Located just off Highway 51 in Pineville across from Carolina Place Mall will soon be a new park! Tentatively to be named Marsh Park, the land is essentially wetlands. The park's centerpiece will be the new Pineville stretch of Little Sugar Creek Greenway (which is currently under construction). Can't wait to check this place out upon completion!
