm glad to know that there are sensible and objective people like you exist, which makes my heart get some comfort and peace of mind, bless your life can always be happy and peaceful.
Hello! Thank you for the message! I’m happy that my videos are still being seen on Weibo, I almost forgot that they were posted there.
I’m not on pixiv but I’ve heard that antis have migrated over there and harass artists there as well. That’s very disheartening. D: I’m also frustrated by how common this is all becoming too.
I also hope that things will be done soon to better fandom for everyone! Even if it just means that more people are aware and help each other out, support each other, work together to shun the fandom police with bad manners, etc.
Thank you again for your message! This really made my day. <3 I’m glad that my account can provide some peace of mind to you. I hope you have a happy and peaceful life too!

LGBTQ Manga Review - April Fools' Suicide
Tumblr media
As much as I LOVE covering and reviewing the latest and greatest releases from the “big” names in Yuri, such as they are in what is still a niche genre, it is nice every once in a while to take a look at an up-and-comer. Unfortunately, the vast majority of English releases are from works that have already obtained some modicum of success in Japan and are well known. However, thanks to the power of the internet, I occasionally get the privilege of reviewing something a bit more obscure, such as Sumire’s April Fools’ Suicide. This original doujinshi began as a short comic on Twitter, then morphed into the author’s graduation project, and finally was completed as the volume I am reviewing today.
April Fools’ Suicide begins as the protagonist Miyata stands on a rooftop, prepared to jump to her death. Immediately, this sets off a barrage of red flags. While topics such as suicide and mental illness should not by any means be avoided in manga, far from it, they are essential to discuss in media, I am always wary of their presence. There is a right way and a very wrong way to depict suicide or suicidal thoughts. April Fools’ Suicide falls somewhere in between these two categories. April Fools’ Suicide does not work to link the suicide with any mental illness or demonstrate how help is available to those suffering. I will admit, I am probably more aware of these pitfalls than most, given that I work with a crisis line and train people in suicide prevention.
Tumblr media
However, credit where credit is due, there are some aspects of the manga and its depiction of suicide I really like and appreciate. For one, Miyata does not die by suicide. Another girl, Tanaka, appears on the roof and declares that she has fallen in love with Miyata. This savior or lifeline character arc is incredible, although it is, of course, compounded with the sudden ridiculous declaration of love from a complete stranger, but such is Yuri. Additionally, as the manga progresses, Miyata’s life improves. The harassment and bullying she was experiencing stops, thanks to Tanaka, and she eventually makes friends and is able to stand on her own two feet. Major props to Sumire for showing how life can go on and be better.
Tumblr media
Okay, enough about suicide, although if that topic makes you exceptionally uncomfortable, you probably want to avoid this manga regardless of the contents of this review. The plot continues as Miyata is shocked to discover that Tanaka is a new transfer student to her school. The two become friends, but Miyata eventually pushes Tanaka away. There are some shocking revelations, which I may add are appropriately foreshadowed and fit with the work’s overall tone, a bunch of wholly unrealistic decisions, and voila the girls are together. Yes, it is a standard girl-meets-girl, Yuri storyline. Although the drama, in this case, is not blown out of proportion as it usually is in this genre, although the heavy contents are not necessarily a plus.
Tumblr media
April Fools’ Suicide’s plot is nothing too special, although the presentation is tight and focused. The pacing also feels hugely rushed, with no real-time for a relationship or bond to develop, which is more of a byproduct of being a one-shot doujin than anything else. It is not impossible in this medium, but it is extraordinarily difficult to do right. The characters are not as rushed nor as tepid, however. As previously mentioned, Miyata grows significantly in confidence and contentedness over the course of the volume, although her initial personality is not very defined at all beyond suicidal and lonely. Tanaka is a much more interesting character. She presents a playful and brave face but has a reputation for getting into fights, a status which she uses to her advantage. However, her vulnerabilities and struggles are highlighted in a beautiful, if disturbing, way.
Tumblr media
Much like the core plot, the art of April Fools’ Suicide, is competent but unimpressive. It is nothing astounding in it, but neither is there any content that truly offends my eyes, aside from one misaligned double-page spread. Sumire has a few good pieces of art, a landscape shot of the city, a dramatic closeup during an emotional moment. She also uses the standard artwork effectively, with dynamic direction and smart choices compensating for the mediocre aspects. However, the cute moe character designs greatly detract and distract from the intense material the manga attempts to portray. Perhaps the great Moto Momono could pull off this combination, but here is unfortunately awkward. Additionally, on the note of presentation, while Macaron Press did an excellent job translating this manga, the typography is a severe flaw. The mixed-case font used throughout most of the manga makes it hard to read, as character heights are all over the place.
Tumblr media
While I have pointed out some of April Fools’ Suicide shortcomings, it should be noted that this is not a bad manga. In fact, I was perhaps harder on this manga than I would typically be with a doujinshi because its presentation is so slick, aside from the glaring lettering problems. The story handles a complicated and risky story competently, though not gracefully, and the quality is consistent. Ultimately, April Fools’ Suicide is a true Yuri manga through and through, taking in all the drama, lack of realism, and metanarratives the genre has to offer. I had a pleasant time and with it and found it heartfelt and think you might too. The first part of the manga is available to read for free on Pixiv, so you have nothing to lose by checking it out.
Tumblr media
Oh, one last thing, the bonus chapter/epilogue is so sweet, pure, and adorable. I am not saying buy it just for that, but I am not dissuading it.
Ratings: Story – 5 Characters – 5 Art – 6 LGBTQ – 4 Sexual Content – 1 Final – 5
Purchase April Fools' Suicide digitally in English and Japanese on booth and read part one on Pixiv

