So i made a post a while ago about not being able to do art for a bit because i had covid. Luckily, the covid didn't last very long. Unluckily, a bunch of other stuff went to shit immediately afterwards, so I probably won't be doing art for quite some time now, unless things take a sudden turn for the better.

I won't go into detail about it but there's been a family emergency with some post-surgery complications, and since we don't have a huge support system here I'm probably going to be busy caring for my mum for at least the next month.

My commissions haven't technically been closed at any point, but if anyone is interested in one then it's unlikely I'll be able to complete it as fast as I usually would, in part because I'm still not sure when I'll next be able to get to the studio to get my art stuff and bring it home (since I definitely won't be able to work away from home for a while). That being said I may still be able to do things like pencil drawings here, as long as I can unbury the scanner... It's been a bit of a nightmare getting the house set up for the hospital bed and everything.

I do for sure intend to go back to more a more regular art schedule eventually though. Just not sure when. I did find a much smaller and older watercolour set here that I could use until I get my normal stuff from the studio, but my time and energy is all being used up by other stuff rn so. Idk. We'll see how things go I guess

Hello everyone I know it’s been a while since I’ve made puppy content but I’ll draw some more soon! Pocket is the next puppy to be drawn, as promised in the poll! For now, I’ll reveal each breed of those I plan to draw!

It took a long time to decide on Herbert’s breed, but I eventually saw some lovely art here of him as a bull terrier, and I loved the idea! Estella is a borzoi, as she’s more regal (kinda), and all the videos of them online remind me of her.

For Damien, I’ve decided on a mix of a 5e Hellhound and a jackal, because “Omen Lore✨” and I like the idea of a mix breed for him. I was initially gonna give him 3 heads, but I scrapped the idea. And finally comes Pip, who I changed the breed to a golden retriever because he gives off that energy. And he’s a floofy baby!

I will be drawing more dogs soon, I just needed a little change of pace, but keep on the lookout for Herbert!

so normal thinking about how horrible chiffon must've felt trapped with a family that hates her all because her beloved sister chose to find her own happiness. how envious she must've felt when she was eventually tossed aside to bege. how relieved when she realized he actually cared for her when not a single one of her blood siblings has in many many years. how she experienced so much love and adoration from the firetank pirates that she can barely even register big mom as her mother and doesn't even care at all that her husband is planning to kill her. how she doesn't have even the slightest idea of what a good mother would be like but is still clearly trying her best with little pez. how in spite of having every reason to resent her sister she greets lola with nothing but love and excitement and drops everything to ensure their mother will never get her hands on her. just.
