Fermenting Brussels sprouts! This is a seriously favorite snack of mine! I love sauerkraut so baby cabbages pickled is just the best! Plus the probiotics you get from them is amazing! I just ordered more fermenting weights too so I can be sure to have enough good food for the winter months! I might try pickling them after I roast them just to see if the flavors change to a little sweeter or not.