March 6th is Michiru Kaiô/Sailor Neptune’s Birthday!
Tumblr media
So how can you celebrate?
♆ Rewatch or reread your favourite Neptune-centric chapter, episode, or musical! She is a key character in most of Sailor Moon S, and in particular episode 093, which explores her passion and skill for the visual and musical arts, episode 097, which juxtaposes her against fellow water-Guardian Sailor Mercury, episode 106, which explores how she met her girlfriend Haruka Ten'ô/Sailor Uranus, or episode 107, where she teaches a children’s art/sculpture class. A portion of the SuperS special also features her prominently, asking her to make a difficult choice over Haruka’s safety.
♆ Sailor Neptune has two official image songs from the 90s anime, Senshi no Omoi [“Mind of a Guardian”] and Unmei wa Utsukushiku [“Destiny So Beautiful”]. In the Sailor Moon musicals she shares a duet with Sailor Uranus, Choubi! URANUS to NEPTUNE [“Super Beauties! Uranus and Neptune”], and also shares the Sailor Moon Crystal season 3 ending with her, ETERNAL ETERNITY.
Here’s a playlist of all these songs and other Sailor Neptune BGM cues!
… and here’s a bonus playlist for her duets with Sailor Uranus!
♆ Treat yourself to some finely-prepared sashimi, Michiru’s favourite food. Alternative, avoid kikurage mushrooms, her least favourite.
♆ Michiru’s most well-known hobby is her music, being an accomplished and famous violinist. Why not explore local talent in your area and catch a live show, attend a classical concert as Michiru often did herself, or listen to some violin arrangements online - perhaps this one?
Tumblr media
In addition to a musical artist, she’s also a visual artist, favouring painting and sketching anything from portraits to landscapes to surrealist mindscapes, so bust out those art supplies and ask a friend or cousin to model for you.
Tumblr media
She enjoys swimming, both competitively and for pleasure, so you could go for a trip to the pool or take it a step further by going for a swim at the ocean, the source of her strength.
Tumblr media
Michiru is also an avid collector of makeup, so if you have a collection of your own, try a refreshing new look with some products you don’t use as often, look up some tutorials on YouTube, and take this yearly opportunity to discard anything expired and no longer safe to use. Just... don’t mention lipstick, alright?
Tumblr media
♆ Dress like Michiru for the day! Michiru always styled herself elegantly, choosing outfits with long billowing dresses and skirts, off-the-shoulder blouses, and semi-formal blazers. When she did go casual she tapped into her element with a “beachy” vibe. She favoured pastels, often blues and cool pinks/purples, and though didn’t wear dark colours as frequently was partial to deep wines and maroons. A common accessory was an understated, minimalistic gold necklaces, often a choker. Her hair, which ranged from above shoulder-length to waist-length depending on the adaptation, was usually worn down and curled into waves that framed her face, but she would sometimes wear it with a headband or tied loosely with a ribbon into a fountain ponytail.
Tumblr media
As Sailor Neptune, her image colours were navy blue and deep aqua/teal with a gold accent. In the manga, she had a golden sun charm affixed to her choker and wore several different earrings, but most frequently golden ringed planets dangling from gold studs (as canonized in Crystal), sometimes with six points around the planet like a stylized sun. In the anime, she wore simple teal studs, and the sun on her choker became a jewel with gold embelishments. Her iconic shoes were teal heels with criss-crossed ballerina-like ribbons around the ankles. For makeup, when she transformed, her nails turned teal/sea green, and she gained a pale pink lip gloss.
Tumblr media
She also liked the “pair look” trend of matching her outfit with Haruka’s, if you feel so inclined!

