I’m sure you’ll do great, the best advice I can give you is to relax and let yourself go: as someone who also suffers from anxiety, you need to “forget” about it for the time your rehearsing/auditioning, because it will only obstacle your performance, try to take deep breaths and just focus on your doing and nothing else.

-So you worked at the Armed Detective Agency, and things were tough

-Your family came from a financially unstable background, and this caused lots of fights between your parents about money. Many times, your parents had let their anger out on you

-Over the years, your anger was bottled up inside of you, never exploding, but it threatened to spill. You were very good at staying silent, but you did that because it was the only way of keeping your anger in

-Many people noticed how silent you were sometimes, but they mistook it as shyness. And this caught the attention of the Agency’s suicidal maniac

-Dazai liked to tease you a lot. You brushed it off every time with a cold face, hoping that he would stop, but he didn’t. In fact, your ambivalence only encouraged him more, and soon you found yourself being teased by him at least once every hour

-Normally, you just kept silent and continued working. His teases made you feel a bit annoyed, but you always managed to make it go away. Sometimes, Kunikida came to your rescue, but only if he sensed that you were on the verge of exploding

-One afternoon, you were just having a very bad day. Your parents had another fight, and your mother had shouted at you and called you a burden. You had said nothing, but the bottled-up anger in you burned brighter than before

-And it was just your luck that Dazai decided to tease you, seeing how quiet you were all day. It was just a silly jab, but it was just enough to make your contained anger overflow

-‘Will you just shut up! I’ve had enough of your teasing, and I hope that you’ll #%^&@#$%^!’

-Dazai was not expecting that. He was aware that you were sometimes on the verge of being mad at him, but he never suspected that you had this much anger bottled up in you

-He immediately is analysing the situation. After he has made a few deductions, he will very quietly ask you if you needed to let it all out

-Dazai will listen to you and be silent when you do let it all out. He may not be the best therapist, but he is a good listener. When you’ve finished, he will offer a few words of comfort and advice, maybe even giving you a pat on the shoulder if he saw that you were very distressed

-Definitely lays back on the teasing. Even when he does playfully banter with you once in a while, it’s totally harmless. Dazai even becomes an expert on reading your emotions, and if he sees you on the verge of bursting, he will smoothly handle the situation and afterwards draw you aside to calm/comfort you

-Your bond with him certainly has grown deeper, and there might be something else there, who knows 🤭 

-But please do remember that Dazai is there for you, and he will never tell your secrets to anybody else. Even if you don’t want to tell him anything, Dazai will always offer his support, even if it’s so small that you don’t notice it

-If it gets worse though, Dazai will have a talk with your parents, and trust me, it will work very well

-In return, please be there for him as well. His mask rarely breaks, but when there’s a small crack in it, indirectly let him know that you’re there for him. He might laugh it off on the surface, but deep down he is glad that he could also rely on you
