Exploring the Iconic Pisa Tower: A Must-Visit Attraction in Italy

Hey just wondering. You've visited a lot of cities. What was the most beautiful city of them all and which one had the better food. Off topic but interesting
Oooh I like this topic! 😃
My absolute favorite city of all time is BERLIN, no ifs ands or buts about it! 🙌
I would go back in a heartbeat and if I ever had to relocate abroad, that would be my #1 new hometown for sure! 🇩🇪
It's def not the prettiest (it's actually quite gritty) but it has so much character and history that it all makes up for the lack of picturesque houses and whatnot! 🤷🏼♀️
And the food...
Well there's always currywurst! 😂
Which is actually Turkish but let's not get stuck on details... 🤭
And German pretzels are just 👌. 🥨😍
But I suppose if we're talking straight-up most beautiful cities, then maybe Venice or Paris or Colmar... 🤔
But NEVER EVER EVER visit Venice in the summertime cos the amount of tourists there is unreal (they are everywhere like ants! 😣🐜🐜🐜)!
And I suppose one might assume that you'd get the best pizza in the world in Italy, but actually the best pizza I've ever eaten was at a random pizza parlor at the Haubtbahnhof in Potsdam, Germany! 🍕🤤
Go figure! 🤷🏼♀️😂
And Paris obvs is always Paris... 😍
But the thing is that Parisians are so posh and elegant that I sometimes felt quite inadequate and raggedy there... 🫣😭
But on the other hand the French are a lot more friendly than one might expect from the stereotypes! Or at least they were around the Mulhouse/Colmar/Strasbourg area I visited a few weeks ago! 🤷🏼♀️
Everyone spoke English at least enough to get by, and I got more "bonjour, madame's" from bus drivers and cashiers than I have ever gotten even at home! 🤷🏼♀️
My "pro tip" for Euro travel is def this: if you're not hellbent on spending a whole week in one place (which obvs would be great too cos you'd get a lot more indepth vibes of that place that way), then get cheap flights to a city that's nearby the places you might wanna visit cos often flights/hotels are a lot cheaper that way.
For example: you wanna visit Paris? Instead of getting flights to De Gaulle and a hotel in Paris, why not instead get flights to Brussels and just visit Paris by train for a day? 🤷🏼♀️
It's only 1.5h by train so even just 1 day would give you plenty of time to roam around, and hotels can be a lot cheaper in Brussels. 🤷🏼♀️
Also from Brussels you can easily visit Bruges, Antwerp, Amsterdam etc. by day too! 🚄
Same with Venice: don't book an over-priced hotel there, but instead stay in Milan and visit Venice (and Firenze, Pisa, maybe even Rome) by day! 🤷🏼♀️
I'm already planning my next trip and it's def going to be taking full advantage of the excellent European rail system! 😛

Italy Travel Guide
Introduction: Italy, the charge-shaped nation in Southern Europe, is a treasure trove of culture, history, art, and cuisine. With its sun-kissed stations, ancient remains, Renaissance metropolises, and different geographies, Italy's tour guide offers a commodity for every rubber neck. This guide will provide an overview of the must-visit destinations and insider tips.
Destinations:
Rome:
Highlights: The Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican City (St. Peter's Basilica & Sistine Chapel), Trevi Fountain, and the Roman Forum. Tip: Wear comfortable shoes; you'll be walking a lot! Avoid restaurants next to major tourist sites; they tend to be overpriced. Florence:
Highlights: Uffizi Gallery, Florence Cathedral (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio, and the Statue of David at Galleria dell'Accademia. Tip: Buy tickets in advance for significant museums to skip the line. Venice:
Highlights: Grand Canal, St. Mark's Square & Basilica, Doge's Palace, and Rialto Bridge. Tip: Experience a gondola ride at sunset. Avoid visiting during the "acqua alta" (high water) season. Milan:
Highlights: Milan Cathedral (Duomo), The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, and the fashion district. Tip: Check the availability for 'The Last Supper.' Booking several months in advance is recommended, as the available spots tend to fill quickly. Additionally, please ensure that your booking information has no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors. Naples & Amalfi Coast:
Highlights: Pompeii ruins, Mount Vesuvius, Positano, and the Blue Grotto in Capri. Tip: Try the authentic Neapolitan pizza in Naples. Sicily:
Highlights: Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, Mount Etna, Palermo's historic center, and Taormina. Tip: Consider renting a car to explore the island's diverse landscapes. Tuscany:
Highlights: Siena, Pisa, Chianti wine region, and the scenic countryside. Tip: Book a wine-tasting tour in Chianti for an authentic experience.