I'm fed up with Judge's case. anyway…
Normally, I used to blame you for fucking, but I'm cool now, so I'm okay.
Before I mention it, the first attack with this account is when my work is stolen and reposted. In peacetime I was being attacked. And so is this time.
mmd_riko will drive normally. This is a sincere account that completely eliminates extreme eroticism and gore. No matter how often I'm ridiculed by a judge, or despised by people who like Raiden or Liulao fandom, I keep posting as much as I like. Sticking to what I like is the reward for those who discriminate against me.
First of all, as a culture of my country, freedom of expression of eroticism and grotesque is secured to some extent. If there is a genital, it is recognized as non-fictitious, but if there is no genital it is protected if it is a fictional expression for all fictional characters. Its culture has been narrowed down by the popularization of the EU into the EU, but it can still exist at Comiket, doujinshi sale, and pixiv. The genre also includes DF and rap3. However, these do not tolerate the actual criminal activity. Because they are fictitious and the event is non-canonical.
And secondly, it's mailey_under account for people who like adult content, like mmd_riko, who aren't aggressive. This account dealt with all the uncommon fandom and fan art, including immoral, erotic and grotesque. I made it instead because it became impossible to post erotic on Tumblr.
I like immoral expressions related to Cassie and kombat kids. (I don't have to hide it anymore!) There are erotic and grotesque, but I also like the expressions that kombat kids are taken to each other and gangbanged. They would tweet more than normal fan art (I'm always looking for erotic art, you're not) and tweeted with that implication. It wasn't meant to hurt anyone explicitly. However, the situation got worse after being RT by bottomkunglao.
I don't lie to what I like, and I don't love others so much that I can change what I like. In the first place, I liked raqe expression for more than 10 years. However, people blamed me because I preferred to raqe unreal people by name.
I didn't even use any fuck and explained very politely to the people, but no one seriously listened to me. It's like bullying or discrimination. I'm not a native speaker, so I don't speak English and I can't understand it deeply (I got along with the translator). However, native speakers use English to mercilessly attack me without thinking too much about me. I didn't even know meme, so I felt like I was being discriminated against. (I hate meme)
Well, that's it. Everything I like is fictional and legacy. And I love it all my life. I will not change it by others.
Here's what's important and what you care most about. I am a woman I hate real sex crimes, sexual harassment (I'm really sorry for Roll I'm a double standard), child pornography and I'm not forgiving it. And I like to see real actors, but they are not sexual objects. Not very much, but it is impossible to see them sexually. Because I hate real sex crimes. "She agreed," the judge said to a woman who had sex crimes in a court in my country in the past. That's how stupid, and sex crime is a threat to women. Incest was also terrible. I will not forgive it.
Still, if they like immorals, they are fictitious. A fictitious event can be a fictional completion. Even the emotional conflicts of the characters can be resolved within themselves. But real people can't. Neither can people reduce the number of real crimes or even eliminate discrimination. It's obvious if you look at all my cases.

hi/bye
tl;dr I've moved over to twitter (https://twitter.com/kyddstatic) & pixiv (https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=42311141).
You might've noticed I haven't been around on the site much recently. There's a couple of reasons for that so let's go down the list.
1. Last year my financial situation took a large hit and I took a job outside of my expertise that took all the time and energy out of me; currently ‘between jobs’; 2. my mental health isn't the best, I'm struggling with acute depression/apathy and the above didn't help; 3. I had to focus the little energy I had left on my studies; 4. I don't agree with tumblr's new terms of service and the 'great adult content purge'. Some of my stuff got hit, which is ridiculous as I never posted any nudity online, nor I really draw it outside of anatomy practice. I understand it was a business decision, but it pretty much made most people I followed leave the site (no, I didn't follow them for lewd stuff, most of them weren't even artists). I'd rather not waste my time to deal with false flags.
I've been slowly getting back to drawing and setting up shop over on twitter instead, followed by pixiv. Also doing my damnest to bring Life is Peachy, my short-lived strip comic, back to life and from now on it'll be exclusively hosted on tapas.io until/unless I manage to run my own site.
If you want to follow my future endeavours, hit me up at: twitter: https://twitter.com/kyddstatic pixiv: https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=42311141 Life is Peachy: https://tapas.io/series/lifeispeachycomic
I gave @takeyourmimis the permission to repost my stuff on here, so feel free to follow that if you like.
As for Deviantart, I'm dropping off there too because I don't really get the culture there anymore, most people I used to talk to on there left and some other gripes with how the site is ran.
Thank you for all the support, follows, reblogs, likes etc. over the years - I appreciate it all, but I just can't deal with this site anymore.
See you on the other side maybe.
- kydd out

