hi, what program you recommend for art and picel art? and what device is better?

HNGH well first off i use clip studio for everything, pixel art included — to do pixel art, just use a binary/pixely brush (there should be one included and more you can download) on a super small canvas, like 100px by 100px.

by devices im assuming u mean drawing tablets (?) theres a lot of them out there that are quite good and affordable, ive been using a huion 16k kamvas for the past 2.5 yrs and have had minimal problems with it 👍👍 from what ive heard, huion, gaomon and xppen are all decent brands (wacom is overpriced for its quality)

i will never forgive octopath for its art style permeating the jrpg genre with a heinous undercurrent, the brown and grey desaturated ps3 look belongs in shooters, the extremely over-processed look on everything makes the pixel art look much worse, the 3d world the picel art is in looks really fuckin outta place

and by now they've done it to dragon quest, a game series for which this art style is an insult, a series with a specific tone that ill suits the hd-2d look
