When I was in the 3rd grade the teacher asked each of us for a family recipe in order to make a class cookbook. My mother donated her lemon meringue pie recipe. It was one of her best recipes. Still is! The one I have been making all my life. The recipe for this mom treasure is in the profile and on my website.