I'm just start here but
Oh shit! This is getting ridiculous it's out of control! And just when I friggin open an adult art blog! wtf I mean, luckily they aint flagged my posts yet, but my main intention was upload nsfw content here. Well I guess gonna keep posting sfw, and for the +18 content I'll share a link to Hentaifoundry, Pixiv or Newgrounds I dunno yet. Im not leaving!  goddamit I was afraid of my bara frieza was too sexy for this clean and pure site. But he is not alien-lizard-presenting-nipple owner so its safe to stay.
Gotta open new art site before they shut everything down!
Passes out laughing

here’s what i still like about tumblr
- i can freely vent here under my own identity. this allows me to occasionally complain or even just muse about stuff that i wouldn’t discuss in my normal life.
- the site is active and has enough weird people such that i can actually meet good friends here. the people i’ve met are not just creators in their own right, but there’s a sense of equality and less elitism here than on other creative platforms where fannish works are kind of given a backseat. it’s tough to find friends who care about the nuances of writing and art these days, and without tumblr i feel it will be even tougher. i’ve seen a lot of folks in fan communities go on to become professionals and am constantly awed by the talents of people here. the fact that i can go right up and talk to most creators on here has also been a blessing, in addition to the professional creators who used to frequent this place more often in years past. it just makes creators super accessible by creating a platform for high-quality image uploads + the potential for free text discussion and private messaging
- there is no shortage of high quality fanfic and fanart here. i don’t wish to go back to the days of piecing it together from a variety of other sites and sources, especially since i am out of touch and don’t know where to go in this day and age anymore
- you can keep track of your favorite fanfic writers and easily chat, talk meta / headcanons, or learn about them in a deeper way than you could on just a fanfic site, and become friends, not to mention boosting their fics as well as boosting your own. i feel like it’s easier to build a platform for yourself when you can easily update your followers on when new chapters are coming, what’s going on in your life, and show a more human and accessible side of yourself that people feel is approachable. fanfic writers are not just avatars, many of us have deep inner lives and it’s difficult to share those on normal social media or anywhere else in life
- you can post the absolute stupidest memes ever here and people fucking love it. not only that but many of the best tumblr memes are actually pretty wholesome and continually make me laugh even when i thought i’ve lost the ability to experience humor
- as i’ve said... the ability to discuss fandom meta and headcanons, have people tag and comment on headcanons and expand them into au’s, that’s tough to find anywhere else but dreamwidth. sites based around that idea are few and far between / are almost dead
- where the hell else am i going to find aesthetic gifs? pinterest??? please.
i keep coming to tumblr because it has solved so many of the problems i experienced with previous forms of social media / fandom discussion. it provides all of the above and the ability to customize your theme and url.
twitter is too surface, and doesn’t allow you to post the paragraphs you need to create proper meta posts. dreamwidth has the same problems lj had, it’s got the right people and the right tools, but lacks the large userbase and ridiculous culture of tumblr. mastodon has pretty much nothing in particular to offer fandom-wise. pillowfort is basically still in beta and there is no one on there yet, but it may be our last and best hope.
as much as we talk about “oh hoob hoo the site sucks” some of us remember the bad old days and remember why we don’t need to go back to combing through forums and deviantart and pixiv for fanart. i deleted my facebook and other shit years ago and i’ve come too far mental-health-wise to go back there for any reason.
without tumblr i’d consider just giving up internet for awhile and going back to goddamn paperback books. i hope we can stay gold for a long time, but with censorship of content, it’s only a matter of time before the userbase numbers start feeling the difference...

this tumblr purge thing... the ridiculous amount of blogs I’ve blocked are still there. I’m not saying that everyone I blocked should be banned from here, there are probably people I’ve blocked due to some misunderstanding or mistake or purely subjective reasons. But most blogs I’ve blocked are porn bots or blogs that post vile, vile content often stolen from pixiv.
On the plus side I’m only down one follower on main, for all I know they’ve might just leave for unrelated reasons, and all the blogs I follow are still there.
